Jordyn has photographed the most beautiful moments in my life: wedding, maternity, and newborn. To have these moments captured by Jordyn was the best decision we have made!
My husband and I always thought we would feel awkward in front of a camera; but Jordyn has put us at ease and guided us in how to pose every time. She makes it a super fun and comfortable experience. She is down to earth, sweet, and cares about your big day! So you feel like you’re talking to a friend during photos.
Not to mention her professionalism is top notch. She wrangled our groomsmen with ease, tackled the extreme cold, handled our little girl with the greatest of care, and was extremely prompt in getting THE MOST HEARTFELT photos back to us!
Jordyn is simply fantastic at what she does and I cannot wait until my next life event for her to capture and to recommend her to everyone we know!! -

I don't even know where to start with Jordyn. She was nothing short of incredible. First of all her packages are very reasonable for the volume and quality of photos you get. She was so easy and fun to work with and felt more like a friend than a "hired vendor." She was so bubbly but stern when needed with our rambunctious group. The photos are absolutely beautiful! We loved everything from our engagement shoot to our crazy reception photos. She is so beyond good at what she does! -

Jordyn is seriously the BEST! From our very first phone call, I knew she was exactly who we wanted to capture our day. She’s so easy to talk to, has the perfect mix of calming and fun energy, and made the entire process completely stress-free. My husband hates taking pictures, but you’d never know it looking at our photos — Jordyn and Megan (our second photographer) made him totally comfortable and actually enjoy it. They went above and beyond on our wedding day, making everything flow so naturally while still capturing the most beautiful, emotional moments. Our previews were back the next day and looked like they belonged in a magazine!
We love Jordyn and will 1000% be using her for every photoshoot in the future! -

Not only are they extremely talented— capturing beautiful, light and airy moments, but they are such a fun addition to the wedding day! They are super fun people to be around and are the ultimate hype team! Jordyn made us feel so comfortable and our photos reflect how natural the entire day felt! I would recommend Jordyn & her team a million times! From the very beginning, Jordyn was super responsive, professional, knowledgeable, provided guidance and support. We did our engagement session with Mike who was also AMAZING! Unfortunately Mike couldn’t make it on the wedding day due to unforeseen circumstances and Jordyn stepped right in without skipping a beat. Jordyn and her assistant photographed our wedding, Jordyn was editing photos before cocktail hour was even over and showing us some previews. She was so fun to work with on our wedding day, along with having her support and guidance throughout our planning process. She was quick to send previews and finals well before the contract what the contract stated and the photos are amazing. I couldn’t imagine having another photographer to photograph one of the most important days in my life other than Jordyn and her team. All around, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She’s so amazing, she is almost like a photographer and wedding planner all in one! Jordyn answered so many of my questions that probably didn’t even pertain to her! lol.

From the moment we booked with Jordyn I knew we were in amazing hands. She was so patient, kind, informative, and fun to work with. We had the honor of having her capture our engagement shoot at the most amazing hidden beach location + lighthouse as well as our wedding day. In between our engagement shoot and wedding Jordyn was blessed with welcoming her first child into the world. She handled this transition perfectly and ensured we were in great hands with one of her other photographers. About a month before our big day she surprised us by coming back early from maternity leave to capture our wedding!! We were absolutely THRILLED to have her there on the day of our wedding. She was such a light to have with my girls and I in the morning and that continued all throughout our wedding day. Jordyn is truly the best and we would highly recommend booking her for your wedding, engagement shoot, baby announcement, etc. We miss you! -

The Best!!
I could go on forever on why I love Jordyn and her team. When Jordyn let us know she would be on maternity leave for our wedding day I was admittedly pretty nervous, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about!! Jordyn made sure everything was so organized and Crystal and Maria stepped in and literally KILLED it. They made us feel so comfortable all day and we are two people who are not comfortable in front of the camera at all. Jordyn also sent her social media content creator, Liza, and I couldn’t recommend a content creator more. Crystal, Liza, and Maria are 3 people that we were so extremely happy to have with us on our day and truly by the end of the night they felt like good friends. Jordyn edited our photos and we ended up getting all of them not even 2 weeks after the wedding day, which is practically unheard of. We had the most perfect day and we really do credit them for a big part of that. And the pictures truly speak for themselves. I will never stop recommending them to everyone I possibly can 🤍 -

