The absolute best!

I found John Jordan Films through wedding wire and I’m so glad I did! The process leading up to the wedding John contacted me multiple times to make sure everything was on track so that he could capture our special day. He was extremely detailed oriented and even offered creative suggestions for things we could do day of that would be super special for our video. The day of he was super professional and everyone commented about how fun he was that met him that day. He worked super well with my photographer even though he had never met her and coordinated around her pictures like a total pro! My video turned out amazing and many people commented about the quality of the sound and editing. Not to mention he got it to me in less than three weeks from the date of my wedding! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer!

DO IT, you won't regret it!!!

I was on the fence with whether or not to do a videographer. It seemed somewhat redundant because we had a photographer, but after seeing our videos I couldn't have been more pleased with the decision!! The video captures the day in a completely different way than the photographs do. It truly brings you back to the moments and has filled me with so much happiness every time I've watched it. Photographs are beautiful but videos give you something extra- you get to see the little glances, loved ones' mannerisms, and action-scenes from the first/father/mother dances (as well as the drunk dances!). Now that I've convinced you to get a videographer, let me tell you why you should pick John. He is so responsive and was able to tailor the package to exactly what we wanted. He flowed seamlessly with the photographer to get all of the right shots and audio recording. His final product is BEAUTIFUL and not at all corny (which was something I was a little nervous about in getting a video). He has mad skills for picking the right songs to match the scenes. The drone shots were a really neat addition as well! In summary, you should pick John as your videographer, you WILL NOT regret it!!

Amazing!! Best Videographer out there!

John Jordan films is amazing to work with! He is very responsive and makes sure everything is done the way you want it done. He always got back to us within 24 hours and answered every question or concern we had. The day of him and his assistant are very attentive and make sure to get everything they need and you hardly know that they are there! The video is PERFECT! He captured everything and more that I could have ever imagined! I highly recommend John Jordan Films to everyone!

John Jordan Films was the videographer at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. His energy and enthusiasm was unmatched. He was everywhere and his energy was contagious with everyone. He shared a small shot of a couple of pieces.....they were AMAZING!!! Just from that small peak....we can't imagine the magnitude of the finished product. I knew how important a wedding video would be for my daughter’s wedding. Since we posted the wedding video on Facebook, I have received countless messages from brides my daughter’s age saying how they wished they had hired a videographer.
One thing that sold me on John Jordan was his education at NYU in film. This is not a pastime or a hobby for him. This is his passion and his life! It truly shows in his work. The money he has invested in his state of the art equipment produces the highest quality video. His talented eye produces the content for an amazing story of one of the most important days of a girl’s life.
If you are looking for a videographer, look for the style and quality of the video. Price should be your LAST consideration because this is something you will have to remember your special day for the rest of your life.
Your children and future generations will have it to enjoy as well.
Pictures don’t capture the feeling and emotion that video does. Pictures will fade and age.
John Jordan exceeded all of our expectations and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

We used John Jordan Films for our wedding and were very satisfied with the experience from beginning to end. Our video turned out AMAZING—it exceeded our expectations. John did an incredible job in capturing the essence of our evening and piecing it together into a tidy 5-minute video. We received many compliments from our friends and family with whom we shared our video. Basically, everyone cried tears of happiness when they watched it, which is the goal of any wedding video, right? John sent us a few music clips before finalizing the video and let us pick from them, and we really appreciated that our input was valued. Professional, punctual, talented, and reasonably priced—what more can you ask for? We strongly recommend John Jordan Films!

