    A Perfect Ending to Our Wedding Night

    Jet Limos provided us with an exceptional experience as we were chauffeured in a luxurious Lincoln Continental from our wedding venue to our hotel. The car was impeccably clean and comfortable, making it a perfect way to conclude our special night. Being able to relax and enjoy the ride without the worry of driving ourselves or relying on friends and family was truly a luxury. Using Jet Limos added an extra touch of elegance to our wedding day. Thank you, Jet Limos, for making our wedding night even more magical.

    Wonderful Service!!

    We used JET for service from our wedding venue to the honeymoon resort - fabulous service. Very professional, well worth booking!

    Great experience. Used them for my brothers wedding. Car smelt new and was very unique. Driver looked great and was very attentive. Several reminders via email and text kept my mind at ease. Also knew when the driver was coming.

    Great experience. Very fancy car and great driver. Visited the office and everyone was so pleasant. Would highly recommend!

    I highly recommend using Jet limousines for any special occasion. We used them for our wedding day and they did a great job. The driver was Justin and he was a very nice, polite young man and did a great job. He was on time everywhere we needed him and we had him running around like crazy. MaryAnn who I believe is the owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with, she even decorated the inside of the limo with our wedding colors. Definitely go big and get the 26 passenger stretched hummer- it's awesome and very clean. No need to look at other limo vendors, they had the best rate, best service and nicest limo.

    Ambassador Limousines took such great care of us. They gave us a great price for our transportation home from the wedding (with a nice wedding package with champagne and decorations) as well as a stretch limo to pickup my parents and a bunch of wedding guests and take them to and from the wedding. The people we delt with were very pleasant and everything worked out perfectly.

    They had some very nice limousines and offered us a great deal for our special day.Everything turned out great and we where able to make it to the ceremony and reception on time.Ambassador Limousines treated us like royalty.

    Know JET’s policy with cancellations due to the weather

    We were scheduled to fly into Flagstaff after they had received 3ft of snow and naturally, our flight was delayed. By the time we landed, the roads were not safe to drive. JET made a good call in not sending a car for us that evening due to the weather. What they didn’t tell us is that we would be charged in full for the driver that was scheduled to pick us up at the airport earlier day. Beware of travel delays- this company will still charge you if you miss your ride!

    Disappointing from beginning to end

    Working with JET Limos was very disappointing. We needed shuttles for our wedding transportation, and after reaching out to various other companies who were already booked, we eventually landed on JET. From the beginning, they were very difficult to work with - slow to respond, unprofessional emails, unorganized, etc, etc. Most of my communication was even done with one of the company Directors and she wasn't much better herself.

    I'd say when you hire a transportation company, especially for a wedding, the most important factor is timeliness. Unfortunately, JET was not timely. Almost every shuttle was late, including the ones TO the ceremony. We ended up having to start the ceremony about 20-30 minutes late because we were waiting on so many people to arrive from the hotel. I also heard from guests that the shuttles leaving the wedding were severely delayed too.

    As if the untimeliness wasn't bad enough, I also received feedback from my guests that one of the shuttle drivers were rather rude too.

    The experience as a whole was not a good one, and I'd say to choose a different company if you have more options.

    Do not recommend

    I recently used Jet Limousine for transportation during my November Wedding. Let me start off by saying the actual Drivers were great, this is not on them. The day started with drop offs for the Wedding Party at the venue and then ended with a pick up at 11pm for the Wedding Party and my family.
    11:15pm rolled around after the Wedding and I had yet to hear from my driver. I called them 3 time and each time I was told "I'll call you back". 11:45pm rolled around and I finally got ahold of the Manager and they said their driver is stuck in traffic due to a concert they were working in Downtown Phoenix (so they double booked). They said they are having another vehicle come and get us. Finally at 12:30am (90 minutes passed promised pick up time) they arrived IN A SMALLER BUS THAN I ORDERED. We have been calling and calling them and they refuse to call us back. Not only were they incredibly late and we wanted a refund for that, but they gave us a smaller bus and KEPT THE MONEY FOR THE BIGGER BUS I ORIGINALLY ORDERED. I would not recommend Jet Limousines!

