  Beautiful Wedding Photos

  Joe did an absolutely phenomenal job photographing our wedding! Joe caught all the best moments of our wedding, and the photos turned out absolutely beautifully. He was so much fun to have at our wedding, as well as such a calming presence, and helped make all our photo shoots such a great time. We could not have asked for more. We would highly recommend working with Joe for your wedding or special event!

  Meeting and Planning with Photographer

  Meeting with Joe was such a pleasant experience. Seemed very excited to be a part of our day and be able to accomplished everything I asked for. Also, was very flexible in planning and accommodating for our engagement session.

  Amazing Photographer!

  
  Joe photographed our wedding on September 29th and he was amazing! We also did our engagement photos with him a few months prior and they were stunning. He is so friendly and extremely talented - he's just all around a really nice guy and good human! He showed up early, stayed late, and was super passionate about getting amazing shots. If you are looking for an organic, earthy, or artsy feel and amazing candids, Joe is your guy! I spent so much time researching photographers and Joe had the exact style and feel I was looking for. He worked well with our entire bridal party, including the little kids and our two doggies :) HIGHLY recommend!

  My husband and I could not be more thankful! We loved Joe's work online and decided to meet him and his wife over coffee. We clicked right away! He traveled pretty far for our engagement photos and our wedding day! I could not imagine our wedding day without him. He loves getting to know his couples, and takes his work seriously. He has an incredible eye and a wonderful personality. Everyone at our wedding loved Joe! We normally feel a bit weird about being in the spotlight, and Joe made us feel so much more comfortable. He quickly became a friend and his relaxed personality was so nice to have around on our wedding day. Everything was perfect from our first coffee with him, until we received our wedding package! He was quick, always response, and one of the friendliest guys we know! We highly recommend him! Thank you Joe for all that you do! You are the best!!!

  I don’t even know where to begin! I can’t say enough good things about Joe. He’s an amazing individual with a special talent and I couldn’t image hiring any other photographer. From our initial meeting with Joe until the wedding day itself, he was there for us. We enjoyed getting to know Joe during the meetings and our engagement session – he’s a fun person to be around and makes the fact that you’re getting your photo taken a thousand times fun and easy. His turn around is incredible and the number of photos you receive is unbelievable. Our families and guests at the wedding loved him – everyone kept saying (during and after the wedding) how hard he was working and it’s true – he works hard and delivers beautiful photos that we will cherish forever! I cannot recommend Joe enough for any of your photography needs.

  Joe is an incredible photographer... but even more than that, he is a warm, kind, and genuine person. I knew I wanted to work with Joe after he took amazing photos for my sister's wedding, but the benefits of working with Joe extend far beyond his great photography skills. He is now beloved by all of our relatives because of his approachable, friendly nature and palpable passion for his work. I did not realize how much time you would spend with your photographer on your wedding day (and, consequently, how important it would be to feel comfortable with who you select!). I cannot imagine a better person to share in all of our special moments than Joe. He clearly exudes joy for his job, but is also a very positive, calming presence. He is so dedicated to his work and a true delight to be around. Would highly recommend him!!

  My husband and I were so happy we decided to work with Joe. From the very beginning he was nice and easy to work with, and that continued on through our wedding day. He was happy to accommodate our needs and drive down to Chicago for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Not only did he produce amazing photos (seriously though... amazing), but at the end of the 12 hours he spent with us everyone considered him a friend. My family members complimented me for hiring such a nice and unobtrusive wedding photographer all night! On a few occasions he took a little while to respond (ahead of the wedding), but my understanding is that he runs this business himself, so I wouldn't dock him any points for this. He was extremely prepared, and we had an entire vision for what kind of photos we wanted months before the actual day. Also, can I mention how affordable he is? He is an amazing deal for the quality of his product. Especially for a Chicago wedding!

  Joe did a phenomenal job on the photos for our wedding. From the first email to the day we got out pictures from him, he has always been quick to respond, often with great suggestions for setting, poses, etc. He also did a great job asking what we wanted to see in our photos and following through. I would absolutely recommend Joe and his services to anyone that has an event or moment worth capturing.

  We were referred to Joe Hang by a friend and I'm so thankful he was recommended to us. I called Joe and set up a time to meet one night after work. From the minute we met I knew that he would be the guy for us to photograph some of the most important moments in our lives. Immediately he was friendly, warm, inviting, and professional, but you also got the feeling that you had known him forever. We signed the contract right then and there. During shooting he is fun and easy going, and it just felt natural. When we got our pictures back I cried. They were so beautiful and I felt like he completely understood what my vision was. I can't wait to work with him again at our wedding, I have no doubt that we made the right choice for our wedding photographer.

  We wanted to find a photographer who would be able to capture the emotion on our wedding day and Joe did that (and more!). He did such a great job being there for every moment, and we felt so comfortable with him. Our guests were so impressed with his professionalism, talent and the obvious love for his job (so much so that my sister booked him for their wedding next year). He was also very easy to work with before the wedding and very responsive. I'd recommend him to anyone!

He did a great job of making us feel comfortable, which was very important for me (no one wants to look uncomfortable in their wedding pictures!!). Our wedding, engagement, and save-the-date pictures turned out amazing. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. I would recommend Joe to anyone- you will not be disappointed.