John Jordan captured our day perfectly. He truly is gifted and created such a masterpiece of a video to help us relive our day. When looking for a videographer I had no clue where to start. I came across John Jordan and noticed that his videos stood out and were made very special. I had watched MANY other videos that were very beautiful, but did not capture me as much as his did. He truly paid attention to the people we are and made such a beautifully personalized film for us. Thomas (my husband) and I could not have imagined our day without him. John genuinely cares about his clients and his work. The videos came out absolutely beautiful and were better than my wildest dreams, and I'm a picky person. The best decision we made for our wedding was selecting John Jordan Films as our videographer. Not only did he deliver on every single minute detail that was outlined in our agreement, but he did so seamlessly in the background without needing a single reminder or nudge from us – which is a stark contrast from our experience with some of the other vendors we worked with. And more than the simple execution of the agreement, John Jordan exceeded our expectations beyond measure with his positive energy and delightful presence. He celebrated with us throughout the day with his craft, passionately looking for the most memorable shots that he could capture. It was clear that he was excited to create a unique film that told our story. I’ll admit that I chose some other vendors that nearly ruined my wedding day, but John Jordan’s excitement, kindness and commitment to our wedding film helped me to push through those bad experiences and rest assured that we would remember only the beautiful aspects of our day, because we had an incredible professional who was on our side and eager to create the best wedding film we could hope for. It's been 3 months since I married my best friend and I get to relive the day everytime I watch one of our videos, thanks to John and his team. His work is so amazing and we continue to receive compliments to this day. Hiring is one of the best decisions I have made. I know people tell you to spare no expense on your photographer, which is true, but pictures can only do so much. Dont get mt worng, I absolutely love my wedding photos, but my wedding videos.. I'm obsessed. It's like your are truly the star in your own beautiful love story, the quality is that good. The feeling you get watching the most special day of your life is indescribable and I tell everyone of my friends getting married to make sure they add room in their budget for a "John Jordan". We had much fun with him at the wedding and he was so easy to work with after it was said and done. There was so much communication and he really personalized our videos. I could not have asked for anyone better make our wedding video for us! It is by far the best memory we have after the wedding to go back and watch and share with family and friends. We were hesitant at first because money wise it adds up, but if I went back and did it again, the video would be the first thing I knew I had booked. John, his wife, and Jennifer were absolutely amazing to work with and so fun to be around. These are memories we are going to be able to cherish forever and now with the click of a button we can relive the whole day over and over again! My advice is that you don't try to make a decision just do it. You can have a ginormous wedding but what matters the most is documentation of the memory and JJF does that to such an amazing level. Thank you so much

John was recommended to us by our photographer, Scoobie of Scoobie's photography. The first day we met John and his sweet family, we knew he was the right videographer for the job. We had an intimate destination wedding in Nashville that was very non traditional. John captured the spirit of our day so beautifully! My husband and I both cried the first time we viewed our wedding film. One of our adult kids said " the film felt like a trailer to a great movie... and I can't wait to see that movie!" We trusted John to edit, choose music and produce the perfect piece to share at our home based reception, and boy did he ever deliver! His creative energy was exceptional, but the fact that having him with us on our special day felt like we had just another family member with us was something that cannot be assigned a price tag. Do not hesitate to trust John with your most important memories. We are already hoping his calandar will be open for our next family event!

I have received nothing but excellent service from John Jordan Films – from prepping, executing, and producing the final product. I asked for John Jordan’s service to record a proposal that I have planned for me and my girlfriend (now fiancé ♥). I was very impressed with how much John knew about filmography and his expertise was undeniable. I wanted to set up hidden camera to record the surprise proposal and he made sure that all my needs were accommodated for. He will make sure that you will get what you want while still give you the highest quality of service and video. As for the final video, Jordan was very prompt and sent me the final video in a timely manner. The video turned out better than I expected, despite the mistake I made during the proposal when I put the ring on the wrong hand haha. John was able to edit that out smoothly and it looked flawless! The video was funny, memorable, and beautiful – everything that I hoped for in my proposal video. John made sure the video did not fall flat by including a short background, the buildup, and capturing the moment in the most beautiful way possible. After watching the video, there is no doubt his videography, filming, editing skills are adept.

Overall, John has a great personality and is very fun to work with. He will give you everything you want and even more and still make sure it upholds the highest quality a professional video should deserve. I can easily recommend John Jordan Films to anyone who is looking for an expert videographer to record any special occasion.

John and his assistant are super amazing to work with during your wedding. I would recommend his company to anybody. He was so interactive and professional the entire time. He captured moments in the wedding I didn't even remember happening, because of all the excitement going on that day. He stayed in contact with me during the entire process of preparing for the wedding. He has top quality equipment that gave us great video that produced top of the line screenshots that the photographer didn't capture. He never took a break, and from doing that he grabbed each delicate moment that my husband and I cherish. I would work with him again without a question.

