Daughters Autum wedding.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were so accommodating. We had our entire wedding venue planned and paid for before hand and 1 day before the big day. The forecast said it was supposed to be heavy rain all day. So I called JMS tents and tell him that we need to add more tents to make sure everything can be under the tents so we don't get rained out. He googles the property and finds a way to add in 3 more tents with water gutters inbetween to make sure water wouldn't leak through and added all this at a very low and reasonable price. And although we had not already reserved these, he made sure & take very good care of us. Many people were calling him and trying to get last minute tents; & he could have told me no we don't have enough tents and let others people rent out the tents. But he didn't care about the money he made sure my daughter's wedding would be perfect first. It all turned out beautifully and the lighting under the tents was perfect. GREAT GUY & even better COMPANY.

As my daughter's wedding day approached it really liked like it was going to rain. As much as we hoped it would change at the last minute we had to switch to a tent. The delivery and set up was done swiftly and everyone on the crew were fabulous. Would definitely use JMS Tents again.

Our wedding was in Pinetop and there were no rental companies available there. So I did my research in the valley and chose JMS. Joe had great communication and he was always there to answer all of my questions. The quote I received was budget friendly. They had EVERYTHING I needed to rent so it made it super convenient. They were on time for set up and delivery day. The final project looked stunning!! We received sooo many compliments on our wedding set up!!

We were recommended JMS Tents and Party Rentals by friends that got married last year and they exceeded our expectations. Booking was extremely easy, and delivery and set up went faster than you’d think. When three trucks showed up for our wedding I felt a little overwhelmed, but their crew of guys took care of everything in under an hour. Pick up was just as easy and fast. They were very affordable and we will absolutely be renting from them again in the future.

We utilized JMS Tents for our daughter’s wedding at our home in Show Low AZ. When searching for an acceptable tent, we were forced to call companies 3 hours away. I was fearful that the distance would be a deal breaker for any company. To my surprise, JMS was willing and eager to make the trip up the mountain. They searched my property before agreeing to make sure the tents would fit and accommodate 250 guests. Once they accepted the property, they said what they would do and did what they said. The dance floor size was expanded. The tent was place where we wanted it and the event was completed to the delight of our daughter and guests. The items were removed promptly and our property was returned to pre-party condition quickly. I was impressed and thankful for their professionalism. In today’s world, many companies make promises that they do not keep. JMS came through on every promise and agreement. I would highly recommend this company.

Joe and his crew really worked hard to make our special event memorable and complete. He accommodated our needs and requests and made the planning go smoothly. His 420 setup was perfect for our wedding party of about 130-140. The dance floor was perfect for all the special dances and of course our guests. The takedown was just as organized as the setup. I would definitely recommend using JMS for any occasion.

My experience was excellent and I recommend this vendor.
Their pricing was lower on both rental and delivery fees. The rental items ( tables and chairs ) were in great condition ( I compared to another vendor in the valley). They were communicative-both about delivery and pickup times. They also helped me with rental item’s colors, descriptions. My event was at my home, I did not request set up but that is an available service. The crew was a professional team, took extra care as to not damage anything during the transport of tables. I highly, highly recommend this vendor.

The extra touch I needed for my wedding.
After having 2 weeks to plan for my wedding & new to Arizona I began to panic. I brainstormed with my husband to be & my sister to make this wedding come together. JMS Tents saved my daughter’s wedding! We have used JMS Tents for many years, but decided not to get a tent for our daughter’s wedding.. Big Mistake!! December 3, 2022 was the big day and 3 hours before the wedding it started to rain. It was an outside wedding. The look on my daughter’s eyes when she saw the rain falling broke my heart. I knew we had to do something quickly. We are a God fearing family and started to pray for God’s favor and mercy. I called JMS tents knowing it was a long shot but I had to try. I spoke to Joe and he agreed to do it. JMS Tents SAVED my daughters wedding! We were able to proceed and see is now a married women. I give all praise and Glory to God first because he orchestrated everything and it was perfect.

Great family run business that cares about family
My wedding turned into a double wedding as we initially planned for a destination wedding in mexico. When family heard we were doing a small church wedding in Scottsdale to make it legal everyone wanted to attend that one as well. Realizing I could not subject 50 plus family and friends to the heat and sun I found this company. From day one they were awesome were very flexible to my needs of when tent to be set up and removed. The company owner himself set the tent, if that does not sell the reason to pick this company I don't know what will. I was so impressed I will use them again when we host Thanksgiving the tent allowed to extend entertainment area from just my house as well to the backyard. These guys hit the ball out of the park! Joe and his team did an awesome job with all my daughter's wedding set up. The tents, tables, linens and chairs were great. Joe was patient with some last minute changes and modified my original set up to make it fit the space and some special last minute requests from my planners, sister, friend, and wife.

