If you're looking for a photographer who is thorough, down-to-earth, and willing to squat in a rose bush to get the shot, Jessica is your girl! From the moment I reached out to see if she was available for our wedding date, Jessica was so informative and friendly and made the process so simple. She provides information upfront that you usually have to ask for and her magazine was *so* helpful in making decisions (it was the reason we decided to have a first look!). We worked together for almost a year and through the engagement pictures, bridal portraits, and wedding day, Jessica was amazing every step of the way. She was open to driving to a specific location for our engagement pictures and allowing my sweet pup to be included in the bridal portraits. On our wedding day, she was On It - not only making sure we stayed on our timeline but also accommodating requests along the way. We are so pleased with every gallery we received and we will treasure these pictures forever. She'll be our first stop anytime we need pictures in the future. :) -

I cannot speak highly enough about Jessica. She photographed both my sister's weddings, and when the time came for my wedding, having Jessica photograph was the easiest decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. If you are anything like me, you may feel a little awkward posing for photos. You may have concerns like "where do I put my hands?" "Ahh I don't want to kiss in front of some rando!" or "I am the least photogenic person ever good luck." Jessica will help you through all of this! Your session will feel more like a walk with a friend! Her skills are unmatched, but she also is just an A+ human being. Hire her. -

Best Photographer EVER!!
If you're looking for a photographer who is both incredibly professional AND a boatload of fun - Jessica Roberts is your girl!! Photography was a top priority for us when planning our wedding and I knew right away she was the top choice.
Jessica is an absolute genius in her craft and you will have a hell of a lot of fun in the process. She made the entire planning uo to day of incredibly easy and is SO SWEET!!! Super fast and thorough communication. She helped my husband play a trick on a groomsmen and they are still laughing about it and how cool she was the whole day. Our photos are absolutely incredible - she exceeded our expectations in every way possible. She captured US exactly and 100% authentically as we are, no boring forced poses! We LOVED our entire experience with Jessica!! Book her - you will not be sorry!! -

The best photographer
We absolutely LOVED having Jessica and her team photograph our engagement pictures, bridals, and wedding! I cannot recommend her enough! All of the pictures are bright without being washed out which was my main concern when choosing a photographer! Loved all of her work! -

Picking a photographer for our big day was truly one of the hardest things, but Jessica made that easy! I have seen so many wedding photographers in action, but she truly is the only one I’ve seen be creative and not stick with the normal “rehearsed” poses. She truly captured our day beautifully, we still have people tel us 8 months later that our wedding pics are the best they’ve ever seen and they should be in a magazine! Let me tell you- she’s so fun and will get you laughing! She caught our personalities perfectly and we could/would brag about her all day if we could! Do yourself a favor and book this creative, bubbly, hilarious, and life of the party photographer!!!! -

Jessica was the best decision we made for our wedding. I knew I found my dream photographer a year prior after seeing her work, and I emailed her the day I saw a picture of her giving a bride her own shoes because the bride's feet hurt. That is exactly the type of photographer Jessica is, the best in every sense of the word. She was a joy to talk to leading up to the big day, she made our photos fun and everyone involved told me how great she was. I am quite the happy crier (understatement) and she would help fix my makeup and make sure I was always looking my best. and I had so much fun giving her a bunch of personal stuff for detail shots and loved seeing all the creative ways she used them!! And this is all a lead up to talking about her photos! after seeing them we were blown away. Seriously, we went back to our hotel room on our honeymoon so we could look at them over and over, they were so beautiful. We have so many beautiful portraits that I can't even decide which ones to order yet! I am so happy we had Jessica the whole day because we can remember every detail of the best day of our lives. All I can say is THANK YOU Jessica and to all future brides, you will be in the best hands possible. Hiring Jessica Roberts was the best and easiest decision of wedding planning. I loved working with her for so many reasons, but mostly because she was organized, straight-forward, down to earth, funny, and [obviously] SUPER TALENTED behind the lens! Throughout our engagement, Jessica was always AVAILABLE for phone calls, texts, and emails, and this was great because I am a detail-oriented, high-anxiety control freak. I was confident the entire time that I could TRUST her with the details of our day.

I knew from the beginning of my wedding planning process that pictures were the most important part of the day. When I began looking for my photographer, Jessica was recommended to me by my wedding planner and I was instantly sold. She is so incredibly personable. I never once felt like I was just another bride with her. She listens and cares about your vision and what’s most important. I was AMAZED at the efficiency of the photo process of our day and the photos we received. Our gallery completely captured ever component of our day and I could not be more pleased. She is brilliant, hilarious, and incredibly talented. You will not regret trusting her with capturing your day!! -

The best wedding photographer
I’ve been meaning to write this for a while. Seeing as how it’s almost been a year since my wedding, I figure now is as good of a time as any. If you choose Jessica as your wedding photographer, you won’t regret it. She is the best photographer out there, not only because of the quality of her work - which is AMAZING! She will go above and beyond for you. Trust me, she waded in a creek to get the perfect shot of me and my husband, she drove her car around to let us take pictures, because I forgot to clean out mine, she made me laugh when I turned into a crazy bridezilla- and somehow got the most amazing pictures, where I genuinely look happy. To top it all off, choose her because she knows what pictures will be important to you years down the road - and she won’t hesitate to capture them. I lost my grandfather this past week, and I just wanted to see his face again. I looked back at our wedding pictures to find countless images with him. I wouldn’t trade them for the world, and I didn’t even know I needed them. She truly is the best investment we made on our wedding day. -

Olivia Sent on 10/25/2017I don’t even know where to begin when describing how awesome Jessica is. We found her on a whim while searching photographers in the Columbia area and after seeing her gorgeous photos and reading the posts on her website, I felt like she was our kind of person. We ended up meeting at a Panera where she introduced me to their Mac and cheese and I never turned back (from the Mac and cheese or from Jessica—she was the perfect fit for us, haha!). My husband and I were both nervous about our engagement shoot because the thought of having a photographer follow you around while you’re supposed to be all lovey dovey is painfully awkward AF, but Jessica was super fun and funny and immediately made us feel comfortable. Throughout our almost two year engagement, I’d text Jessica any questions I had about the planning process because our planner wasn’t helpful and she would answer them all immediately and give the best pro advice. She is basically like a planner and a photographer and your BFF all rolled into one amazing person. Basically if you’re anywhere in the Southeast (or even this galaxy), hire Jessica. She’s so talented and professional and the best EVER. You won’t regret working with her!

She made my husband & I feel so comfortable in every situation & she always, always had our back! She went above & beyond. She works so hard & she is so passionate about her work..that clearly shows through all her beautiful photos. I highly Highly HIGHLY recommend Jessica to any of the brides-to-be planning their big day. I promise you, it'll be the best decision you've made (besides marrying your husband! ;)). Fifty years from now, my husband & I will have all these beautiful engagement, bridal, boudoir & wedding day photos to look at & remember all the precious moments during our special day. Where to even begin?! Jessica was the BEST! She was so easy to communicate/schedule with while trying to stay within my budget. She was 100% by biggest fan while taking me and my husbands photos! She was great at posing/directing us on what to do (someone we were bad at lol). I literally could not have asked for a better photographer or person to capture my special day!! Should you hire Jessica to capture you special day?? 100% yes you should! :)
