    I have nothing bad to say, only sad it took me this long to say something. Jennifer and Justin are amazing at what they do. They gave me more pictures then I ever could have imagined. They were all amazing too. Even when my husband and I lost our cd with the photos Jennifer resent them to us without a second thought. Also, when people were trying to get in photos and boss us around to take certain photos Jennifer stood up for us. They are worth every penny and more. I can wait till the next
    time I need some photos taken :)

    Jennifer and Justin were just absolutely an awesome team! My family can't stop talking about how beautiful our pictures turned out. We had a small wedding without a ton of frills so I was worried the pictures would be boring but with their attention to detail and eye for great candid shots the photos were incredible. Even I looked great at 6 months pregnant and feeling like a beached whale LOL Our wedding was held on the beach with the reception in a nearby beach house and Jennifer, at 7 months pregnant, navigated it all like a champ!! There was the heat, endless stairs in the beach house and the sand/water for our sunset pictures but she pushed through it all and I'm still impressed.

    They showed up on time and kept in touch periodically throughout the 9 months from the date I secured her as a vendor until our wedding date. She was very responsive although towards the end some of her responses were 3-5 days after I originally emailed (figured this was due to the pregnancy/getting ready for a new baby).

    We had all our photos online within 3 weeks of the wedding and just received our CD with all our images less than a month from our wedding date.

    Overall, I would definitely use Jennifer and Justin Bryan Photography as our vendor again!

    We absolutely loved Jennifer! She was amazingly flexible with us and made us very comfortable being the center of attention :)

    Before and during the wedding our service was great. Message were returned very promptly and communication was great. However once the wedding had taken place and payment in full had been made, we could not get in touch with them. After 7 months of messages and emails we finally received a return message that our disk of photos had apparently been lost. We did get our disk approx. 8 months after the wedding. The photos were good, but a lot of the same poses over and over. Overall not very pleased with the service we received.

    Jennifer was completely awful, I would not recommend her as a photographer to anyone. I waited nearly 5 months to receive my photos back when she claimed it would be 3 months. I e-mailed her NUMEROUS times, which she waited for weeks to respond. She also claimed to have "sent my photo CD to the wrong address"... twice. I spoke with 2 other of her brides via Facebook and they said she came up with the EXACT same excuse for them as well!! The quality was that of a digital camera and she positioned us terrible. I received maybe 5 pictures out of over 1,000 that I actually liked. She completely ruined my wedding day and I do not want that to happen to ANYONE else. She was extremely rude while taking pictures. Her contract states that you have to provide her lunch, so I spent over $100 on that, and SHE DID NOT EVEN TOUCH THE FOOD. I'm just looking forward to my anniversary pictures with another photographer that will actually turn out professional looking.

    First of all let me start by saying you get what you pay for. I was on a budget like any other bride. I spoke with Jennifer on the phone prior to booking. I sent in every payment but the last because it slipped my mind in all that I had going on...not to mention planning a wedding from 7 hours away!She messaged me and told me to get it to her or pay a fine of $100.00...so I overnighted my payment which cost me $25 only to find out she was out of the country and wasn't even there to receive my payment. But whatever I signed the contract and I abided by it.
    Wedding day rolls around. She was there on time, took great photos, I didn't get one photo that I requested but oh well. I am not a bridezilla so I can live without it.
    She told me and my husband our pictures would be available in 2-3 weeks.
    I emailed 4 weeks later because I had not heard anything...no response. I emailed, no response, I called no response. Called again emailed again...This went on for over a month. My pictures were finally available to view in NOVEMBER! Only after I sent a nasty email. Of course, it was the intern's fault. I sent an email requesting changes. She replied amazingly that she got it and she would have them changed in a day or so and ship them out...THIS WAS NOVEMBER. I finally got my cd after a month and NONE of the CHANGES I requested had been made. I was furious because this just added to everything else that had "gone wrong". Not once did she pick up a phone to apologize. I didn't want a refund...just an apology because that is good business!!! She has NO business etiquette at alL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pictures were beautiful but the lack of communication is worse than horrible...spend that extra money and get a photographer that cares about the customer!

