You WANT Jenn with you on your special day

I worked with Jenn both as vendor/coworker for years, but have also had her shoot for me personally. Not only is she genuinely caring and personable, but she’s super talented. She gets so invested and connected to her clients on a personal level, watching her work with wedding couples always seemed that she was photographing for her close friends based on their interactions! She captured my family newborn photos recently and it is an absolute talent the way that she can calm people in a tense or vulnerable situation and make you actually enjoy the experience (when you’re not one to be in front of the camera). Beyond her wonderful personality, she has an incredible talent at capturing not only a beautifully posed moment, but the candid real life moments in between. She has a gift and I’m grateful to have experienced that as a client and coworker. You would not regret having her as the one to record and preserve your most precious moments in life.

Amazing vendor through 2 covid reschedules

I am a "Covid" Bride, so that should explain how much stress and trouble we went through with our Wedding. We had to reschedule twice. Jenn was our only vendor that was gracious and super accommodating. Both times she happily gave us her available dates, and switched us so easily. Just a simple text message and we were good. Also, due to having to reschedule twice, and having lots of vendors who werent able to accomadte us as easily as Jenn we had to search and rebook most of our vendors, including our venue. I called Jenn on a Weekend and she listened as I cried, assured me that although my Wedding might not have looked like i though, but that it would feel even better. (she was so right by the way). Then she kindly walked me through more vendor options and even reached out to the other vendors before I did to make sure they weren't booked. Above and beyond for sure. It was so nice to know that I didn't have to worry about my photographer in all of this mess. The most important part to me. She got to know us during our engagement session and texts throughout this whole process. When our Wedding Finally occurred in August she was just as amazing. I got compliments from family and friends on how adaptive Jenn was and accommodating. She someone seemed to just get my big crazy family. She put in over 12 hours of work on Wedding day and god knows how many hours from the time I booked to the time my Wedding ended. We had a major delay in our timeline on the wedding day and Jenn somehow managed to completely reset the timeline, and still managed to get all the images I was wanting. She sent us over 100 images in our sneak peek gallery within a week of our wedding which blew my mind! The rest of our gallery came at around 8 weeks and was huge!!! She is a super busy photographer but I never felt like she had other Weddings beside mine (even though I know she photographed another full wedding day the day before my own). There's no one else I would trust and moving forward I cant wait for her to photograph our family as it grow! She is the kindest human I have ever met.

Best Decision We Made!

Booking Jenn as our wedding photographer was probably one of the best decision we made. Her unlimited packages are reasonably priced and all inclusive of time. We provided Jenn a must have photo list and she made those a priority for us. We had been corresponding with Jenn for 18 months prior to the wedding, but meeting her for the first time felt like I had known her for years. We had a very large wedding party and Jenn was great at keeping them all focused so we could get through the pictures.
If you are looking for a down to earth, fun loving and professional photographer that truly cares about making your day memorable for you, BOOK JENN!

Absolutely amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better photographer

In one word: Perfection! My husband, family, friends- everyone has been blown away with Jenn's work and and way of capturing every moment and emotion in her photos. I was so nervous picking a photographer because I knew having photo memories of our engagement and wedding would SO important for us to look back on years later, and I can truly say that every photo Jenn took for us was "frameable!" Not only does she get all the photos you expect, but she also gets the unexpected- the candids, the great lighting shots, the unique spots that only she has the artful eye to seek out and turn into breathtaking photos. Not to mention, Jenn as a person is SO great. My husband and I are usually uncomfortable with lots of photos, but she made us immediately feel at ease from the moment we met at our engagement session, and by the time our wedding happened we couldn't wait to spend more time with her! I definitely can't recommend her enough- she is adaptable for all environments and really captured our personalities in the photos. Jenn is there the entire wedding day too, so she's able to capture the full day and quickly turns around photos so you can relive your day again and again!

