Jessica is AMAZING!! She is such a warm, kind human and she is seriously awesome at her job. Our wedding was seamless because of everything she did to make sure it was smooth! She even sat with my baby niece calming her down so my brother could take a sibling photo with us. My whole family continues to talk about how awesome she is and our day would not have been the same without her! -

Title says it all. Jessica's services are well worth the price. My husband and I debated if we needed a wedding planner at all, but decided to interview several to see who was out there. Jessica had planned a friend's wedding several years prior and I remembered how organized, calm, and well spoken she was. We decided to book Jessica for partial planning as we already had our venue and photographer chosen. Throughout the whole planning process, Jessica kept us on track and calm, reviewed vendor contracts and suggested clarifications, and helped us refine our vision for the day. Jessica's network of vendors is top notch. Our florist and caterer were some of Jessica's close colleagues and I am so glad we booked their services. People were raving about our food and flowers all night.
On the day of the wedding, Jessica arrived early to supervise rehearsal due to venue rules about rehearsing day-of. She also managed vendor set up and inventory drop off while checking in with both bridal and groom's parties several times. The weather was dicey on our wedding day and we ended up having to pivot to the rain plan. Jessica was calm, professional, and flexible in the face of a sudden change. Even though the weather was not what we hoped for, everything was wonderful because of Jessica's careful planning and attention to detail! -

Jessica was well worth it. She made everything flow flawlessly. She helped with all the contracts and made my daughter’s planning much easier since my daughter lives out of state. I will keep her in mind for anyone that is looking for a wedding coordinator. -

I can’t even begin to say how obsessed I am with Jessica. My wedding was destination and she absolutely nailed it with not only the wedding, but the welcome party and various other things going on during wedding week. She has all the knowledge and tools to plan a perfect wedding start to finish. She was so helpful in communications and contracts with vendors. Attention to detail is her specialty and I can’t even imagine my big day without her, even when there were bumps in the road and mini fires, she put them out immediately! Most importantly, she truly cares!!! She wants to make your day perfect and she will! I can’t recommend her enough, expect anything she does will be above and beyond expectations. Bonus points: she speaks fluent Spanish and this was so necessary for getting married in Mexico. -

Jessica went above and beyond towards making our day perfect, and she exceeded all our expectations as a planner. Truly, she's amazing! From our first call with her to see if she was a good fit for us, she left a very positive first impression. We talked to a lot of planners before making our choice, but every planner we talked to just made us want Jessica more!
Jessica was our day-of coordinator for our wedding in August 2023. During the planning stage, even though she was our day-of coordinator, she answered all the questions we had for her via text and email. Her responsiveness and breadth of knowledge made planning so much easier. Instead of doing hours of research, we could always just send Jessica a quick text. She was super helpful in answering questions about other vendors, and not afraid to tell us when she thought we might be wrong. Her advice was invaluable to making our day run smoothly without any surprises.
The month before our wedding, we had multiple meetings with Jessica to iron out every little detail about the wedding. She is extremely well organized, and made sure that all the context that was in our heads we transferred to her. On the day of the wedding, we had nothing to think about or do because Jessica knew everything and, together with her assistants, were handling everything. Her planning meetings go over every little detail, which gave us the peace of mind that we hadn't forgotten anything crucial. Also, those meetings are fun!
The most impressive thing about Jessica was her flexibility. Our wedding was from a different culture, very traditional, and the entire thing was in a different language! Jessica managed all of that with ease - she took time to understand how the church service would run, made sure everything ran smoothly and we were all organized during the rehearsal, and then on the day of directed everything from entry to exit. Everybody sang her praises! The pastor, our families, and our guests were beyond impressed with her.
Overall, Jessica made our wedding day as stress free as it could be. With her help, we had a perfect day. Thank you so much Jessica!! -

You guys...Jessica is a queen. When I tell you I didn't lift a finger on my wedding day, that is not an exaggeration. She works SO hard, but somehow never breaks a sweat. She responds to emails and texts IMMEDIATELY in the weeks and months leading up to the event, and even delayed putting her baby to bed to talk to me (I'm so sorry Jessica). I never didn't have a drink in my hand, I never carried my dress or my flowers. She is so professional but also warm and fun. All of my guests and wedding party were commenting on how smoothly everything ran. If there was a snag we didn't even know about it until after because she just solved it so fast. I CANNOT recommend her enough, I don't know how I was so lucky to get her as a wedding coordinator. Thank you Jessica!!!! -

I honestly cannot begin to put into words how AMAZING Jessica is. From the first moment that we met her, she was organized, incredibly knowledgeable and pays attention to every detail.
She answered all of my questions without hesitation and was there whenever I needed her. She made our wedding day stress free and handled hiccups with ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, professional and just all around amazing!