When I first started planning my wedding I was unsure of whether I wanted a videographer or not. I was talking about this to someone at work and he recommended I look up John Jordan Films. A few hours later, I found myself on John Jordan's website watching wedding videos of complete strangers and crying happy tears! I thought his work was absolutely unreal and I knew right then that I couldn't go without a wedding video. John is a complete professional and the video turned out better than we ever could have expected! He made the entire process (before, during, and after) such a breeze and I never had to worry about anything going wrong. John Jordan is simply excellent!
My husband and I planned our wedding and he found John Jordan's films - the quality was the best we have seen. John Jordan DEFINITELY has the best quality here in TN. We are so lucky! He is very easy to work with and well known among other wedding vendors. John was actual my first vendor, besides my venue, and he gave me plenty of referrals to help me plan. That just goes to show his character of truly wanting all of his clients to have the best day possible while he is there capturing it all in the most non-intrusive way. Which is exactly what I wanted. My bridal party and guests mentioned how professional, genuinely happy and easy they were to be around. I absolutely recommend John Jordan. John Jordan and his staff were absolutely incredible! I would and will highly recommend them to any and everyone! The communication between he and I was easy and very prompt (literally text/phone call away). My husband plays baseball for a living so we were on the road up until wedding time and I felt completely reassured and comfortable with out having a face to face meeting with John to get to know us on a personal level. He communicated with me via email and phone on a monthly basis to confirm all details and to stay in touch which was extremely comforting and professional! The gift John has for videography is extraordinary and special! I am over and beyond happy with our wedding video, the day we got it I watched it over 20 times and it brought me to (happy) tears each time. BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS AND BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES...
I and my wife spent along time looking for a videographer for our wedding in Knoxville TN and we had given up because the quality of the video we wanted couldn't match any of the vendors we had found and the price quotation we got was beyond our budget. One of our friends who was helping us look for vendors sent us a link on Facebook to watch a trailer that John Jordan Films had taken in a wedding in Atlanta and after watching it i knew we are looking no further and this is the man. There and then we contacted him and booked an appointment to get his charges and we thank God finally we got what we were looking for. We traveled the following day to meet him and we watched lots of his videos and we couldn't wait for our day to come. He is a wonderful man to work with and the quality of the Video is AWESOME and his prices are very affordable, very punctual, respectful and very professional and a Gentleman...... We booked him for our wedding in Knoxville Tennessee and he did an awesome Job. We loved working with John Jordan Films! I had seen a video he did for a friend's wedding and I adored it. As soon as we were engaged, he was one of my first calls. John's wife Stephanie called me back immediately and was so sweet and helpful. My husband was hesitant at first and didn't think we needed a wedding video. John was such a fun and calming presence, and working with him turned out to be Matt's favorite part of the day. We love our video and my husband said he watched it every day for the first few months of our marriage. As everyone says the day is a complete blur, but John captured it so well! He was the perfect balance of getting the right shots, but being out of the way...we couldn't have asked for more. I am so happy we went with them and am thrilled we get to watch this video for the rest of our lives!

I got married in June of this year and I had John Jordan as my videographer. Not only was he EVERY bit of a professional, but the film turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to work with someone who understands and respects their vision, and who captures your wedding day like your own love story film and leaves you with a beautiful memory that you can watch over and over again! I can't say enough good things about John Jordan and the gorgeous film he created of our wedding day. As we all know, weddings can get SO terrifically expensive and I was very unsure of whether or not we wanted to spend extra money on videography. All I can say is I am BEYOND grateful that we did decided to have a videographer and that the videographer we chose was John Jordan!! He and his team are not only professional, they are kind and fun. They are the type of people you want around you on your wedding day as they make you feel comfortable and at ease. John has a terrific way of blending into the scenery so that he is getting all of the shots you'd want of your friends and family without being intrusive or "in the way". The video is so professionally and beautifully executed that my husband and I have joked that we feel as though we are watching a "real" block buster movie starring us (and our family and friends!) :) I highly recommend John Jordan and his team, and if you are a bride on the fence about videography, all is I can tell you is ITS WORTH IT. Once that day is over (and it goes so quickly) all you have are your memories. It is so wonderful to be able to re-live your day over and over again in real time and motion. John Jordan and his assistant did an absolutely fantastic job filming our wedding at Cedarwood in Nashville. We were beyond impressed with the final video! They were so professional, friendly, accommodating, easy-going, and extremely talented. They worked so well with the other vendors and were so respectful of everyone involved with and everyone attending the wedding. They somehow captured every piece of the wedding day but it felt as though they stayed behind the scenes. I never felt I was being filmed and actually forgot they were there but they didnt miss a thing! They were affordable yet created a video that far surpassed videos I have seen done by professionals that charge 4x as much. My friends have all been beyond impressed with the video, trailers, etc. I cant say enough good things about John Jordan Films and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