Excellent photographer

I wanted to wait until receiving my album to write my formal review. My husband and I are overall very happy with Jenn's work for our wedding. Jenn is extremely responsive to email and was very professional throughout the whole process, especially because she has not only conversed with me but both of my parents as well. We ended up choosing to have a second photographer, an option when booking with Jenn, and we are definitely glad we did because I feel like we have a better overview of the day then if it were just one person.
The pictures, both from our engagement session and wedding day, are absolutely beautiful and the wedding album turned out gorgeous as well. It did however take a full 8 weeks to receive our pictures (no sneak peek either) but it was during the busy season in Florida so I understand that, and would rather have waited then to have photos that weren't thoroughly reviewed or edited. We received just under 1000 edited pictures and so choosing a selection for the album was quite tough! It took 9 months from our wedding day to receive the album, but part of that is time we spent choosing pictures and making edits, so I'm sure the timeline varies between clients.

Again, we are very pleased with Jenn's work and would recommend her to others in the future!

I can't say enough good things about Jenn! She did an amazing job with our photos for our wedding! To say that the photos Jenn Hopkins took of my husband and I are amazing would be an understatement! Jenn invested her time in my husband, myself, and our daughter. Her pictures truly captured our love story and all of our personalities. One of Jenn's greatest qualities, especially as a photographer, is her gift to connect with people and to make them feel comfortable. She captured every special moment, and more, on our wedding day. We chose not to book a videographer for our wedding day simply because, after seeing the engagement photos of us that Jenn took, we knew we'd be able to relive every moment/emotion of our wedding day through her photographs...and we have no regrets! We cannot imagine having chosen another photographer for our engagement photos and our wedding day. She truly knows her craft. We will continue to use Jenn in the future to capture more of our special moments. Jenn was absolutely amazing to work with! She got so many great shots for our engagement photos it was hard to choose just one for our save the date! Then our wedding photos were incredible! She got them back to us very quickly too for how many hundreds of photos there were! There were so many amazing shots that helped us relive the day. We have several up around our house already. Jenn was there the whole day too, from getting ready to our end of night send off. I would recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a wedding photographer!

Without a hitch!

As a self-proclaimed control-freak perfectionist, I prepared for some part of the endless planning and coordination of my wedding day to come unhinged.

I did not have a wedding planner, but I did have Jenn Hopkins! Jenn is not simply a super-fun, incredibly talented photographer, but also a reference guide to the greatest people in the wedding business.

Not only did Jenn recommend my venue, but also my florist, DJ, and videographer, all of whom delivered 100%, flawlessly and wonderfully.

The photos are SO much more than photos! They give me the ability to relive each moment and emotion on an endless, euphoric loop. You can see and feel the vibe, the fun, and all the love! Jenn is absolutely phenomenal!

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Jenn Hopkins is as a photographer! All of her photos turn out beautiful whether it is steamy, sunny, and hot or cool, cloudy, and breezy. She was able to capture some very sweet moments between my husband and I during our engagement photo session and wedding day. This is saying a lot, since he isn't much of a picture taker. She is so easy to work with and will do whatever you ask her to do. Her photos are truly AMAZING! I highly recommend using her for your special day...worth every penny!

Jenn is fantastic. She is a fantastic photographer, but also a fantastic person. Her clients aren’t merely subjects, they’re friends - people she cares about documenting. Jenn genuinely enjoys capturing memories and because she feels so passionately about her work, she goes above and beyond at every turn. During our engagement shoot, Jenn put up with my husband’s and my inability to keep a straight face and our repetitive “We just don’t want to look cheesy.” She went to two different locations to shoot and gently coached us through each shot. On our wedding day she seemed to somehow clone herself and be in all the right places at the right time. She brought along one helper, not because we requested it or paid extra, but because she wanted to make sure we got the pictures we wanted. And did we ever. The images on Jenn’s website are stunning, and when that same quality was applied to our personal experiences, the result brought actual tears to our eyes. The images from our wedding day will always be one of our most prized possessions. We were confident in Jenn’s abilities from the get-go and were not disappointed! We can’t wait to work with her again and again as our family grows.

