Jonathan was great to work with! He listened to everything I wanted and made sure to get all the shots I asked for. During our photoshoot, he had such a keen eye to find all the right spots at my venue to get the best photos; I was impressed. Anything that I asked for during my wedding day, he made sure to get throughout the night. He was very attentive and active throughout my wedding day. My photos look amazing and I am very happy. My experience with John was fantastic! He was great with communicating prior to the wedding and during the big day. I felt confident that him and his colleague, Donya, would be able to capture the ceremony and reception perfectly. I chose the package with a 2nd photographer and I was impressed with how well they worked together and worked with my husband and I. The photos I received so far have turned out amazing! My daughter got married a few days ago and Jonathan was amazing! He showed up on time and was very thoughtful as to what he photographed and how he did it. He captured the day beautifully and add so many details that I wouldn’t have thought of photographing. He was kind and great to work with. The preview alone of the wedding photos blew us away! He also did an engagement session that was equally as beautiful! I highly recommend Jonathan! -

Jonathan and his team knocked it out of the park. From our engagement photos to our wedding day, he was incredible. I came to him with a vision for my engagement shoot, and he came prepared with printed out inspiration photos and helped pose us, truly some of my favorite photos ever!!
And for the wedding photos he was also incredible! Kept us calm, organized and professional. Not to mention, I had my photos back so FAST!!

Jonathan dyer was the absolute best photographer I could have asked for. He was very affordable, and every single request I had he said yes without hesitation. He arrived promptly and in time. A few weeks ahead of time we had a thorough meeting that went out the timeline and any special photo requests I had. He was extremely professional and looked very nice. He went to the brides location and his second photographer went with the grooms. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His work was so unbelievably talented. His pictures were so beautiful he capture every request I had. After the wedding and not shortly after he took over 2k pictures!! He truly didn’t miss a shot. I would hire Jon and his partner again in a heartbeat he was a pleasure to work with and be around on my wedding day. His pictures were so stunning and unique. He captured the most beautiful pictures on the beach, at the church, I couldn’t be happier with hiring him as my photographer. Hire Johnathan dyer for any photo event you will be so very happy that you did!! If your also looking for a videographer he works very well together with Rod baker video! Jonathan did a fantastic job on our wedding. The lighting for everything was spot on. My venue didn't have a separate bridal suite to get ready in, so he was able to work magic to make our hotel suite look great for the getting ready photos. Jonathan is punctual, professional, and a great communicator.
My husband doesn't typically like staged photos taken but he was comfortable and happy that our day felt natural and non-invasive. We were able to spend a lot of time celebrating with our guests and that was what we were hoping for.
The wedding was on a Saturday evening, and I already had a large preview file by Monday morning. Two weeks later I had the entire edited file and that really exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend Jonathan to anyone needing a photographer. -

From start to finish, he was prompt and professional in his communication, handling both our engagement and wedding photos with ease—even working with us through stormy weather for the engagement shoot. We were blown away when we received our sneak peek pictures within 48 hours after our wedding; they are absolutely phenomenal! The colors he brings out in his photos are stunning, and his eye for the party shots is spot-on, capturing all the energy and joy of the night. I told him I couldn't afford 10 hours but really loved his photos and he assured me that he could get all I wanted in 8 hours. Well from what I have seen from the preview, he definitely delivered! He is great with communication and takes stunning photos! Would highly recommend! -

The moment we received our wedding pictures I cried happy tears! The pictures received were far beyond my expectations. Jonathan truly captured every moment of our wedding perfectly. Jonathan was communicative throughout the wedding process. Always answering my emails or text with any questions that I had in such quick responses that gave me much ease. Day of wedding Jonathan was very professional, and his vibe was so chill and vibrant at the same time. He was so sweet and calm never making us feel rushed. Even while us girls were running late Dyer made use of the paid time and took pictures of my dress, rings, and even created a cute set up with all my accessories while he waited. Jonathan worked with one of our videographers who he was not partnered with. He worked with her so well it almost seemed as if they were a team. She quickly took his lead as Jonathan had the eye for every shot he took as far as background, lighting, and poses. All the while being patient and respectfully asking her if she got the shots she needed before he moved on. He was such a delight to have as he was in the shadows some how never in the way capturing EVERYTHING. The quality of the pictures are beyond the best I've ever seen of myself. Made my husband and I look like models! Receiving our album was like watching a movie. Jonathan didn't miss a thing to me tossing the bouquet to it being in the air to one catching it. Truly mind blowing. Any picture request that I had in the moment he captured. We received a ton of pictures which I LOVE. Also making it hard to pick from because the pictures are all beautiful. We received sneak peaks three days from our wedding which we were grateful for. Received the full album a week or so later which timed perfectly coming back from our honeymoon. DO NOT MISS OUT ON JD PHOTOGRAPHY. The price was at an extended offer for 2023 so we got a reasonable package. Without the offer the prices still wouldn't have broken the bank or wouldn't have been found with any other photography company with the talent Jonathan has. Absolutely worth the money. 10/10 recommend JD Photography! -

