  Beautiful and delicious cake every time!

  We have been purchasing Jennifer Shaffer cakes since my daughters were 1 years old. They will be 30 this summer. Excellent designs and delish cake! Everyone is always excited when we are at a party and we hear it is a Jennifer Shaffer cake. I recommend the white cake.

  I loved all the design options and advice. I cried when I saw it as it was exactly what I had envisioned. The cake not only looked perfect but tasted wonderful. They stay booked up so order in advance. I will use Jennifer Shaffer Cakes for many, many years to come.

  Jennifer Shaffer makes the most beautiful and phenomenal tasting cakes hands down (and I have lived all over the U.S.). She did the cake for my bridal shower, my wedding, my mother and both sister in law's weddings and now will be making the cake for my brother's wedding this summer (they will be coming in from Florida to get married). Her prices are reasonable and the cakes are out of this world. By far the most delicious cakes you will ever taste. Everyone raved at our wedding about how delicious the cake was and wanted to know who we used. Jennifer is kind, easy to work with and prompt. I highly recommend!

  Jennifer Scaffer Cakes was so wonderful to work with. She made the whole process so easy and stress less. The cake itself was so beautiful, it was more than I could have dreamed up.

  Cake was gorgeous! The piece that I got (from cutting the cake) tasted great and I got lots of compliments. The value is also great! We also got a 1 year cake because our friends said that hers tastes great even 1 year later.

  Jennifer Shaffer provides the best quality for service in town! Our cake was beautiful. She took our ideas and did exactly what we wanted. She was so flexible and easy to work with. The table was decorated beautifully. She and Joel (florist) did a great job! The cake looked gorgeous.

  Jennifer Shaffer had the best cake we have EVER had! She is a little hard to get ahold of sometimes but it is definately worth the effort to get ahold of her. We will be contacting her for all of our cake needs from now on.

  Our cake was superb! It had wonderful taste and flavor and was even more beautiful to look at. Jennifer was fun to work with and does traditional buttercream frosting. She went out and found ribbon to match our color swatches perfectly. The price was a little steep but it was well worth it!

  Jennifer's cakes are the best in Erie by far. With that being said be prepared to call over and over until she picks up the phone...but worth it. She did my cupcakes for my bridal shower and my wedding cake. My wedding cake turned out not how I expected but was still good. The grooms cake was perfect. Plan on ordering more cakes in the future.

  Beautiful cake, but overbooks herself on Saturdays. Called me on my wedding day yelling at me because she couldn't get into the reception (she had the wrong time). I'll never forget her making me cry on my wedding day. Completely unprofessional.

  Great cake, worst customer service

  I'll get the praise out of the way first because first and foremost we hired her for our wedding cake because we have heard nothing but great things about her cake and they were all true. The cake tasted amazing and was beautiful. That being said, the experience was one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer. Jennifer is difficult to reach, no website, no voicemail, and no email. You are lucky to reach her when you do but then her attitude makes you question hiring her to begin with regardless of the good cake. Long story short, communicating with her became so difficult that it resulted in her almost telling us to go with a different vendor and made my mom cry just a few weeks prior to my wedding. All we were asking of her was clear communication and we did not receive that. Unfortunately, I would not recommend her to other brides because your wedding is already a high stress, difficult to plan event and if I were to do it again I would go with a vendor who had slightly less fantastic cake but better service 100%.
