EASIEST and BEST Wedding Planning Decision

Working with Jen was the one of the easiest and best decisions I made throughout my entire wedding planning process. As a bride from NY having a long distance relationship with someone who is taking care of an aspect of your wedding has the potential of being stressful, but she was an absolute gem from the moment I first reached out to her. She listened to the many different ideas I had and made fantastic suggestions to help me create the most beautiful and timeless wedding invitation. She FaceTimed me throughout the entire design process, showed me different papers and examples of invitations she had, created the most beautiful invitation, sent me multiple proofs until it was done perfectly, kept me updated throughout the entire production process, sent me photos after the invitations were made and FaceTimed me again after I received them to teach me how to assemble them. Her customer service, expertise, and design vision cannot be beat. My close family who has seen the invitation (will update after they are sent out) raves about how beautiful they are. There is no doubt in my mind that Jen can make your vision come to life or help you create the most beautiful designs. I recommend her to everyone!

Stationary you can write home about!

Loved working with Jen at Jen’s Invites, she was attentive and detail oriented. Lots of selections and all the timelines went smoothly. So many compliments on the invitation and the many coordinating items. Would recommend to any bride in Metro Detroit!

We were definitely blessed to have Jen oversee my niece’s Invitations, Church Programs, Table Place Cards and Framed Seating Chart. First and foremost, Jen is an honest and creative person working in a service field she truly loves. Her finished products were PERFECT – Elegant and Accurate. can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was with Jenns Invites. I went to her in search of invitations for my son’s first communion. The theme for his party is an uncommon one and I was having a very difficult time finding the right invitations. I heard from multiple people to try Jenns Invites out and I’m so happy I did. She was able to find me the perfect invite immediately. She was so efficient and professional. She made sure I was 100% happy and worked around the clock to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. My guests have not stopped talking about how fantastic the invitations were. I will recommend Jenns Invites to everyone. She is a perfectionist and it translates into her business. I met Jen at a bridal shower expo about a year ago and she was amazing from beginning to end. At an expo full of potential business, she took time out to walk me through a few of her services and share her contact information. During our follow up meetings, but was just as friendly, professional and accommodating. It took a few conversations and meetings, but she was so patient with me and was able to create the perfect laser print invitations for my wedding. I have gotten non-stop compliments on the quality and detail of the invites, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend using Jen's invites!

Jen went above and beyond for my husband and i. We were so indecisive but Jen made it super simple for us and we were so happy with our invites!! We received so many compliments from our wedding guests. We also made custom bar napkins and name cards that Jen custom monogrammed for us. Everything was perfect! Thanks to Jen’s invites! Jen was so easy to work with and made my lower budget work, but quality was definitely not compromised. My invitations turned out exactly like I wanted them - simple, elegant, high quality. I love them so much and I got so many compliments on them from my guests! Poor Jen had to deal with about 15 different proofs, but never complained and was so helpful through the whole process. She was quick to respond and easy to get a hold of. I'd definitely recommend using her. She will give great advice and work with whatever vision you have!

I'm so pleased that I had a wonderful experience with Jen's Invites, I cannot say enough good things about this vendor! All my cards (Invitation Cards & Program Cards & Thank Cards) were from Jen's Invites and they were all personalized customized.
Jen, who is also the owner, was extremely helpful, kind and patient, responsive and professional. She worked on lots of detailed and complicated images which I liked to be added on the cards, and she did an amazing job, all the cards came out exactly what I pictured with very high quality and reasonable price. Everything was beyond my expectation! I would certainly recommend Jen's Invites to anyone!

I used Jen for both my wedding invitations, wedding programs, menus, escort cards, and thank you cards. Throughout the process Jen was extremely professional and patient, yet I still felt I had a dear friend helping me throughout the whole process. We worked with Jen on the invitations for our wedding this coming October and could not be happier with the entire process. Right off the bat I had a great feeling after our first meeting with her. She was extremely knowledgeable, flexible and so incredibly sweet! She worked with us to stay as close to our budget as possible while giving us all the information/options to include everything we wanted. After seeing the invites I originally selected and not completely loving them, Jen was so accommodating and let us come back in to re-select a design we really loved. She was SO responsive and easy to communicate with, primarily via text message, which was so helpful. After working through many many revision requests from my fiance and I, Jen never made us feel annoying or like a burden. The finished product is even more beautiful than we imagined and we could not be happier with our wedding invitations! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jens Invites! First of all, my invitations are stunning. They are so beautiful and unique and exactly what I wanted. Jen was so great to work with - she answered all my emails/texts so promptly and was so nice. When you are a bride and overwhelmed with vendors, it is such a breath of fresh air to work with someone like Jen. I left everything in her hands and didn't have to worry for a second. She covered every detail you can imagine. I would highly recommend her and I plan to use her again in the future.

I don't know how I would've done this without the help of Jen! I met Jen at a bridal show. I went to my consultation having no clue about invitations. She helped me pick the right one that was within my budget. She was really accommodating and made sure it was an easy process. She responds quickly at any time of the day. My daughter and I met Jen at a bridal show, and we liked the fact that she had invitations in all price ranges, and she also made custom invitations. She was very accommodating when we scheduled an appointment with her, and she is extremely knowledgable and service oriented. My daughter chose an invitation that she loved that was a reasonable price, yet looks like a custom invitation. Jen helped us choose the perfect font and ink color which is very important, and she knew exactly what would look the best. Jen will order as many proofs as you want to see, if you decide to change the font, or wording, and there are no additional fees which is great. I would highly recommend Jen for invitations, it was a completely stress free experience, and the invitations turned out beautifully, and we can't wait to send them out, because I'm sure we will get a lot of compliments on them.

