We had a great experience with Joe's DJ! They were professional with setup and worked closely with us to get the audio just right for our ceremony and reception. AJ went above & beyond to work with us to make sure we could have a recording of the ceremony audio as well. There were no hiccups with the ceremony music, and everything went smoothly. The lights were a fun add-on that made the dance floor even better, and our DJ did a fantastic job reading the room and keeping the energy up all night. Highly recommend! -

Joe’s DJ Service was recommended to us, and we are so glad we chose them for my daughter’s wedding. They were key to ensuring the timeline/events ran smoothly and all had a good time. Prior to the wedding/reception they had a very organized approach to gathering all information needed to ensure a successful event. On the day of the wedding they were reliable, guided the progression through each transition and event, and knew how to ensure our guests had a good time on the dance floor. One element that stood out was their effort assign a DJ that was a good fit and had the experience most needed for our particular event and guests. Thank you, Joe’s DJ Service for ensuring our guests had a great time and many fun memories! -

The whole team at joes dj service did a great job! It was very easy communicating before the wedding, and on the night of they were flexible and accommodating. The timing of the music for the ceremony and the mic setup was perfect and the whole night went smoothly! They took some requests but also were able to play all the songs we had on our list too. It was a great night! -

From the moment the music started, our guests were on their feet and grooving to the beats. David had a fantastic sense of timing and a knack for reading the crowd, ensuring that the dance floor was never empty. David’s song selection was on point, mixing our favorite tunes with crowd-pleasers that got everyone moving.
What truly stood out was David’s ability to seamlessly transition between songs, creating a flow that kept the energy high throughout the night. David also accommodated our special requests.
David’s equipment and setup were top-notch, providing crystal-clear sound. David was professional, punctual, and worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator to ensure a smooth flow of events.
Additionally, David acted as an excellent emcee, making announcements and keeping the evening's schedule on track without being intrusive. His ability to strike the right balance between entertainment and organization was commendable.
Our guests couldn't stop raving about how much fun they had on the dance floor, and it was all thanks to our incredible wedding DJ. David was not just a DJ but a true entertainer who knew how to create an electric atmosphere and keep the party going.

We hired Joe's for our destination wedding. What a wonderful experience! They have such a professional and efficient process, AJ and his team really know what they are doing. After our final phone call with AJ the week of the wedding, I was quite confident that we'd be happy with our DJ. Taylor surpassed our expectations! She was so communicative during the night, she was reading the crowd so well, and our guests had an absolute blast. Also, our officiant was one of our close friends and it was her first time, Taylor gave her a few really helpful tips. My officiant/friend could not stop raving about her afterwards. Great experience! -

Couldn't be happier that we had Joe's DJ Service for our wedding at the Sacajawea Hotel last month! Everyone is still talking about how amazing the reception was and a major part of that has to do with the fact that the music and atmosphere was at 100%. We had Matt DJ-ing and he was on point from the wedding ceremony through the end of the night. Incredibly professional service. Matt was personable, fun, and really understands how to read the room to keep everyone dancing and having fun all night long. AJ kept us very informed about the process when we reached out, is super kind and reviewed every detail of how we wanted the wedding day to look before the big day. Thanks so much AJ and Matt!!! -

Outstanding service from start to finish. Working with Joe's DJ service was easy and so pleasant. It was very clear what they needed from me to make my day perfect. Our DJ Drew was incredible, he transitioned through all our songs and during the reception was able to keep our more reluctant crowd engaged and dancing. Even when things didn't go as planned (like a fire alarm during the ceremony) Drew was wonderful at lightening the mood and helping to get everything back on track. Overall I couldn't recommend them enough for your wedding or event. From the coordination with AJ to the final song Drew played, they made the event a success! -

Excellent vendor to work with professionally
As a wedding videographer, working cooperatively with the DJ service is key for ensuring the overall sound quality of our videos. They have always been very collaborative and willing to help out our cause as well as having a special knack for livening the party. These Joes aren't average, you will enjoy having them at your event for sure. -

This company sent the best DJ they could have ever sent for our specific needs and desires. Jake was polite and helped keep our guests safe and happy by making all of our announcements. He listened to us and was very respectful and the music he selected kept my new husband and I on the dance floor almost the entire night! We really appreciate how willing the company was to work with us to give us exactly what we wanted. They even shortened the song for my father daughter dance to the perfect length so that my dad and I didn’t have to be the center of attention for too long since neither of us love that sort of thing. Thanks for giving us a wonderful evening to remember! -

We hired Joe’s for our July 4, 2020 wedding at Rainbow Ranch after hearing that they are a big presence in Bozeman and that they consistently do a great job. Music was something I was particular about and they did not disappoint. Our DJ was AJ. He was responsive and had an extended conversation with us on the phone that gave us complete comfort with his knowledge and professionalism. We used Joe’s for our ceremony music as well as our reception. They used quality equipment and AJ catered to all of our song requests/do not play requests/etc. He definitely felt out what was working on the dance floor to keep the party going. I dislike weddings where people don’t dance or the dance floor is awkward, so the DJ was an important role (especially in COVID where social norms have changed). Our wedding felt like a non-COVID wedding and I think the DJ certainly helped with that. We even had him start the recessional in the middle of a song and he did that perfectly. He also coordinated with our best man (who was unable to attend) to play his pre-recorded speech as a surprise for the groom. With so much to worry about being a 2020 bride, it was nice to not have to worry about the DJ/audio services. I would 100% recommend Joe’s to other Montana brides. -

AJ at Joe's DJ service was a pleasure to work with! He responded to all my emails in a very timely manner, answered all my questions, and made it very easy for me and my now husband to plan our special day. Our DJ was Eric Lambert, and he was very fun to work with on the day of! We danced and sang and all in all had an amazing time. This service was also VERY budget-friendly for our small wedding. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Bozeman area! -

Joe’s DJ was seamless to work with! Very organized and attention to detail. When it came to the wedding day though, it felt like there was maybe a little miss communication? The DJ was insistent on speaking with me (bride) when we had provided a full schedule and communication plan prior to the wedding day. After we got this figured out and got him the schedule and communication info he was great. The dance floor was full all night and he followed exactly what we requested so everyone (elders and younger) were able to dance! Thanks for throwing a great party! -

Joe's DJ service had prompt communication and allowed the groom and I to make a playlist of songs we for sure wanted played. We also hired them to do our ceremony music and everything turned out wonderful. The price was great and fit within our budget for our needs. The emails and online forms made me feel at ease. The conversation we had the week of the wedding was a great way to ensure that everything would run smoothly on our timeline. -

Joe's DJ service is the best of Bozeman and MT. Our venue recommend Joe's DJ service to us stating that Joe's DJ service is the best of Bozeman and the surrounding area. We could not agree more, we are so glad we book them for our wedding! With ambiguous direction from my husband and I, the DJ knew exactly what music to play to keep everyone entertained and/or move to the dance floor.
Joe's DJ was extremely easy to work with. In just a few phone calls wee worked out all of the reception music, the first dance, ect. On the day of the wedding, he adapted easily to every little change we wanted to make at last minute and he bubbled up suggestions that were extremely useful. -

We weren't exactly sure how long we needed them to be at the reception, and they were more than happy to let us play it by ear. I've heard many comments from guests about how great the DJ was. Joe was really professional the day of our wedding and did an excellent job not only playing music that kept people on the dance floor, but he also was really good at being the MC for the event.