I knew about Jenn Hopkins because she photographed several of my friends' weddings. When the time came to begin planning our wedding, the first thing I did was reach out to Jenn to see if she was available. She wasn't! So we found a simple solution- we changed the date of our wedding to make sure Jenn could photograph it. And I would do it again in a heartbeat. To me, one of the most important details of a wedding is the photography. I have always loved looking through old family photos and wanted a photographer who would help to capture classic, candid photos that would document one of the biggest days in our life. The wedding day will pass, but the pictures are the memories you’ll share with generations to come. When I set out looking for a wedding photographer I knew I wanted these 3 things: 1)quality photography, 2)professional & dependable, 3)affordable price. There are so many amazing photographers out there but few offer all three of these qualities. Jenn is certainly the most professional, talented, affordable AND quality photographer out there. We enjoyed meeting Jenn at our engagement shoot. It was a wonderful opportunity to get to know her! Jenn pays such close attention to detail and it really shows in her photos. It’s not just pictures of two people, but it’s the artistic elements in the photos that make them truly unique & special. It’s the way she captures the light shining through the trees, or the reflection in the water, or the way the sunset provides the perfect colors…her photography style is incredible! We loved our engagement photos and Jenn used them to create a beautiful guest book for our wedding day. On our wedding day Jenn was able to capture so many hilarious/memorable/goofy shots, as well as the romantic/beautifully composed scenes that every couple wants in their wedding album. When we look through the pictures we see the story of the best day of our lives all over again. Jenn was truly AMAZING to work with! She was so sweet throughout the entire process. From the engagement session to the end of the wedding, she captured all the joy and emotion of such a special time in our lives. My husband and I will treasure the memories that she has given us to look at over and over again!

Jenn is awesome! My husband and I grew up in Florida, but now live in California so we were planning our Florida wedding from across the country and Jenn was great at walking us through all of the details via email or phone! We also didn't have the opportunity to do an engagement shoot due to the distance, but Jenn picked up on our personalities instantly and made us feel so comfortable on the day of our wedding. It rained quite heavily on our wedding day and seeing Jenn's enthusiam over how great the wet streets and post-rain light would look in photos really set this bride at complete ease. We picked Jenn because we loved all of the candid shots featured on her website and she completely nailed it for our wedding. My favorite photos are of me and my husband laughing plus all of the great family shots. Jenn is warm and feels like part of the family through the whole process. SHE'S THE BEST!

Jenn is an absolutely amazing photographer, and is so easy to work with. My husband and I were married on July 25. Like most brides, I lost a lot of sleep trying to find the perfect wedding photographer. After all, the pictures are the only memories from your big day that remain; the ones you'll see every day on your wall at home and the ones your kids and grandkids will look at one day. I came across Jenn online and instantly fell in love with the photos in her portfolio. Her style is very natural and flawless, and I was drawn to that because I wanted my photos to be light and romantic. I inquired through her website and was sent a very detailed, meticulously designed e-pamphlet. If I wasn't already impressed, meeting her sealed the deal. She was so wonderful to work with! Her ideas, from the engagement pictures to the wedding pictures, were amazingly creative- something I lack! Yet, she made sure I had every shot or pose I asked for. She was also extremely organized and helped to make sure the day-of went smoothly and that we stayed on schedule, which was so appreciated since that day was pure chaos! I can't even begin to count the number of compliments I've received on the wedding pictures that I've posted. I couldn't be happier! Although it's an understatement, it was a PLEASURE to work with Jenn. She is insanely creative and played a major part in making my wedding the fairytale I'll always remember it to be.

I could not be happier with the photography services that we had with Jenn Hopkins! She is so easy to be around on your wedding day--she fit in just like she was one of the girls. And her work: A-MAZING. We did not make it easy for her--we had a wedding party of 22 (22!) AND it rained all. day. on our wedding day. She knew I so wanted outdoor pictures, so she made it happen. She scouted times in which it wasn't raining (or barely raining) and took advantage. I couldn't be happier with the result--our pictures are beautiful. She even took us out in the pouring rain near the end of the night and got these awesome night time rain shots (ladies--if you are willing to get a little wet, the result can be so pretty!) I'd recommend Jenn in a heartbeat to any bride considering her for photography!

