I had SUCH a lovely experience getting my dress here. Not only was my dress affordable for the quality, especially compared to other bridal stores, but she helped me find the perfect dress for my vision so easily. I had gone to other bridal shops before, but here I only had to try on 5 dresses to find the one, and knew instantly. The experience was stress-free, smooth, and enjoyable. And my dress was all that I could have hoped for! I even ordered my veil a little late for my date, and it still came in without issue in time. Thank you so much for helping me, Suzanne !

Breathtaking

I went into the bridal shop looking for a certain dress, and found that dress! but they convinced me to try another, one I wasn’t even considering. I put on the dress and fell in love... if it wasn’t for them I would have never found the dress of my dreams... the one I wasn’t even looking for. I received so many compliments on my dress and I am so grateful for the guidance and suggestion!

Wonderful People

Everyone at Johns Bridal was so helpful. I walked in with an basic idea of how I wanted my dress to look and they helped me find the perfect dress. All I knew was the style and that I wanted lace, not much to go on when there are over 25 A -line lace dresses in the shop. After trying on a few dresses they pulled a dress based off what I was liking and disliking from the dresses I tried. I absolutely love my dress and I would recommend Johns Bridal to anyone.

Loved loved loved my dress!

Such a great experience with Suzanne from Jon's Bridal by Suzanne! I initially had a handful of dresses picked out that I liked, but Suzanne actually recommended a different dress that I had missed and that is the dress I ended up choosing! Staff was friendly and very helpful, and prices were super reasonable. When my dress came in Suzanne even recommended a veil and hair piece that I ended up choosing as well-such great options and she made it so easy! I loved my dress and experience with Jon's Bridal and you will too!

Amazing time

I heard great things about Jon’s bridal by Suzanne so, that was my first stop when I went to look for my wedding dress. I went to just look and ended up finding the dress of my dream! I was on a budget and they helped me stay within the range I wanted. I would recommend them every day!

Beautiful and Fun

I bought my dress from Jon's Bridal by Suzanne and loved every second of my experience. Suzanne and her staff were very accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. I gave them photographs of what I was looking for, and I ended up finding my dream dress. We even got my bridesmaid dresses here and my hair piece. Suzanne was also able to get my veil custom made. I would highly recommend this shop!

Suzanne and her team are phenomenal and made my dress purchasing experience so special. We were so happy that we purchased bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride, and grandmother of the bride dresses from her shop as well. My dress was everything I wanted for an extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking!

When I first went to try on dresses I wasnt finding what I wanted. Till the girl helping me and Suzanne suggested a dress for me to try. I took one look at it and said "no I don't like it" Suzanne said to me just to try it you never know I might like it. So being willing to try anything I tried on this dress that I didn't like at all. I walked out to the mirror and took one look at myself and started crying. I fell in love with this dress and i knew it was "The One" I had to have it!! If it wasn't for Suzanne I would have never found my dream dress!! At my wedding I felt like a princess that was walking on air! I felt stunning, beautiful and sexy! My now husband even got all teary eyed seeing me walk down the aisle to him (Hes not the emotional type) The dress was perfect and fit my dream!! So happy with them!!

If there was an option to give Jon's Bridal 10 stars, I totally would. Suzanne and Donna were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and helpful and overall they just made the whole experience just wonderful. They have a nice selection of gowns and I ended up getting a beautiful Pronovias dress at a great price. This is definitely a shop to check out, you wont be disappointed.

I bought my dress from Jon’s bridal by Suzanne a week ago and could not be happier with the level of service I have received so far from their boutique. They have been nothing but patient and understanding of my concerns since I began working with them. Roxy and Suzzanne both helped me in the shop. They did not rush me and spent almost 3 hours with me, giving me personal attention from noon to 3pm on Christmas Eve. I was skeptical that I could find a dress that felt like “the one,” but they were patient and worked with me until I found the perfect dress for me. And it truly is the one.

