Pristine Chapel is by far the best all inclusive wedding venue for Atlanta & the surrounding areas! The staff is superb!!! Everyone will work with you to make sure that your vision will come to life and even more! I celebrated my marriage there on 04/26 and I must say that I am extremely happy that I chose Pristine Chapel!!! From the food to the decor, everything was exactly what my husband and I wanted! Even working with the photographer was an awesome experience! She captured every minute of our wedding and created memories to forever live on! BIG THANKS to Melanie, Tanisha, Joanna & Zack!!!Please do not pass up the chance of having the wedding of your dreams...

Joanna and her team really worked hard to ensure our pictures turned out great and we got the shots we wanted. Our photographer got great pictures and was nowhere near intrusive on our wedding day. During the reception, I forgot he was there! I am so excited and anxious to receive our photo book! -

I used Joanna Henderson Photography for my wedding at Pristine Chapel. Joanna's work was AMAZING!!! She was great with getting the pre-wedding photos done quickly, without losing the quality of the shoot. She really used the beauty of the venue (inside and out), and captured great pictures. She is not a traditional photographer ... she brings a lot of fun and creativity to the pictures, which has given us an awesome album to remember our special day. We are extremely happy with the results of Joanna's work. -

Joanna ROCKS!!! From the day she was booked to do our engagement photos and wedding we just connected like old friends, and she was so easy to talk to about exactly how I wanted my photos. I am EXTREMELY detail oriented and it is very rare anyone gets it right the first time, but Joann just got it. Once she knew my vision she ran with it, and always was on the right page!!! She was everywhere during our whole wedding day working to capture every possible moment. We paid for two additional hours to have her come to the hotel where my bridesmaids and I were getting our hair and makeup done. She was capturing so many important shots the whole time and everything felt so comfortable and natural. My hair and makeup company said she was the best most personable photographer they'd ever worked with. All our guests have commented on how awesome she was not only as a photographer but as a person because she just gets along with everyone and laughed and had a good time, she felt like family. We are soo GRATEFUL and happy to have found such an amazing photographer!!! Our pictures are truly more than I could of ever dreamed for, we got more than we asked for with our entire experience! We love Joanna; if you want the very best she is your ONLY option in Atlanta!!!! I can't wait to tell everyone I meet about her photography! -

I took my engagement photos and wedding photos with this company. The engagement photos were taken by Joanna herself and they were beautiful. But on my wedding day, there was another guy with the company who took the pictures. He took a lot of pictures for me to choose from. I'm sure after the pictures are completed they will be gorgeous! -

Our wedding photos are BREATHTAKING!!!!! Joanna did an incredible job on our special day. From our first meeting, it was clear that Joanna was very knowledgeable and she cared about capturing the perfect shots of our wedding. Our ceremony and reception was from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm and Joanna was there from start to finish. She was very professional, energetic and willing to stand on top of the building, if needed, to capture the moment. It was like she was in stealth mode, because she did not disturb any part of the ceremony or reception, but she got photos of EVERYTHING. When we got our photos, it was apparent she was everywhere!!! I was amazed. My family, wedding party and guests were VERY impressed with her style, equipment and her personality. They asked I hired her from some “big city” magazine!! Yes, she is just that impressive. She does excellent work, brings positive energy and has amazing people skills. Some of my guests were shy and not comfortable in front of the camera. Well, Joanna was able to make them relax and she took incredible photographs. She captured sooooo many incredible photos, that we will be able to re-live the ceremony and reception moment by moment for the rest of our lives.
When Joanna posted our photos online, my husband and I immediately fell in love with EVERY photo. It took us right back to our beautiful day. We will cherish our wedding pictures forever!!! When we received the proof album, which is contained every photo proof in a beautifully laid out album, I was speechless!!! The creativity and detail was far beyond what I expected.
I would HIGHLY recommend Joanna to all my family, friends and to anyone reading this review. You will be very, very pleased. You can trust Johanna capture all the special moments on your very special day. One word to sum up our experience with Johanna: “PERFECT.” We could not be happier. Thank you Joanna for everything!!

Joanna is an amazing photographer and she far exceeded my expectations! I was a little skeptical, at first, about using a photographer that has an exclusive contract with the wedding venue. I wanted to have a say in who I worked with. However, after meeting with Joanna and seeing the quality of her work, I knew that she was the exclusive photographer for a reason.
Joanna's work is truly amazing, and she is such a pleasure to work with. She is very fun and personable which makes working with her a joy. I have received so many compliments on my photos and on my album. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls, which is always appreciated by a frantic (sometimes panicky) bride. Joanna contacted me immediately once my finished wedding album came off the delivery truck. She takes so much pride in her work, and it shows.

Thanks to Joanna, our wedding day was perfect from the engagement pictures to the wedding pictures.
Our guests was in amazed by the professional service she provided, we was told “your photographer was every where if she had to stand on top of the building to get a great shot she did”.
We love our wedding album and yes she made it hard to choose because she provide over 600 great professional shots.
Joanna was hands on to answer all of our questions from start to finish she made the process simple and was there every step of the way.