John Jordan Films did way more then expected! My husband and I wanted our wedding to be everything and more! We had been dating since May of 2006, and wanted someone to capture our "True Love Story," and I never wanted to forget the best day of my life. Not only did John Jordan supply video coverage for our wedding, we also had a "Love Story," made in Nashville, TN, and a slideshow created, that we played at our reception. Our "Love Story" was spent at a beautiful park, where we were filmed most of the day telling how we met. John was amazing to work with that day, and I couldn't have asked for a better videographer. I had researched and watched over a hundred wedding videos, and when I ran across John Jordan Films, I didn't have any doubts. I strongly encourage anyone who is getting married to hire John Jordan Films as your VIDEOGRAPHER! We have no regrets, and watching our video is like reliving the entire day again! I have the love story, the slideshow, and the wedding coverage. Not only do we have the edited versions, he also supplied us with the raw footage! Everything fell into place with John Jordan Films, and if I could do it all over again, I would! My family and guests were thrilled with the love story and slideshow at the reception! We kept it a secret up until we played it. My wedding planner got their information, and is encouraging all of her upcoming brides to choose John Jordan Films. John was amazing about getting back with us in a timely manner. I was all over the place like any bride, but he knew what needed to be done, and got the job completed. My husband and I are 150% satisfied, and we have these memories forever. Good luck with making decisions for your upcoming wedding, but if you are struggling with having a videographer or not, I strongly urge you to spend your money on John Jordan Films!!!

My husband and I got married in November of 2014. Our ceremony was held at Scarritt Bennett Chapel and our reception was at The Bridge Building. John Jordan Films did our videography and we couldn’t have been happier with the level of professionalism used throughout the process or the final product itself! The videographer was with us all day (even while we were getting ready) and we barely noticed he was there! This was important to me as I have been to weddings where the videographer seemed a little intrusive. The highlight video was just perfect and one that we will cherish for many years. My grandfather passed away just six weeks after our wedding. I wouldn’t trade anything for the footage of him hugging me on my wedding day. I highly recommend John Jordan Films!

I planned my wedding from out of state going on the advise of a local wedding planner and only had a phone conversation with John before selecting him. The quality of the example videos and John's personality over the phone are what sold me. We didn't actually meet until the day of but everything was absolutely perfect!

John and his team were really professional and took the time to get really beautiful shots that we would have missed otherwise. I am so glad that we decided to hire him since the day went so quickly. Now we have a gorgeous video to remind us of that day!

John and his wife are absolutely amazing to work with! We were married on October 18, 2014, and he worked very hard to complete our video by Christmas. They were very flexible with all of our guests and our crazy, fun bridal party. They used many different songs that We got to choose and put our video together perfectly! John was always prompt to answer my emails and calls, which to a bride, is very important. He showed up to the ceremony on time and was ready to film as soon as we hit the door. At first, my husband and I thought that pictures would do justice on our wedding day, but I am SOOOOOOO glad that we decided to get a videographer to capture our special moments LIVE! John Jordan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He and our photographer worked seamlessly and he was able to capture our day beautifully. He was very flexible and even worked with us in adding a deployment clause to our contract as my husband is in the Navy and you never know. The finished project was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for anything more. If you are looking for a videographer I would HIGHLY suggest him as you won't find anyone better. I am extremely picky when it comes to photos/videos as I come from a photography and video editing background and John Jordan did not disappoint!

When Paul proposed to me, I said yes and kissed him first, and then began to think about our wedding photographer and videographer. I knew I wanted them both. I found our photographers (I'm a photographer, it took much research) and began searching feverishly for a videographer that lived up to my expectations (my background is in video work). I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I wanted John Jordan Films to capture our wedding day.

As Paul and I started setting aside our budget for the wedding we were paying for, we realized that we couldn't afford a videographer, even though John is COMPLETELY affordable. But, we were blessed to be gifted with a rehearsal and wedding day package from the one and only, John Jordan. I'm endlessly grateful to Cindy, my second mom, for this gift.