I was not ready to sign the day of and they were patient in letting me take my time to place the order over the phone a week later. A week after I made the deposit, I was feeling nervous about the financial side of things, not because the dress was expensive (their prices are more than fair and they kept me well within my budget), but because spending money tends to stress me out. I inquired about cancelling the order, and Suzanne was nothing but patient, supportive, and understanding about my feelings. She did not hesitate to call the manufacturer to see if the order could be cancelled and got back to me the same day, which was impressive because the manufacturer’s time difference was 6 hours ahead in Spain. Unfortunately, the manufacturer could not cancel the order, but Suzzane was incredibly supportive in offering me payment plans. She did not once get in any way upset at me for wanting to cancel and did everything she could to help reduce my anxiety about the process. My experiences with them to this point are in no way consistent with the negative reviews on this page that say they are only eager to make a sale. I could not be happier with my decision to buy my dress through them and would recommend them to anyone.

I spoke with Suzanne (the owner) at a bridal show and explained to her what I was envisioning my dress to look like. She showed me a picture of one right then and there and I fell in love. I just had to go in and try it the next day! Well I did.. And that was the end of my dress search! Suzanne was absolutely amazing to deal with and the entire staff is so friendly! I will continue to recommend Jon's Bridal to everyone I know!!

Jon's Bridal by Suzanne truly saved the day for me! I came in a bit upset after two appointments at other places where I was unsuccessful and had only found dresses over my small budget. I was beginning to think I would not be able to find the type of dress I wanted- form fitting with lace within my price range. I did not have an appointment but was accommodated instantly after a couple of girls finished up with their appointments. Suzanne picked out three sample dresses all under my budget and all three were the best dresses I had tried on all day! I narrowed it down to two dresses that both were absolutely, perfect options. Roxie and Suzanne helped me see how I could easily slightly alter the dress to make it even more what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing my dream dress, under budget, and had the best experience here!

Suzanne and her staff helped me to find the perfect dress for my wedding that fit my budget. Stacey was the consultant that helped me to find my dream lace dress! Jon's bridal also was where we found our bridesmaids'dresses. They offered an awesome line of dresses that came in 17 different styles for all my girls to pick a dress they loved and felt wonderful in.

Jon's Bridal by Suzanne is the perfect place to buy your wedding dress- they let you go thru the racks, and the consultant was very knowledgeable regarding their dresses. When starting to shop for wedding dress I was completely nervous and overwhelmed. I had heard from others how wonderful Jon's Bridal was with their shopping so I knew right away that's where I wanted to go. From the minute I walked into the store my family and I were greeted by Suzanne and Donna. They allowed us to go pick out dresses ourselves and they also pulled some dresses they thought would look great as well. Donna and Suzanne were so patient and helpful but more importantly they were honest because they wanted me to look and feel beautiful on my wedding day. I purchased my wedding gown from Jon's Bridal and I also purchased my bridesmaids gowns from there as well. I cannot begin to tell you how great every staff person is who works at the bridal salon. My dress was even more beautiful than the sample that I tried on in the store and all of my bridesmaids loved their dresses as well. I highly recommend Jon's Bridal By Suzanne to anyone looking for a high quality dress without the extremely high price tag!!

I had such a great experience at Jon's Bridal! I had less than 48 hours to purchase my wedding dress in February when I came home from Chicago for a weekend. I wanted to go dress shopping with my mom and some close friends so I decided to purchase in PA. Roxie was so helpful and helped me to figure out exactly what I was looking for in a dress! I tried on several dresses and said "yes" to the very last one I tried on! The dress I wanted in my specific size was the last one so we had to act quick to order it. Suzanne was very sweet to change the address where my dress was shipped to in June for no cost. I absolutely loved my gown and these ladies were so helpful and sweet!

The people are Jon's Bridal are awesome and Suzanne is SO nice! This was the only place I looked for my dress and found it on the first day. They were not pushy at all and very easy to work with. My only suggestion is to shop early, since my dress took the full 8 months to come in.

