Everything was so perfect, better than my dreams. If I had a question during planning, she was always a text away. During the wedding she was there for us and everything ran so smoothly. I couldn’t have done this without her! Amazing work!!

Jen and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing the day of! The whole day was a dream! They worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was on point and everyone was having a great time.
Even months after the wedding, we're still getting compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony was, how breathtaking the reception was, and how much fun they had the whole day. -

Month of Coordination package
I worked with Alexandra with the month of Coordination package.
She was very helpful, as I had most of my vendors booked prior to researching planners. It was great having a monthly touch point to make sure I was on track and to get questions answered, as I did most of the planning alone. Month of coordination was a major stress reliever during the 30 days leading up to the wedding.
Alexandra coordinated all day of details and logistics with vendors for a seamless day of timeline. Throughout the planning process (even before month of coordination), I could count on Alexandra or even Jen the owner, for a fast response to any questions.
On the wedding day, it was reassuring knowing that someone would be there to connect with vendors, so I wouldn't have to, be a point of contact for lunch delivery to the bridal suite, steam my dress, bustle my dress, and make sure wedding supplies made it back to the appropriate hotel room.

Jen and her team did a great job!
Jen is amazing! She worked with me over a year to plan my wedding. She was supportive throughout the process and always one step ahead. She was able to juggle multiple requests, dealing with differing opinions and suggestions from me and my parents. Being a business school student, I was extremely busy throughout the year, so I am grateful that I had Jen to attend meetings on my behalf and negotiate any contracts as needed. She was also able to give me some unique ideas that I would not have found on my own - we ended up hiring a really cool sketch artist who the guests really enjoyed. We wouldn't have had him if Jen had not given us the suggestion. Most importantly for us is that Jen and her team was able to manage our wedding with 300+ guests. She was also appreciative and understanding of the difference in culture between my family and my husband's family. She was able to manage our needs, wants and cultural differences appropriately so both families were happy. Jen is extremely friendly and a smiling face, which definitely something you need during the stress that is wedding planning. Jen and her team did a great job making my wedding memorable -

Absolutely love her!
When I first began planning my wedding, I had no intentions of hiring a wedding coordinator as I thought it was something I already had planned out in my head and pinned to perfection on a Pinterest board. However, as time went on, I quickly realized that executing those ideas was not something I could do on my own, especially working a full-time job. Planning a wedding is a full job on its own!! After I spoke to a few local coordinators, I still was not feeling very confident on the whole idea. After all, it is a big financial commitment and I did not feel like my ideas were being heard. That is until I met Jen! Something just clicked and I had absolutely no reservations about having her become a part of our big day! She listened, she communicated well and had wonderful ideas that meshed well with our ideas. Not to mention she was one of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine people we had ever met. We had her for a "day of" coordination and she made sure everything was in order and on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding. A huge weight off my shoulders! Come wedding day, she and her team came in a executed a wedding that I had only once dreamed of in my head, except this time it was mine. I literally did not have to worry about a thing besides sitting back in the bridal suite with my best friends to enjoy a day of pampering! I was in awe (and almost in tears of joy) when I saw our old barn venue in all its glory that she had created. I would not hesitate to recommend Jen to help you plan the wedding of your dreams. I promise you will not regret it! Thank you again Jen! We cannot tell you how thankful we are to have met you!

Jennifer is a very talented and attentive planner! She is very easy to communicate with and give us great suggestions. We had a small wedding and just need some help from Jennifer. Even we only pay for the day of coordination, she always reminds us of other wedding details. Our wedding turn out great! It was fun, intimate, and warm! Thank you, Jen!!

