We are so happy with the quality and experience with Jen and her team! From the start, Jen and Ryan started with an interview that made us feel comfortable and we knew we would be in good hands for the big day. Jen continued to provide updates as we approached the wedding date and helped set the timeline for the day which as a procrastinator I found extremely helpful and comforting. Working with Jen and Ryan throughout the entire wedding planning process was absolutely seamless. From our initial call I felt at ease with my decision, then when it finally came time to have our engagement photos, I knew we made the right decision to have them capture our day. Meeting Jen felt like meeting an old friend again, she is warm and inviting and such a fun person to be around. I was nervous for the photos, as any person who believes they aren’t photogenic would be, but she was amazing at directing us and keeping us laughing and the vibe light and fun throughout the shoot. When we got the engagement photos back I could feel the fun and love through the gallery. Not only that, I felt beautiful in them! With the wedding day itself, I was nervous for so many reasons, but working with Jen and Ryan was not one of them. It felt like seeing old friends and there was a comfort in having them with us throughout the day.
Jen has a magic touch that not only made taking the photos fun and almost effortless, but the final product is absolutely STUNNING and I cannot wait to have them to show our love for the rest of time. I can’t wait to look back in 10 years and remember having Jen and Ryan at our side during our best day. -

From the moment we hopped on zoom with Jen and Ryan, we knew they would be part of our big day. While the wedding planning process can be daunting, Jen and ryan’s intimate approach to working with us made the process more manageable.
Our engagement photo shoot was a wonderful way to get to know each other and make each other feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Jen and Ryan were open to our suggestions of places to shoot and provided us with every detail before the engagement shoot.
After the engagement shoot, Jen always checked in with little messages, reminders of dates, and kept us on schedule and aligned with any questions or concerns we may have had. She shared so many resources on other vendors to use too
On the day of my wedding, Jen, Ryan, and her assistant Kayla went above and beyond to capture every aspect of the day. They were always in eyes distant if we wanted to capture a quick moment or if we just needed to pause for a break in the afternoon. They worked so well with the team at estates at Florentine gardens and made the day appear flawless.
The best part is Jen and her team gave us a sneakpeak of 100s of photos 24 hours later. We are blessed to have had a vendor turn friend and can’t wait to work together in the future for other life milestones! Jen’s style is effortless, airy and romantic. You’ll love her timeless style.

Jen was our absolute favorite vendor that we worked with. Not only is she unbelievably talented but her kind nature and willingness to offer advise throughout the wedding planning process was incredible. From our initial zoom meeting right up through the wedding she was well organized, took the time to truly get to know us both individually and as a couple and was extremely diligent in making sure she captures all the moments we wanted along with the additional things that I didn’t even think of or know that I would want captured. You can tell that Jen truly loves what she does and always has the bride and grooms best interest at heart. She’s not afraid to get a little dirty if it means she is going to capture the perfect shot. Her sneak peaks after the engagement shoot and wedding came back to us SO QUICK it was amazing to be able to start looking at pictures from our wedding within days of the big day. It is also amazing that Jen and Ryan are a husband-and-wife team so on the day of while Jen was upstairs with us Ryan was downstairs with the guys at the same time. They keep things so efficient and waste no time! Jen and Ryan are 2 people we will definitely be keeping in touch with and the only person I will use for any future professional photos I may need! I am so so SO glad I hired Jen as my wedding photographer. Her and Ryan were absolutely amazing and such kind people. They were super organized and friendly and gave me confidence that I could trust them with such an important task. I feel so lucky to have found Jen. Our wedding came together quickly—we went from considering a city hall ceremony to planning an intimate backyard wedding—and I had no idea where to even begin with booking a photographer. But when I came across Jen’s website, I fell in love with her photos and was so happy and excited that she was available for our date.
After meeting Jen and Ryan on FaceTime, my husband and I knew immediately they were the perfect photographers for us. Their warmth and enthusiasm were so reassuring, and from there, everything just fell into place. Jen is organized, thoughtful, and truly on your team every step of the way.
I also have to say—I’m usually pretty shy in front of the camera and worried it would show in our photos. But Jen’s energy and approach made me feel completely at ease!
Having Jen and Ryan as part of our wedding was an amazing experience, and our family and friends adored them too. And when we got the photos back… I couldn’t stop looking at them and smiling! It was like reliving the day all over again. They captured everything so beautifully, and I’m so grateful to have these memories to cherish forever.