There's so much to say about how wonderful Jenn is that I don't even know where to begin. I did more research on my photographer than any other vendor for my wedding, it was the most important thing to me. That being said, I had no doubt Jenn would give us incredible photos to cherish forever. I booked Jenn before we even met with her, I just knew she was the photographer for us. Jenn's work is stunning, her use of light is incredible. When we met for our engagement session, I immediately loved Jenn, she was so much fun to be around and I think we laughed the entire time. Our engagement photos were beautiful and everything we wanted. Jenn was always in contact with me through the day of the wedding. If I had a question, a worry, or needed advice I knew I could always reach out to her. She was my most comforting vendor. The day of the wedding, as soon as Jenn arrived I felt relaxed, she made everything so easy, and I knew I didn't have to worry about anything. I truly enjoyed being around Jenn and I think that's because she truly loves what she does. When we got our wedding photos back it brought tears to my eyes, that's how good Jenn is! I can't stop looking at our photos because they're so beautiful, they're more than we could have ever hoped for. JENN IS AMAZING!!!! My husband and I just got married last Saturday, and Jenn took all of the photos for our engagement session and wedding. Our engagement photos were absolutely amazing and were more beautiful than I ever could've imagined! They were so gorgeous; she captures the light just right and knows just the right angles and poses to use. She had the engagement photos back to us within a week of shooting too. When we got them my husband and I literally TEARED UP because they were SO GOOD. Like - OMG GOOD. We haven't gotten our wedding photos yet but Jenn showed us a few on her camera as a sneak peek and they were AMAZING. We can't wait to see them!! We know they are going to be out of this world beautiful. She is so talented. Jenn was so helpful the day of the wedding; she acted as not only a photographer but also assisted in planning, organizing, and scheduling. She even took my dress from the hotel to the venue because we were running late!! She has the best attitude and is such a joy to work with - couldn't have been happier. Jenn Hopkins is the best photographer around!! I cannot say enough nice words about her. From the beginning she has been so professional, easy to work with, and the pictures are absolutely beautiful! I could not have imagined having anyone else there taking pictures on my wedding day. She makes everyone feel so comfortable, while keeping everyone moving along when needed. She was amazing with the kids in my wedding, trying to get them to pose is tough, but she managed to get their attention as was great at it! There is no one better. Period. Jenn and her assistant were on the ball all night. All comminucation with Jenn before the big day went well and she responded quickly. Any special requests were discussed and she was reassuring about how the schedule would go.
To let you know how much Jenn caters to her bride. I told her I hate background clutter. If something needs to be moved, please let us know and we will do it. As gifts were being opened, she moved drinks and wrappers out of the way. For my Father/Daughter reveal picture she moved the phone down behind the table. Jenn went above and beyond to not only capture my special moments, but make sure they were done in a fashion I would appreciate down the line.
Our family and bridal party went on and on about how quickly Jenn worked. She blew through the family & party photos so they could be released to cocktail hour and gave us extra time for different locations.
I could go on and on about how bubbly and friendly she is. She seemed genuinely excited to take a special picture of my teammates & I in our skates and I appreciated her reassurance that I looked nice as we worked through shots. For the price and quality, there is not another local photographer that will give you the range of shots and day of coverage. Lots of local photographers to choose from but really look at their portfolio- there is a lot of the same thing- flooded with light, black and white, tight shots, blurred, etc. Jenn has a wide range and it is why I chose her.

