10/10 recommend!! I can not recommend Jenn Morse enough to capture your special day!!! Jenn goes above and beyond the duties of a photographer and throughout the entire process made my husband and I feel like a priority as well as comfortable and confident in front of the camera the day of. Within the first hour of Jenn being there for our wedding I felt like she was a part of our bridal party and we were hanging out with our long time friend. Fast forward to not even 5 days after our wedding Jenn shared a sneak peak of our wedding day with over 100 pictures!! JENN IS THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER. Reach out, you won't be disappointed! -

Words cannot describe how fantastic Jenn is! She is extremely talented and professional but also warm and fun and felt like a natural part of even the most intimate moments on our wedding day. But best of all she brilliantly captured the feeling of our day in the most exquisite photographs ever - I am deeply grateful that through her pictures I will always be able to return to my favorite day and feel all the love that we created. My husband and I decided to elope this covid season. Jen was our photographer, and wow what a stroke of good fortune that we found her! What we loved about Jenn was how personable she was. She is so likeable and sweet, and we felt really comfortable around her. She really made an effort to get to know us prior to the special day and somehow this translated through her photos! She captured not only what we asked for in our tiny elopement but also made it look like an absolute fairytale. She is a true superwoman behind the lens so don't think twice about hiring her. We will cherish her work forever! -

Jenn is spectacular!
Jenn is spectacular. My husband and I don’t have much experience in front of a camera, but Jenn (and Liz!) made it feel so easy and natural. Her enthusiasm is contagious - definitely the kind of hype you want on your wedding day! The pictures we’ve seen so far are absolutely stunning - the lighting is natural and ethereal and she captured some really beautiful moments of us and our loved ones. Jenn and Liz were genuine and beautiful people. It was such a delight to work with them! We got our sneak peeks within a few days of our wedding and are eagerly looking forward to seeing the whole evening captured through their lenses! -

Amazing person and photographer!
Jenn was the perfect photographer that we could have asked for on our wedding day! When we talked beforehand to plan, she listened to everything we wanted and also came with wonderful ideas and expert experience. Throughout the day she was very personable and made the experience for us fun and enjoyable. She captured everything we wanted and had amazing spur of the moment ideas too. By the end of the day she felt like a wedding guest and we could not be more in love with the photographs that we got back! Jenn, we couldn’t be more thankful for the work that you did! -

I cannot say enough good things about working with Jenn as our elopement photographer. She was professional and detail-oriented. We had just 5 attendees and Jenn is so friendly and easygoing she felt like part of the family! She ensured we stuck to the schedule we made together which allowed me to be totally in the moment. She was so un-intrusive during the ceremony that I was kinda blown away at the intimate shots she got! Jenn made all of us feel comfortable in front of the camera which was no easy feat with this group. The pictures are beyond amazing - they are beautiful and they really capture the vibe of the day. We couldn't be happier with them and our friends and family have all absolutely raved about them. We also ordered prints from her and they are great quality! -

Jenn is a Superstar!!!
Jenn is 100% the person you want to capture your most special and intimate wedding moments. As a queer couple, we were searching for a Hudson Valley photographer that would help us explore the challenges of queer wedding dynamics with family and create a safe and comfortable environment for us as we were photographed on our wedding day. Jenn went above and beyond to guide us through the process in the build up to the wedding and on the day of our wedding - discussing shot lists, the photography run of show, and on the day of, smoothly guided us through the various poses. She helped us feel relaxed and natural in front of the camera and as a result, produced photos that we feel truly embody us as a couple and the best day of our lives. Jenn is kind, creative, fun, and committed to making sure you feel reflected in your photos. Jenn doesn't feel "just like a photographer", she feels like one of your closest friends who is also insanely talented and one of your biggest support systems on your biggest day. We love Jenn and wish we could keep getting married to 1) keep hanging out with her, and 2) getting her amazing photos constantly. THANK YOU, JENN!!! -