John's communication with me prior to the wedding was spectacular. When he showed up to the rehearsal, I hugged him as a friend, and not like a hired vendor. He is so friendly and engaged with who we are as a couple and not just as paying clients. No one noticed that he was around because he's non-obtrusive and creative in order to get natural and candid interactions. John's documentary style allowed us and everyone in attendance to fully enjoy every bit of the wedding without feeling like they were being filmed.

The final product is ridiculously perfect. John and I worked in detail through the music selection and he honored and respected my opinions. I've had so many people tell me that they are blown away by the film and that they can't believe something like this exists.

Our photographers were amazing and I've got nothing negative to say, but one thing I wished they would have captured is Paul's reaction to me walking down the isle. I'll now always get to see his face and hear him say, "you look so beautiful."

Thank you, John Jordan. Thank you for your personalization, your attention, your talents, and your friendship. I couldn't have dreamed of anything being so beautiful.

I had no idea what to get Jennifer Tramel as a wedding gift. She is so much like a daughter to me that she asked me to be a Mother of the Bride too! She's a professional photographer and researched video companies to shoot her wedding. When she decided on John Jordan, I knew he must be awesome to meet her expectations as a professional. Since I made the very first pictures of her on the day she was born, I thought it would be the perfect gift for her. I was right! She was so excited when I gave her the gift, that I added the rehearsal package too. Well, John Jordan lived up to her expectations. When he posted the trailer, her texts to me read, "This is beyond my wildest dreams!" and "I can't get over it. I am totally speechless." John Jordan is great and was an absolute joy to work with on the wedding day! We had a blast with him and he made us laugh too! He worked well with our photographer and just had fun with the day which made us even more comfortable! He never made us stop and pose or do anything cheesy. He literally just captured our day.

The smartest decision we made for Whitney and Scott’s wedding was hiring John Jordan. Even if you need to cut the budget somewhere else, your first investment in your wedding should be reserving John Jordan as your videographer.

Thank goodness we listened to our friends who told us that we must have a wedding videographer. We had already contracted with a photographer and a wedding event painter. My daughter, Whitney and I watched a video of a past coworker’s wedding and just loved watching a wedding we didn’t attend. It was just like we were at the wedding.

Once we met John, we knew he was the one. He connected with Whitney immediately. He is so real…and an awesome filmmaker. Since the arrival of the CD and even online, I have watched all or some portion of my favorite day ever almost every day.

People would tell me and Whitney that the day will go so fast and you will forget so much… they were so right. John captured moments that I had forgotten but even better moments that I was not present for. With the all-day selection, I have the opportunity to relive and see just about every moment of the wedding …from so many perspectives.

If I need a boost to my day, I just go online to John’s site and watch a few minutes of this wonderful event. We have shown this film to our friends who were with us throughout the event and those who couldn’t make it and they all describe it as the best wedding ever and John captured all of the wonderful memories. To quote a former wedding videographer: “the finest editing job I’ve ever seen!!”

My husband and I recently hired John Jordan Films to film our wedding ceremony and reception. We have been nothing but thrilled with the quality of service we've received from him since day one! John is an incredibly talented videographer who beautifully captured every special moment of our special day. We were very impressed by his strong desire to film as much as he possibly could - he was always right in the center of the action, carefully filming all the day's events with a big smile on his face. All of our guests could tell John was having as much fun throughout the night as they were! When we received our finished product, both my husband and I were crying tears of joy when we saw how wonderful our film truly was. John did a stellar job capturing the day and understood exactly what we wanted out of our wedding video. We couldn't be happier!

In addition to his talents as as filmmaker, John was also fantastic to work with. As soon as our wedding was over, my husband Grant and I waited eagerly for our wedding film to arrive from John Jordan.

We knew from watching footage of other weddings that we were in for a treat and were not disappointed when it arrived perfectly packaged in a beautiful, personalized DVD case.

John was great at keeping us up-to-date during our wait, as well, even emailing us teaser screen grabs of our special day, which I think made us even more excited when it arrived. He was also terrific in helping us pick out the playlist of music to match the footage captured.

What a perfect way to relive our wedding day! John and his assistant, Jennifer Pinckney, captured the tiniest details of our wedding that even we had forgotten over the months that followed. And, not to mention, their incredible professionalism and wonderful personalities made them so much fun to work with.

