  Jessica is the best to ever do it

  I can’t even begin to say how obsessed I am with Jessica. My wedding was destination and she absolutely nailed it with not only the wedding, but the welcome party and various other things going on during wedding week. She has all the knowledge and tools to plan a perfect wedding start to finish. She was so helpful in communications and contracts with vendors. Attention to detail is her specialty and I can’t even imagine my big day without her, even when there were bumps in the road and mini fires, she put them out immediately! Most importantly, she truly cares!!! She wants to make your day perfect and she will! I can’t recommend her enough, expect anything she does will be above and beyond expectations. Bonus points: she speaks fluent Spanish and this was so necessary for getting married in Mexico.

When my wedding party and I found ourselves stuck at our Airbnb, Jessica came to our rescue without hesitation. She made sure that we arrived at the venue on time, stress-free, and ready to enjoy the day.

  Jessica was a blessing!

  Jessica went above and beyond towards making our day perfect, and she exceeded all our expectations as a planner. Truly, she's amazing! From our first call with her to see if she was a good fit for us, she left a very positive first impression. We talked to a lot of planners before making our choice, but every planner we talked to just made us want Jessica more!
  
  Jessica was our day-of coordinator for our wedding in August 2023. During the planning stage, even though she was our day-of coordinator, she answered all the questions we had for her via text and email. Her responsiveness and breadth of knowledge made planning so much easier. Instead of doing hours of research, we could always just send Jessica a quick text. She was super helpful in answering questions about other vendors, and not afraid to tell us when she thought we might be wrong. Her advice was invaluable to making our day run smoothly without any surprises.
  
  The month before our wedding, we had multiple meetings with Jessica to iron out every little detail about the wedding. She is extremely well organized, and made sure that all the context that was in our heads we transferred to her. On the day of the wedding, we had nothing to think about or do because Jessica knew everything and, together with her assistants, were handling everything. Her planning meetings go over every little detail, which gave us the peace of mind that we hadn't forgotten anything crucial. Also, those meetings are fun!
  
  The most impressive thing about Jessica was her flexibility. Our wedding was from a different culture, very traditional, and the entire thing was in a different language! Jessica managed all of that with ease - she took time to understand how the church service would run, made sure everything ran smoothly and we were all organized during the rehearsal, and then on the day of directed everything from entry to exit. Everybody sang her praises! The pastor, our families, and our guests were beyond impressed with her.
  
  Overall, Jessica made our wedding day as stress free as it could be. With her help, we had a perfect day. Thank you so much Jessica!!

  Your Wedding is in great hands with Jessica

  One of my best decisions when it comes to my wedding was hiring Jessica. As a bit of a control freak, I was very particular about my wedding planner and Jessica always made me feel at ease. Not only did she always say the right things but she followed it up with actions. I knew I was in safe hands with her and could relinquish control and enjoy my day which is exactly what happened. I highly recommend Jessica to any Bride or Groom!

  Excellent wedding planner

  Work with Jessica was above and beyond! She is very professional, excellent communicator, nice personality, positive, detail and goal oriented. She speaks Spanish and this was a game changer for me.
  
  She provided us a list of vendors and was wonderful to work with them. Jessica was a great liaison to comunícate with our wedding venue, she helps us a lot in those moments where we weren’t sure about what to do and she offered us good advices. All her advices worked well!
  
  Regarding to the big day. Jessica create a good time schedule and we were able to enjoy our ceremony and celebration being presents while Jessica and her assistant were running everything backstage. She was also present in every moment that we needed her. She makes magic hahaha! Our family and friends also mentioned that they had a great time sharing with her during the big day!
  
  We are super happy with the results of her work. We highly recommend her if you want to enjoy your big day to the fullest!

  You guys...Jessica is a queen. When I tell you I didn't lift a finger on my wedding day, that is not an exaggeration. She works SO hard, but somehow never breaks a sweat. She responds to emails and texts IMMEDIATELY in the weeks and months leading up to the event, and even delayed putting her baby to bed to talk to me (I'm so sorry Jessica). I never didn't have a drink in my hand, I never carried my dress or my flowers. She is so professional but also warm and fun. All of my guests and wedding party were commenting on how smoothly everything ran. If there was a snag we didn't even know about it until after because she just solved it so fast. I CANNOT recommend her enough, I don't know how I was so lucky to get her as a wedding coordinator. Thank you Jessica!!!!