The day that I got engaged, I knew one thing for sure- I wanted Jenn as my wedding photographer!! Jenn and I were sorority sisters in college, and over the years I’ve seen her amazing work as the photographer of many of our friends’ weddings. Jenn has a passion and amazing talent for photography that is very clear when viewing her work. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to take our engagement photos because she had just had her son; but she was able to recommend us to the next best photographer in our area, Abbey Saxton, who was also our second shooter for the wedding.
Our wedding pictures turned out absolutely incredible! Jenn did an amazing job capturing such a variety of moments from getting ready, to our dog walking down the aisle, to our exit at the end of the night. She took such beautiful pictures of my 2-year-old niece and I getting ready that I will forever cherish. She took simple concepts and added her creative twist to make the images into statements (i.e., anything ranging from pictures of my wedding dress, to certain angles of jewelry, flowers, etc.) Prior to the wedding, Jenn was very organized and planned well in advance. She contacted and coordinated with all my wedding vendors without having to use me as the middleman. This was a major help because I just followed the timeline plan the day of the wedding, and my wedding day was calm and stress-free (for the most part!). We also had phone chats weeks before the wedding to make sure we were on the same page with everything. I only wish we would have had more time to take more of a variety of pictures of the bridal party together, but that was because we were short on time since my husband and I didn’t see each other for pictures before the wedding. We are forever grateful to Jenn for providing us with beautiful memories of our wedding day that will last beyond a lifetime!!

I really don't know where to start. When I started to look for wedding photographers and inquire with local vendors, I immediately knew I wanted to reach out to Jenn because I had been following her work for quite some time. We setup a time to meet at a local Starbucks and my fiance (now husband) and I didn't even have to discuss if we wanted her to be our wedding photographer. This is the second daugher's wedding that Jenn Hopkins has photographed. My first daughter's wedding was at the Lodge in Ponte Vedra and the photos were absolutely so beautiful, we were amazed! Jenn has such an artistic eye and she captured every detail so incredibly, we still after three years love looking at her wedding pictures. She just photographed our second daughter's reception at the TPC and I know without a doubt, we will be thrilled the second time around. Talented photographer/ unforgettable new friend! I followed Jenns blog for a few years and after she photographed a wedding I was in, I knew she would be the one if and when my big day would arrive. Once we had a date set, Jenn was the first one I contacted. She is very accommodating and responsive to phone, text and facebook messages. Jenn made us feel very comfortable at our engagement session. She made it fun and my insecurities nonexistent. She created a beautiful sign in book with our engagement images. Prior to our wedding, Jenn was very helpful in creating a day of timeline. The day of our wedding, Jenn showed up at our hotel suite and captured beautiful shots of the bridal party and family getting ready. If it wasnt for her positive energy, baby bump and smile, we wouldnt have known she was there watching us. She then went to our ceremony and reception site to take pictures of all the details. Jenn truly captured every emotion and special moment that day. Not only does she do a great job capturing the natural light of the environment, she captures natural raw emotion. When I look at our pictures now it takes me back to that moment she captured. People cant look at my pictures without commenting on what a wonderful job Jenn Hopkins did. At 7 months pregnant, she was the last one standing at our wedding and had more energy than most. Words cant express my gratitude I have for her and her talent. I cant wait to have Jenn Hopkins capture future life events the way she did on our wedding day.

I was blown away by the photos Jenn shot for my sorority sister so when I got engaged, it was a no-brainer who I wanted to do my photos. Only problem was I lived in Massachusetts so I figured it was a long shot. To my surprise, not only was she available the date of my wedding, but excited to travel to Boston to shoot my wedding! We ironed out all the details through email before the wedding and Jenn was so thorough that when my wedding day came, everything went perfectly. Some people cautioned me on using a “friend” photographer (Jenn and I were in the same sorority at University of Florida). Boy am I glad I didn’t listen!! My husband and I were married on February 23, 2013 at the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Jenn was our photographer and not only took wonderful pictures but she made everyone feel comfortable and was a peaceful presence throughout the evening. Some photographers are ALL over the place trying to anxiously get every shot. Jenn was calm, collected, and so sweet. She got all the shots we wanted down to the picture of my grandparents that was on one of the many tables in the room. Jenn is the kind of vendor that you hire because you hear about her great photos and end up with someone who you consider part of the family. Especially when you know that she is the only person you will want to call to photograph your pregnancy shots, newborn pics, and holiday cards as your family grows. Jenn is an amazing photographer. I absolutely LOVE her work. Not only is she professional, she is very friendly and has wonderful ideas for photos. On our wedding day we actually had a second photographer, also Jenn, who was also fantastic. They saved the day when I couldn't find bobby pins to put my veil on-they really were full service :).

