I recently had the pleasure marrying the love of my life, Angi Chavez, on July 11, 2024, at the stunning Rancho Las Lomas, and I cannot express enough how incredible the entire experience was! From start to finish, everything went off without a hitch, thanks in large part to the amazing team at Jessica Lynn Weddings.
Cheryl and her daughter truly outdid themselves. Their attention to detail and seamless coordination made the day feel effortless. Every element, from the beautiful floral arrangements to the elegant setup, was executed flawlessly.
The venue itself was breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop that complemented the joyous occasion perfectly. Guests were consistently impressed by how smoothly everything flowed, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the celebration without any worries.

We worked with Cheryl for our wedding day. We chose the partial wedding planning package and that worked really well for us, which was fairly priced. She was able to go through all the details with us and we honestly wouldn't have been able to have our wedding day go smoothly. She is extremely prompt in her text, emails, and coordination. Most of all, all her suggestions were great. Wedding planning is always stressful so definitely get a good wedding planner. Cheryl does above and beyond to make sure your day goes perfectly. Also, she has all the connections to the best vendors such as flowers, djs, chairs, etc. Lastly, she does work around your budget. We were able to go under our budget and have the best wedding of our lives. -

Cheryl was absolutely fantastic! I truly could not have had such a beautiful wedding without her. She walked me through everything I needed to think about for my wedding, helped me make decisions, and kept me calm through the whole process - wedding day included. Best Day Ever!
It was such a pleasure working with Cheryl - she truly gave off that mama bear vibe. We utilized her vendor list but mostly went with one's we researched, which wasn't a problem. She answered the million questions we had and gave us insight into things/scenarios we didn't even think about. Even though I was pretty hands on in the planning process, it was reassuring to know I had Cheryl to lean back on. We were able to rent some items from her at an affordable price, and it just went so well with the vibe we were going for! She helped bring our vision to life and we can't thank her and Jess enough! -

So I planned my entire wedding for a year and a half from all the vendors to the details etc., & then hired Cheryl to be my month-of-coordinator who was SUCHHHH A BLESSING!!
She set up my entire day/schedule exactly to plan, she set up floating candle centerpieces exactly how I wanted it to look, everything was executed so flawlessly and perfectly, allowing for my family/bridesmaids to enjoy being guests. cannot recommend her enough!!
I had ZERO stress knowing she was running the behind the scenes and keeping everything on track. we ended up an hour ahead of schedule aka more time for PARTYING!!! -

This review is long overdue! Working with Cheryl from Jessica Lynn Weddings was a dream. She had come to my rescue when my original day-of coordinator was unable to reschedule to my new date. (Yes, I was one of those COVID brides who had to reschedule 2+ times during the pandemic 1 month before my original date! What a nightmare). It was beyond stressful and I wasn't even excited anymore after having to reschedule my date twice but she really made things easy for me and she helped bring back the spark of wedding planning. She was so understanding and accommodating, especially knowing what I had been going through with trying to reschedule all of vendors to a new date. Not only that, but she was always available to me whenever I needed her - I worked a lot of odd days and hours so she understood my random late night texts when inspiration hits about centerpieces, etc. I'm someone that needs to have control over everything so it was really hard for me to let go and trust someone regarding my wedding, however Cheryl was someone that you can definitely put your trust in. I can't thank her enough! Everything turned out to be exactly how I envisioned it and I couldn't have been happier 😊 Writing this review is now making me miss wedding planning a little bit haha! The perfect wedding support!
Weddings can be a crazy and stressful time in and of themselves, however, a wedding during a pandemic brought next level stresses. Cheryl was wonderful and supportive through a postponement and came to the rescue when an unexpected heatwave required last minute scrambling to provide guests with shade, expertly finding an elegant solution. Hiring her was well worth it! Knowing I had someone to take care of the details and coordinate brought me great peace of mind and I was able to enjoy my wedding day! -

Cheryl was our month-of-coordinator and we are so glad we chose her! She was very communicative and easy to work with. Cheryl was always coming up with wonderful ideas while being considerate of our preferences and budget. She is also incredibly creative and talented; she made our sweetheart table look amazing, even my husband couldn't stopped complimenting how nice it looked during reception. Cheryl was our month-of coordinator but she started planning with me way before a month in advance! She was so quick to answer any questions or concerns and really put me on track with planning all the details. We were planning a wedding in California while in NYC and she really made everything so much easier. Her planning document outlined so many details that I never even thought about! Cheryl was my wedding fairy godmother! We hired Jessica Lynn Weddings for our wedding and we worked primarily with Cheryl. We hired them for month of coordination and Cheryl went far and above the call of duty. When we made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding, Cheryl was our first call and she assuaged all our concerns. Within 12 hours she had contacted all our vendors and had 2 reschedule date options for us. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was incredibly helpful and always made herself available to answer my questions. The weekend of she continued her trend of being absolutely fantastic. She helped coordinate between all our vendors and worked to ensure all our wedding details came to life. She even brought out her seamstress skills to fix the bustle of my dress. Thank you Cheryl and Jessica Lynn events! You made our wedding day everything I ever dreamed of! -

