Jerod and his team are absolutely incredible and I’m not sure where to start in singing their praises. From the very beginning Jerod was energetic, positive, extremely responsive, communicative, detail-oriented, professional, and most importantly you could tell that he genuinely cares. He cared about understanding what the bride and groom wanted, he cared about making the entire day special and smooth, and he cared about making sure that the dance floor was packed and had great vibes all night long. He was proactive and prompt about working with my other vendors and I always felt at ease that he was handling everything that he needed to.
We had 4 different locations (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dance floor) where he set up his audio/emcee equipment plus a photo booth near the dance area. Everything was totally smooth, great audio quality, and he was super professional and fun for the parts that he emceed (introducing wedding party, speeches, even cake cutting, etc).
A few memories stand out to me that were made possible by Jerod:
- My husband and I did a first dance that started out slow and then turned more upbeat and ended with him picking me up as the beat drops and all of our friends rushing on the dance floor. At that moment, Jerod had coordinated the lights to go from soft whole-room lighting so that everyone could watch the first dance to dark/party uplighting when the beat dropped and everyone rushed in. It was awesome and so memorable and fun!
- Jerod let me and my husband DJ behind the booth for a song which was so fun and out guests loved it!
- He also coordinated for us to have a private last dance as our guests headed to the after-party, and that private moment at the end of the night was so special.

I especially loved that you remembered the details like the cake cutting and those “small” moments that actually make the biggest emotional impact. Book JAM Entertainment!
From our very first meeting with Jerod, we knew we wanted to work with JAM Entertainment for our DJ/MC, and Photobooth vendors. He was very personable, organized, and very passionate about what he does. He made a very good first impression and had plenty of ideas to share to help with the wedding planning process.
The app is unique and was very easy to use and help set up a great wedding timeline. You can add songs and rearrange segments of your timeline on your phone or on a desktop. It was easy to share the events to other people such as your partner or a wedding planner if you have one.
The photobooth was a hit in our weeding! It was fully customizable, and we were able to do physical prints and digital copies for our guests. The lines were longer than the bar!
The dance floor was alive the whole night. We received so many compliments from our guests. "Dancing in the Clouds" was a simple addition that added a very romantic element to our first dance and "The Love Story" added a personal touch and helped show our guest the magic to how we got to where we are. When a majority of our guest had already left before the planned grand exit, Jerod was able to change the timeline quickly and smoothly to a final couple’s dance and a final group dance. I didn’t even realize it was a last-minute change with how well it was executed. We HIGHLY recommend JAM Entertainment.JAM Entertainment's reply:

If you are wondering if JAM ENTERTAINMENT is as good as they seem online, they are not, they are spectacular and infinitely better than anything I could have produced on my own!
We were married in February 2025, at the Peppermill in Reno and I was looking for an all-inclusive vendor, one who would not only emcee, but also offered other pieces to add and complete the experience.
Having an app, VIBO to create the timelines for ceremony and reception were amazing because I was able to remove some sections while adding others, tailoring a unique day that was specific to us as a couple.
Working with Jerod was like having a bestie who heard and understood the vision of what I was trying to create and helped bring it to beautiful fruition. He really loves what he does, and it showed in every thoughtful aspect of his planning. He helped me figure out which package to choose as I wanted to add two more ala cart items to make my reception exactly what I wanted my guest to feel. Blown away.
And they were! Guests could not stop talking about how much fun they had! We truly felt like Jerod was just a natural extension of my crazy family.
It was a world class experience from beginning to end, one we will be talking about for years.

