Amazing photos. The pictures tell the story of our ceremony perfectly. We are camera shy, but John made us feel at ease and we could enjoy the moment.

Amazing photographer! Very easy to work with, really takes the time to work with you and capture the moments you want and even if you dont he knows how to help you with different poses and settings. You dont feel rushed or like your on a limited amount of time. Pictures came out amazing, very professional and the colors are fantastic! Very easy to get ahold of to discuss photos and any ideas you may have! I love my wedding photos! Thanks so much John!

John was the perfect wedding photographer for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. He captured beautiful images, arrived early, was so helpful with decisions before the ceremony as well as providing gentle guidance during and after, all without being the least bit intrusive. Everyone was so impressed by not only his photographs but his kind and gentle demeanor and ability to make everyone comfortable. He even guided the bride and groom through cutting the wedding cake. After taking family photos and some stunning shots at the Wedding Gazebo, John took the bride and groom around the Westin property taking more amazing photographs, including waterfall photos that the bride particularly wanted. He took the extra time to make sure everyone was comfortable and the newlyweds were so happy with the results and the experience. The online gallery and slideshow were a wonderful way to be able to view and share his photos of the wedding. John did an outstanding job for us and we highly recommend John Pierre's Photography.

He was excellent! Not only did he take beautiful pictures, but he found such picturesque spots and suggested things to do and places to walk that turned out perfect in our wedding album. John was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable.

It was a pleasure working with John. The photographs he took of our wedding were absolutely fantastic! He took the time to photograph us in gardens and on the beach in addition to the ceremony itself. He took the time to enhance the photos so that all the images pop with vibrant color (and he softened some of my wrinkles - thanks John!). Over the years we have subsequently purchased enlargements, a DVD slideshow, and a wedding album. These products have provided us with treasured memories of our event in beautiful Maui. He designed our album himself and took great care in ensuring it met our wishes through a few revisions. We couldn't be more thrilled with all the results. Thanks for everything John, Mahalo!

I loved John's work and his style of photography, which is why I hired him. I actually fired my first wedding coordinator, because they didn't want me to hire an outside photographer - I felt that sure of John's work. And I was not disappointed. He took really beautiful pictures. My Mom also commented that he was not obtrusive when taking his pictures as well, something she saw with the photographer in a wedding she attended the week prior. I would highly recommend John for your wedding or event.

I cannot find the words to describe how absolutely satisfied we are with our wedding pictures. Our pictures were perfect and exactly what I had pictured in mind. Everyone that has seen our pictures say that they look like pictures that you would see in a magazine. John is fabulous at what he does! I highly recommend John's services. We were married at the Ritz Carlton in Maui... Absolutely the best venue and best pictures ever!!!! We were so lucky to have John Pierre as our photographer. I did so much research to find The best photographer...he is the best...we are forever thankful! .... I know two other couples who were married in Hawaii and let me tell you John Pierre is who you want to take your pictures!!!! Your wedding pictures as you know are forever! This is one thing that needs to be the best!!!

The photography of my son's wedding in Maui was absolutely beautiful! There were so many absolutely
beautiful photographs that we had a difficult time choosing the best ones for portraits. We have had many

My bride Loree and I had arranged (well, let's say Loree had) all of the wedding plans from our home on Vancouver Island and had never met John before. He did however come recommended by a relative of a good friend of ours so we felt fairly comfortable.
Once Loree had contacted John and we had looked at his website, she felt very much at ease and his confident and easy going nature made her feel great about the decision.
Once we got to the beach for the wedding ceremony, John was already quite prepared and after a brief introduction we started the ceremony.
John worked his magic and we hardly noticed him moving around us. We had no idea how many incredible pictures he had taken of our special occasion until we received the disk from him and got to have a look for ourselves (which I might add was available to us only a short time later).
When Loree and I started looking at the pictures on the large screen TV in our rented condo, we were completely BLOWN AWAY! The quality of the pictures and the amazing shots were magnificent!!
We have since put some of the pictures on our facebook page and our friends and family have been equally impressed.
We would wholeheartedly recommend John as a perfect choice for anyone looking to have their wedding (or any other occasion for that matter) photography done here in Maui.

We used John Pierre's Studio for our recent wedding in Kapalua, Maui; the quality and range of pictures was amazing! The photographer makes you feel comfortable and is extremely easy to work with. John's experience shines through in every picture and he is able to capture all your special moments. The level of professionalism and service is exceptional and I would highly recommend using John Pierre's if your in need of a top photographer.

John was referred to us by my friend who had used his services. He is amazing!! Our wedding photos are beyond our expectations, our album is gorgeous! John is so great to work with and so creative. I had so much fun on our wedding day taking photos before and after the ceremony. He captured beautiful moments during our ceremony and we never saw him. He is great working with families and getting the great traditional shots as well as fun candid shots. I highly recommend John, you will not be disappointed.

John made our special day even more special. He was friendly, funny, and most important, took amazing pictures. All five stars because thats what kind of service I got. We were married in October and had a wedding coordinator who recommended John. I will admit this was a whole new experience book a fairly expensive and important service without previously meeting. We traveled from WI to Hawaii and they is no way to do the typical "meeting" before the wedding in the case. John sent me a great email before had assuring me of his experience and put me at ease knowing the I had chosen the right photographer to capture our big day. On the day fo the wedding I felt happy, unstressed, and like I could relax and enjoy the wedding while he did what he does best. He had an assistant who got amazing candid shots while he let us have fun and take relaxed shot as well as gorgeous and vibrant naturally posed shots. Completely professional but not uptight or uncomfortable in how he works or does business. The pictures were up for viewing quickly and ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. We still keeping looking at them over and over and I know we will enjoy them for so many years to come. You have alot of choices on the island and everything seems to cost a little more in Hawaii. I highly recommend you make room in your wedding budget to fit John in. His photography and services were well worth my time and money and I could not be happier.

By far, the most AMAZING wedding pictures I have ever seen! I loved working with John! he was fantastic! He captured my wedding better than I ever could have imagined. With weddings, as I have recently learned, the day goes by so quickly. It is such a great feeling to have such incredible pictures to look back on and spark memories of the day. John is awesome! My fiancé and I were in Maui to celebrate our engagement and decided it was the perfect place to have our engagement shoot! John was so professional and easy to work with. John was absoultely fabulous! Even though we intially ordered a small package, he took hundreds of photos. The pictures came out so well that we doubled our order. Very gifted photographer. Absoulte joy to work with!