If I could rate 10 out of 5 stars, I would! Jonathan was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very kind and easy to work with. He was clear in pricing and quick to respond. There were multiple times I dropped the ball and not once did he make me feel bad. He understood we had so much going on. He was very professional and pleasant at the wedding. And the photos, well, he has an amazing eye for photography. It's clear why he does what he does. We heard multiple times, "This should be in a magazine!" and "Your photographer is absolutely amazing!". The photos truly were stunning. Absolutely worth every penny. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with Jonathan Dyer Photography. Not only was he helpful and open to all of our wedding day needs, his calmness, professionalism, and ability to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera was a major plus. Prior to the wedding day, he was always available to talk on the phone, plan, and make sure he had firm grasp on the schedule of the day, along with particular photographs we were looking for, which made both myself and Charlotte feel confident that we had made the right decision in choosing JDP. What more can I say than we are in love with our wedding pictures! He captured all of the important moments we were hoping for and so much more including friends and relatives engaging with one another, beautiful shots of our rings, and even photographs along the way as we requested them. While searching for a photographer I noticed that Jon also shoots sports events, to which I mentioned to him that, “anyone who can capture a fastball in crisp focus, won my confidence that he could capture a kiss,” which he did in many natural, fun ways. Jonathan is amazing! He was very responsive from the very start and upfront about pricing. Once hired if I had any questions, he replied quickly. The pricing is 100% worth it. He is based out of the Tampa area and has a lot of experience with outdoor weddings. We got married on the beach and I was worried about strangers in our photos but he knew all the right angles to keep beach-goers out of our photos. After the wedding he was still in communication and sent out a sneak peak by Monday and had our full gallery within 2 weeks! I can't say enough good things about him and his work! Totally impressed. -

Jonathan was the best photographer we could have asked for! We were both nervous about the day and honestly feeling awkward about having so many photos taken, but Jonathan made us feel right at ease! (We had smaller shoots with just the 2 of us in a couple of locales before the ceremony and reception). During the ceremony and reception Jonathan took a low-key role and captured many beautiful intimate moments (as well as great background shots) without being “in-your-face”. He had many great ideas and also enthusiastically took our ideas and requests on board. We received a preview set of photos in a couple of days, and the complete edited gallery a week after that. The result is a gorgeous set of photos that we will cherish forever :) -

As soon as we met Jonathan at our engagement shoot, we knew that this was going to work out well. He was so fun and laid-back and up for anything, which is exactly our style. I had a bunch of ideas for different kinds of photos and he incorporated them all and came up with great ideas of his own. Our engagement photos and our wedding pictures are beautiful. The hard part is trying to sort through hundreds of great pictures to try to narrow down which ones to post, haha! In the world of weddings, where everything is overpriced just because, Jonathan offers a great service at a fair price and we are so glad that we hired him. -

Jonathan was the absolute best to work with. We aren't big on taking photos and wanted to find someone we were comfortable with. He is that guy! Jonathan was our wedding photographer at Sirata in St. Pete Beach, FL. He was super nice and professional, prompt (a little early actually), and took so many great photos, many of which I was unaware of in the moment (lots of awesome candid photos).
He kept our post-ceremony shoot short as we had asked, but managed to get really great shots of all the groups we requested. Our bride and groom pics turned out amazing and again, did not take long at all. He had the perfect spots on the beach scoped out and executed perfectly. He sent us proofs promptly 3 days after the wedding and we couldn't be more pleased with them. He also hopped around the reception strategically and got lots of candid and staged photos, including many of our guests which we appreciated.
Communication, professionalism and quality exceeded anything we could have expected. His artistic style, composition, and eye for lighting were top notch. Highly recommend and well worth the money, which I thought was extremely reasonable (we went with the 3-hour option). -

I am thankful for Jonathan's great attitude. The venue manager was a little cranky and instead of making a strained moment worse, he worked through the situation professionally. Jonathan is a diamond in the rough. We had the pleasure of booking him through a pop-up service of sorts when COVID changed our plans. I cannot believe how amazing our photos came out and for a fraction of what we would have spent elsewhere. I have already recommended him to a friend. He was laid back, easy to work with, and truly, truly talented. We love our pictures so much! The price tag was just a bonus -- good photos were a non-negotiable for me. I would have gladly spent much more for what we got. -