Jen’s photography speaks for itself, but her enthusiasm, organization, care, and lightheartedness were second to none, and made the build up to our wedding and the wedding day itself better than we ever could have imagined!
Jen and Ryan clearly love what they do and made us feel incredibly comfortable with them from the very start. We did our engagement pictures about a year before our wedding and it only took about 5 minutes of a 2-3 hour photo shoot for us to realize how lucky we were to have chosen them. Neither of us have ever had our pictures taken professionally and our engagement photos came with some anxiety. We were both sure we were going to hate the process, but decided it would be best to push forward so that we could meet Jen and Ryan and get to know them before our wedding. They made us feel so calm throughout the afternoon and we ended up having an amazing time (and got incredible looking photos)!
As we got closer to our wedding, Jen was so attentive and was always willing to work around our schedule. She responded to our emails quickly and was always happy to take our calls after work hours (we both wrap up work around 5:30pm). She was always there for us and no question was too small. Jen was also very organized - she essentially structured our entire timeline from start to finish. We would have catch up calls with her to make small tweaks here and there, but between Jen and our venue coordinator, there was very little need for us to hire an external planner.
On the wedding day, Jen and Ryan’s sincerity and calming presence made a huge impact. We were both nervous for our wedding day photos, but they both helped to put us at ease. They made the whole experience fun and their organization meant that we didn’t have to think about timing for the photos throughout the day.
Jen and Ryan were an integral part of our day from start to finish and took something that made us both feel awkward and turned it into a fun part of our wedding day. Jen and Ryan clearly love what they do and are so supportive of the couples they work with. We were so lucky to have them for our wedding! -

Jen is simply the best!
She is so sweet and professional and takes amazing photos that will serve as lifelong memories. We did a cherry blossom photoshoot with Jen and she made us feel so comfortable the photos came out so natural and we had a great time. She was on top of the communication and answered any questions I had, she shared all the necessary information and locations etc. The payments website was also very user-friendly!
I highly recommend Jen and I won't hesitate to use her services again! :) -

The most amazing wedding photographer
I had come across Jen’s work when a friend of mine posted her engagement photos- I immediately needed to know who took such amazing, natural looking photos. When I started wedding planning, Jen was the only wedding vendor I knew I HAD to have. From the first phone call she was so sweet, organized and truly made us feel comfortable- this carried throughout the entire process.
Jen is so organized and well thought out- she made a timeline or our entire wedding day and it made everything go so smoothly.
She is so sweet and thoughtful - we received little presents from her all throughout the process.
Our wedding and engagement photos are absolutely gorgeous. I am so thankful for Jen and Ryan - Not only are they such skilled photographers, they are amazing humans. -