Suzanne & her staff are truly wonderful :) They make you feel as if you are the prettiest gal in the world! I am a VERY indecisive person, to say the least. Jon's was the 2nd place I visited on the hunt for my dress. The first was a disaster-- it was so overwhelming! Jon's offers an appointment to one bride at a time, which was so incredible. I was sure I wasn't going to find "the one" because my personality makes sure that I visit EVERY place in the Tri-state area before saying yes! Well, that just wasn't the case. I found my dress as part of a trunk show and it was hidden back in the racks. I am pretty sure I passed right over it, because my sister (MOH) picked it out for me. It was definitely not what I had envisioned nor thought would look good on me. Well, I tried it on and according to my mom, MOH & bridesmaid, I was glowing! It was a beautiful chunky lace gown-- different than I have ever seen. Because it was a trunk show, I didn't really have the option to leave it because it wouldn't be in the store the following week. I broke down and bought the dress! I had buyer's remorse the same night (IRE: my indecisive personality!). Suzanne and her staff were so understanding and accommodating. They allowed me to come back in a try it on again a few days later! And of course.. I loved it! Seeing my gown hanging in the barn (our venue) the afternoon of our wedding, I fell in love all over again. Thank you to Suzanne for the amazing service! I would definitely recommend Jon's Bridal by Suzanne to anyone looking for a one-on-one experience with a great selection of bridal gowns!!

I got my wedding dress and here and I cannot express how wonderful they were to work with. Donna was my consultant and she was amazing. I gave her a vague description of things I liked and she immediately pulled the dress I ended up buying and I LOVE it. They weren't pushy at all and made me feel so beautiful in every dress they put on me. I typically wear a bigger size than the samples but Donna still made them look like they were made to fit me. My dress came in with plenty of time to spare and they offered me a lot of help when it came to what accessories to wear with it. Luckily I need few to no alterations so their sizing was right on!! This was one of my best experiences in wedding planning!

I went into Jon's Bridal on Black Friday during their Allure trunk show. My mother, her best friend, and one of my bridesmaids accompanied me. We were seated in a private show area and treated to champagne and cupcakes. Roxy navigated me through the sea of taffeta and tulle and looked for gowns in my budget while still staying true to my style. She helped me try on a number of dresses - when I found one that I loved. Roxy set it aside and let me get down to my "top 2". She laced the corset back on my final selections so I could get a feel for what the dress would really look like. Neither she nor the owner pressured me into a sale, and I was showered with compliments.

Feeling indecisive, they scheduled an appointment with me two days later so that I could still get the discount with the trunk show, but have time to process my decision. Ultimately, I bought my dress.

It might be useful to know that we were not permitted to take pictures of any dresses, because Jon's Bridal had entered into a contract with Allure not to release images of the dresses. If you agreed to purchase your gown, pictures were permitted.

I also received a darling tote from Jon's Bridal filled with magazines and offers after purchasing my gown.

After an awful appointment with neglectful attendants at David's Bridal, Jon's Bridal by Suzanne would be my first recommendation to any bride in search of her gown. I was able to come in well under my budget of $1000, and felt like a celebrity in the process.

Jon's Bridal by Suzanne was a great place to find the dress of my dreams! Suzanne is such a nice lady and all of the girls there are a pleasure to work with! I went back for a second time after thinking i found my dress and after knowing it just didn't feel right we went back to the drawing board! At that visit i came acorss the dress i wore on my 9/7/13 wedding. Suzanne was so kind to even locate a bridesmaid dress I found in a catalog at a different shop and have them hold it until i was able to get there to see it! I would suggest his place to any upcoming brides!

My sister and I both used Jon's bridal for our wedding dresses. We went shopping at the same time (married a couple months apart) and Jon's gave us both very personal attention so that we could each find the perfect dress that we were looking for. It is a small shop, but has a good variety of dresses. Most fall within a certain price range, so you know that you will not be forced into a dress outside of your budget. After trying on several dresses, my bridal consultant listened to the likes and dislikes of each dress and literally found the PERFECT dress for me. I knew as soon as I put it on that I was in love. Jon's really nailed it. I also appreciated how nice they all were and never got that snobby feeling that many salons are known for. They also did not pressure me into additional sales. A family friend offered to let me borrow her veil and instead of pressuring me into buying one of theirs, they all agreed that they liked the borrowed one the best and that it didn't make sense to spend extra money when I had one already that I could use. One thing to note is that Jon's does not have their own seamstress on site. They do have several experienced seamstresses in the area that they recommend though. I actually preferred this as I found that the rates were much better for alterations this way than going through a pricey salon. Overall I was very happy with my experience. On my wedding day, I received so many compliments about how gorgeous the dress was and how it was so me. I never wanted to take it off!