We could have left this review after our very first meeting with Jerod, because we knew it would be 100/10 service from the jump. It's clear that Jerod and the JAM Entertainment team love what they do and care about doing a perfect job...while making it look like a breeze. A DJ is a unique vendor on your wedding day because they literally and figuratively set the tone for the event and then keep the party going as smoothly as possible, which can be hard to do with multiple other vendors (and opinionated family members). I think the most important thing I was looking for was someone we could trust to stay on top of the timeline but who also really "got" us and our musical taste. Jerod *married* these two priorities beautifully and we could not be happier with the result on our wedding day. I wish we had more events to host so we could hire JAM!!JAM Entertainment's reply:

We had such an epic night with the help of Jerod and Ainsley! Jerod was phenomenal and had our guests laughing all night! He was so engaging with them. Ainsley was great in keeping the photo booth running and assisting everyone especially with our crazy, bigger, group shots trying to make sure she got everyone in them. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jerod and Noah for DJ and music services for our wedding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They were both so easy to work with and chat with, very low stress because I truly felt that they were ON IT - but not aggressive. In planning they went above and beyond to be sure we had all of our questions answered in a timely manner, and helped us build so much excitement for our wedding day!
During the actual wedding, Noah matched our groups vibes flawlessly, spoke with a fun and friendly yet professional tone, I couldn’t have asked for more. I didn’t have to even think once about what music was playing or what was being announced - to me a sign that he and this team know exactly what they are doing.
Noah read our rather variable crowd and chose the perfect songs to get everyone out on the dance floor having an incredible time. He kept song choices easily within our preferences but covered all the bases of music (in our opinion). You know it’s good when half the wedding is on the dance floor singing along all together, dancing like there’s no tomorrow.
Whatever your needs are for music (and beyond, this is the right choice. They are friendly, professional, easy to work with, on top of everything in a timely manner, you cannot go wrong with JAM!JAM Entertainment's reply:

JUST 2 HOURS before the start of our daughter's wedding, we were informed that the DJ* we contracted and fully paid would not be showing up. Our photographer, Mike Robison, reached out to Jerod at JAM Entertainment and Jerod agreed to step in. The music for the ceremony was complicated. Each group -- flower guys, groomsmen, bridesmaids, groom/mother, bride/father -- danced from the aisle to the altar to their own entry music and choreography. The recessional was also choreographed to music.
Jerod expertly timed the music for each group and smoothly transitioned each song to the next.
We gave Jerod a playlist and trusted him to add additional music to guarantee that the dance floor was ALWAYS crowded.
Jerod is a superhero.

My husband and I are so blessed to be able to have Jerod for our wedding! We had so much fun as well as our guests! When we had our first meeting with Jerod, we already knew that we were in good hands as he was very thorough with what he envisioned for our wedding. We were very much on the same page when we told him that we wanted to have a disney-themed wedding and he shared the same love for Disney like we did. He has an an app that is easy to navigate and helped us plan every little detail with music and helped us formulate a timeline of our wedding details. The app has questions that we needed to answer and we had a meeting before our wedding date that goes over those questions, which helped make the perfect wedding timeline. One thing that was important to us is for us to have “dancing in the clouds” for our first dance. This is a service he offers in one of his packages. He put a lot of effort in mediating with our wedding venue coordinator as they had a hard rule about not doing this. He sent a lot of emails/calls to them but ultimately, they said no but we really appreciated the effort he put. I know Jerod will fight for you to make your wedding day special and that’s what he did to make our disney-themed wedding a reality!JAM Entertainment's reply:

Jerod and the entire crew were absolutely AMAZING on our wedding day. The playlist (we provided a decent amount of songs throughout the night, but he easily picked up on all the different genres and styles we enjoyed) killed it all night long and every guest wanted to keep the dance party going for hours longer. I thought we were actually going to break through the 2nd floor cause everyone was dancing so hard. So... You are looking for a bunch of things from your DJ and feel like you have to hire a few just to make it work right? Like... You need someone to MC, Someone to DJ, Someone that can do a first dance on a cloud, someone that has a photobooth, someone that has cold fusion sparklers and someone that provides uplighting? Well guess what my peep? JAM entertainment can do it all!! Thats right... This is one stop shop for all things DJ!
I am a weding photographer and I have had the priovledge of working with J and his team for a couple years now. Everytime they kill it. The party happens when it is supposed to and it mellows when it needs to. The attentiveness and alertness that happens before it actually happens is amazing with this team. Know ing they are on the vendor list makes other vendors breathe a sigh of relief.