Look no further than Jen Larsen!!
I absolutely loved working with Jen over the course of my engagement and wedding and truly can not recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning of working together, Jen was incredibly friendly, professional, and organized. Her professionalism and friendly personality translates into her work; at our engagement shoot, she made my husband and I feel so comfortable, even when posing usually makes us feel awkward and unnatural. When we received our sneak peak the next day, we were absolutely blown away by the quality, variety, and overall composition of the photos, and I couldn’t wait for her to be there for our wedding!
Fast forward to the wedding and she even further exceeded our (already high) expectations. No detail went unnoticed/uncaptured, and Jen and her team — husband Ryan included — made us feel completely at ease during such an emotional and long day. On top of the energy she gave to us during the engagement shoot and wedding day, she delivered SO many amazing, edited photos within ~24 hours of the wedding, so we were able to re-live the best day ever almost immediately, which was absolutely priceless to us. I want to shout about Jen (and Ryan and team) from the rooftops. They're everything I could have hoped for in a photography team and then a whole lot more. When I reached out to Jen about photographing our wedding and she agreed to set up a call, I was excited. After the call, I was not only ecstatic, I was relieved. As an anxious, uncomfortable-in-front-of-a-camera, organized, detail-oriented person, I was hopeful to find a photographer who could put me at ease in all the ways, and Jen made it clear to me that she was on top of it from day one. She's organized (spreadsheets and questionnaires galore!) and professional and extremely talented, but also kind and thoughtful and FUN and treated me and my now-husband like true friends throughout the entire many-months-long process. I feel the absolute luckiest that Jen was available and willing to photograph our wedding (and do a fun engagement session with us as well!) and I cannot recommend her and her wonderful husband, Ryan, and her whole team enough. We hired Jen very early on in our wedding planning process and truly couldn't have been happier with her every step of the way!!! Not only is Jen the absolutely sweetest person, but she is truly one of the most organized, proactive and responsive vendors we dealt with during the entire planning process! Jen created a timeline for us very early on in the process and provided other working documents that were SO helpful. We got to know Jen and her husband Ryan throughout the engagement session and meetings leading up to the wedding day - they truly are some of the nicest and most helpful people and made us feel so comfortable during our engagement shoot and the wedding day, providing amazing direction on how to pose, etc. throughout all of it. Jen is an absolute pro - there is no need to provide her with any sort of "shot list" - she covers it all and captures so many special moments on such an important day. Jennifer Larsen is the epitome of what you want in a wedding photographer. She is not only extremely talented at her craft, but she is an amazing human and a dream to work with. She is flawlessly organized and detail-oriented, and she is also impressively dedicated to her couples. She goes above and beyond to deliver a product that the couples will love and that she will be proud of, and that speaks volumes because she definitely sets the bar high. She is transparent and honest which is so meaningful throughout the process of wedding planning, and her website was a really great source of inspiration and resources. She is truly able to capture the most stunning photographs that have a special authenticity. From our engagement shoot to our wedding day, our pictures are really true to us as a couple and to our relationship, which is exactly what we were looking for. She was also such a calming presence both throughout wedding planning and on our wedding day. Her detailed day-of timeline really helped us visualize what to expect, but what was even more reassuring was her sincere guidance and support. Her scheduled check-ins, her vendor recommendations and general advice were huge assets. And beyond this she just has such a passion for her work and for celebrating each couple - so many small but special/personal touches that translate into an unforgettable experience working with her. She and her team knocked it out of the park on our wedding day - my husband and I were blown away with their work and the amazing images that we can now cherish for a lifetime. Choosing Jen as a photographer was one of our best decisions we made for our wedding. Jen is extremely organized, respectful, calming and professional. As people who don’t love being on camera, Jen made the engagement session and our wedding day fun, calm and easy. From the reminders & notes that Jen would send us throughout the planning journey to being a positive and calming force on our wedding day, we couldn’t imagine having anyone else be our wedding photographer.
We cherish the time we had during our first look as some of the best times on our wedding day because it felt like time we could share just us as a couple even though Jen & Ryan were there taking photos. All of our bridal party felt the same way!
Beyond the wedding day, Jen was one of the easiest vendors we worked with. Her communication was clear and organized throughout the wedding planning process, which made everything easy. Above & Beyond!
We loved having Jenn and her team for every step of the way. From when I first spoke to her when I was deciding on photographers. I just remember how easy she was to talk to and how she saw my exact vision as I did. Then it made it even better when we did our engagement shoots and my Finace loved every moment of that. Which he hates spending time taking pics so this was big. Then to our last moments together on our big day. Jenn was just amazing every step. She made everything flawless looking and couldn’t have envisioned anything better. Her light and airy feel to hear photos to capturing every special moment makes it all so magical. One of the most difficult tasks when planning your wedding, is deciding who will create images and document your day in a way that it takes you back to that exact moment. There are so many options when it comes to a photographer, and to me it was about finding the right person who would capture our day but also make us feel comfortable. Jen and Ryan are absolutely AMAZING. Not only did they make my husband and I feel comfortable from start to finish, but they also made our family and friends comfortable. Jen and Ryan were attentive, personable, and talented professionals. They understood how to work a room to capture beautiful pictures from our wedding celebration. However, their manner in taking the pictures is merely as incredible as the pictures themselves. Jen and Ryan with their kind-hearted demeanor made our guests feel comfortable getting their pictures taken, which is a difficult task in itself sometimes. If you are looking for an incredible wedding photographer - Jennifer is your girl!! We got married on May 6th, 2022 and got our photos back SO quickly. I am still in awe over her photos of our wedding. Not only are the photos all absolutely amazing, Jen is an absolute sweetheart and I wish that I can redo it all over again! Her and her husband are amazing and work seamlessly together, even the assistant she got for the day was amazing.
Jen is extremely attentive, her attention to detail is superior and she provides so much ease for the wedding day. Worried about your wedding day schedule? Have no fear - Jennifer will make you feel absolutely secure for the day! We hit so much traffic that we only had an hour to get ALL of our group photos in and bridal portraits and it was completely organized thanks to her we were able to get it all done AND have photos of the entire ballroom.