    Owner is a liar and don’t pay his bills

    We had a job with them in 2024 that their own staff messed up on the reservation and had the e mail from them to prove the mix up, yet we still scrambled and sent 2 of the 8 buses they booked and paid for , fast forward Billy the owner called and threatened lawsuits told me I’m a POS blah blah never once taking accountability for his own staff mix up, so we agreed to work the balance off for 2025 waste management classics and an agreement to be paid 45 days after the job, endless e mails and phone calls the employees apologized for the fact the owner /: management has not paid us! I will be reaching out to the waste management golf management to let them know what the owner at jet is doing, I sent jet limo / transportation INC to collections, then the owner Billy has the nerve to chime in on social media talking smack but haven’t paid his bill to me not to mention he has a huge class action lawsuit for not paying his employees overtime and wages and keeping the drivers tips. Usually the ones who point the finger are the ones having 4 fingers pointing back at you! I would use a more honest company then jet since they can’t even be professional, the owner likes to bully!

    Wedding 1/27/2023

    DO NOT use this joke of a company. I used them for my wedding (biggest day of my life), and it couldn’t have been worse. The driver was unbelievably rude. The speakers/Bluetooth in the party bus were not working. When we told the driver he did not respond and did not help to solve the issue. You pay $500 for a “ride” with no music and a rude driver. On top of that, the manager Eugene and his staff are beyond insincere. They do not understand customer service. I told them the whole situation and they did nothing to make up for it. Zero stars.

    I should I've know in the beginning . From when they answered the phone to when they dropped off our wedding party . The 12 passenger limo was EXTREMELY DIRTY ! The driver was very rude . I would never recommend this company . They are overpriced and just RUDE !

    My sister used this vendor for her wedding in November, it went well so I thought I would have no issues; returned customer would get great service, right? My wedding was 2/21/15, they were hired just to transport guest from my backyard wedding back to the hotel. When the bus arrived, a guest had gotten sick on the bus before it even left (no one was more upset than I was as the bride!!) so my Mom and Dad brought out a mop bucket and towels and cleaned everything up so everyone would have a safe and clean ride home (keeping in mind the driver just stood there and watched, never offered any help). After he took one trip to the hotel, about 7 miles away, our trip was promptly ended, said he could do no more trips cause he had to go get the bus "sanitized" at 11pm.

    They charged a $350 cleaning fee, I expected this but thought maybe they would work with us since we paid them $1,000 for 1 hour of service and 7 miles of travel. They proceeded to tell us that we were lucky the bus even took my guests to the hotel, that the driver should have refused any service and they would have STILL charged us $1,300 for the trip/cleaning charge.

    After experiencing this terrible customer service, they charged my sisters credit card they had on file from her wedding in NOVEMBER! They had already received the MANDATORY credit card authorization form for this wedding (still unknown where that form is, waiting for the day they "accidentally" charge our card for someone else's wedding).

    My sister was forced to call her bank and dispute the charge. We spoke to their offices and told them we would send a check for the total amount, a week later they called my SISTER to collect since they had not received payment yet, we called them to say it was sent a week ago and the said they would go check the mailbox and let us know if they got it. It was obviously in the mailbox because the check cleared my bank that day; no courtesy call to let us know they found it in their mailbox.

    I rented the 24 passenger limo that never arrived. Was charged a premium for gas and extra for.being the biggest limousine in AZ
    Was farmed out to another company. It was a 15 passenger that nothing worked inside. Calls never got answered. Emails not responded. But they took my money
    Maryann is a crook at jet limousine with little regard for.the business.

    I wish I could give negative stars. After submitting a request on Limos.com, a site that farms your request out to local providers, we were in contact with Charlie from Jet Limousines. He gave us a quote we could live with for our wedding day Range Rover limo and sent us photos of the vehicle. The vehicle could accomodate our bridal party of 12 people. We looked at their website and read other reviews. Then, we booked our transportation on 6/7/13 for our 10/19/13 wedding date. One day prior to our event, we received an e-mail confirmation with the details of the contract--pickup time, location, etc. On our wedding day, 20 minutes after our scheduled pickup time, I called Charlie on his mobile phone. He said he knew nothing about this and that he doesn't work for Jet Limousines any longer. I called the business number and some woman said, "Oh God" over and over again, told me, the bride on my wedding day, that Charlie doesn't work there any longer and that she was new. How is that my problem? We never got a limo, we wasted 45 minutes or more of our wedding day, for which we were paying other vendors who could not perform due to our absence during that time, and barely had enoough vehicles at the church to get to the reception venue with 12 additional people who were supposed to have been riding in the limo. We bought champagne and beer for the limo ride, as we were told we could do by Charlie in June, and it never got used since we provided our own transportation. Supreme FAIL! Do NOT, under any circumstances, use Jet Limo for any of your transportation needs. This company should not be able to do business at all. Period. Thanks for ruining a good portion of the most special day of our lives and making no amends whatsoever for your shortcomings. Buyer, beware!