Jessica was our wedding planner and she was amazing from the very first moment. When we had our first meeting she was organized. Her experience was evident along with her professionalism. She answered all of my questions and helped me through some of the most overwhelming stages of planing. She even created an amazing timeline. My other vendors loved working with her as well. She helped our day run smoothly - I didn’t have any concerns or worries. She checked in regularly and always made sure my husband & I were taken care of. Jessica even stepped in the day after the wedding and helped out when it was discovered that one of my sisters-in-law accidentally put all the groomsmans’ suits into the wrong car. She tracked everyone down and made sure the suits got to the right person. Jesica went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. -

Wedding Day
Jessica was an exceptional coordinator for our wedding. She made sure all events of the day happened on time and was super responsive every day leading up to the wedding. Our wedding was a Catholic ceremony with the reception at a different location and Jessica had no problems accommodating us. We had a little over 150 people at our wedding, also. Highly recommend! -

Jessica was AMAZING!
Jessica was not our original wedding coordinator, but after our original coordinator left the wedding industry we were left without a coordinator. Jessica came in and saved the day! She was so personable in our first phone conversation and so responsive in any questions or concerns we had. She made us feel at ease about having a new coordinator three months before our wedding.
The day of Jessica went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She always made sure my husband and I had water, drinks, and food. She was very sweet and answered and helped our families whenever they needed anything. She knew exactly what to do and where to direct all the vendors. The day went perfectly!
I'm so glad Jessica was our wedding coordinator and I wish I would have known about her earlier so we could have just picked her from the start. She is the absolute best!

Jessica was a God send! Seriously she made sure everything in our wedding went off without a hitch. We received the highest compliments on how well everything went from our guests and we contribute that to Jessica. On our wedding day it absolutely poured rain, over two inches. She kept everything held together from coordination with all the vendors, completing things that we absolutely forgot to do like pre-making mixed drinks, calming us down and wrangling our families, and even helped tape one of our groomsman’s shoes back together when they fell apart. She did tasks well outside of her job description and was the most professional and kindest vendor we worked with. We couldn’t have had a better wedding and are so thankful that Jessica pulled everything together for us! Seriously hire this woman, she’ll get things done and keep you stress free! -

Jessica was beyond amazing! We met with her once a month leading up to our daughter’s wedding to help nail down details and keep things in order, which in itself was a fantastic service, but the day-of coordination was incredible. We had several odd problems with other vendors that day and she handled them all beautifully and kept our girl’s day running smoothly. I cannot recommend Jessica enough for her services. She is worth her weight in gold—as I’ve told her many times throughout this process. -

Words cannot express our gratitude for Jessica. Our wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding! Jessica is the epitome of a professional. She was always on time for our meetings and was always willing to work around our busy schedule.
On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Jessica was on it. Every little detail, and every step of the way. We had the potential of rain, so Jessica ensured that the whole bridal party knew the back up plan a day in advance. We did not start on time, due to waiting out the rain, so Jessica coordinated the details so that they vendors would stay the additional time that we lost on the front end, as not to lose any time on our special day.
I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we picked Jessica to flawlessly orchestrate the details. I would recommend Jessica 100x over! -

Best Wedding Planner Ever!
Our special day was a breeze with Jessica’s help. We had our ceremony and reception at our home but Jessica made us feel like we were at a five star resort. If there were any problems, I wouldn’t know because she handled everything. She handled everything from the setup of the vendors to making sure the wedding certificate was mailed in. 100% stellar service. I am truly grateful that Jessica crossed our path. -

Jessica helped us plan our wonderful December wedding with ease. While both of us have full time jobs, Jessica was flexible to meet, and communicative through email and phone. Jessica also helped us to incorporate everything we wanted in our wedding. At the last minute we had to go from Plan A to Plan C. Jessica made EVERYTHING look beautiful and made sure the night went smoothly! We appreciate the wonderful time!! -

She provided just the right connections, with catering, the cake, even the DJ. My only disappointment was her inability to keep it from raining ! But her "plan B" just made the night even more intimate and special.
No more weddings in our future, but there will be other events, and you can bet that Jessica will ne our organizer !! -

Gabriela Sent on 10/09/2017Jessica was a very professional and resourceful wedding coordinator, I got engaged on December and decided to get Married within 5 months. It was very confusing and busy time in my life until I made an appointment with Jessica and in our very first meeting I knew I was the luckiest bride in the world. Our meeting lasted more than 6 hours, the first night we went through budgeting , and so many details that I thought I had covered reading articles online. I had an amazing destination wedding, Jessica’s knowledge was a key to make our day the best, her attention to detail is what I admired the most, she Went above and beyond even advicing me and doing so many follow ups. As we were getting ready to leave to Cancun, my stress was increasing but I was able to manage and trusting this woman in the most important day of my life was the right thing to do.
Thank you Jessica for all your dedication and for helping us so much.
I highly recommend to anyone to talk to Jessica. Honestly I am sure after the first meeting you will understand all my grateful post. -