Absolutely Flawless From Beginning to End
When I think about our wedding experience - from our engagement all the way through our wedding day, it's impossible not to talk about Jen Larsen and the incredible job she did capturing this special time in our lives. We first fell in love with Jen's work through her social media pages, but it only took one phone call with her to fall in love with her as well. Jen is the most thoughtful, kind, and charismatic person you will ever come across. Her energy is contagious, her spirit is genuine, and her work is nothing short of jaw-dropping. She truly cares about her clients and shows that in so many ways in the months and weeks leading up to your special day. When our wedding finally arrived, I truly felt like Jen (and Ryan!) were a part of our bridal party - that's how much fun they are! Looking through our album afterwards, we were (and continue to be) absolutely stunned at the beautiful moments she captured that we otherwise may have missed during the craziness of the day. Let me caveat this review by saying my #1 priority for our wedding after the venue, was the photos - I am an extremely visual person, and choosing the right vendor was really important to me!
I had originally reached out to Jen in January 2019 for our 2020 summer wedding. She was already booked, but passed along some great recommendations. 15 months later, I was in full panic planning mode when we were postponing our wedding and due to a series of unfortunate events had no photographer. I reached back out to Jen and the stars aligned that she was able to not only shoot our postponed 2021 wedding, but our NYC minimony on our original wedding date, August 1, 2020.
Jen immediately showed SO much compassion and kindness throughout the entire wedding process. We both felt SO comfortable with her from our initial first video call. She had sent us the sweetest packages and truly felt like more than a wedding vendor. She is also 110% on top of everything and makes the process incredibly easy for the couple. She is incredibly responsive and will prepare/organize all your photo timing needs. We were so lucky to have Jen shoot our 2020 mini wedding and got to know her and Ryan before going into our big day in 2021. We were blown away by the photos of our wedding part 1, and could not wait to reunite for part 2. We had so much fun with them all day, we were sad for them to leave at the end of the night! But, in true Jen Larsen photography mode, she had sneak peeks ready for us in the middle of the night after both events. The silver lining of our wedding being postponed due to the pandemic was having the opportunity to work with Jen on both of our special days.

Best decision
When it comes to choosing a wedding photographer you want someone who will be there for you on your wedding day and make you feel at ease. To make you feel comfortable and happy on the biggest day of your life and that is exactly what Jennifer and her team did and so much more!
From the minute we booked Jennifer I felt like we gained a new friend, she was so kind and there for us every step of the way. Especially since we had to postpone our wedding! She helped anyway that she could to make our postponement as easy as possible.
Jennifer has a way of making you feel like you are just hanging out and the pictures come so naturally. Our engagement pictures and wedding pictures are my absolute favorite. It is truly impossible to pick a favorite.
Jennifer & her team captured our wedding day perfectly from our first look, to group shots and portraits and she did an amazing job of capturing our crazy dance floor. You can look at the pictures and feel all the love from the day.