I live in the D.C. area but got married in PA. I went to many upscale bridal salons and left disappointed. I had THE experience at Jon's Bridal by Suzanne. They gave us a ton of attention and knew exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. This was probably my favorite part of wedding planning.

I was very happy with the service I received at Jon's Bridal. Donna was so wonderful to work with; she was enthusiastic, honest, and helpful. It is a small shop, but they have beautiful dresses and other wedding items. You have to make sure you're on time for your appointment because it does get crowded if there are other brides there, but it's nice because you get the room and all the mirrors to yourself during your appointment. They let you actually go through their stock and pick the dresses you want by yourself, which I really appreciated, because at other shops, this isn't the case. The dress, veil, and headpiece I got there were the first things I tried on, and I'm so glad I went back and decided to purchase them. I went to Jon's because it was recommended to me by other brides, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Jon's Bridal by Suzanne was the first place that I went to try on wedding dresses and they were amazing! I was hesitant and nervous to try on wedding dresses and the staff at Jon's put all of my nervousness at ease. I called two hours before my scheduled appointment and learned there was a cancellation and I could come in ahead of schedule. After speaking with my consultant, Donna, she took my mom and I back to the bridal room where I could look through all of their dresses and find the one that was right for me. I tried on several gowns and on the fourth one, I found it! Donna cinched me in the corseted back gown and I looked and felt stunning!! The staff showed me how the dress would look bustled, how I could use my mom's veil and incorporate it into my look and how I would look as a "finished product" from head to toe!

The staff were all very helpful and I even was able to see their collection of bridesmaid gowns while I was there. The best part, besides the fantastic service, was the price! I purchased a gown, by one of my favorite designers, for half of my budget! I would highly recommend Jon's Bridal by Suzanne for all of your bridal needs!!

Amazing!!!!!!! I had my appointment at Jons bridal yesterday. This was about the sixth place I visited to find my dress. Not only did my consultant, Donna, listen and walk me through each step,, but the owner and her right hand lady were helping every step of the way. I went to Jons to try on a specific dress I loved. I tried it on at another store and they were not helpful regarding necessary alterations. I made the appt at Jons because when I called to ask if they had the dress, they were the most helpful people I had talked to over the last few months. Not only did Donna and the ladies allow me to pick dresses but they also picked dresses that would be perfect for my 5'2" frame (I was searching for the perfect fit and flare). I put on the dress I thought I loved and they walked me thru what alterations I would need since the dress wasn't proportionate to my body. Then, Suzanne pulled a dress that she thought would top the first one and I fell in love. It was perfect for me in every way. They jacked me up with a beautiful headpiece, veil, and earrings and I was sold!!!!! These ladies are truly amazing and know what they're doing. Their main goal is to help find the perfect dress for each bride and that shows way more than them just wanting to sell a dress to make money. I'm so glad I found them and my perfect allure dress! Going back next week with my bridesmaids!

I had gone to 3 bridal shops before going to Jon's. The places I had gone left me feeling discouraged and frustrated. I went into Jon's dreading the appointment, but as soon as I walked in the door, that feeling instantly vanished. They took me into the room of the dresses and let my mom and I go through to pull our own picks. We then started trying on dresses and I was told not to say yes to any of them - instead I was saying which ones I would be ok with trying on again. Suzanne was there through my appointment and I was given a glass of champagne and she was right up in the action. When I found my dress, not only my mom and I cried, but Suzanne shed a tear as well. The personalized experience is one I will never forget. Stacey is who helped me and she was AMAZING. She was there for every appointment including when I went in for my bridesmaid dresses. Even though they do this every day, they made me feel like I was special and my wedding was important to them. I would absolutely recommend Jon's Bridal by Suzanne.