Joanna is an awesome photographer. It was important for us to have a great photographer for my wedding day since my father is a professional photographer himself. He was very impressed. My wedding guests are still talking months later about how she was on point and everywhere taking pictures. She will do whatever she needs to do to get that perfect shot from laying on the ground to jumping on the back of the Rolls Royce for the farewell shot. There were so many amazing photographs from our engagement pictures to the wedding pictures that we had to go ahead and buy all 700+ pictures. Too many perfect shots to just choose a few. Can't go wrong by choosing Joanna to capture your treasured memories. -

My Fiance'and I had the pleasure of meeting Joanna Henderson, owner of Timeless Memories while planning our wedding. We did not know what to expect because it's so much competition out there it's hard to choose. Joanna's professionalism and flexibility made our engagement photography session exciting and that gave us the opportunity to view her personality and style of work. We struck GOLD with Joanna. We could not have been happier once we were done with our engagement pictures. I knew then my wedding photos were going to be absolutely beautiful. On our wedding day Joanna cared and put thought into what we wanted. She was very courteous, personable and very attentive to the both of us from start to finish. We were so happy she had fun with us and made our day fun, we forgot to be nervous. One thing I was really impressed with is Joanna never not one time pressured us on purchasing any packages we did not need. She worked with us within our budget and that took a lot of stress off while planning for our big day.
Joanna thanks for everything. You captured every emotion shown at our wedding and our guest are talking about how awesome you are and how you carried yourself in such a proffessiional manner. It's your wedding day. That means 24 hours of your life will pass fairly quickly. You won't remember everything about the day. You won't see everything or everyone. WAIT! Yes, you can!!! Joanna can make it happen and you won't even know that she was there until you get the beautiful pictures that capture your wedding day every step of the way. From the engagement photos to your farewell before the honeymoon--the moments are captured on film. I LOVED having Joanna as the photographer for our wedding. She does it all: candid, formal, artistic, portrait - and believe me she has a talent for taking breathtaking photos super-fast! Pros: Outstanding photos taken by a phenomenal photographer. Joanna is the most personable, professional, and responsible photograoher money can buy. We are so pleased with our wedding photos, we would have paid double what she charged... yep- that worth it. She stayed on top of special moments from our arrival until the guests departed. We got so much more than we imagined with her services. She remained responsive to our many inquiries, open to drop in visits, and she even pulled up grandma's slipping stocking in formal photos! We were never worried, never stressed and best of all, our wedding took place without a single hitch (pun not intended- we got hitched!). Pristine Chapel Lakeside focused on our wedding, so we could focus on our marriage. Melanie and Joanna were always responsive to our requests, questions, and ideas with same day messages. They allowed the bride to remain in control of ideas, desires, and the final product. They never turned us away with our impromptu visits, they remained receptive to photos I ripped out of magazines, and honestly, I couldn’t ask for a more perfect event. Melanie and Joanna took the time to get to know us and the details they came up with made our wedding even more special. They took our ideas and made them Hollywood (David Tutera wishes!)- our peacock theme was classic and timeless. Our guests continue to talk about the grand time they had and the impeccable service and friendliness they experienced:diminishing drinks and food were quickly replenished, and the music went on until the end. On our wedding day, these ladies were just as excited as we were- despite the fact that they have seen hundreds of weddings. They made mine feel special and unique as if it were their first. They were helpful to my party, and very kind to my guests. It touched my heart to see Melanie be patient in assisting elderly family members. These ladies and Pristine are more than wedding coordinators, they are angels in waiting. They make it happen! It is impossible to thank them enough. -

It was such a great experience to work with Joanna. She was knowledgeable, timely, always listened with an open ear to hear what my requests were. She always made it a point to create or change whatever my desires were, if it was within her power. I have received so many comments from the creativeness of the wedding book we chose. People were like, this wedding book is so very different. Yes, it was expensive, but I will cherish it forever, and it will be a joy to look back on photos this beautiful as a reminder. -

The professional displayed by Joanna was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised by some of the moments she captured after I got the images back. Besides the typical wedding images, I really loved some of the shots she was able to capture of people who didn't realize the camera was aimed at them. I think she is a great photographer to work with. -

My husband and I had our wedding at Pristine Chapel Lakeside in Jonesboro, GA. Joanna Henderson provides photography for this venue. We really enjoyed Joanna. I wanted to give a full 5 but a couple things prevented this. I emailed Joanna to request a certain photo. I wanted to take a picture with my husband before the wedding with us at the corner of the building, holding hands, and praying before the ceremony. She replied promptly saying that we will ensure that photo was taken. In addition, my bridesmaids were going to take of picture of themselves (using a camera phone) with poster board saying "Just wait Until You See Her" and send to my husband. She asked to hold off so she could also get the picture. That picture never happened. Post Ceremony, the Bride & Groom pictures had many pictures where my husband is directed to cross his arms and lean into the bride. During the photography I mentioned that I wanted more love-able pics with us close and holding each other. This didn't happen. I didn't get great reception photos. So this is why Flexibility, Responsiveness and Quality of Service didn't get a full 5. With all this said, I want the reviewers to know that she's a great photographer. I don't know what's common, but I received my pictures (CD Package) approximately 8 weeks after my wedding. -

We used this photographer’s services for our wedding. While Joanna wasn’t the one who was assigned to our wedding, someone from her team was. We were not impressed with the attentiveness of the photographer, and felt he missed important shots that should have been photographed to capture precious moments that we cannot reinvent. While we cannot speak for every photographer on her team, this was our experience. Our personal decision is that we wouldn’t utilize the services of this company for future events. -
