The most incredibly talented, unbelievably kind wedding photographer.... and the most swoonworthy, romantic photos!
We hired Jihan for our wedding and we are SO thrilled that we did. She has our highest recommendation! We originally hired her for a 5/2020 wedding which was cancelled due to COVID... she then was so patient, flexible, and easy to work with over multiple reschedules and a change of venue (and city) due to the pandemic, and the changes in our lives over these past few years!
She took the most romantic, dreamy engagement photos of us back in 2020 (pre COVID) and helped me (a naturally super awkward person) look and feel more natural and relaxed in front of the camera. On our eventual wedding day in 5/2023, she was the most calm, kind, lovely, and supportive presence. Trust me, you will be a nervous wreck, and you will want to know you are in the hands of a true professional who has worked hundreds if not thousands of weddings! She went so far above and beyond the call of duty, from fixing my broken bracelet (with a piece of fashion tape, which held up all night!) to getting me a much needed sip of champagne before the ceremony, to offering to help get the father of the groom home safely (yes, she is seriously an angel).
And, of course, she did an absolutely phenomenal job with our photos.... from the details, to the decor, to the getting ready shots, to the ring bearer and flower girl (both dogs... she somehow got them both to look in the same direction at the same time....), to the ceremony, reception, family portraits, and the most dreamy, romantic, gorgeous couple's portraits. She absolutely crushed it. She captured all of the romance, joy, and emotion of the day in the most beautiful photos. We will cherish these photos forever. We are SO grateful to her (thank you Jihan) and we are so glad that we went with her. She is worth every single penny and then some. We know that if you hire her, you will be just as thrilled as we are. -

5 stars is not enough to praise this amazingly talented woman! Jihan is a vendor that I refer for my clients (I am a wedding planner) for photography regularly, but it wasn't until I got to experience working with her first hand for my maternity photos that I really fell in love with her and her work on a whole different level. Not only did she make us feel SO comfortable in front of the camera almost immediately, she has such a calming and kind demeanor. We loved chatting with her throughout the session and we had SO much fun with her. This was totally out of our comfort zone, and she guided us with such ease to positions and shots that felt and looked natural. When she emailed me a few hours after we parted ways with a sneak peek, I was in such AWE of her quick turn around and how incredibly magical the photos looked. I honestly can say I have never felt more beautiful, and I wouldn't have wanted any other photographer to be the one to do this for us. These are photos and memories we will cherish with our son forever. I can't say enough good things about Jihan and her work and her process. I promise you you won't want to look anywhere else, no matter what the occasion you want documented. She is simply the best of the best! -

Where in the world do we even begin?! Jihan is a dream, her photos are a dream, and having her photograph our wedding was a dream. From our first conversation, I knew Jihan was the perfect person to capture the day. We were even more excited about it when we officially met her for our engagement pictures. We happened to choose an outdoor location on the coldest/windiest day since living in SF so the evening could have easily taken a turn for the worst, but it was the complete opposite. The second we stepped out of the car, it felt like we had known Jihan for years. We all froze together outside and she not only made it so much fun, but the photos are more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.
Our wedding day exceeded every single expectation. In addition to being incredibly talented and professional, she became a friend that we got to hang out with all day/night. She captured EVERY moment, every facial expression, and every single detail so we are able to relive the entire day looking through the photos. The amount of people who have reached out to us to rave about our wedding photos and our extremely talented photographer is literally too many to count now. She is truly the best.