We cannot recommend Jerod enough! Jerod was scheduled to be our DJ for our wedding last June. When we met with him, we knew immediately that he would be a good fit. He was engaging and funny, but also took the time to listen to what we wanted and was very thoughtful in his questions and responses. We also valued his transparency when he shared that he was more expensive than other DJs, but that we would get the utmost in quality, value, and attention. And, boy, was he right! He set up a program for us to easily and accessibly choose songs and organize the evening’s events so that he could facilitate them and keep us on track. Additionally, he was communicative and set up a follow-up meeting a week before the wedding to make sure everything was in order. And then, the worst happened… After avoiding it for over two and half years, I got COVID three days before our wedding and we had to cancel. It was devastating. We were well outside of the cancellation policy, and while some other DJs might have just taken the money, Jerod recognized that this was an extreme (and extremely disappointing situation) and was very kind to us. He said that if there was an event in the future we were hosting on a day he wasn’t booked, he would come back and DJ. My husband and I are very very into Halloween, so we decided to throw a Post-Mortem Wedding/Halloween Party! The joke was “the wedding may have died, but the party came back from the DEAD!” Jerod was, luckily, not booked, and was able to DJ. Not only did he curate an epic Halloween playlist while people had cocktails and food and got everyone fully hyped on the dance floor, but he also came in costume (the Phantom of the Opera!) and tricked out the house with his amazing lights. (We had lights as part of our “package”, but he went SUPER full-out and it was AMAZING!) Also, turns out my friend had organized a flash-mob performance of Thriller for us, and she said that Jerod was amazing to work with, communicated quickly with her, and made it happen easily. My last comment would be that Jerod was incredibly intuitive to the group; just as people needed an energetic shift or were over a song, he seemed to just sense it and transitioned fluidly. For weeks, literally for weeks, my friends all brought up how amazing our DJ was and what an epic party it had been. Take my advice: BOOK JEROD!!! Hands down the best
Jerod and his team are hands down the best in the business! Jerod took the time to meet with us multiple times to go over every little aspect of our wedding. The app he uses to help schedule the events is fantastic and it makes those major moments so much easier to select songs. There is no way that my wedding would have been as fun with everyone on the dance floor without his help and expertise! I honestly had no idea how I was going to organize my wedding and Jerod gave us the perfect road map for the most perfect day! From the moment we booked Jerod for our wedding I knew we made the right decision. Jerod was great at communicating and getting back to us with any questions we had. The app he provided us to select our music was very helpful and easy to use.
As it got closer to our wedding date Jerod set up a face to face meeting and we had such a great time! He went over everything from start to finish and I knew from that meeting everything was going to be perfect.
The day of our wedding was perfect! Jerod did a phenomenal job with everything. From the ceremony to the reception everything was perfect. He had a great personality, was comical and got our guests up and dancing. We had some last minute changes with things and Jerod made sure he came and communicated with me to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.

Jerod has a wealth of experience and musical sense that made our wedding day absolutely perfect. He suggested songs, helped move the order of events along, and provided excellent sound options for all speeches/toasts as well as our live musical guest for the ceremony. The dance floor was bumping all night, and he even brought uplighting to add dimension/color to our venue which had a somewhat strict decoration policy (art museum.)

Jerod was an absolute blessing to hire for our wedding. We hired him as our DJ, EMCEE, and also included the photo booth. He made the entire planning process so easy and fun! Okay first of all, let me start with my wedding was a week ago and all I keep hearing about is how much fun everyone had on the dance floor and photo booth (also provided by JAM). Jerod made my wedding day so effortless on my end, he kept things moving and checked in with my husband and I to see when we were ready to move on to toasts, etc, and to make sure we actually had a chance to eat. Jerod not only DJ’d my wedding but he also took CARE of us. 5 stars is not enough, I 10 out of 10 recommend Jerod for your DJ/Emcee/photo booth needs! The best part of our wedding 💜 seriously u don't realize how important the dj is until u meet jerod and use the app he has that basically organizes the whole event as well as him always being there to discuss and answer your million questions and helping you plan everything I can't thank you enough for everything even dealing with complicating venues that make it hard on everyone your the best and I would pick you a million times also you felt like family and made out wedding so fun💜 I got the full package and so glad I did the uplighting and photobooth was a hit 💜JAM Entertainment's reply:

I could not have asked for a better DJ. Jerod is very attentive and makes contact through out the planning process. Jerod caters to each bride. I enjoy Disney very much, Jerod was able to specialize my playlist, entrance, dinner and throughout open dancing to have touches of Disney in my music. It was spectacular, having that bit of magic added so much to my wedding and was very appreciated by myself, my husband, and all the guests. Jerod makes sure every moment is exactly what the bride and groom want. He feels out the crowed and will adjust if needed. Jerod has an app to help with the planning process, this is extremely helpful and fun to add songs for the special day. Everyone loved his high energy and how he kept everyone engaged and informed through the whole wedding. If you are looking for a DJ who is interested in what you want and sticks to it, he’s the DJ for you. Jerod helped make my day the most magical. After my husband and I have been in / attended eight weddings in the past three years, we knew hiring the right DJ would be one of our top priorities. We wanted someone lively who could work and entertain our crowd while also knowing the appropriate times to do so. We have been to weddings where the DJ was almost non-existent and weddings where the DJ way over entertained (to the point of being too much). We needed that perfect sweet spot!
After finding Jerod, we knew he was the one! He’s warm, friendly, and treated us like he knew us for years. He devoted his time to us to truly make sure our day was perfect. His love of music and theater allowed him to help create our perfect moments with precision down to the second, knowing when a song needed to start or fade out. Our family and friends absolutely loved him, and still rave about his comedy during our shoe game (which I originally thought to be incredibly cliche, but Jerod talked me into it and we are so glad he did).
One thing that was very important to my now husband and myself was while we knew we would be investing a large amount in our big day, we wanted to make sure the money was well spent and put into company and people we believed in. I can say every vendor we chose was absolutely the right choice for us and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Jerod is one of our many vendors that we now consider a great friend! I can’t imagine how our day would have gone if we had chosen anyone else. He was so beyond worth it!JAM Entertainment's reply:

Jerod was amazing from start to finish. From a super easy to use app to add our songs onto whenever and wherever we were, genres, etc it was so simple. He answered any questions that we had within 2hrs of asking. One of the nicest people we have met. On wedding day he arrived early and stayed later then we had booked him because we wanted reception to last longer then we had intended. He was dressed perfectly to “fit in” as well. He was the guy who kept the reception flowing and announced all that was needed. Example would be: first dance song, all the toasts, dinner tables, etc. I would recommend him, you will not be disappointed.JAM Entertainment's reply:

Jerrod is the absolute best DJ! Our wedding was a blast and it was all due to the awesomeness that is Jerod Arreguini. Jerod was super professional, extremely organized and really made our night perfect. The song planning app was the original reason we were sold on hiring Jerod, but there are endless reasons why we’d hire him again if we ever get the chance. The app was super easy to use. It allowed us to choose songs for each special moment as well as add dozens of songs for cocktail hour, dinner and of course open dancing. We were able to completely customize the songs we wanted to be apart of our day. The app also made it really easy to give Jerod notes on who was doing speeches, the lineup of our wedding party for the ceremony and grand entrance and so much more, down to every detail.
Our wedding was in Mammoth Lakes and we had a difficult time finding someone local for our day. We reached out to a few DJs in Tahoe and as soon as we met Jerod via zoom we knew he was our guy. He played all the songs we requested, song transitions were smooth and he was a great sport when a tipsy guest repeatedly pulled him onto the dance floor. Instead of an awkward moment with a tipsy guest he busted some great dance moves and really got our guests pumped. Jerod was everything we hoped for and more in a DJ. He was quick to answer emails/texts and the dance floor was full the entire night until the very last song. We had a small wedding of 40 people and we weren’t expecting a ton of dancing, but he somehow had people on the dance floor we never expected to see there. We had an unforgettable night and people wouldn’t stop telling us how it was the best wedding they had been to.
After the wedding we reached out to Jerod asking if he might have a playlist of the songs that were actually played throughout the day and he was super quick to send us our very own Spotify playlist. Being able to relive the day through the music and memories of dancing to those songs was really special for us and shows how accommodating and willing to go above and beyond Jerod’s willing to go for his clients.