I truly don't even know where to start to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for Jen being part of my wedding day. My obsession with Jen's work started a few years ago when a high school friend used her for her wedding....since then I have been recommending Jen to everyone I know and as a result 3 friends have used her, my sister, and finally me at my wedding. Jen Is THE NICEST human being you will ever meet. It was so nice to have her around when getting ready- she really just blends right in and is part of the group. She was the best hype woman of all time on my wedding day- she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me that AND MORE. She was AMAZING!! Oh! And her husband Ryan- UGH. Just cannot get enough of the two of them. They are true couple goals, but the way they work together is completely seamless. They are so well-organized- I went into my wedding day completely relaxed knowing that Jen was there with her extremely detailed itinerary to keep things on schedule and capture all of the beautiful moments of my wedding day. I did skip a videographer on my wedding day (which I know many people wonder why) and my reason why is Jen. You would have thought she brought 10 people with her- there are photos of almost every single one of my guests, all of the details, all of the important moments- she did not miss a single thing. The difficulty I had picking one photo for my thank you cards was incredible. My house is COVERED in Jennifer Larsen photos (wedding and engagement). I get compliments on my wedding photos almost every single day still (my wedding was 5/14) and so many people, including myself, were impressed with the rapid turnaround time to see some photos edited (and this was quite a few). I had my full gallery before I knew it and was able to relive my beautiful day through every moment Jen and Ryan captured. They are without doubt the photography "dream team"- I will recommend them to every bride (and all of her mini sessions to non-brides) that I know- I cannot say enough good about her! If you are considering it- DO IT- you will not regret it. She is a built-in bridesmaid, bestie, wonderful guest, hype woman, and wedding planner all in one on top of being exceptional at what she does. Don't wait- BOOK HER!!!! -

Your wedding photographer search is over…trust me!! Jen is not only super talented but she makes the entire experience of working with her and her team a total dream. Jen shot our engagement and wedding photos for us and the photos are absolutely stunning. She has an amazing eye for detail and captured so many beautiful moments. From the first day we met Jen it felt like we had known her for years. She made us feel so comfortable the entire time and was great at guiding us throughout the entire process. We knew from our engagement shoot that we were in good hands. Jennifer larsen is such an amazing amazing photographer and person!!! Her kind-hearted personality made us feel like we were taking photos with a friend. We also loved how organized she was. For example, she sent us a timeline and tips prior to the wedding day that helped us mentally prepare for our big day. We really loved all of our wedding photos and got so many compliments on them. Choosing Jen as our photographer was the best decision we made! From our very first meeting, Jen could not have been more genuine or passionate about her role in our day. She was amazing at communicating and made us a thorough timeline for the day of the wedding that I was truly impressed with. We stuck to the schedule and actually had extra time in between our shots. Hiring Jen was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She was extremely polite and professional, responsive and organized. It is easy to find someone who can take great photos at your wedding but do not underestimate the importance of someone who takes client experience seriously. I work in customer service and so when we evaluated our vendors I was really looking for people who go the extra mile - Jen absolutely fit the bill! She is actively involved in helping you plan out your timeline, she has you fill out questionnaires before the wedding to make sure she understands every detail, the family photos you want etc and generally is just there for you with any questions or concerns. The day of, she was a delight to work with and so was her assistant (who was her husband :) ) and her 2nd photographer, Tori Kelner. It was very helpful that Jen knew our venue so well and knew lots of great spots for photos. Overall the entire day was seamless with her and her team's help! She delivered a few photo highlights the NEXT DAY- like literally before I had gotten out of bed I was tagged in gorgeous photos on Instagram, our blog post another maybe 2 weeks later and our full gallery in just a few weeks. Maybe she was less busy because of covid but it was amazingly fast turn around! We just ordered our album from her too and that process was also seamless. Overall Jen was an absolute delight to work with and takes stunning photos. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. She is worth every penny! -