Jenn was very helpful, responsive and flexible--she even traveled to Gainesville for our engagement session. Our engagement photos turned out amazing (our favorite being one taken in the swamp with our dog). I really can't express how easy and wonderful it was working with Jenn. About a week after the wedding she put up a sneak peek with a few photos--I can't wait to see all of the photos from the wedding.

This was the easiest and best decision of the whole entire wedding planning! Jenn's pictures speak for themselves and the added benefit is that, working with her is just as amazing. I was able to get a peek of Jenn's work from a friend's wedding and knew that she was "the one." She is so organized and professional, but also fun! It's so important to find someone you actually want to hang to out on your wedding day!! Jenn gave me a play-by-play schedule for the wedding day and that made everything SO much easier. Even the other vendors used it as a guideline! I knew I had nothing to worry about on the day of the wedding. Jenn captured ALL the details I spent a whole year planning and that was really important. Jenn will ask you for a list of what photos are 'must haves'. I looked through her photos of other weddings, photos from my friends' weddings, talked to my fiance, talked to my parents and his parents. Ask what they want and think about what you want captured forever. Be realistic too... you want to enjoy your day. She will make it happen!! We had tornadoes the day of our wedding and our outdoor, Southern dream wedding turned into an indoor, ballroom, rainback up... but the emotion and love she captured was amazing. PLUS-- don't be afraid to take that gown outside in the rain with umbrellas. The photos are AMAZING!!!!!

I would, without reservation, 100% recommend Jenn Hopkins Photography to everyone that I know. I've known since I first saw Jenn's work that someday she would photograph my wedding. This past New Years Eve we flew her out to San Diego to photograph our special day. When planning my wedding my biggest focus was on the photographer. I searched and searched online for months before I found Jenn Hopkins. When I saw her photos and style I knew instantly she was the perfect photographer for my wedding. On our first meeting, Jenn talked to my husband and I for about two hours!! She was sweet and professional and felt like a friend I had known for years. We booked her immediately!
Once it was time to plan our engagement pictures, she helped us find the perfect location. She emailed me new ideas she had and asked if we wanted to try. I couldn't have been happier then because I wanted something unique. She actually went ahead of time and "scoped out" good spots for our pictures and came up with GREAT ideas. Guys don't necessarily love to have their pictures taken, but she made my husband feel comfortable and he enjoyed the experience just as much as I did.
Jenn was very organized and planned out our entire wedding day timeline so we were never rushed when taking our pictures. She was there with me the entire day and captured all the special moments from getting ready that morning to leaving the reception. My husband and I didn't see each other before the wedding, so when it was time to take our pictures after the ceremony she was quick to make sure we had plenty of great photos together. I was worried we would take a lot of time and our guests would have to wait for us, but that was not the case. Jenn had everything ready and made sure we were happy before moving on!
Her pictures are beautiful and speak for themselves, but I loved the natural lighting and poses she captures!! Her attention to detail and organization is what makes the experience so nice.
When the days over, the memories and pictures are all we have and I 'm so thankful Jenn captured ours. Not only is it nice to have a photographer so talented, but having someone so nice, sweet and professional to work with makes the experience so much better. I always knew that pictures would be one of the most important aspects of my wedding, so choosing a photographer was going to be one of THE most important decisions I had to make. I knew I wanted a classic look, but not the stuffy boring generic photos that so many wedding photographers provide. I wanted classic, but with an artsy/modern/fun look – basically just capturing our “joy and happiness.” So I began the search within the Orlando area, but soon became frustrated. The problem was that most photographers were already booked up since we had a short engagement. Additionally, I was finding it more and more common that what was presented on a vendor’s website, was not actually all the facts or "total" costs.