Under the stars package
JMS tent rentals made my wedding stress free. The setup was beautiful. Prices were a steal. All the essentials were provided, chairs, tables, tablecloths, tents, lighting, and dance floor. I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately, I did not get too many photos of the setup.

My wedding was amazing but in Arizona in the backyard its good to have a tent and everything you need to make it prefect. Thank you JMS. You recommend things for my wedding and also mention when I didn't need something. It was hard trying to plan anything with Covid being around but you worked with us, I love your professionalism. Backyard Wedding
We could not be happier with JMS Tents.! We held our wedding ceremony and reception in our backyard, but it looked like a wedding venue thanks to JMS tents. Their tents, lights, tables, chairs, and linens packages made the rental a breeze. We were also able to customize our rental with special draping in the tent to coordinate with our colors. The office was easy to work with and had helpful advice for us. The group that delivered and set up was very efficient and attentive to detail. We were very happy, and would absolutely recommend JMS Tents.

Great Team!
We weren't expecting Rain on our Special Day but boy did it rain! The Team at JMS Tents and Party Rentals were very accommodating! They came out and added and rain gutters to our tent and moved our dance floor under the tent (we had the dance under the stars set up). I was an emotional mess but dealing with a Rental Company that was understanding and so friendly really did make all the difference. The rain finally stopped after our ceremony and our guest commented all night how nice everything looked. Thank you JMS tents!

Unreal experience. Felt like royalty
We used this vendor to host a 200+ person baby shower on our property. They constructed a custom tent, tables and chairs, lighting and decor. They set it up effortlessly a day in advance and took it down a day after the event. Super easy to work with them and design a fantastic event. No one could believe how high end and luxurious the whole setup played. Honestly unreal. We will use them again for our next event, again and again. No brainer. One of the best things we ever did was find this company and give them a chance to help build our event dreams!!

Great Service From Start to End
We had 2 events in 2019.
1st event a wedding, the second a 25th Year Anniversary. When we had a pipe leak in our back yard, they returned the next day, and moved the tent to the other side. Thankful that we could still celebrate our 25 year Anniversary. Now that's GREAT service. From begining to end, they were consistent on both events. I would totally recommend using JMS tents.

Wedding tent
My entire experience from start to finish with Joe and his team @ jms was wonderful. When I explained to my mother in law that we would be renting a tent for our wedding she was skeptical about it. Once the tent arrived and was assembled she was over the moon excited. She said it "made our wedding". Everything from the lighting, turf underneath, spaciousness e.t.c was perfect. Joe delivered the tent early so that other vendors would be able to set up inside of it and I am still so grateful he did that for us. I would recommend them to anyone. 180 people in our backyard very much enjoyed the experience.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, availability and products JMS Tents had to offer. My venue was in Williams, AZ and they had no problem delivering, setting up and removing on time. They provide packages that made my venue become a beautiful wedding setting. Being out of town, they alleviated the stress of me hiring several vendors by providing tents, tables, chairs, bar, cocktail tables, lighting and linens (which we had many colors to chose from). The tents were white and clean! I would recommend this company to my family, friends and anyone needing this type of services.

Perfect touch to our wedding
I was planning a wedding and had only 4 months to do it. I knew the wedding was going to be in July so I had to think of something for shade to keep my guest cool. JMS tents worked with me and we were able to customize the tent and chairs needed, not only for the party, but for the ceremony as well. They came out the day before the wedding, had it put together with plenty of time for us to finish decorating. The guest loved the tent and the coolers we rented. Loved every bit of it!

Large wedding beautiful layout
We had a wedding with 400 guests, the tent was beautifully done, they layout kept all the guests engaged and not drifting off in different directions. They brought the tent, tables, chairs, lighting and dance floor. This was at a remote location and they made it easy for me. Everyone that talked to me commented on how beautiful it was and how awesome the layout was. Bu the end of the night people that didnt want to leave stayed and played cornhole under the lights. It was so fun and beautiful. Jms was so easy to work with and very accomodating. I would recommend them to any of my friends and have already.

Wedding Dress Rehearsal
We could not have been happier! We had a rehearsal dinner in our back yard in March. The weather was chilly and JMS tents was very accommodating. We had a tent for 65 with tablecloths, chairs, lights and a heater. So happy! Best of all, they were able to charge for one day and left it for a few so we used it again the day after the wedding! Beautiful tent
We used JMS tents for our daughter's backyard wedding reception. We rented the hexagon tent, 3 - 20'x20' tents, and 2 triangle tents (for roughly 210 guests). It was absolutely beautiful. So much better than a boring, rectangle tent. The neighbors were even asking where we got the "elegant" tent. Joe was wonderful to work with. They set up a few days before the event due to high winds predicted - the tent withstood with the winds no problem. Many guests complimented us on how nice everything looked. I would recommend JMS tents in a heartbeat.