Jenn was AMAZING as a person first and foremost - I 1000% made the right choice in photographer and that was the consensus amongst the bridal party and my family. Jenn was SO great (as was her assistant). The sneak peak pictures were absolutely unbelievable. I have no words to express how beautiful the photographs came out and how they really capture the spirit and joy of the day. I am dying to see the full catalog of photos when the time comes! I’m going to have the hardest time figuring out which to frame because they all are literally perfect. Jenn and her assistant were like ninjas and got all of these amazing shots but it wasn’t like other weddings I’ve been to when there are like 5 camera people distracting from the ceremony… it was like magic. A huge thank you to Jenn! It was such a pleasure working with her and we will keep in mind in the future if we have any other events. -

Jenn photographed our wedding in June and did an engagement shoot with us about a year before the big day. Of the infinite number of decisions we made in the planning process, deciding to engage Jenn was the best decision we made. Jenn is an exceptionally talented photographer! Her photographs really capture the emotions of the moment. She takes her time to get to know you as a couple and has a real knack for making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Even more, she is warm, professional, flexible, organized, inclusive, and the most fun to hang out with! We are really indebted to Jenn for capturing all of the love and magic of our special day. -

We can't emphasize enough how much we absolutely LOVE working with Jenn. She had such a big hand in making our wedding day so beyond special. Her attention to detail and tiny moments make her such a beautiful artist while her warmth and gentle nature make her such a beautiful soul. Not only does she make you feel at ease on such a busy and often stressful day, but she takes every shot with such enthusiasm. The end result is just... impeccable. We truly truly love our photos and already have friends & family asking us for her information. Jenn was the very first vendor I booked in 2018 when we got engaged. When covid made us delay our plans another year, Jenn was beyond accommodating and even sent us a special care package on our original wedding date. Now having been in contact with Jenn for three years, it's safe to say I have fallen in love with her work and her spirit. Thank you Jenn for sharing your many gifts with us! Hey- is it too early to book for a 10th anniversary vow renewal?! ;-) -

We LOVED having Jenn photograph our wedding at Windrift Hall. Jenn was amazing as well as the second shooter she brought.
From our first conversation over the phone we could tell she was super professional and experienced. She put us at ease instantly and offered great suggestions.
On the day of the wedding she was phenomenal. She fit right in and made everyone feel really comfortable. We are SO happy we chose her and would highly recommend her! -

We were looking for someone who could capture amazing candid moments, would be able to get all the details without feeling too underfoot, and would be able to deliver on a pretty complex wedding situation. We got all of this and more with Jenn. From the moment we signed out contract, she was excited to let us take the lead on planning photo moments when we had the capacity to do so and seamlessly and graciously take over leading the charge when we were busy with other elements of the day--both in planning and during the day of. Jenn is amazing and our photos have such great personal touch! -

- knows how to read a room and make others feel at ease in front of the camera
- captures genuine candid moments that aren’t posed at all, while maintaining the highest image integrity with absolutely beautiful compositions
- great location scout: she has an eye for perfect portrait spots, and time of day for the best lighting!
- organized, responsive, easy to work with
- EXPERIENCE: jenn knows what she is doing and it enhances more than just the photos. She is able to guide and advise on photos and schedules, but she’s also very conscious of how to fold the photo sessions into a carefully crafted schedule so the couple never feel pulled in too many directions or rushed and stressed to move from one thing to the next
- she’s just a great person and amazing photographer. I wish we had gotten engagement photos just so we could have more special images of the two of us. You’ll be looking for excuses to hang out with her again after the wedding :)

Liz Sent on 08/13/2018I recently met with Jenn for a portrait session for headshots. She is super friendly and accommodating when discussing different options for outfits/settings. We did an outdoor session with natural light as well as an indoor session with her own backdrop and professional lighting.
She was great at making me feel at ease while providing direction to get some really flattering shots. I am extremely happy with the photos, I’ve already passed her name along to family and friends for whatever occasions they have coming up that would require a photographer. -