I had a wonderful experience at Jon's Bridal by Suzanne. My best friend found her wedding dress there and recommended that I check it out. After visiting nearly 8 different bridal stores, I have to say that this was by far the best. They had a great selection of gowns and let me look through them on my own (although the dress I ended up with was my consultant's pick). My first appointment was on a Saturday which is normally a busy day, but we had plenty of space and did not feel rushed at all. The staff was very patient and I ended up going back 2 more times to try on the same 2 dresses because I couldn't make up my mind. I never felt pressured to make a decision which was such a different experience than many of the other places I visited. When I finally decided, I felt confident that this was the perfect dress for me! I would definitely recommend this store to any bride!

I walked in there with a vague idea of what I wanted and the sales girl Donna let me try on a few that I thought I liked and each time she listed to me likes and dislikes. THEN she made her recommendation! Let me just tell you! She was spot on! The dress was elegant and sexy and simple all at the same time! The staff was so wonderful and the feedback was honest! Both my sister AND I ended up getting our wedding dresses from there and then my mother got her Mother of the Bride dress from there as well! The price was WAYYYY less than NJ and NYC!!!! Great value, great quality and great customer service!!!

Was a little hesitant on getting my gown here b/c it is a smaller business and they do not have alterations on site but all my worries went away as soon as I entered. I loved that I had one consultant and was not just another customer or number. She was very helpful in steering me in the right direction of gowns and was so easy to work with. They do their best to make their brides feel comfortable to at ease

The alteration recommendations were great. I had a great experience with the woman that did mine and will continue to use her in the future.

I just ordered my dream wedding dress from Jon's Bridal by Suzanne! They were so nice and really went out of their way for me. They put a lot of effort into getting a sample dress in the store that I loved from pictures and I really appreciated it because it's the perfect dress for me! Both Suzanne and the girls that work there are extremely helpful and so nice! I loved my experience with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience with helpful people!

My experience at Jon's Bridal by Suzanne was a great one. The women there were very helpful, but not overbearing. They knew when to stop talking and let me and my mom/bridesmaids talk and when to chime in with suggestions. I like that they allowed me to look through their "room of dresses" instead of listening to my ideas and finding dresses for me. The one I ended up liking was one I found on the rack all by myself and the associate may not have selected based on my initial descriptions. I was pleased with the service and my dress!

I love this shop!!! The ladies that work there are wonderful! I told them what I wanted and they pulled out a bunch of dresses for me to try on. I was the only person in there (because it is small) so I felt like it was all about me - just how it should feel on your wedding day!! .... I got a dress I LOVED! It looked SO good and was SO comfy! A lot of my friends have gotten dresses here. We went back for bridesmaid dresses and it was great - all my girls tried on all these different dresses, we went through swatches and picked out the most perfect bridesmaid dresses, they were stunning - my bridal party looked great! And I so appreciated all the help they provided me!! It was the only place I went and I found THE dress! They will also suggest that you go to a lovely lady to have your dress altered and I HIGHLY suggest taking their advice, she is just awesome ... did my dress quickly since I was on a time crunch being out of town and she just made the dress fit like a glove!

Not a bad thing to say about this company. They were super nice from start to finish! I bought my wedding dress, my girls dresses and my grandmother's dress there! They were very helpful and bride friendly. Your appointment time was your time! It's a very small place and it's not heavily advertised but it was a wonderful experience. I had been to two other bridal stores that day and they were terrible. Took special care of all my girls and our dresses! And it seemed that they took care of the girls that were in every time I was there!

I got a knock-off Amsale dress for $700!!! Awesome, worth the drive, obviously. Had no idea people even sold knock-offs. Tons of dresses. I almost left the store the minute I went in b/c the bridesmaid dresses were hideous and trashy looking. Loved the price and the dress! Saved a ton of $$.

Jon's Bridal did an excellent job helping us find the perfect wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses!! They were easy to work with,and the dresses were very reasonably priced.