Selecting Jordyn as our photographer was one of easiest decisions, and one that I have never and will never regret! From day one, she was SO easy to talk to and connect with. She is very flexible and patient which was such a relief in the craziness of wedding planning. Even with a husband who absolutely hates getting his photo taken, Jordyn and her team were able to work their magic into getting gorgeous photos! We love our engagement photos, and are so so happy with the wedding photo previews we have seen so far! One thing that stood out about Jordyn versus other vendors on the day-of, she was not just my photographer, she was literally helping with everything~ helping with my dress, fixing my bustle that ripped, helping me make day-of decisions with ceremony positions, etc. You name it, she was there to help and support. Jordyn and her team also worked very collaboratively with our videographer and other hired vendors, as well as the venue staff. My wedding was on Friday 2/25/22 at The Grand Marquis in Old Bridge, NJ. Jordyn was excellent to work with from the first phone call up to the actual wedding day! The engagement shoot was included in the package. We chose to take photos at the beach and boardwalk (photos attached). The day of the wedding was so seamless and fun! A second photographer did prep photos at the hotel with the guys while Jordyn photographed the girls. Jordyn sent over sneak peek photos within a couple of days since my wedding is in the off season! I can’t wait to see the rest of the photos! Every detail and moment was captured beautifully. I highly recommend Jordyn for photography! -

Jordyn did both my wedding and my sister’s this year. She is wonderful to work with and so talented! We could not have asked for a better person to document our special day! She works with each bride and makes sure to capture all of the details that are most important to her.
On my day, we were running late and it looked like I couldn’t do a first look with my dad. I said it was ‘fine’ but Jordyn tuned into my disappointment and made it happen with my coordinator. I’m so grateful to her for that because it was such a precious moment. Hire her if you want the best! -

The sweetest photographer
When I first spoke with Jordyn on the phone, I instantly got good vibes and was excited to work with her. When wedding day came I was super stressed from the get go, but Jordyn was so sweet and patient with my bridal party and myself. My whole entire bridal party was super rowdy and antsy after the ceremony, but Jordyn was super patient and was able to get so many beautiful photos throughout the whole night! Her work is amazing! Best decision
I can’t tell you how many people have asked who my photographer was after seeing my wedding pictures. She has such an eye for setting us in landscapes, positions, if I could frame every single shot she took I would. Even our cameos of us laughing look like perfect moments frozen in time. Jordyn made us laugh, comfortable, did everything I asked and then suggested things I didn’t even think of. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. On the most important day of your life the photographer may be the most important decision and I’d choose her again and again. -

Jordyn was so supportive and accomodating while we prepared to get married during the pandemic. She was extremely attentive, and constantly problem solving with us as we were repeatedly having to reschedule and change our wedding dates and plans. When we decided to have our (extremely) small ceremony, she came ready for action. She organized everyone of portraits and helped us feel so comfortable around the camera. She had so many fun and creative poses and candids for us, and paid close attention to detail (I can't tell you how many times she fixed my hair and I am so grateful haha). We had our pictures so fast and we are so in love with them. I will absolutely recommend her to anyone! -

Originally had another photographer book for my November wedding but due to covid we decided to move up our wedding to October and my photographer wasn’t available. Jordyn was amazing! The entire team from Jordyn Kasey Photography made our wedding weekend so enjoyable and relaxing. Since we opted to swap our engagement photoshoot for rehearsal dinner coverage, our first experience with the team photographing us was our wedding weekend and they immediately put us at ease. Each Associate Photographer (Mike, Meaghan, & Marissa) were so lovely and we never felt like it was too much or too invasive. Jordyn was helpful during the entire planning process, and receiving over 100 preview photos just 2 days after our wedding was more than I could have hoped for. One of the main reasons we picked Jordyn Kasey Photography was because they had shot at our venue before (Clarks Landing Yacht Club) and we wanted someone who felt comfortable at the space and knew exactly where to get the best photos. The JKP Team absolutely delivered – it was a great experience from day 1 till wedding day and we love all of the photos we have received so far! -

