Jenn was nothing short of incredible for our wedding. Right from our first time chatting with her she made us feel like she the right match for our big day. Her communication was great throughout the lead up to the day, offering support in checking our vows and receiving our feedback on the ceremony. Her ceremony script summed us up perfectly, as if she had known us forever and it made for the most beautiful day. -

Jennifer Costello officiated our wedding in February of 2024. She started with getting to know us a little via a phone interview and a questionnaire. With that information she was able to craft a wonderfully personalized ceremony that included a greeting, an expression of intent, exchange of vows and rings. She told our story and weaved it seamlessly into a ceremony that while being non-religious and modern, was also timeless. She expertly cued us during the ceremony, and simultaneously disappeared into the background to let us experience our first few moments as a newly married couple. We highly recommend her services as a wedding officiant. -

Working with Jenn was an amazing experience. From the start, we fell in love with her style and attitude. She is so warm, patient, professional, and kind. She took the time to meet with us and get to know us as a couple. She gave us so many suggestions for the ceremony and seemed to know exactly what we needed. When she sent us the draft of our ceremony, my husband and I were in tears as she seemed to capture our relationship and transfer our emotions into words. As we neared closer to our wedding date, she frequently checked in with us and helped us throughout the wedding planning process. We are so thankful for her.
On the wedding day, she was incredibly professional and calm. There was an issue with the microphone, but she was amazing and did not miss a step. She directed us and she guided us throughout the ceremony. She was able to project her voice in a way that most guests did not even realize there was an issue with the microphone.
Thank you so much Jenn for giving us the most meaningful and perfect wedding ceremony! We are so happy to have worked with you! -

We had to find an officiant at the last minute for our wedding on 2/15/20, as ours had a family emergency and had to leave the state. Jennifer came to our rescue! She is amazing! Multiple packages to pick from. Excellent communication. She wrote a beautiful ceremony for us. She was very sweet and professional at the same time. She even put the boutonnieres on the guys! We HIGHLY recommend J. Costello Officiants!! -

From the moment we met with Jennifer we knew that we wanted her to officiate our wedding. She is warm and friendly, she asks great questions to get to know us and our story, and she really listens and cares. Once we booked with her she emailed us the ceremony wording and worked with us to tailor the ceremony just to us. The night of the rehearsal she was calm and patient. The next day she married us and she was amazing! We highly recommend Jennifer, in fact we have a family member getting married soon, and she is having Jennifer officiate her wedding on our recommendation and we couldn’t be happier! -

Jennifer was wonderful to work with from start to the day of. Everything she wrote for us was beautiful, and we received many compliments from our guests about her vows. The fact that she is an English teacher made us feel even better about every word she had written. We had a handfasting ceremony during which she read a lovely traditional blessing to go along with it. My wife and I would recommend her services in a heartbeat to any couple who were looking for a wonderful officiant for their big day! -

Perfect Officant for your wedding
Jennifer was very sweet and accommodating. We met with her a head of time, discussed everything and she even made some suggestions to help make our ceremony simple and short. For a couple that was organizing a wedding from out of state, she made everything very smooth and easy. We highly recommend her. -

Kathleen Sent on 01/06/2015I actually found Jennifer on Craigslist. I was in sticker shock over the Officiant fees I was seeing. Jennifer is relatively new to officiating, but she was very professional, helpful and flexible. My husband and I ended up creating our ceremony ourselves and Jennifer was very open to that and provided helpful suggestions. She worked well with the wedding coordinator at our church, was on time, and was available to answer my questions. And her fee was very reasonable! Jennifer also took care of mailing our marriage license after the ceremony.