I first went to Jon's Bridal to get an idea of what style of wedding dress I would like. The consultant was very helpful and attentive, and I did not feel at all rushed as I tried on 10+ dresses. I went back to Jon's Bridal a month later with my bridesmaids to get their dresses. During the appointment, the consultant remembered me from my first visit and pulled out a dress that matched exactly what I was looking for. The dress was perfect, and we ended up getting both the bridesmaid dresses and my wedding dress the same day!

The dress came in within two months, and they gave me a list of people they recommend for alterations. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Jon's Bridal!!

They were friendly and welcoming and did everything they could to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. My dress from Job's bridal by Suzanne was absolutely stunning. I never felt pressured and felt like the sales ladies were really looking out for me. I really wish they did in house alterations, but they did offer a list of preferred seamstresses.

I made an appointment to visit Jon’s Bridal during one of their Allure trunk shows. I figured it would be a good opportunity to try on dresses and see if the style I envisioned myself in actually was figure flattering. No real intention of making a purchase during my dress shopping experience. The staff there greeted my family with open arms as well as cupcakes and champagne (a huge crowd pleaser) and my consultant was extremely helpful in selecting dresses for me to try on. I wanted a modern style in a mermaid silhouette and they had PLENTY for me to select from as well as tons of others. The first dress we picked ended up being the one and fit my personality to a T. The minute everyone saw it on me at our wedding they fell in love and complimented how unique and “me” it was and how high fashion it looked and the quality of the fabric. Joke was on them since it was on sale at an amazing price! I am still trying to find occasions to wear it at again now that the wedding is over!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! The atmosphere is relaxed but still elegant and the prices are amazing, especially for such a great dress selection. While there are no in-house alterations, I was referred to a wonderful seamstress who made my dress fit like a glove and is now our family’s go-to seamstress.

I bought my wedding dress from Jon's bridal by Suzanne and it was the best decision I made! My dress was gorgeous and reasonably priced so that made me very happy. Suzanne and staff are now like family to us since not only did we get my dress there, we also bought my girls dresses there and since then my sister bought her wedding dress and girls dresses from them. The bridesmaid dresses are a more expensive then other places, but you do get 15% off bridesmaid dresses if your wedding dress is from there. We obviously love it there, or we wouldn't have bought so many dresses! I have 3 younger sisters all getting married in the next year and a half. So far 2 of the 4 of us bought our wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses from her. The other 2 have already made plans to look at dresses for their weddings when they get to that point!

Amazing and one of a kind experience! Suzanne was there everytime we went (from picking out my dress, my bridesmaid dresses & all the pickups!) She is truly passionate about what she does!! Everyone we encountered there to help pick out our dresses were absolutely amazing! It had been one of the last bridal salons I had been too, and she made me feel like it was the first time picking out a dress, a magical experience!! Even going back for our bridesmaid dresses, they made the process seamless! Would recommend going to them first!

I bought my wedding dress from Jon's bridal by Suzanne. My experience with the shop was top notch. Being a plus size bride I felt very self-conscious however the staff made me feel comfortable and absolutely beautiful.

The only reason I'm not giving a fifth star is that the dress took so long to come in. I ordered it early January and it took until the first week in October to come in. I know dresses take a while, but it seemed to be a bit long. On the bright side the staff was super patient with me every time I called to check on the status.

Very good service. It is a small place, but when it was time for my appointment we got our own room and it wasn't crazy busy. My grandmother picked the most beautiful dress off the rack and it was a fantastic price since the design house had just closed its doors. The owner/manager herself is very passionate and nearly cried seeing me in my wedding dress with my mom and grandma. I chose to go with a seamstress near me to do the alterations, but they do give a discount if you use their seamstress. I did buy my veil there and it was very good quality. They are very willing to work with you and love what they do.