    I don’t think we could have found a photographer that could have done a worse job. Don't expect to receive quality pictures from Jennifer. She does not edit them, she does not send all the photos to you, she responds to no emails or phone calls, she makes up tons of spurious excuses about why she can't send the disc with the wedding photos, she lies about sending the photos, she disconnects her phone and says she does not have internet access (seriously, who does not have internet these days??). How can you run a business if you can’t afford a phone or internet, so don't expect any customer service. Unless you like dealing with inconsiderate, unethical, unprofessional people with a lack or moral character and have no integrity then Justin and Jennifer are your people.

    Please don't waste your time or money with Jennifer Bryan! She is very non professional and should never be running her own business. The quality of our wedding pictures are horrible. Nothing like what she presents through her website!! She doesn't respond to email, phone calls, texts, etc. It takes her weeks to get back with you. This was my first and ONLY wedding and she ruined my day!! I felt so rushed on my wedding day because of her. It took us over 12 weeks to see our pictures!! Who wants to wait that long to see their wedding pics??? When I kept calling and emailing her to see what was taking so long, she ignored me. After a couple weeks, she finally emailed me back. I would NEVER recommend this photographer to anyone! She's awful!!!!!!!!

    It looks like we were in the same boat as the rest of these couples and got screwed over on our photos. So infuriating to see that this behavior has continued by Jennifer for over two years.

    Our story is basically the same as the rest. Seven months after our wedding, we still had not received our photos. Jennifer finally sent a disc with about 100 pictures, most of which were photos of the decorations, cake, buffet, etc. Not one of the photos were any of the ones we specifically requested. The ones that she asked we write down for a timeline for her. We received no photos with our family. None with the wedding party. Basically all we received were candids. When confronted with this, Jennifer claimed that she did not have the time to edit them all and instead would send them to an outside editor on her dime.

    Time goes on, still no pictures. After incessant emailing, she made up stories that the editor claimed to have put them in the mail and we would get the pictures soon. Then there were claims that she could no longer get a hold of the editor, he had moved, and that he had disappeared with her hard drive so she unfortunately couldn't even send us the originals. This went on for months. My husband and I are both attorneys and were willing to pay a private investigator to track down this "editor", however, conveniently, Jennifer would not tell us this person's name. Of course I'm sure it is because he does not exist.

    Long story short, we never got our pictures. We could have taken her to court, but all that would get us would be the money we spent on her services- it wouldn't get us our pictures.

    I don't care if she offers to do your wedding photos for $100. Save your money and the stress.

    Very unprofessional.
    So disappointing, because they seemed so nice in the beginning. 8 months later and still no pictures and Jennifer is not checking her email's or answering her phone. I am really starting to think that we will never get our pictures. I don't understand why someone would do this.

    Justin Bryan and Jennifer Underwood - Bryan should not be allowed to offer services to anyone - EVER. They're crooks! My husband and I paid to have both of them shoot at our wedding, only to be told (at the very last second) that Jennifer had "family issues" and couldn't make it. Not long after our wedding, we discovered that she was shooting another wedding on the very same day. They never apologized for this or offered us any form of reimbursement. Not only that, but they disappeared off the face of the Earth when the deadline for our photos had long passed. Later, we finally received emails from an "intern" full of excuses and further bogus emails from Jennifer with outrageous stories about why she hasn't been in touch with us. It's impossible to get a hold of them, they never answer calls, the voice mailbox is always full, and it takes forever for her to respond to emails (if she even responds at all). The only way I could reach her was through an investigator with the Attorney General and finally initiate a correspondence with her about sending our photos. Not surprisingly, she lied about when she sent the discs. I was shocked that the photos even existed when I FINALLY received them, though they are NOT EDITED, completely unorganized, and ALL of the bride and groom photos we posed for are NOT TO BE FOUND!? I'm glad we have anything at all, but really?? We have no bride and groom photos. Of course I emailed her about it - and no response. To say the least, it has been and ordeal and I hope that they've figured out that this is not for them and never try to do business in wedding photography ever again. I have never regretted anything more than hiring them. They have no compassion - no professionalism - no integrity and no credibility what so ever. Not to mention Justin Bryan was recently arrested for theft in Crestview, FL. Do not hire them, you will regret it horribly. I was fooled, they seemed so nice - it's so sad and disappointing.
