Jessica took my engagement pictures back in March and she went above and beyond in every way. I contacted her with some issues after I received the photos that were my own fault. Within a few days she sent the photos back to me edited perfectly. Do not hesitate at all to book her. She will make sure your day is perfect and help you out with anything you may need. -

We love Jessica! Not only that she is very detailed, patient and great to work with but she has an incredible talent for photography. She captured all the details, emotions and candid moments in our wedding. Our photos look like out of a Brides magazine. She mixes film and digital which makes her photography beautiful and unique. We could not be happier about booking Jessica for our wedding. One of the things she offers that immediately caught my attention was that she shoots film, and as someone with a film photography background, that was unique and important to us. She was so easy to talk to and work with, and by the time we got to the wedding I felt like we had been friends forever. Jessica is so thoughtful in every aspect of photographing. Every photo we look at, she has completely captured not just our wedding day, but how we felt that day and in those important moments. I would choose Jessica again and again for any event I needed photos for. -

Found Jessica on a couple of recommended vendors lists and adored how her photos came out. Her style felt so refreshing and I knew I had to book with her due to her glowing reviews. She showed up to my wedding on time, took photos according to the questionnaire I filled out, and was very encouraging and lovely.
Unfortunately, my experience after the wedding hasn't been so smooth. According to the contract, we should have received the photos in 6-8 weeks. It's been 12 weeks, going on 13, and we have yet to receive any photos at all.
After the wedding we were offered the option of a sneak peek if we wanted; All we had to do was email and ask for a sneak peek.
I consider myself a very patient person and decided to wait until we could see all of the photos, so I decided to opt out of the sneak peek.
Unfortunately, we are almost 5 weeks past the 4-8 week timeline of when I should have received our wedding photos, and I have not had any communication from Jessica. I sent two emails when the due date passed and have not received any reply. I had no notice or explanation for the delay until my mother reached out and called Jessica.
Jessica and my Mother spoke on the phone and Jessica then told my mom that we could expect the photos in 10 days. It has been 16 days since their phone call and I still have not received my wedding photos.
Since the groom and I live outside of America, this has been such a headache to figure out and solve. Please take some consideration before booking with Jessica. She has taken some lovely photos and I love her style. Just the communication and timeliness is a factor.

I received my photos on 5/10 and they were absolutely gorgeous. Jessica did an amazing job, but I still wish there was more communication. I will be changing my 1 star review to 3, as I think my case was an anomaly and have received an apology.