  Perfection!

  I am so incredibly thankful that my daughter chose Jessica as her wedding coordinator. My daughter researched her options extensively and landed on the absolute best coordinator imaginable. My daughter felt so comfortable with Jessica’s pricing, clear contract and enumeration of what her role was. I was invited to a meeting with Jessica and my daughter about 2 months out from the wedding, and after that, I knew we were in excellent hands! Jessica went above and beyond to ensure all of the vendors had clear instructions and communication as to timeline, set up, clean up, etc. During the wedding, she was absolutely pivotal in ensuring the bride & groom, along with their families, were able to relax and enjoy the day. The weather was quite uncooperative, and Jessica was literally blow drying the hem of my daughter’s dress and making sure she was warm, fed and hydrated during the photo shoots. Her assistant, Clarissa, was a breath of fresh air with her amazing demeanor and kindness.
  As the mother of the bride, I expected to feel some “normal stress” about my daughter’s special day, but Jessica and her assistant covered every single detail - right down to knowing where the foam dance sticks were stashed at the exact moment my daughter was ready for them! Jessica and Clarissa blended into the day seamlessly, yet any time one of us had a question or concern, there they were. Only one vendor had issues- and Jessica dealt with it, corrected the problem as quickly as possible. Clarissa was literally serving appetizers and refreshing sodas for our guests!
  After the reception, and the bride and groom were off to the airport, they loaded our vehicles (insisting we rest!) and handed us a packed package of dinner that they had kept warm for us in case we hadn’t had time to eat, or were hungry when we arrived home. I am a very detail oriented person, and according to my family, difficult to please at times. Jessica’s attention to detail and impeccable professionalism were absolutely perfect. She thought of everything, and things we didn’t know to think of, right down to her choice of the perfect assistant! Jessica’s service reflects not only her integrity and work ethic, but also her amazing kindness and love of the role she plays on such an important day.

  Above and Beyond

  Jessica is everything you want in a wedding coordinator and more. She went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly and that we could enjoy our wedding.
  
  Before the wedding, she was on top of all the details. She contacted the vendors, photographers, and MC. She helped take care of the little details I would have forgotten, or handle situations that would have stressed me out!   Jessica is everything you want in a wedding coordinator and more. She went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly and that we could enjoy our wedding.
  
  Before the wedding, she was on top of all the details. She contacted the vendors, photographers, and MC. She helped take care of the little details I would have forgotten, or handle situations that would have stressed me out! Jessica knew what she was doing, and even had great suggestions to make our day special.

  Every bride NEEDS a Jessica for their wedding day!

  Jessica made our wedding day so stress free! She handled everything from delivering things across the venue to making sure Zack and I had time to eat at the reception and right after pictures. We had quite a packed evening with many unique ideas we had and she didn’t even hesitate when I first brought them up at our meeting. She made sure people were where they were supposed to be (and with a 20 person bridal party I know that was quite a task). I could not have asked a better day of coordinator and recommend her for any upcoming brides! She will make your day perfect!

If you aren't sure if you need her or not, trust me, you do :) She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and truly cares about the wants and needs of your wedding day. I've never met anyone who is as readily-available as her. Whenever we had any questions, concerns, updates (which was a LOT) we could call or text her at any time and she'd be on it within (literally) seconds. Our wedding day turned out better than we could have ever imagined and we can thank Jessica for that. She made us feel like her only client, always a priority. From start to finish (Jan 2022 - Sept 2022), Jessica made everything easier on us, especially because we had no idea where to even begin!   Jessica is amazing! It rained on our wedding day and I was on an emotional roller coaster but she always checked on us if we needed anything and made everything go by so smooth! She Clarified any doubts or questions. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!!

She was very professional in our meetings, very responsive to my mom and I, and never made me feel bad for asking a million questions and making lots of last minute changes. On our wedding day, it downpoured right before the ceremony. Jessica handled it with so much grace and calmness, so much so that I carried NONE of the stress and I just got to enjoy our day, knowing that we were in good hands with her.   Wedding Day

  Jessica was an exceptional coordinator for our wedding. She made sure all events of the day happened on time and was super responsive every day leading up to the wedding. Our wedding was a Catholic ceremony with the reception at a different location and Jessica had no problems accommodating us. We had a little over 150 people at our wedding, also. Highly recommend!
