Saved the day with incredible customer service!
To make a long story short, I was in need of a NEW engagement ring. Corey from Jeweler's Touch saved the day. He was calm, kind, comforting, friendly and compassionate in my time of need! Not only did he tell me what my options were with my current engagement ring, he gave his personal suggestions and recommendations. When my husband and I came to a decision as far as what to do, he helped us select a new setting and personally saw that it was ordered and delivered to me in pristine condition. After such a great experience we went back to order my wedding band, my husband's wedding band, have jewelry cleaned, have jewelry repaired, sell old jewelry and select new jewelry. Every single time Corey was there offering fantastic customer service, as well as the other team members that we encountered. Thank you so much to Jeweler's touch for the wide variety of options, exceptional customer service, fair pricing, and family operated business. Thank you! -

Beautiful Custom Ring
Jeweler's Touch treats you like a friend. It was such an easy, pleasant experience to have my custom made engagement ring done. I wanted a black opal instead of a diamond as my center stone, and JT was able to find the perfect one in a short amount of time. -

Jimmy is the absolute best and most fun to work with! My fiancé took my grandma's ring in to work with Jimmy on a custom design(I had no idea and nor did any of my friends and family) and I couldn't be happier. They did a terrific job and a what an amazing surprise! I recently took the ring in for sizing and they were done in a few hours! I cant wait to go back and pick out our wedding bands! I would highly recommend and I have referred all of my friends to Jimmy! -

Love this place! We drove all the way from Los Angeles to have my engagement right and wedding bands done here.
Corey is amazing! He's easy to talk to and makes the process painless. He listens to what both parties want. They are professional and sincere! Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
I trust this place so much I came here looking for a present for my mom for her birthday. We had gone through the whole store looking for the right gift for her and when we had given up Corey remembered a piece he had on consignment. As soon as I saw it I knew my mom would love it! She wears these earrings ALL THE TIME!
My husband and I love our rings. I'll be back to get it soldered soon! -

Cory at Jeweler's touch was so helpful!! My husband went in with his mom and sister to purchase my engagement ring and wedding band because he wanted everything to be a surprise and Cory did an excellent job of helping him pick out a beautiful and elegant pair! I found a vintage ring online that needed to be customized. They did an amazing job sizing and fixing the ring, and they only charged me $100. Now I have a unique ring that I couldn't have afforded without them. -

Flinn at Jeweler's Touch was amazing. The store is so well-organized and great to shop at. My husband's ring and my own were custom ordered and the prices were very competitive and reasonable. We get compliments on our bling all the time! -

My husband and I were so lucky to find an amazing jewelry store who was able to work with us and were about to get us what we were looking for. Our jeweler, Cathy, was so helpful and did whatever she could to get the rings we loved. I even got my bridemaids gifts from there as well so they could wear them on my wedding day too. I got all the jewelry I wore on my wedding day there as well. Im so thankful for the great value and how professional she was with her work. They are a wonderful store and have great customer service. We will be back for more occasions and gifts!! -

Both my husband and I bought our rings there. We absolutely love the store, their professionalism, and willingness to work with your budget. My ring is beautiful and the diamond is top of the line. There are multiple sales associates who fit every personality so you feel comfortable and cared for. -