Cheryl helped coordinate my wedding at Franciscan Gardens-- I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anybody. Cheryl knows what she is doing and is extremely professional, and more than that, I felt that she really CARED and takes a lot of pride in her work. She was always fast to respond to texts/calls or emails, and even popped in from time to time without me asking just to suggest things she thought I might like. I never felt like a number, which honestly was the vibe I got from some of the other planners I interviewed with when I was shopping around. I had nothing but compliments from my guests on the quality of the wedding and how smoothly everything went. -

Cheryl was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on our wedding day! Even in the midst of Covid-19 she ensured we had a stress-free experience and we couldn't have asked for more! Cheryl was proactive and organized and kept everything running smoothly. We got several comments from guests raving about what a fun wedding it was. Even when one of the tables with some of our wedding favors collapsed during the setup she immediately sent someone out to replace a couple broken glass jars we'd purchased and got everything resolved in a timely manner so that we didn't even learn of it until after the wedding was over. She was tactful, communicative, and positive throughout the ceremony and reception and we could not recommend her more. Thank you Cheryl for being our coordinator. We were blessed to have you by our side and we know without a doubt you will make for a very special, stress-free day for many more couples in future! -

I have to first say that I have yet to actually get married due to the pandemic that made me and my fiance reschedule our April 18th, 2020 wedding to an August 1st, 2020 wedding. Even though we have yet to arrive at our Wedding day, Cheryl has gone above and beyond considering she was hired only for her Day of Coordination package. When we were asked to either postpone or cancel by our venue due to the pandemic I was so sad that I could not focus. Cheryl immediately took the reigns and got all of our other vendors to reschedule along with her that same day. She made sure to keep up with communications on any updates and answered any questions I have had. It is because of Cheryl that our vision will still come to life and I cannot say thank you enough. -

Cheryl was great to work with! She was available whenever we had questions, whether by phone or email. Cheryl asked us and our vendors questions we hadn't even thought about. She also had great recommendations if things that we should be asking or vendors, which we found very helpful! We were extremely happy to have Cheryl with us for our rehearsal. She managed to be very friendly to our families and wedding party, while also keeping everyone in line. & I'm not sure if we had any hiccups the day of the wedding, but I didn't notice a thing and that's probably due to Cheryl. We are so glad we chose Cheryl and Jessica for our day-of coordinators – they are a pleasure to work with and made our wedding day such a wonderful experience.
During our search for coordinators, we found that Jessica Lynn Weddings was the most fairly priced for the day-of package we wanted. Cheryl and Jessica are both professional and down to earth. They made sure that our vision for the wedding came to life. During the day of our wedding, Cheryl and Jessica took care of all the execution – from the setup to the flow, and even the tiniest details – so that we were able to fully enjoy our special day. In particular, they completely transformed our campsite venue into our dream wedding, making sure that the table setup and decor were perfect, and helping to direct guests and vendors when needed. They even helped with the cake cutting since our venue was going to charge a huge fee for it. They were truly spectacular, and we cannot recommend them enough!

We hired Cheryl to be our Day of Coordinator for our wedding at the Casino. When I first went on the market looking for a coordinator, I was a little stressed because they were pretty expensive. Cheryl was by far the most fair priced and extremely easy to talk to, which made my decision to hire her extremely easy. I could tell in talking with her this was something she was very passionate about, and it showed in every step of the process with her. She really went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we wanted. She handled everything from the logistics down to the tiniest decorative details. When the wedding had to be moved inside last minute due to weather, she handled all the logistics and stress that came with that with so much grace. I was so thankful for her. -

My husband and I were so happy we found Cheryl! We hired her fairly close to our December 2018 wedding because we realized we couldn't didn't know how to deal with the logistics of setting up, dealing with vendors, and breaking down. Cheryl was so sweet and professional from start to finish. She took time to listen to us and what we wanted out of our wedding and she executed everything perfectly. My husband and I were able to just enjoy our day.
Cheryl took over about a month before, and coordinated the month out walk-through of our venue, confirmed all the vendors, made a timeline, lead the rehearsal the day before, and coordinated the entire wedding day from setup at 11am to break down ending at 10pm.

We hired Jessica Lynn Weddings for our wedding last October 2018 and we are so glad we did! Both mother and daughter are super, they made our wedding day run so smoothly. While its evident that both of them do a great job running their business I worked directly with Cheryl. Cheryl and Jessica were friendly from day one, they scheduled a chat over the phone before I booked them to talk about the needs for our wedding. They were awesome listeners and from the first phone call they made me feel less stressed about the entire process. My husband and I feel so lucky to have found them, they answered all of our questions and they also gave us great pointers even before we booked them. Wedding planning can get expensive but Jessica Lynn Weddings was affordable and the services they provided were outstanding! Cheryl is professional, organized, detailed, caring and its evident that she loves what she does :)
The day of the wedding Cheryl was amiable, kind, and approachable with all of our family members and guests. Since early in the morning she was available for us and she helped us relax throughout the day. On our wedding day everything was beautiful, she made sure that my husband David and I were well taken care of at the reception. We were able to enjoy our wedding day as we hoped and all of our guests loved it.
