We are so incredibly happy we chose to use Jesse and his team as our photographers for our wedding day. My husband and I do not love being in front of a camera, but Jesse made us feel so comfortable. He brought the most calming energy that made the entire day even more enjoyable. One thing in particular that stood out to us was that we didn't hire Jesse to stay to the very end of our reception (we had an early ceremony), but he stayed way over his contract time to get more footage without us even asking. (Yes, we tipped him extra for that even though he did not ask for anything!)
Not to mention our photos came out even more beautiful than we could have even imagined. PLUS- Jesse got our photos back to us within 2 weeks! That is almost unheard of this the wedding photography industry so we were over-the-moon excited when he shared the album with us. We were still on our honeymoon at the time so it made the experience of looking through the album for the first time even more special. A couple of weeks after we received the album, we received the videos of all the speeches and a "highlight" video of the entire day. Needless to say, all of the videos were beyond perfect and made me tear up watching as we got to relive moments of that day again. Overall, I couldn't recommend Jesse Madison Photography and Video enough. You won't be disappointed!Jesse Madison Photography's reply:

Absolutely Amazing – Couldn’t Have Asked for Better!
We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer and videography team for our wedding. Jesse Madison and his team were professional, organized, and honestly just great people to be around. On a day that can feel hectic, they made everything feel easy and stress-free.
What really stood out is that Jesse went above and beyond; not just with photos and video, but by giving us helpful advice on how to set up parts of our wedding to make everything run smoother and look better. That kind of experience and care made a huge difference for us.
Jesse and his team did an incredible job capturing every important moment without making anything feel forced. They knew exactly where to be, what to capture, and how to keep things moving without interrupting the flow of the day. Everything felt natural, which we really appreciated.
When we received our photos and videos, we were blown away. The quality, attention to detail, and the way they told the story of our wedding day was beyond what we expected. They captured the emotions, the energy, and all the little moments we didn’t even realize were happening.
If you’re looking for a team that is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about your experience, I highly recommend Jesse and his team. They delivered more than just photos and videos; they gave us memories we’ll be able to relive forever. -

I can’t stop getting emotional every time I look at our wedding photos and videos. Jesse didn’t just capture our day, he captured the love, the joy, and all the tiny moments I never want to forget. Jesse was very professional and personable. He's a professional who knows what he's doing and has incredible vision with his craft. Jesse was one of my top 3 photographers while we were on the hunt for a photographer/ videographer. We knew we wanted someone who could provide both. We had inquired for a quote and after that, he reached out to us. We had a budget so we politely declined his services as we continued to look elsewhere. After sending that message to Jesse, he gave us a call and asked what we were looking for and that he could work with us given our date was on a Friday, and it was more flexible. We discussed all the details, our wants and needs and he gave us he professional opinion on the ideal time he would need to capture everything we wanted. We had several calls over 8 months. He was very responsive via text message. He was very reassuring and even created a timeline with us to break down the times. On wedding day, he was very polite and professional. His team of 3 including himself captured our day in the most beautiful way in just 6 hours! Our photos came back within a week and our highlights and videos came back within 3! They were quick with everything; we received our video and photos for download within two weeks and we were able to relive our wedding day through his photos and videos!Jesse Madison Photography's reply:

Jesse was incredible and truly a master at his craft. He did a fantastic job capturing all the special moments at my wedding and was so professional! He also did my engagement photo shoot and every single photo was beautiful! Jesse was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, from the engagement photos, to assisting me with my wedding timeline to capturing the best moments on that special day! Jesse gave us a great price for our engagement photos, as well as our wedding pictures and video. They were all very professional and fun to work with. We loved the pictures as well as the videos we received. He would respond our texts very quickly, he also was very quick to deliver both the pictures and the videos.
We decided to print some of our guests pictures and send them back alongside the thank you cards, and everyone loved them!
10/10 recommended. -