Jen responds so quickly, and she is so professional. Her patience is through the roof! I asked so many questions about the invites I was thinking of and she would respond time and time again with such promptness. She can work with any budget (for example, I wanted heavy paper, but realistically that did not work in my budget; Jen took the time to quote EACH weight of paper I was thinking of so I could compare prices/types of paper).
I got my samples so quickly, and Jen suggested styles that worked with the vision and budget I had.
I highly recommend Jen's Invites. I'd like to point out I'm a New York City bride and wasn't sure about picking a invitation designer that I couldn't visit (in a brick and mortar store). There was NOT ONE issue--if anything it was more convenient because all my samples would arrive to my mailbox and there were so many ways to change the sample online!

One thing I appreciated greatly about Jen is her follow up. Busy between work and wedding planning, Jen stayed on top of me to make sure we got the invitations out quickly! The invitations were beautiful. So elegant. Jen had so many choices to pick from, but she was a great help narrowing down so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed. Overall it was a great experience and I couldn't have been happier with the end result.

Jen was the most PROFESSIONAL, caring, supportive, responsive, and EFFICIENT vendor I used for my wedding. I spent a fortune on many of my vendors and yet none met my expectations like Jen did. She is responsive and will answer your texts or calls within minutes. She is efficient and takes the time to sit with you and discuss all of your design ideas (even if you change your mind a million times like I did!). Jen delivers quality invitations! I am from New York and worked remotely. Like any bride, I was hesitant to work with someone remotely; but after speaking with Jen, I knew immediately that I wanted her to handle my invitations. Even though we never met face-to-face, Jen did all she could do to reassure me that I would receive quality invitations and utmost professional care and attention. After changing my style and direction at least five times, she helped me choose a design, which my guests are STILL talking about. Many of my friends have since used Jen and her services!

Finally, Jen designed my venue table numbers. They were a unique design that added a personalized touch to my tables. The design added enough glam that elegantly and tastefully complemented my high-low flowers. She saw my vision and delivered. I would recommend Jen's Invites to any bride!!

We used Jen's Invites for our wedding invitations and we could not be more pleased with the results. It was an absolute joy to work with Jen. She is an incredibly sweet, kind-hearted person, and really took the time to go over and take note of every little detail at our first meeting. She not only listens, but she cares about your vision. The invitation sets the tone of your wedding. I wanted something that represented us as a couple. We went with a sophisticated, clean and of course I had to add some femininity, Lace invitation. Jen was extremely helpful and patient as I designed our invitation. I would definitely recommend her services when designing your invite. Jen was awesome and her cards are amazing. I started off trying to find invitations from larger companies online and was not finding what I was looking for (they were boring, and still relatively pricey!). Thankfully, I complained to the right person - my friend who had used Jen's Invites for her wedding. She recommended that I check out her work on Instagram. I instantly fell in love and even though I worked with her over long distance (her office is in Michigan and I was in Minnesota), Jen was able to put something together that exceeded my expectations. And the pricing is very reasonable for custom invitations that you cannot just order online! I will definitely be recommending any Bride I speak to in the future to look into using Jen's Invites. Working with Jen's Invites was the easiest part of planning our wedding. Four months since we have been married and people are still complimenting our wedding and our invites. Amazing customer service!!

If I had to describe Jen in one word it would be amazing. I needed help with simple invites for daughters wedding celebration dinner. She never made me feel like my order was too small or unimportant . After one short visit with Jen she turned my simple invite into fabulous and took all the stress off of me. It was fantastic. I did have an issue with the belly band not arriving in time due to shipping issue from shipper not the fault of Jen. But she jumped right in and handled the situation quickly, efficiently and professionally. So even though I did not give much time from my first visit till when I needed the invites in the mail Jen was super fantastic and helped me conquer my time constraints. Out of town bride with a GREAT experience

I came across Jen's Invites at a Bridal Expo in Novi and fell in love with her unique pocket invitation design! Although I'm originally from the Detroit area I currently live out of state and Jen was incredibly flexible and willing to work with me remotely to finalize all our designs and orders. She even went out of her way to have a meeting with me a couple days after meeting me at the expo while I was still in town to see family and we were able to finalize the major details in person before I even left. Once I returned home to NC she was always easy to get in touch with and very responsive. She helped me figure out the details for a second order of wedding day print items (programs, menus, table numbers, etc) all via email and I absolutely loved the way they turned out. All items I ordered though Jen arrived promptly (even the originally big order with all the invitation materials) which helped us stick to schedule even when I got a bit behind in my planning! For anyone in search of high quality, unique invitations for their wedding or other event I highly recommend Jen and her service - whether you're local or working with her online you can expect the same high quality experience and product!

Jen was wonderful for the invitations. No issues there. The wedding programs kept coming back with errors again and again, which was the company's fault, not hers, but it still added stress that didn't need to be there during wedding crunch time.. And if we had selected a different printing company for the programs we might not have had issues. So Jen is a 5 herself. I would use her again in the future.