I think most people feel uncomfortable watching themselves on video, but this feels completely different. It's like seeing yourself in a movie, to your favorite soundtrack, that also happens to be real life.

We watch our wedding film when we're feeling blue, when we're happy or just for kicks. We will always treasure this wonderful work of art and know our future children will have fun watching it, too.

Now, if only we had had John Jordan to hang around with us on our honeymoon!!

I have seriously been watching all of our videos nonstop since we received them! We love them!!!! I even caught my husband rewatching a few of them, too, so I know he loves them just as much. :)

I am the mother of the bride and I would give John Jordan Films a ranking of 5 stars and if there were more stars they would be filled in as well! John is a professional! He knows how to get the right shots for all involved. John went out of his way to get all of our events included in the video including rushing to the golf course when he first arrived before the wedding to get shots of some of the wedding party, family, and friends playing golf the morning of the wedding. John is personable and so easy to work with! Everything was explained up front and we are completely satisfied, pleased, and happy with the wedding video. I never really even noticed that John and his assistant were around us. They blended in with it all and just made my daughter and new son-in-law's special day an event to remember on the most fantastic wedding DVD ever! Booking a videographer was and is one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process - more specifically, booking with John Jordan Films! Their team was so professional and non-invasive, yet somehow they were able to capture every single special moment from my wedding day! They were invisible yet everywhere all at the same time. We had the pleasure of winning a Love Story video shoot. John Jordon let us pick where we wanted to have it done so we chose the place we were about to get married at The Belle Meade Plantation. We did some talking about how we met and about getting married and then we were filmed walking around the venue holding hands and kissing and just having fun. My wife and I recently tied the knot in September 2012 and we hired John Jordan to record our wedding day. John is one of the most professional individuals we worked with that day and he really does perform his work with "you" in mind. John showed up early in the morning to set up and just started shooting! Some complain that videographers get in the way of others i.e. photographers, but John worked VERY well with our photographer and other vendors. But John's finishing product was absolutely amazing! My wife and I LOVED the video and couldn't believe John could capture so much in one day! If you are on the fence about a videographer, give John a call and simply check out his sample videos. John Jordan Films exceeded our expectations on every level. I loved the creative shots of my daughter's wedding. Some of my favorites ones are the shots through the glass into the cigar room and the shots of the shoes during the photo shoot in the church. And the clever shot of the temperature gauge- "112!" I could go on and on. I love that I can view the wedding film on my smart phone, so I can show my friends and family at any time, that is really cool.

What people say about your wedding day is so true: for the bride and groom, it goes SO quickly and it is over before you know it! John Jordan was amazing to work with on our wedding! At our first meeting, he took the time to explain the entire process of making a wedding video, from the editing to the background music. His passion for videography was evident and we hired him immediately. Throughout the process, he was always willing to answer questions, and even came by for a meeting with the church to discuss camera placement, lighting, etc. During the ceremony, he was discreet but got everything. He was great to work with and i would recommend him to anyone.

John, I sent your check and a note this morning, but i have watched all the chapters again just now and i had to tell you, it is FABULOUS!! I can't even tell you how wonderful it is. I was in town this morning and ran into a friend and she had only seen Chapter 1 on Kait's facebook page and went on and on about it. I have watched it dozens of times and everytime there is something that I didn't see the time before. We are so lucky to have found you. Thank you for a wonderful, wonderful job. Finding a videographer was the last thing on my to do list and I did not find him until two weeks before the wedding. John Jordan came in and really captured the essence of who we are as a couple. At our initial meeting, her was attentive and very creative. I left feeling, that we are going to get what we wanted. Little did I know, he would give us soo much more!! He did an AMAZING job. The creativity in his shots were bind blowing. (example he filmed the limo’s reflection of us standing around and it was clear) I know sounds confusing but it was an amazing shot. He has an rare eye and a creative mind. My now husband and I talk about our special day all the time and we talk about the joy of working with John. To see someone so passionate and excited about what he does was contagious. We enjoyed every moment working with him. He set our expectations and then blew them out the water!!

I would definitely recommend anyone that wants great memories via video to reach out to John Jordan Films!! No matter the story you are trying to convey He is the BEST!!.

John was absolutely delightful to work with. His organic style of creating lends itself to capturing the planned and 'unexpected' magic of the day! He is sensitive to detail, professional, and passionate about film making. We will cherish his work always.

