    Jacqui was recommended to me by our venue and I honestly cannot be happier with JLH Blooms! It was not only so helpful to have her know the venue, but she also was able to execute my vision perfectly! I don't know a ton about flowers so I had minimal information to give her (a couple things I liked and 1 flower i didn't) but she made me the most INCREDIBLE bouquet that couldn't have been more perfect and made the bridesmaids bouquets look great too! The venue was perfectly decorated, with Jacqui and JLH providing florals and drapery for the arch and ceremony, and candles and greens for the tables and additional florals for the reception - I didn't have to think about anything once I booked Jacqui and told her what I wanted because they took care of EVERYTHING! So happy with how our wedding looked because of Jacqui and JLH Blooms! Highly recommend!

    JLH Blooms did our wedding in November 2016. When we first met, I wanted soft babies breath with blush and white roses. After a few months my vision changed, and I met with Jacquie to flush out exact details. I don't know flower names - I could only describe colors and show photos on Pinterest. She and Danae did a fabulous job getting what was in my brain into real life. Arrived on time, set up and take down was efficient, and my bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. In my opinion, their strength in working with me was helping me define what I wanted while still staying within my budget. Thanks again!

    I was talking to a friend one day and asked who is doing their flowers for their wedding, and they recommended JLH Blooms. I loved working with Jacquie! She met us for coffee, got to know us as a couple and asked us about any questions we had. I had a vision of something simple yet beautiful, and that is what we got!

    Our flowers turned out beautifully! Jacquie fulfilled the vision I wanted perfectly! She also assisted in day of coordination which was a huge help!

    JLH Blooms is by far the most talented florist in San Diego's North County. Everything is literally breath taking. Even if you think you know exactly what you want (and most brides do), let them give you some input and you will be totally "WOWed"!

    We had a really great experience working with Jacquie, she was flexible and listened to everything we wanted! My bouquet was so beautiful!!!! She knows her stuff and you can see it in her work. :)

    AMAZING! Is the first word that comes to mind! Jacquie is a extremely talented florist. She was very accommodating and was able to see my vision. I was very particular about what I wanted for my wedding and she was able to deliver everything I had imagined, down to the smallest detail. The flowers were gorgeous and my guests are still talking about them. I had consultations with a half a dozen other florist but went with JLHBlooms because besides providing the beautiful flowers, Jacquie was such a pleasure. So patient and kind, she really listened to what I wanted and genuinely wanted my day to be perfect. And it was!

    I am very happy to recommend JLH Blooms for anyone's wedding. Jacquie, the owner, was a joy to work with. She was very personable and genuine. I felt very taken care of by her. I didn't have an exact idea about what I wanted for my wedding flowers, but Jacquie was very helpful in giving me ideas while also staying within my budget. And my bouquets were GORGEOUS--more beautiful than I imagined them to be! I am very satisfied with everything JLH Blooms provided for me on my wedding day.

    JLH Blooms was wonderful! Very reasonable prices and Jacquie was very professional. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to have the perfect wedding in San Diego.

    We had our wedding on valentines day and our flower of choice was roses. So you may guess that we were worried about the cost of our flowers on this specific day, but after meeting with Jacquie, she gave us the best offer we were looking for.

    The company made our ceremony and reception look fantastic! We were more than grateful and very happy with all the hard work she and her husband did for us to make our wedding day most memorable. Our official wedding pictures turned out great! Thank you JLH Blooms for everything!!!

    I originally found JLH at a bridal show. I had gotten an offer for a free bridal bouquet with the purchase of bridesmaids/groomsmen/mother and MIL flowers. I ended up going with a different florist for my bouquets but I definitely went with JLH for my centerpieces, entrance table, gift table, and cake flowers. Jacquie was a dream to work with. We had our wedding on base so we had to gather alof of personal information so they could be let on base for the day of. They were very willing to trust us and help us out with that (not all vendors will do that). I met with Jacquie 2 or 3 times I believe. I think we met one extra time because I am a control freak and wanted to be triple sure everything was as planned (I did this with all of my vendors). I explained what we wanted for our centerpieces, gave pictures and she nailed it. I mean she literally did exactly what I was hoping. I walked in after pictures and I was blown away with how beautiful everything looked. I was even able to keep on of the pieces for our house and it is on display. I received so many compliments on how well everything turned out. And Jacquie was very willing to work with us on our budget and offered a military discount. If there was something we requested and it was going to be expensive, she told us right away instead of doing it and then handing over a bill. Jacquie and crew were unbelievably professional and helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know (and have).

    There are so many stressful parts of planning a wedding. So many decisions to make, vendors to coordinate with, budgets to stick to... I can honestly say that working with JLH Blooms was one of the least stressful parts of the wedding planning process, and one of the best decisions we made for a number of reasons.

    1 - Jacquie is super responsive via text, phone and email. So important when you're trying to get things done.