To start- there aren’t enough good things to say about Jen. She is an extremely talented photographer. She is professional from start to finish, and doesn’t skip a beat on ANY of the details throughout the wedding process. Jen makes the wedding process easy. Simply the Best!
We could not be happier that we chose to have Jennifer and Ryan capture our special day! I could not believe how beautiful all of our photos turned out! I remember feeling nervous for photos in general because I’m not a fan of super posed/cheesy wedding pictures, but Jen quickly eradicated all of those nerves. She has such a special way of capturing moments that feel so effortless, yet so intimate at the same time. I truly couldn’t believe it was us in our photos! It felt like I was looking at something out of a magazine. Her and Ryan made us feel so comfortable and knew exactly what direction to give us to get the perfect shots. She is so incredibly talented it’s insane!
The light and airy element that her photos have make it feel like your looking at the most whimsical, dreamy fairytale. As my husband put it, “it looks even better in the photos than it even did through my own eyes”!
On top of being uber talented, Jen and her husband Ryan are two of the sweetest and most genuine people I have ever met. From day one you can tell that Jen truly loves what she does and from the moment you meet them in person it feels like old friends you’ve known forever. What’s more, Jen is also super quick to turn the photos around! Sneak peeks were sent the very next day and the full album was available only a few weeks later!
My only regret is not finding Jen sooner!! Thank you so much for the best wedding photos we could have ever asked for! We are so incredibly happy and will forever rave about you and Ryan! -

Mini-Session
We did a mini-session with Jennifer and had such a blast! Since we never got formal engagement pictures, we seized this opportunity when we saw it advertised on Instagram (follow her, her posts are great!!). We were both feeling a bit awkward with the whole photoshoot thing, but she made us feel comfortable within seconds. We of course love all of the beautiful pictures, but we also truly just enjoyed our 25 minutes of giggling and snapping pictures together; it felt like a date night! Absolutely Amazing Photographer AND Person
Jen was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. She was the first vendor that we booked for our wedding, and was the person I wanted to photograph our day from the very beginning. Her photography and editing style is one that I have always been fond of, and when looking for a wedding photographer, I automatically fell in love with Jen's work. Unfortunately, my fiancé and I had to cancel our wedding for right now; Jen was more than understanding and helpful through this process. I spoke with her over the phone for quite some time explaining our situation, and told her that I understood that what we paid was non-refundable. Jen went above and beyond and not only refunded what we put toward her services (minus the deposit), but still gave us an engagement session. We were both taken aback and surprised by this, and genuinely appreciated it. Jen is such a sweet, down to earth human being and helped us through an extremely rough patch. Our engagement session was one of the happiest days we had last year, and Jen made us feel extremely comfortable during our session. Though we may not be having a wedding, we know that in the future we will definitely go back to Jen for more photos. She is the absolute best, and I can't imagine using anyone but her! Choosing Jennifer as our photographer was truly one of the best wedding decisions we made. Not only is her work amazing (I think that goes without saying, she’s incredibly talented) and resulted in absolutely beautiful photos and albums that we’ll cherish forever, but she was also instrumental in getting us organized and keeping us at ease/on track every step of the way during our wedding planning. Right at the start she created a wedding day timeline for us (which was so helpful because we had no idea where to begin), and her frequent check-ins with us really kept us on track. Working with her, and her questions/conversations with us in the months prior to our day, benefited EVERY aspect of our wedding, not just our photos.
From day one, Jennifer’s professionalism and experience put us at ease, and made the photography aspect of our wedding something we never had to worry about. We never felt like just another client of hers – she truly cares, and the entire experience with her leading up to the wedding felt very personal. From little unexpected gifts in the mail, to emails just to check in, we really felt like Jennifer was as excited about our wedding as we were.
We had so much fun at our engagement shoot (included in the package), and it really helped us to get more comfortable in front of the camera and to know what to expect on our wedding day. We hadn’t initially planned on doing an engagement shoot at all, but we are so glad that we did.
On the day of our wedding, Jennifer and her second photographer Tori were the perfect mix of calming and structured/focused. They never felt “in the way” or imposing, but they managed to capture every special moment of the day (and night!) perfectly. They guided us and our family seamlessly (and efficiently – but not rushed!) through family portraits, and made sure that we got every shot we wanted, while also suggesting others that we would have never thought of, but turned out to be some of our favorites and we're now SO glad we have forever. Nothing ever looks (or feels!) staged, and she captures special moments through photos in a way that is so natural and stunning. Jennifer is just the sweetest, kindest, most talented person, and we could not be happier that we got to work with her to document our wedding. -

Magical Winter Wedding
My husband and I met with Jen in October 2018 for our February 2020 wedding at The Park Chateau because photography was super important to me and I wanted to secure Jen as early as possible. I had seen her work on various sites and social media and was instantly obsessed with her style. When Jen, my husband, and I met, we made an instant connection. Jen is so kind, patient, helpful, thoughtful, and most of all, friendly - We felt so comfortable with Jen and appreciated how knowledgeable she is about photography (and the wedding industry)! The night we met, Jen also brought albums of weddings she photographed at our venue and of weddings that had a similar vibe to what we were going for, which we really appreciated.
My husband is very particular and was so impressed with how detail oriented Jen is with not just her photography skills, but also answering detailed questions. Also, we loved the relationship she forms with her couples. She answers emails quickly and with great detail, gives the best advice, and even creates timelines and questionnaires to ensure your engagement shoot / wedding day is perfect.
Jen goes above and beyond to give her couples the best service a photographer can offer. The day of our engagement shoot was a monsoon. However, Jen braved the trip to Central Park and captured the most stunning pictures. We were able to not just get a save the date photo, but gorgeous photos all around an empty Central Park while creating the funniest memories. Jen was able to make us feel so comfortable, beautiful, and happy during a dreary day - we couldn’t imagine how amazing we would feel on our wedding day.
On the day of our wedding, Jen kept me extremely calm and was just so easy to be around! Jen made sure to get every picture I wanted and more while making us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Jen and her team captured exactly what our wedding vision was and I am beyond excited to have these stunning photos to always look back on. Ryan and Tori, who were part of Jen’s team that day, were so friendly and professional. They did an amazing job and worked well with everyone! Our friends and family noticed how friendly and thoughtful Jen was the entire day and constantly compliment us on our gorgeous pictures. We are always being asked, “who was your photographer!?”
The day after our wedding Jen delivered over 100 sneak peeks to us! We were shocked and so overwhelmed with happiness to see such beautiful and elegant photos. I

Choosing Jen was easily the best decision we made. She was able to make the whole process seamless and much easier on us. We booked Jen before we even had a venue if you can believe that, she had one Saturday in September left for the year when we spoke to her in January. She was kind and caring. When we had a snow squall on the day our engagement photos were to take place she braved the squall with us for 30 minutes in order to be able to send out our save the dates. Jen is an all-around phenomenal photographer, and we had the pleasure of working with her, and her wonderful team, for our wedding. Where do I start? Jen is responsive, enthusiastic, and accommodating. From beginning to end, she provided an unparalleled level of customer service.
Her love for her work, and for her couples (who she treats like old friends), comes through in every interaction. Throughout our engagement, she provided the most thoughtful suggestions and support to help keep us sane - especially during the height of wedding planning craziness.
I could truly go on and on, but I haven't gotten to Jen's photography! Her ability to capture emotion, to make it feel real and unscripted, is what drew me to her work. We were not at all disappointed in the end result. We had a rainy December wedding, and Jen and team were able to deliver under rather difficult conditions. As an anxious bride who wanted to make sure every detail was absolutely perfect, Jennifer Larsen was definitely one of the best choices we made that calmed every one of my potential fears about a wedding photographer. She showed what it means to create the ultimate experience in working with a wedding vendor. From the moment Jen and I met, I knew that she just "got it". When it comes to something as artistic as photography, her work truly does speak for itself and I was convinced that she would deliver. And did she ever! Not only are our pictures absolutely stunning, but Jen showed the most poise and professionalism throughout our time working together. She even included little, thoughtful gifts to us along the way to show us how important this experience not only is for the bride and groom, but for her as well. Her passion and love for what she does is evident through the camera as well as through her sweet and thoughtful interactions with the bride and groom. Her excitement is contagious and as I look back on our wedding day, I can't help but smile when I think about how Jen made it feel so special for us. She is one of a kind! -