I had a great experience at Jon's Bridal by Suzanne! When looking online at wedding dresses, I knew I liked Allure dresses and this was the only store nearby that carried that designer. This was my first wedding dress appointment. I had the entire place to myself, and the store lets you go through the racks as opposed to them just bringing dresses out to you. I had some ideas of what I wanted, but after trying on a few dresses, Donna pulled one she thought I might like, and it was the one I later ended up buying! It was the perfect fit for my personality, venue, and season. The ladies there are very sweet and respectful and really listen to what you like and don't like to find you the perfect dress. I came into the store a few times before I committed to the dress, and they were kind enough to let me do that. They are not as snobby as some of the other boutiques in the area, but they are also very knowledgeable and professional and really know dresses. My only real complaint is that they won't let you take pictures of yourself in any dresses until you actually buy one. That was pretty annoying for me as for how much we pay for a dress, I wanted to be able to see what I looked like in pictures before making a commitment.

My dress was priced pretty reasonably, and when people ask how much I paid, they normally expect that I paid more than what I did!

I also used one of their recommended seamstresses, and she was awesome, as well! I actually even got a compliment on my wedding day that I must have had a great seamstress!

Overall, I was happy with how kind and knowledgeable the staff was at Jon's Bridal by Suzanne! We would recommend the store to any future brides!

It is a small place, but they don't overbook appointments so your time with them is one on one. My dress was beautiful and the price was right. I was a little bummed because the length was measured wrong and when it came in and I tried it on with my shoes, it was short. I had to buy a new pair of shoes, which was a quick fix to the problem. Also, at times, I felt like I was a bother when I asked questions with some of the staff.
Eventhough I had some problems, I would tell any bride to check them out because their experience may be different.

I loved Jon's bridal by Suzanne. I was nervous to go dress shopping because I didn't really have any idea. The girls made the experience a great one. When I went to pick up my dress, Suzanne was a bit rude and really didn't answer my questions that I had. They had a perfect selection without totally overwhelming me.

After a terrible experience at another bridal shop in the Lehigh Valley, I was so glad I found Jon's Bridal by Suzanne on Hamilton. They had beautiful dresses, we were able to look through the whole collection, and the saleswomen listened to me and helped me find the perfect dress for me.

I got my dress @ Jon's bridal. Very cute little place. My consultant was great. People were raving about my dress & I am so thankful I found it here. The only thing I did not like was when I picked my dress up, the salon was too full, so they had me try it on upstairs in the atticish part ... but, it was july and the air conditioning was broke. I did not have that "yay" feeling because I was sweating the whole time. When I got home, I tried it on again and it was just beautiful.

Jon's Bridal is a good place if you feel overwhelmed and pestered by the kinds of people who work at David's Bridal. I found the prices to be reasonable and it was not as crowded or crazy as other bridal stores. I did not like the person they recommended for alterations, who was also located in Fogelsville.

Love my dress, and it was a great PRICE......but it took a long time to order. Also, they do not offer alterations on site, so you have to take your dress elsewhere and they forced me to pick it up on their schedule not mine.

The service was fine (not spectacular). The facility is pretty small, so don't bring a big group with you. I went in looking for something simple, and most of their gowns are what I would call over the top. I was expecting to go in, describe what I had in mind and then try what they brought to me... but instead I was told to go to a VERY crowded room packed to the rafters with dresses and find what I wanted to try on myself. I got a beautiful wedding dress that everyone loved, but I think it was a little overpriced - not a lot, just a little.

They have beautiful dresses at this store and I loved the dress I purchased. The price also was good for the designer. Roxy was amazing and I enjoyed working with her. The owner of the store is not very personable. It is frustrating they do not have a seamstress on site. The seamstress i used from the list they give out made the dress process very stressful and caused unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this store for the simple fact that they do not have an onsite seamstress. If I had to do it again I would of bought the dress at a store that had a seamstress to make the process less stressful and avoid driving to different locations.

Loved my dress and accessories and felt the price was fair compared to other boutiques. Staff were very friendly; however, they took my deposit and then I didn't receive my dress until a year after I ordered it. I know it can take several months, but I think a year is a bit outrageous for a dress that is not a custom creation. I felt like they took advantage of the fact that my wedding was further out. I wish they would have been honest about it or would've waited to take my money until they were actually going to order it.