From the very beginning, Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. A year before the wedding, he offered to meet my fiance and I at Starbucks, where we had time to talk and plan. Leading up to the wedding day, he was always available to answer any questions I had through email and flexible through our wedding day change with COVID. When the wedding date was closer, he asked me to send an email with ideas I had of poses I wanted. On the wedding day, he kept the list handy on his phone and made sure we got each shot! He had several creative ideas of his own as well. Through the stressful moments before the ceremony he remained patient, calm, and helped me relax and enjoy the moment. We received a preview of our gallery two days after the wedding and already had over 90 photos to preview! He did a phenomenal job! We could not be more excited over our photos and grateful that he captured our special day so perfectly. -

Throughout the process, JD was super easy and flexible to work with! What we really enjoyed about his style is we feel we were able to get pictures with everyone we wanted. After being at other weddings, my biggest concern was making sure we had pictures with our family members (immediate and extended) and JD made that happen ten times over by making sure we had pictures with extended family individually at the reception, too! We had the pleasure of meeting Jonathon Dyer through a Craig's List ad while looking for someone to photograph a beach family reunion and a surprise engagement of my daughter in June of 2018 on Anna Maria Island. And, we couldn't be more thrilled with this chance meeting! I had no idea what to expect because I didn't know anyone who had previously used him but I can honestly say that it was such an excellent choice. He was on time, very prepared and took some amazing shots! Everyone in our family loved him and he really clicked with our whole group. After having such a great experience using him for this event, we decided to hire him to photograph our daughter's wedding in downtown Orlando at Quantum Leap Winery on November 2, 2019. His work was phenomenal! He totally worked his butt off and got so many wonderful shots that it is going to be so hard to choose. He spent the whole day with us and then was there late into the evening to capture our Hora Loca group and the sparkler exit. He is super nice, easy to work with, punctual, and definitely is an excellent photographer. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him. If you are planning a beach wedding then look no further for a photographer! Jonathan is your man! I was a nervous wreck the day of my wedding! Even though my husband and I have been together 10 years! I couldn't quit shaking! I was trying to smile for pics taken by friends and family and I literally could feel my cheeks trembling. I was so worried about how I was going to make it through the ceremony or survive taking pictures with my photographer. Then Jonathan arrived! He set my mind at ease. He has this wonderful laid back personality that just makes you feel super comfortable. This man worked his tail off out on the beach! He moves quickly and has an eye for catching wonderful shots! There were a lot of very inconsiderate people on the beach that could care less if they were interrupting my wedding or photos. Jonathan was very patient in waiting and making sure they were not included in any of my pictures. My friends and family really enjoyed him also. He is also affordable. We didn't want to spend a fortune on photos. He has nice packages that you can customize to fit your needs. We received a preview of some of the shots 2 days after our wedding! Jonathan exceeded our expectations and made our wedding photos come to life. He uses attractive angles and great camera techniques that made our pictures so special. I would 1,000 percent recommend Jonathan Dyer to anyone out there looking for a photographer for their wedding or other photography needs! To start he has very reasonable pricing. We wanted to capture beautiful pictures of our day, but we also know most wedding pictures/albums aren’t pulled out at looked at every day, especially as time passes. We did not want to spend a fortune. Now just because I say Jonathan is affordable, this does not mean you’ll be sacrificing quality. Our wedding was Sunday evening and by Wednesday morning we had a preview of pictures he had captured throughout the entire day and night. The pictures thus far are phenomenal, and I cannot wait to see the full album! Not only are the pictures amazing, but Jonathan has undoubtedly one of the best personalities. He keeps things light with some added comic relief which is absolutely necessary on a day that can be a little stressful and anxiety filled. About an hour before our ceremony was about to begin, I realized the bottom of my dress had already gotten dirty, and I had a little bit of a bridezilla moment. However, Jonathan made me laugh as my sister helped with the stain and within a few minutes, I felt calm again. He was also very flexible with the wedding day schedule. Last minute was quickly able to come up with a better timeline so that I wasn’t standing in my dress for longer than I needed to. He is also flexible with substituting/adding/removing certain items from the packages that he offers in order to customize a plan that works best for you! We were also able to hire one of his colleagues at a reasonable rate as a 2nd photographer for a few hours during the wedding to capture guests during the ceremony and cocktail hour as Jonathan was taking our family and wedding party photos. She was excellent to work with as well! He is great with communication. He promptly responds to your emails and questions, and if for any reason there is a delay, he will let you know it and the reason why. I cannot say enough amazing things about Jonathan, his ability, and the service he provides, that would do him justice. Just do yourself a favor and hire him!Jonathan Dyer Photography's reply:
