Our wedding planners connected us with Jonathan. They just knew instantly that Jonathan and his team would be perfect for us and they could not have been more right!
We were first blessed with the opportunity to do our engagement shoot with him. Both my husband and I were extremely nervous because we had never taken professional photos before. As soon as we met Jonathan his calm and sweet demeanor immediately put us at ease. Our engagement photos were absolute perfection!
On the wedding day, Jonathan and his team made it feel like we were shooting with family. They were just so incredibly warm and calming even throughout the hectic day. They led us through the shots but also just let us truly be ourselves and our photos are a beautiful reflection of that. Could not say more amazing things about Jonathan and his team - they are a MUST HAVE for your special day!! -

The best of the best
Jonathan and his team are the absolute best of the best! They were able to capture the emotion & truly tell a beautiful story with our wedding pictures. We are forever grateful for them & will cherish these pictures for the rest of our lives. On your wedding day, you want to be surrounded with positive energy and that’s exactly what we got with them. Jonathan Connolly was nothing short of amazing. Through the craziness of our families on our wedding day, countless meltdowns of bridesmaids and disappearing groomsmen, Jonathan was the calm, stable person we needed to keep us grounded and on schedule throughout the night. He maneuvered through the guests taking their own photos on their cell phones and discreetly took photos at the perfect moment. Jonathan was so easy to communicate with and made sure to be flexible with our time table. He understood our vision of the day better than we did. We could not be happier with our choice to hire Jonathan and highly recommend him! -

When my husband and I saw our wedding photographs, we were amazed! The photographs were beautiful and exactly what we had wanted! My two top wedding priorities were a dress and photography - I knew that once the wedding was over I would want to look back on memories of the day.
I tend not to know what to do when in front of a camera and often feel awkward, but Jonathan made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process and caught countless beautiful shots!
Photography should be a key priority for a wedding, and I can't think of anyone better than Jonathan Connolly Photograph to capture the day! -

We were referred to him by a friend when we were looking for a photographer that captured moments and candid shots, over then staged cookie cutter photos. When we saw the amazing work he had done with wedding photos in the past, we couldn’t wait to meet him! Throughout the entire wedding process he was extremely personable, sticking to what we initially wanted but also giving us helpful suggestions . He’s a super cool guy that makes you feel comfortable while getting amazing photos. We have just been sent a little sneak peak of our photos and we’re in love!! Cannot wait to see the rest!! Not only is he extremely talented, he is super communicative, knowledgeable, professional, charismatic and awesome energy! My husband and I could not have been any happier with our choice of photographer (not that we had trouble choosing)! We knew immediately that he was the photographer for us - in fact, my husband was the one that initially had a call with him and had a great vibe right from the get go! Jonathan sends questionnaires and schedules calls in order to ensure he knows everything about your big day, including your party, family members, venue, theme, dress, literally every detail! He is extremely organized! On our wedding day he was there capturing every single moment, and the best part was, it was with a smile on his face! If you are looking for an amazing, talented and also extremely good energy, pleasant human being, then without a doubt, Jonathan Connolly should be your first and only pick!!! We will definitely be using him in the future for any photography needs!!! :)

We found it important to surround ourselves with vendors that would be supportive, calming, would listen, and of course be talented. Jonathan & Marie were all of those things.
Jonathan met with us before booking and spent time showing us prints, albums and digital images of previous weddings they have shot. He was very clear about pricing, no surprises.
We are so happy that we decided to go with them! The day of they were both professional, calm and most importantly asked us and listened to what we wanted. They constantly checked in to see if we needed a break from photos to simply “be” with each other and with family. Our photos turned out perfectly; we asked for natural appearing photos that would not look like “stock” photos and that is exactly what we got! Our wedding was outdoors and they captured beautiful sunlight, beautiful smiles, happy and loving moments with friends and family and great dance photos! They have always been quick to reply to email or phone calls. Highly recommended! -

I found Jonathan's website and immediately fell in love with his pictures and his eye for capturing the perfect moment. We flew down for the wedding a few days before the wedding and had engagement pictures taken and to meet Jonathan & his wife for the first time in person. They were professional, personable, and made us feel comfortable being in front of the camera. We are absolutely in love with our Engagement and Wedding pictures and are so happy that Jonathan was there to capture all the details. -

Emily Sent on 02/26/2012Jonathan has a talent that can not be taught. He captures the most beautiful moments! We were so surprised when we saw our pictures! There were so many pictures that only lasted seconds that he managed to photograph perfectly! The tears of joy, a wink, laughter between friends; thanks to Jonathan & his wife we have these memories for the rest of our lives.
We also worked with Johnathan for our engagement shoot, which also turned out great & gave us countless pictures of a very happy time! -

Adriana Sent on 08/11/2010Jonathan was excellent! He was very quick to respond to any of my email requests and always available on his cell phone as well. He had never been to the church where the ceremony was being held so he took it upon himself to come to our rehearsal so that he could look around and get a better feel for the place. I thought that was very professional of him.
On the day of the wedding he was very patient with my very loud non-english speaking family. He also stood in the very hot sun and took some great pictures of our bridal party as well as of my husband and I.
I cant say enough about what a great photographer he is, the pictures came out beautiful. he has such an eye for detail. I LOVED the finished product and would recommend this photographer to anyone! -

Amanda Sent on 07/14/2011Jon took pictures of our wedding at the Spanish River Library in Boca Raton on February 26th. We had a very large wedding of 200+ people, we also had a rather large wedding party. Jon is an incredible photographer and I knew we had to book him based on his blog and photos of past weddings he had photographed.
His prices were very fair and he was very responsive to anything I needed during the wedding planning process. We paid to have our photos taken for 8 hours and put on a DVD with no extra editing to keep our costs down.
There were a few things I wasn't happy with but they aren't deal breakers to me and I would and have recommended him to other Brides to Be.
For instance:
Some of the shots we received back weren't exactly what I thought we would get. I don't have one full length photo of my wedding gown. I don't have a decent picture of my dad walking me down the aisle as the lighting was off. There are hardly any pictures of family members. The biggest down point with Jon was that he wasn't very vocal when it came to directing the poses. This is slightly disappointing but again not a deal breaker. Our situation was probably quite unique as our wedding was huge and we had a wedding party of about 15 people. Things were hectic! The night flew by for my husband and I so we can only imagine how insane it must have been for Jon. I understand the amount of stress and pressure on getting the perfect shot. When I explained to Jon some of the disappointments I had with some of our wedding photos he immediately responded with some editing on a few of the pictures and an apology on why certain things weren't captured. Most of which was out of his control.
We did receive our wedding pictures in a very quick turn around. We do have many pictures we adore and all have printed beautifully. We received over 700 photo's from our wedding day that we do love! Jon captured the happiness on just about everyone's face in every picture. We got great shots of the kids in our bridal party that are possibly the favorite of the day besides of course our incredible ceremony photos! I loved that Jon took shots from behind the actual 'alter' and captured a different view of the ceremony. He also captured incredible shots during the reception of everyone dancing, this is exactly what I asked for! Jon also recommended to us a great videographer.
Overall Jon is very reasonably priced, very responsive and extremely professional.