  Joe was the best choice we made for our wedding photographer! My brother is a photographer as well and was very impressed with Joe's work and recommended my husband and I use him for our wedding. Joe was so wonderful to work with. He is very easy going and always available when we wanted to run some ideas by him. Joe was so much fun to work with on our wedding day. He made everyone feel very comfortable and everyone had a ton of fun taking photos. He went above and beyond taking photos for the whole day/night to capture everything perfectly. His work was truly stunning and we absolutely love our wedding photos. We were truly impressed by his work and how hard he worked the day. He is kind, truly cares about each picture he takes, is open to any ideas you may have, and wants to be your friend! He made my husband and I feel so comfortable for all the photo sessions and the wedding day I just felt like I had my friend taking pictures all day! That was one of the most important factors when I chose him as a wedding photographer because he is with you all day! He goes above and beyond to get the best shot...I'm talking driving to Chicago in a blizzard to take engagement pictures where my husband and I met and then trudging through the snow to get the best picture possible. His pictures are absolutely gorgeous! We received SO many compliments on the pictures from our engagement session and our wedding day! I would HIGHLY recommend Joe Hang to anyone as photographer! He is amazing!

  After being in a wedding that Joe photographed in 2013, I knew that I had to hire him when I got engaged. He is everything you could ask for in a photographer. Beyond being uber talented, he is hardworking, patient and kind. We're so happy we chose to work with Joe and couldn't be happier with the photography of our special day.
  
  Now, several of my friends are using Joe for their wedding and family photography. I'm looking forward to working with him in the future as well.

  The long and short of it: Joe was amazing.
  
  My husband and I wanted to go with a photographer from around the area, a talented and passionate artist, instead of a giant corporation (or those massive photography houses). Joe was perfect.
  
  Trying to coordinate a Milwaukee wedding from Chicago wasn't the worst, but our schedule was still tight--we were usually only available during weekends. But Joe was more than flexible.
  
  We chose Joe for his unique photography editing style (we love the bright, film look). However, meeting him was what sealed the deal. Not only did he bring ideas to the table, he was professional and on top of everything, but easy going. After our first meeting, we felt like he was one of our old friends, which really meant something to us--we wanted to be surrounded by people we felt comfortable with on our big day.
  
  The day of our wedding, Joe was awesome. He somehow mustered enough energy to last through a 13, 14 hour day with 4 locations. It was insane. But he kept up the energy until the very end, even dealing with the requests from distant family members for ANOTHER family photo.   After our wedding, he was very responsive. Dealing with my weekly emails, asking when we would get to see the photos (we were way too excited). Once our photos did arrive, even the presentation/packaging was awesome!
  
  I would recommend Joe to anyone, and will use him again for any local photography needs. He deserves every success in the world. He's a good guy and a passionate, talented photographer.

  The long and short of it: Joe was amazing.
  
  My husband and I wanted to go with a photographer from around the area, a talented and passionate artist, instead of a giant corporation (or those massive photography houses). Joe was perfect.
  
  Trying to coordinate a Milwaukee wedding from Chicago wasn't the worst, but our schedule was still tight--we were usually only available during weekends. But Joe was more than flexible.
  
  We chose Joe for his unique photography editing style (we love the bright, film look). However, meeting him was what sealed the deal. Not only did he bring ideas to the table, he was professional and on top of everything, but easy going. After our first meeting, we felt like he was one of our old friends, which really meant something to us--we wanted to be surrounded by people we felt comfortable with on our big day.
  
  The day of our wedding, Joe was awesome. He somehow mustered enough energy to last through a 13, 14 hour day with 4 locations. It was insane. But he kept up the energy until the very end, even dealing with the requests from distant family members for ANOTHER family photo.   Joe was our photographer for our wedding and engagement photos. Not only were his pictures beautiful, Joe himself is kind, funny and accommodating. We had a very small wedding (23 people) so it was important that whichever photographer we picked could fit in with the group. Joe definitely fit in and many guests commented how wonderful he was. We definitely plan to use Joe's photography skills again in the future for baby pictures and family photos. We highly recommend him.

  Joe is an incredible photographer! On top of that, he's one of the most genuine & sincere people I've ever met. I met Joe at a friend's wedding and never forgot him. As my wedding rolled around I knew exactly who I wanted to take my pictures. Let me also say that I live in South Bend, IN. Not only did Joe drive out here for wedding photos, but he also came the year before for our engagement pics. He's so sweet, literally offers all he has and every ounce of effort to make you happy. He's efficient and super fast on getting the pics to you after the wedding! He also has these awesome handmade wooden boxes and flash drives that contain the pics. I plan to contact Joe for all my future photo endeavors even if I move far away. I will pay to fly his talent my way!

He was there as soon as I asked him to be (9:00 AM) and stayed until the whole thing was over, even heading out to the bars with some guests! :) The best thing about Joe is how invested he is in his clients. You can tell he truly loves his job and sharing in the happiness of others. He is such a wonderful and kind guy, we were so blessed to have him photograph our wedding and to have him as a friend!

  Incredibly fun guy- so awesome to have on our wedding day. Plus the pictures were stunning. He was there from start to finish and even helped with clean up! Stand up guy! If we did the whole day again, there is no way I would choose a different photographer.