Jen shot our engagement session during October 2018. She made us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera. She recommends great poses which allowed our pictures to come off as very natural and relaxed. It was a great experience and we had a lot of fun shooting with her! Highly recommend! -

Amazing!!!!
WARNING! This is going to be a long post. Short story: book her now!
My now husband and I were searching for wedding venues. With complete opposite taste, we were struggling. We came across a venue, but with limited photos on the website we were unsure. We did a google search and a blog Jen posted of another wedding she did at that venue appeared. The photos were breathtaking! Seeing her photos we instantly booked an appointment to visit the venue. We contacted Jen immediately after, booked her and the venue, and are SO HAPPY we did!
From the moment Jen first emailed us I knew she was different. We reached out to several photographers and every return email we received was very business like. Jen's first response gave a sense of comfort, friendliness, and personality, all while displaying nothing but professionalism. This was the standard of her communication throughout our wedding process.
We met up with Jen for coffee and instantly felt like we were catching up with an old friend. She took time to get to know us. To learn our story. To get a sense of our personalities. As we got in our car to leave my husband looked over at my facial expression and said, "You love her don't you?" To which I responded, "Probably more than I love you." We both smiled and knew that was it.
From that moment forward Jen was a part of our lives. Her communication was timely, friendly, and informative. She was organized and made everything from our planning process to the actual wedding day flow seamlessly. The quality of her photography speaks for itself. It's her personality that is rare. We never once felt like we were working with a wedding vendor, but a good friend instead.
We pulled up to the Ocean City, NJ boardwalk for our engagement shoot already nervous. Nothing seemed to go right. The wind was about 50mph and the boardwalk was torn to pieces for repairs. Jen arrived and instantly calmed us both. We ended up having the BEST DAY; hours and hours of laughing and fun! And our pictures turned out to be AMAZING!
When the rain and wind set in on our wedding day I was nervous, but I trusted Jen completely. When anyone voiced concern with the weather and outside photos, I simply replied, "Jen will take care of it all. It's going to be awesome." And sure enough she delivered again. This girl stood in the rain, holding an umbrella over me for 20 minutes so that we could get the photos I wanted on a local trail. Jen and her team were phenomenal! They captured moments of our wedding I didn't even know happened. They somehow managed to be everywhere without anyone even knowing.
I could go on forever about how much we loved working with Jen. We went into the process looking for a wedding photographer and came out with a new friend. She is thoughtful, creative, fun, and unbelievably sweet. She made the entire process personal and unique to who we are individually and as a couple. And on top of all that... we have amazing photos from our wedding! Can't recommend her enough! -

I knew of Jen after she photographed my friends' wedding/engagement in 2018. After going through her website I fell in love with her work! She has her own unique style of shooting and I really liked how bright and clean all of her images were. My fiance and I booked Jen for an engagement shoot and she was so amazing to work with! I usually don't like being in front of a camera at all, but she made us feel super comfortable and we had a lot of fun during the whole shoot. She made everything feel so easy! Jen definitely seems like someone who genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients. I couldn't recommend her more!