Our wedding was at Black Gold Golf Club in Yorba Linda on 10/15/23. We hired Jesse for photo and video, and he showed up on the day with two assistants. He sent us 650 photos, and video of the full ceremony and full speeches, along with a highlight video that even included drone shots of the venue.
We wanted natural poses and bright colors, and he delivered. Jesse has a lot of experience and was quick to offer his advice, but still listened to us and the venue staff whenever we wanted to try something different.
Prior to the wedding, Jesse had the fastest response time out of all our vendors. Before we hired him, he made time for separate Q&A phone calls with each of us because our schedules didn't line up during the week. He met with us in person closer to our wedding date and helped us get started on a timeline, and even offered his advice on a few vendors that we hadn't hired by that point. -

Hardest working team out there!
Jesse is a very gifted photographer and we were so lucky to have found him for our wedding. Our engagement and wedding photos, and wedding videos came out amazing. He is truly good at what he does. After the wedding we were told by so many people how impressed they were with how hard Jesse and his team were working that day. They captured everything but were never in the way. Even our priest commented on how impressed he was. I highly recommend hiring him, you will not be disappointed and you will absolutely love your photos and videos! He was also so easy to work with and actually made my wedding day timeline. We also received everything so fast. We got all our photos within 10 days and our video within 3 weeks of our wedding, that's amazing! He is the best! -

Great Experience!!
We absolutely loved Jesse! From the beginning he was so easy to work with and his pricing and services were transparent. His communication was great and he was willing to communicate via calls, text, email, etc.
He did our engagement photos and he recommended a beautiful spot to take our photos. He made us feel very comfortable during our engagement session.
For services, he provided a lot of great photos from the entire wedding. Starting from when we were getting ready to the grand exit. He also did videography coverage throughout the wedding and provided us with key moments from they day and made such a beautiful highlight video. He captures such beautiful clear photos and he did not miss a moment from the day.
We highly recommend Jesse, we will use him again in the future for other special events. -

We hired Jesse Madison to be our wedding photographer and we were thrilled with our experience, our wedding photos, and our wedding album that he designed! He offered an hour for engagement photos in the package we chose, but we had gotten engaged 11 years ago, so he added that hour to our wedding day. He kept in touch via phone and email as we planned the wedding and the timeline of the day's events. He arrived at our house on time to take pictures as we were getting ready. Then, he met us at the venue and took detailed shots of the setup. He and his assistant took photos constantly throughout the wedding and reception. Jesse and his assistant were professional, kind, prepared, and knowledgeable. He had the images ready very quickly after the event and I chose my favorite 100 shots to be in the album, which was laid out beautifully! We absolutely love our wedding pictures! He got some great candid shots as well as posed photos, and he took some artistic shots of our rings, my dress, the food, and decor. Jesse was wonderful to work with - he is so kind, flexible, and helpful. I would have liked it if he had directed people more in the group shots (stand closer, turn to the side, take your hands out of your pockets, etc.), but we are so pleased with our experience and our gorgeous photos! Captured us perfectly!
If anyone deserves a 5 star review its Jesse! We hired Jesse to do our engagement and wedding photos. I was first impressed with his prompt reply after my inquiry. Within a day we got to work and spent a full hour talking through our vision, wants and needs. Jesse was helpful and made some great suggestions! Day of he was early and calmed my nerves due to it raining. He is so caring and thoughtful. The guests loved him. We loved him. He captured the day and us perfectly. Speaking of perfect he got us our photos within a week and they were amazing. The lighting and detail of the photos are perfect. I can’t rave about him and his wife enough. Best photographer ever!
Hiring Jesse for my wedding Photography was the best decision I made for my wedding! We started with engagement photos, which came out amazing. He brought us to a beautiful beach and we got the most amazing photos! We were supposed to get married in 2020, but with covid, our wedding was postponed til 2022. Jesse has been nothing but helpful while rescheduling, not once, but twice. The day finally came and we had our wedding March 25, 2022! He and his wife arrived promptly and made sure we got all the photos we could dream of! He always came up with great ideas for photos that we will cherish for a lifetime. We received the photos so fast as well! Ive heard photographers take months to get photos back, and he was able to get ours back within a few weeks! Jesse was amazing all around. Not just his incredible photography skills, but his expertise with weddings helped the day go smoothly and we have incredible photos and videos to help us remember our big day. He is incredibly responsive, personable, and punctual! We got our photos quickly and were beyond impressed with the amount and quality. The video was put together beautifully and brings back all the emotions from our wedding day every time we watch it. The package we chose included an engagement shoot which we did a few months before the wedding. His wife was there as well helping and they are such a sweet team and power couple which made us feel even more comfortable. It was great to get to know him before the wedding and he was able to get to know us and our style to make everything even more personal. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Amazing wedding photographs