Jordyn lost more than half of our wedding photos
Let me start by saying that I am very sad writing this review. I was so excited to book Jordyn after I saw her portfolio and of course her Instagram. I failed to ask to see full galleries of a ceremony, portraits, and venue. Even with the subpar photos, what the worse part is, is that she lost more than half of my wedding photos. This is my first negative review about any vendor. I am thankful that I have some really great iPhone photos. Jordyn lost more than half of our wedding photos. She sent me an email saying that she lost all of my photos post portraits (we did not even get all of our portraits), saying: "I’ve never had to deal with this before so I’m not sure where to go from here in terms of a refund. Would you like half of your payment back?" Then within the hour of sending me that email, she proceeded to post of picture of a Sam Adams pumpkin spiced beer captioned "tis the season" as if nothing happened. She claims the SD card failed after portraits at the park saying it was due to a "manufacturing defect". Needless to say I burst out in tears reading the senseless, careless, and completely nonchalant email that had no remorse. She insisted on doing family portraits and the rest of our portraits at the venue, so I have no family portraits, missing portraits of my husband and I, and no photos of the father daughter dance, mother son dance, entrances, cake cutting, you name it. The bulk of where our money and time and planning went, we have no memories of because of Jordyn's carelessness.
Not only that, the pictures of my $2,000 accessories and shoes alone were photographed on top of an AC (which you can see in the pictures), the Bacaarat bottle of perfume ($560) was finger printed and she didn't even have the courtesy to pipe it before taking the photo. My husband's Movado watch was photographed upside down numerous times. There are countless pictures of our heads cut off, us not smiling, blinking, people with their tongues out, completely careless work that I will forever have to look back on. Pictures of my bridal party were taken from a side angle cutting off the groomsmen numerous times. She does not look down at her camera to see if the shot came out well and tell people to adjust accordingly. She also does not care to photoshop and admitted she is not able to fix someone's droopy eyes and she offered to send it out to another photographer that may be able to help her clean up the work. The work was completely careless and atrocious to say the least. This is the only vendor I regretted on my wedding day. She was picking fights with my videography team and so was her assistant giving them snarky comments about how they're taking up too much space (at an outdoor park). At one point I remember saying "could you please stop arguing". Clearly she has not worked with professionals before. My videography team is the only reason why I have memories of my day, though they are not photos. Her and her assistant would come complaining to me like children about how they wanted to get back to the venue and not finish portraits at the park we chose to take pictures in because it was hot and they were "worried I would pass out". They were nothing short of lazy.
I sent her detailed instructions prior to the wedding as to what I wanted and pictures I wanted as well and got nothing I asked for. I filled out her document she sent clearly and answered every question and when the wedding day came she choked. During the ceremony numerous people told her where to stand because they noticed she was missing very important shots (as I had outlined in an email to her in the utmost detail), and she refused to listen and gave everyone attitude telling them "she knows what she's doing". You can't even tell that there was a second photographer at the wedding. There are pictures of random people in the crowd, the backs of people's heads, and she blurred some of them for an "artistic effect" All of the pictures are from far away, she miss numerous important parts of the ceremony because she refused to move around. The Bishop at our wedding even asked us "what is she doing?" It was clear that she had absolutely no idea how to photograph a ceremony.
During the ceremony I called her over and asked her to take a picture of us sitting down showing our matching red bottoms (which I had also asked of her in the email). She took the picture without our heads, shoes only, even though we were looking at her and smiling.
We demanded a full refund minus the engagement session because of this and in addition our SD card which she claims "failed due to a manufacturing defect". She has lashed out at me countless times refusing to give us back the SD card so we can have a forensic specialist take a look at it. She claims that it has other client's photos on it.
Before my wedding, I had a gut feeling we should go with another photographer after I emailed twice her asking her to sign a document so I can pay for her permit to photograph at the park we picked. She snapped back and said to me: "I have stated on social media that I am out of office due to an emergency. If all you need is a signature you can sign for me, or I will get to this when I’m back to answering emails fully."
Am I just supposed to check her social media to know her availability? She then apologized a few days later saying she had COVID and that was her emergency and she's sorry. Specifically she said "No prob, I have covid so I apologize if I came off rude, I’m so sad lol!" Needless to say, completely unprofessional.
We got married in July and are so grateful for what we had but until this day Jordyn has been dodging giving us our SD card back (to the point where we think it may not even exist and she forgot to put a second one in the camera). She has continued to be rude to me via email, " I have answered all of your emails so that accusation of your last “two” emails not being answered is false. I’ve been seeing your name viewing my stories, which means you know I’m delayed in answering emails during my final stages of wedding planning." She has been refusing to give us back our SD card for 4 months now and is justifying it by saying she lost other people's photos as well and "they're ok with it".
She is telling me that she sees my name viewing her stories on instagram. How unprofessional can one be? Jordyn not only continues to be rude to me today, but was rude to me before my wedding, during my wedding, and after my wedding. Jordyn lost my wedding photos which is something we will never forget, but what is most unforgettable is her attitude that has been since before the wedding. It is my fault for not going with my gut and getting a new photographer even if it were a month before the wedding. Save yourself the trouble, do not be fooled by her instagram portfolio, ask to see full galleries before you book her and pray she doesn't lose your wedding photos. -