First of all let me start by saying we love Jennifer! She puts her absolute best into what she does and she made our wedding and reception so special and memorable! She went above and beyond for us and way exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding, she will make sure it is the absolute best. We had a stress free wedding day thanks to Jennifer, she took such good care of us, she made sure we had food in our room before we went to the reception and she had food and cake waiting on us after the reception. All we had to worry about was getting to enjoy our day, she planned and coordinated everything else. She's very detailed in what she does and she takes care of everything. One thing that really stuck out to me is how she worked on our behalf when it came to vendors and making sure we got the best. She connected us with the best photographer, videographer, DJ, florists, etc. I would and will recommend Jennifer to anyone who is looking for someone to help plan their special day! -

Jen Saved my pictures!
Jennifer is a breath of ease and patience. We hired her for our wedding coordination, and I am so glad we did! Our venue had new, untrained staff attending to our special day which clearly added yet, another level of stress to the day. Jen knew how to work and manage the venue’s staff so that every decoration and detail got set up and followed wonderfully. One of the simple but stand out moments of “WOWW!” that we experienced was when we were taking all the family photographs and Jen had already given our photographers a whole list of images to capture before the ceremony, during the and after! With all the prep for the day, I left it in the hotel, Jen came prepared and handled it without me even needing to say anything. She really saved my pictures! -

Jen is the best! My wedding was one of a kind! Utilizing her vendor relationships to help us create terrific results. It was so easy to work with her. She really listened to every little thing I wanted and look for easy ways I could work with my budget. She is such a delightful person. Highly recommend her as a wedding or event planner. Grateful to worked with her!
I wish that I had found Jen at the beginning of our wedding planning process. She was incredible! Things were a mess when she took over from the previous planner. I felt less anxious with every day that passed while working with her. She is so thoughtful, calming, and incredibly organized. I think that I thanked her daily because I knew that she would guarantee that my daughter's wedding was spectacular and it was! She worked so hard with all of our vendors and I know that the vendors were relieved and grateful to be working with her! -

At first I didn’t think I would need or want a “Day of” Coordinator but I am so glad I had Jennifer at my wedding! I had such peace of mind knowing she was there. Jennifer was great—-we met twice before the wedding but spoke dozens of times over the phone and email. She is the sweetest woman and really knows her stuff. I appreciated her frequent emails telling me things I should be doing and giving me recommendations of vendors she worked with. She asked for a list of things for her to do at the wedding, which at first took me a while to write, but I’m glad I did because it really made me think about specifics. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone! -

Weddings are expensive, so as brides we look for where we can cut cost. At first I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner. I felt like I didn’t really see the need for one. I’m one of those people that really enjoyed planning and handling things myself, but thank goodness I listened to my now husband and hired Jennifer. It honestly made my wedding day so much more enjoyable and less stressful. On your wedding day, you are going to have a millions things to worry about, you do not need to be worrying about coordinating with the other vendors and directing guests. That’s what Jennifer did for me. She was my person of communication with the florists, photographer, DJ etc. She made sure we were on on schedule and coordinate the guests on where to go. You might say “Well my mom, my sister, or my maid of honor can do it.” No, wrong, because they themselves will be super busy, as well. So unless you have a really trustworthy best friend or family member who somehow did not want to be part of your bridal party, it is really hard to make it work. Jennifer has 4 different packages depending on much help you need. I just picked the “day of” since I knew I could do most of the other planning myself. Honestly, it was the best decision I could have made for my wedding. Jennifer is organized and is very good at coordinating and making sure the event runs smoothly. So glad she was there for my wedding! -

Initially, when planning our wedding I was hopeful Jen would help with our wedding vision as a partial planner and coordinator for us. While she did send automated monthly updates with a list of things to be done and would occasionally send a vendor whose spot needed to be filled, it seemed as if she did nothing else. When our wedding date got closer and closer, and our planner was less and less involved, giving no opinions of help or offering a helping hand, it was apparent she wasn’t what we wanted or needed. Up until roughly a week before our wedding, she had an incorrect address of where our ceremony was being held due to lack of reading contracts that had been sent months prior. When our wedding day came, I was sure the wedding planner would be there in time well in advance like she promised the day before; but she fell short yet again and vendors started showing up to the reception to set up with no planner in sight. Luckily, my husband and I facilitated the entire experience of planning our wedding (him the entirety of the morning and afternoon of the wedding day!!) with some help of other vendors and family & friends. It still turned out beautifully, but sadly we were not impressed with the partial planning option and wedding day coordination on Jen’s behalf. Maybe the full planning option she offers has a different outcome.