Having John as our wedding filmmaker was the most amazing experience! He is absolutely amazing to work with and this is the coolest wedding video I've ever seen! I had no idea what to ask him to do, so we just told him where we would be and when we would be there and he did the rest. Honestly, I forgot he was there at all, which speaks volumes to his credit! His editing and music selections were perfect. Everyone that has viewed it has been amazed and they always ask to watch it a second time. I have never seen a wedding video so professional-looking and entertaining. I will definitely be recommending him to all of my engaged friends!

John did more than an excellent job during one of the most important events in my life. My father was really ill and dying of cancer. The significance of this day was more than I can even express. The care, thoughtfulness and sincerity that John brought to working with us was beyond what we expected. He is a true professional with a heart. John really listened and took the time to get to know what we wanted. He created a film of our day that is moving, heartfelt and professional. His ability to catch the special moments and details is a true art. I would recommend John a million times over!

John Jordan Films was the best videographer ever! He and his team made the whole process from start to finish easy! My husband and I found them at a bridal show in Nashville and once we met John and his wife we knew we wanted to use them!
John is very down to earth but also extremely intelligent and knows what he is doing behind a camera! We saw some of his previous work and knew that he was the best!
John was very helpful, polite and fun throughout the process. He would send very friendly reminders about payments, and made the wedding day stress free by emailing before the wedding with any information he needed so he was not asking me the day of!
The day of the wedding he had our entire wedding party screaming with laughter - even though it was 97 degrees and we were outside for pictures and video!
We love the quality of all of our videos and highly recommend John Jordan Films if you want a great product, for a good price with a fun team!

John Jordan and his assistant did an absolutely fantastic job filming our wedding at Cedarwood in Nashville. We were beyond impressed with the final video! They were so professional, friendly, accommodating, easy-going, and extremely talented. They somehow captured every piece of the wedding day but it felt as though they stayed behind the scenes. They were affordable yet created a video that far surpassed videos I have seen done by professionals that charge 4x as much. I cant say enough good things about John Jordan Films and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My wife and I were so unbelievably happy working with John, and with the product he produced. The video quality was outstanding, and the editing was perfect. I was quite hesitant about having a videographer, but my wife insisted, and rightly so. I would've been disappointed had John not been there, now that I've seen the outcome.

Included in the incredible footage he gathered for us was a thoughtfully documented first look. Our photographer had the misfortune of losing those valuable photos to a faulty memory card, but John's cameras captured it all, and he was able to pull stills from the video of equal quality that softened the blow of losing those pictures. We'll be grateful to him for the rest of our lives for as we cherish what he provided us.

John Jordan was very attentive to things we wouldn't have even thought about. He made sure to capture important moments including a conversation with my elderly grandfather who couldn't make the trip to my wedding. It is a moment that I will cherish forever and I'm so glad that he got it on film.

He turns your wedding film into a story and everyone we have shown our video to has absolutely loved it and usually ends up in tears of happiness.

The moment we saw John Jordans work we were highly interested and he did not disappoint. He gave us exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations.

John does great work. However, I expected way more for the amount of money we spent on him. Make sure you are specific with what you want, and let him know to include all the specific details you want. Details like: flowers, flower girl and ring barer walking down the isle, a direct line shot of me walking down the isle (it was shot between our guests' heads) were not taken, and I wish I had mentioned that (but I didn't know I had to with important details like that!). There were times during the reception that I was hoping he got this shot or that shot- like a little cousin dancing or my grandma busting a move (and I know he can't be everywhere at once), but he didn't get any of it. I thought at least him or his 2nd shooter would have gotten some of that type of action, but they didn't. I wish he followed me and my husband around on the dance floor (because we were always near the action), but I would often look over, and he wouldn't even be there in eye-site. I waited too late to purchase a videographer, and many were already booked. I regret that because I think I could have gotten equal quality at a much cheaper price. Also - he makes you buy your hard drive. I wasn't aware of that until after I signed my contract. I was already worried I spent too much on a videographer, and that was like icing on the cake. It was very obvious him and my photographer did not work well together. Even my wedding party, parents, and in-laws noticed some conflict. He would spend a LOT of time on each shot. I appreciate that he was thorough, but it did cause us to get delayed more than expected. I wouldn't (and haven't) suggest him to other friends and family that are in the wedding planning process, unless as a last resort.