3 out of 5 dresses for our bridesmaids did not fit at all. You have to sign a contract which basically states that you can't get any kind of refund if there is a problem with your dress. I asked them to email me an invoice and they said "their computers don't email." I also live out of state and they called me telling me that I needed to pick up my dress otherwise they couldn't keep it at the store. When I called to ask them for reimbursement for the alterations since the sizing was so off, they said "sorry you signed the contract, next time order two sizes up." Don't worry, there won't be a next time.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with Jon's Bridal by Suzanne. While the sales people are very nice, they are conniving. I tried on a few dresses and the only one I like had this decal on the hip that I really didn't like. The owner (not just a saleswoman who may have made a mistake) said it's easily removed and behind the decal will just be the dress, no problem. She even said she'd order it with the decal because they could easily take it off in store and she didn't want me spending an extra $200 for a alteration from the dress company. The dress arrived 2 months before my wedding and I was surprised when I arrived to pick it up, the decal was still attached. The owner said, "Oh, the seamstress will take that off" (although she said months before it was easy for them to take it off in store). We take it to the seamstress and she takes one look at it and says, "You can't take this decal off. There will be a big seam behind it. Whoever told you differently doesn't know what they're talking about." Basically, Jon's Bridal by Suzanne lied to me and the reason they ordered the dress with the decal was because they knew it couldn't be ordered without it. They just wanted to make a sale. And being a new bride who didn't know better trusted these people. It was a horrible to feel I was tricked into buying this dress, especially because your wedding dress is supposed to represent something so wonderful. I wouldn't recommend this bridal store to ANYONE. They are looking to make a sale and it doesn't matter to them if its done through deceit. Save yourself tears, heartache, and stress and go somewhere else.

Don't make the same mistake we did.

Took my mother-in-law to be here, in search of a dress for my fiancée and I upcoming nuptials. As she is a petite, younger mother, she was looking for a more modern dress, and ended up selecting a beautiful bridesmaid dress from Jon's Bridal by Suzanne. The dress was ordered 14 (!) weeks ago, and still has not arrived. It was clearly explained during the appointment, when the event is, and that we needed the dress with time prior to that (to accommodate for alterations). We were assured that the dress would be in the 'beginning of July', which would have left plenty of time for alterations.

Calls were placed last week, over the weekend, and again this morning, when we finally reached Suzanne who told us she would 'email china' and get back to us. Apparently, her phone must be out of service- because that's the best she would do for us. We were 'updated' today that the dress would arrive on July 22nd (not exactly my definition of the beginning of July)- pending it doesn't get held up in customs. This is 11 (!) days prior to our wedding- which doesn't exactly leave much time for alterations. Suzanne didn't offer any support for the late shipment- she can't be bothered by customers who have already paid. Be forewarned- unless you have months and months to wait for something which you already paid for- do not order from Jon's Bridal by Suzanne!

BEWARE: I purchased a bridesmaid dress, back in January. I was really excited to visit Jons because I had a friend who had just purchased her dress here and I knew I would soon be on the market for my own dress, so I wanted to keep my eyes peeled. I really wanted to like Jons, even after waiting for 10 mins to be greeted and then getting a snarky comment from Suzanne for ordering my bridesmaid dress 2 months later then the others bridesmaids ( I was added in the party a little later then the others) and stated she most likely couldn't order it in time for a May wedding, but she would check. I brushed it off and figured maybe she was having a busy day. After she hurriedly took my measurements and told me she could in fact order my dress, I was assured I would have it by April. April came and went and we are still waiting for our dresses! THE WEDDING IS IN THREE WEEKS?! The bride has called multiple times and hasn't even rec'd her wedding dress yet. After calling today to ask the status of my bridemaids dress, I was greeted by a huffy women on the phone who told me the dresses had indeed arrived but "They are still in the boxes and need to be processed", so I asked if I would be contacted after they were "processed", they said the bride would be contacted not me. Which I found odd being that I'm the one who purchased the dress... Either way I would not recommend Jon's. They sure lost a potential customer now that I'm on the hunt for my own wedding dress.

They only allotted me twenty minutes after I waited five minutes just to be greeted. Most of their dresses were too small for my chest area. They had other people walking by me while I was standing there barely clothed between dresses. I felt like I was in the way and was not made to feel special.