Jesse is the best and most caring photographer you could ever ask for. He just did my engagement photos and they are better than I could have ever imagined. My husband and I loved working with Jesse Madison and his team on our wedding day! They were professional, easy going, creative and most of all, fun!
We connected with Jesse’s kind spirit immediately. Which helped us both feel comfortable and at ease with the camera. We’re usually pretty camera shy, so this was a big deal for us!
Our wedding was at the Disneyland resort so it was a bit challenging with lots of locations, props, and surprises. Jesse’s team was up for it and did not disappoint! Our images are gorgeous! A complete fairytale to look at. He captured our love and the joy of all our guests so beautifully.

They were very creative! Everyone loved them and kept saying they were so nice and got really good pictures. And they really got so many fantastic angles, of not just myself and my husband, but of everyone. Bittersweet
Jesse was amazing himself. The good part is our sweetheart/romance pictures turned out beautiful, as did our group photos. In our individual photos, he didn’t get good angles so 5-10lbs was added to me and my bridesmaids, and the lighting made us look sweaty. The alter group shots were phenomenal. The ceremony shots were average, no real photos that take your breath away like most weddings have. The reception shots look like my 10 year old took my phone around and snapped pictures. He sent me a photo (one) of me holding my baby girl and my tongue was sticking out like a turtle. I had to ask if he had any others, then he sent me a beautiful one. It seems no time was really sent to comb through and find the gems, and no editing was really done on any of the photos. So 50% amazing, 50% disappointing.Jesse Madison Photography's reply:
Hi Tanya, I want to start by saying your wedding was a pleasure to shoot and we really enjoyed meeting you and Mike and your family and friends.
I am saddened that you were not happy with some of the photos from your wedding. We have never had less than 5 stars and that is the standard we shoot for at every wedding. I can assure you I edited each and every one myself. Much time was spent culling through the thousands of images we shot and we finally delivered 953 photos for your 5 hour wedding package. That is 353 images more than we normally deliver for a 6 hour package. We just wanted to include a large selection of images for you. The lighting was challenging in the prep photos in the room you had with no windows. Weddings are very fast paced and cover a lot of different types of images in different settings. We are happy that you loved the group shots and romantics.
The reception photos are shot after sunset in a very dark room and we brought spotlights to light the bride and groom and the speakers for toasts etc. There are some beautiful photos of these moments and your first dance and parent’s dances. There are also a ton of details shots of all the details from your wedding from place settings, cake, food, desserts, centerpieces, reactions to speeches from guests, glasses raised for toasts, dances, flowers, and many more. The lighting in these venues is very dark, especially after the sun goes down and I believe that we delivered some beautiful and heartwarming moments throughout the evening. We also shoot a lot of candids throughout the day as we are documenting your story through the the entire day and try to capture all your guests as well. Some images are excellent photos and others may not be quite as good but add to the storytelling process and we include those as well. It is part of our documentary process and is in addition to the more formal photo sessions. And I felt the ceremony photos were beautiful and there are some I could add to my portfolio on weddingwire.
You did note that some photos were phenomenal and there were sets of photos you loved. But then you said that you did not think I edited any of the photos. I am really glad that you loved those sets of photos. I can assure you they were edited as were all the images we delivered. We have a strict process in place to edit all images delivered.
I will certainly pay more attention to the culling process for candids and images we deliver in the future. We are always looking to improve our process. Camera angles as well. I appreciate your feedback.