    2 - She truly was wonderful to work with. We were referred to JLH Blooms from our wedding planner, and from our first phone call I felt like Jacquie was an old friend. I don't know much about flowers and had very little idea of a "vision" regarding flowers for the big day. I sent her a couple pictures that I liked, and she just ran with them, suggesting ideas and arrangements that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. About 2 weeks out, we decided to add on some additional flowers for the reception, and she was super accommodating to the additional arrangements, even though it wasn't what we originally planned for.

    3 - The finished product was AMAZING. Amazing. We received so many compliments on all of the arrangements she provided, from the altar flowers to the reception centerpieces. I was completely blown away by the bridesmaids' and bridal bouquets. They were absolutely perfect.

    4 - Her prices are very reasonable, and she did everything she could to stay under our {minimal} budget. Other florists had quoted double what we paid!

    I am so happy with our decision to use JLH Blooms for our wedding flowers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much Jacquie!

    JLH Blooms were hired for my brother's wedding, unfortunately the night that suppose to be memorable and happy for our family was tainted by JLH blooms unprofessionalism and inability to handle pressure that comes with wedding planning.

    The tension started when some of the arrangement were not up to our expectation. They fail to understand the pressure and stress we were under; we had 250 guests waiting outside and wanted to be seated. The flower arrangements around the stage were not complete. As a customer we had every right to ask questions. They were running late more than 30 mins and there was no sign that they will finish anytime soon. So when my mom approached them to say that we were running out time and the guest are waiting all hell broke loose. she started shouting at our family , dropped everything and refused to complete the job and walked out. Basically she lost it and started to create a scene. Perhaps she knew she failed but needed to put the blame on our family to make her pain of failure bearable.

    Yep, they walk out , on someone's wedding night ! They were hired to make it stage magical and we got disappointment. The left behind unusable flower arrangement on the stage that was removed.

    A good wedding planner , would always planned ahead, start early , have backup plan just in case things go wrong. They failed in every level. She was very good at blaming everyone else rather than taking responsibility for her failures. I don't know who was in charge but the lady had zero customers experience , completely out line they way she spoke to us.

    So future customers, beware, if you point imperfection, she will turn red( you can clearly see it on her face), point out if they are running late, she will walk out.

    Her feeling is as delicate as her flowers. She has no skill to handle feedback. She took everything we said personal and that was her biggest flaw.

    This woman went out of business. I only found out yesterday when I tried calling her and her phone and website are gone. We had done my contract in December of 2017, she never even had the courtesy to tell me. There should be a way to report her to wedding wire, so they don't feature her anymore.

    JLH Blooms has not only gone out of business, but appears to have defrauded many clients. I strongly suggest you remove them from your site to avoid other people's money from being taken!

    Jacquie Harvey of JLH Blooms is a piece of work. She decides to tell me that she is going out of business on the Monday before my Friday wedding (4/13/18). But it didn't seem to bother her to continue to take my money 2 weeks before my wedding. I have since learned she moved to Idaho. She had no intention of ever doing anything for my wedding, but taking my money was easy. You will not get away with this.

    My wedding took place on 4/7/17 and the owner of JLH BLOOM cancelled my contract on 3/20/17 due to non payment yet i had a IN PROGRESS money transfer since 3/17/17. Long story short, i had personal family matters and death occurred and instead of helping the "bride to be" as she claims to always do, she was stressing me out beyond belief, not replying within appropriate time frames and even replied with emoji's. After cancelling my contract, she didn't refund me my deposit (in her contract it states that if she cancels the contract, she refunds EVERYTHING) and wrote me a bad check. Luckily i went to cash the check in both incidents or else I would have been in a lot more trouble. Our flowers were done by friends and family at the end, our wedding turned our to look amazing! Would NOT recommend JLH BLOOMS at all due to poor customer service, communication, professionalism, and moral.

    I would highly recommend saving yourself the hassle of working with JLH Blooms and finding another florist - trust me you will thank me later. The owner was extremely unprofessional in how she handles her business and her main priority is herself not the client. During all our meetings she was very confident in her ability to deliver on the day of the wedding. Well the day of the wedding came and she was so overwhelmed and unprepared that she left the venue without finishing her work. First off, her husband who does lighting was at the venue earlier and sent her pictures of unfinished draping setup, which she was adding florals to. Without even asking me first about it, she sent me a text about it to which I responded things are not completed and tried calling her 3 times to no avail. I later get a text she was getting lunch for her team and that she got an updated picture from her husband and everything was fine. I would have thought calling me the client would be more appropriate than her husband who is another vendor not part of her florist business. Again she dropped the ball by not knowing how to handle things and jumping to conclusions without even consulting with me first. She then gets delayed getting to the venue and of course as usual places blame on everything else but herself. She first walked in and had to ask me how many tables are set up, well if she was on top of things and read the contract we signed, it clearly stated how many tables we were having. I should have know from then she wasn't able to deliver, because without my knowledge she set up tables using smaller arrangements from our family tables because she did not make enough arrangements. Again, an organized florist would never have done such a thing. She then proceeded to tell me that a lot of things are going wrong and that it's my fault. This is really where her customer service skills shine through HAHA. In all our meetings she stated that she prepares most of the arrangements o