Excellent Wedding Setup
I was helping my daughter plan her last minute wedding and came across JMS Tents & Party Rentals. We were 2 weeks to the date and JMS was able to accommodate our request with a beautiful backyard tent setup complete with tables, chairs and linens to accommodate 100 guests. The wedding was held during the busy week between Christmas and New Years, but the setup team arrived on time and had our backyard transformed shortly into an amazing wedding setting. Honestly, I was so indecisive and JMS was flexible with me the ENTIRE time. I paid up front and then changed my mind on some things and they refunded me without question for one of the items I no longer needed. They gave me great advice for quantities based on my guest list. When it came down to the day of, they set up all my tables, chairs, dance floors quickly and it looked perfect. I got the fruitwood chairs and they looked BRAND NEW. I don't think any other vending company could have provided me with better quality rentals or service. My wedding was in Prescott and even with that extra delivery, they were still WAY more affordable than any other rental company I came across. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any event! JMS=AMAZING. Just had our wedding March 18th,2017. JMS tents were amazing. Our wedding guest numbers were around 500+. The "dancing under the stars" set up was a success. Jessica was very helpful with every phone call/ question I had. Joe and his employees were able to accommodate all the wants and needs leading up to the wedding. The restrooms were a hit since they had AC and the wedding happened to fall on the warmest day in march! Being able to accommodated 500+ guests using the tents as our venue was one of the best ideas ever. We were blessed to have been able to do our wedding on our acre and a half. When we build our house we can say we had our wedding there! Thank you JMS!

I had a 30 year anniversary party in March and I wanted it festive so I tented my entire back yard. The measurements were close so Joe, the owner, came over on a Saturday and personally measured and ensured me they would make the tent fit perfectly...and it Did! I rented cocktail tables and sit down tables with padded chairs, large lights for under the tent, table clothes and ties. Everything was Perfect! Jessica who works with Joe and was very responsive every time I called to make a payment or with a question. I highly recommend JMS tents and will positively use them again!

After scheduling our New years party of 13 years the AZ weather was forecast as the worst we could have. JMS stepped up with even the owner on site. They installed our tent covers with 3 minutes to spare. Heavy rain and darkness was upon us... WE WERE DRY... Our party was a hit... The tents were the best !!!!!

JMS Tents did an awesome job for us. We were very happy with all the planning details prior to the wedding to make this a special day for my daughter and our new son-in-law. We at 1st we were going to just rent the tents and lighting but then our other vendor fell through on the tables, linens and chairs the last minute so we called Joe once again to see if by chance he had what we needed to carry on a wedding planned for 258 people. He came through for us and were very happy with all of Joe's hard work and his crew in setting up and tearing down. Also on a timely manner in getting us the quotes for our rental need's. Definitely will use JMS tents again and will highly recommend them to our friends for any event. The pricing was better then the other quotes we had received witch was a huge plus!

All the staff from JMS has been easy and very nice to work with. They confirmed everything the week of, and scheduled our delivery. The delivery was on time, and they were all very nice and professional. They completed the installation quickly and confirmed with us at each step that everything was where we wanted it. The tent was able to accommodate all our needs very well. Will definitely use them again if needed or would recommend to anyone in need of a dance floor or tent. They were also the best price I was provided, and are a locally owned company.

JMS really did a great job with our wedding venue, they helped us the entire way. We started planning with them about 6 months prior and I think we called them about every other week or so with new questions and ideas. They helped us by suggesting ideas and were very flexilbe with our situation. Thanks JMS! :)

JMS Tents is a must use source for tent rental. We called 4/15 for our wedding on 5/7 and in just one email and one phone call we were set to go with an affordable, unique back yard wedding. We received diagrams of our yard with tent placement and our pricing was well within budget. We worked with Joe and Jessica and the both of them were so helpful and great to work with. The real payoff was on delivery, setup and take down. The crew was an absolute joy to work with. Easy going, fun and yet professional at the same time. They took the time necessary to position and get maximum coverage in our unique back yard setup with a 10x10 and a 10x20 and really listened to what we were trying to accomplish. 5 out of 5 for us from start to finish and we will be recommending JMS Tents to anyone we know when the need arises. Thank you all for making our day perfect.

JMS Tent Rental was WONDERFUL. Very professional, and one of the least expensive places I could find. They were very helpful, and were able to correct something that I didn't think about. They were Johnny on the spot. I would gladly use them again anytime.

Joe is amazing! He has so much experience he made my outside event planning easy as pie! He was very patient with me and very responsive with my requests! I shopped around MANY rental places and his is the most inclusive and best prices, he was even able to get me a deal on a bathroom trailer!! If you need it he has it! BOOK HIM!!

Joe and his people at JMS tents were terrific to work with. They did all the things you would expect from a Tent Company, but truly went above and beyond.
The best thing is the Tents they have available to rent. We looked at EVERY Tent company in the Valley - JMS has the best quality, and most varied choices out there.
Plus - the price was right!