My cousin (who is a photographer herself but who was in my bridal party) had recommended that I find a photographer who works in “natural light,” as she knew that was a beautiful style for photos. I stumbled across Jenn Hopkins Photography online through a search for natural light and instantly LOVED her work on her website. From what I saw on her blog, I was definitely impressed. We emailed and she was quick to respond – she was very straightforward and no-nonsense. I asked her a ton of background questions (which she quickly and gracefully answered) and she also provided me some examples of full-wedding packages that she had shot so I could have a better feel for her wedding work. I will note that her contract and pricing were truly fair and she tailored a package to meet my exact needs. Some of the things I really liked were that 1) I was able to book a second shooter, 2) Jenn traveled from Jacksonville to Orlando and did not charge a travel fee, 3) my package included the entire CD of images, and most of all… 4) Jenn provided unlimited wedding day coverage (she was there from hair/makeup until the final send-off.) Through the planning process, we were able to talk via email and phone conversations to develop a written timeline for the wedding day and reception, and a list of photos we wanted to accomplish. We were also able to talk through some specific details such as accommodating my special-needs brother, and coordinating all of the stepparent relationships. Jenn also told me that she has a background in event planning, which makes for a great combo.

On the day of the wedding, Jenn and her second shooter were on time and where they needed to be, and continued to be well-organized throughout the day. She made sure to get all of the “detail” photos I wanted and went completely out of her way to take photos in different places and different settings - Jenn took a TON of photos. She made everyone feel comfortable and at ease through the process as well – no pressure. Jenn was a trooper and made it through a long day. I appreciate her and her second shooter’s commitment and work ethic!! Jenn also abided by our contract, and we were not stuck waiting around for the photos – they came within the established timeframe. This is important because I’ve heard horror stories from friends that don’t get their photos for a year! And….the photos look soooooooo amazing!!! I’m very happy with how they turned out and it definitely captures the feel I was looking for. I’m happy that my husband and I get to be part of Jenn’s portfolio of work.

The whole process was super flawless, which made for no-stress wedding planning. Overall, Jenn was super friendly and easy to work with. She also provides amazing customer-service and responsiveness. And you can tell she really loves what she does and cares about each bride and groom. Also, throughout the entire process, Jenn was able to effectively coordinate with our venue and all of our vendors to make the photos look incredible, and overall make our day and evening run smoothly. JENN HOPKINS PHOTOGRAPHY is a great vendor and I highly recommend Jenn’s services – she will not disappoint.

Jenn stood out to me because her photos were insanely beautiful but real, you could see real love in them, real smiles, nothing overworked or over done. I am extremely picky and extremely critical, especially when spending the kind of money you do on a wedding, I think she was worth every penny. She is warm but still maintains a professional atmosphere. She will work with your timeframe and make sure she captures every detail. She sent me some teaser photos and they were incredible- yay Jenn!!!!

Jenn is amazing. She is beyond organized and the pictures come out beautifully. She is the perfect photographer if you are looking for someone who can produce natural prints, but also integrate creativity and elegance. Worth every penny!!

My husband and I REALLY enjoyed having Jenn as our photographer. She was responsive, easy to work and plan with, extremely talented, and a pleasure to have as part of our special day. She had no problems working with us as we were planning the wedding from overseas. She was also flexible with any special requests and able to work with us on the price. Jenn exceeded all of our expectations for a photographer. She stayed with us all day long until the very last goodbye-- she really spoiled us! Additionally, she saved us by showing us how to cut the cake and how to toss the garter/bouquet! I am absolutely recommending Jenn to all of my future bride friends. She is the best!

Jenn was AMAZING to work with! She spent the time to get to know us as a couple and learn what we wanted out of our photography session. She was extremely professional, but also really fun and flexible. We had a BLAST with her and the pictures turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We get compliments on them from everyone! The absolute best! Of all the wedding vendors we dealt with, Jenn was by far the easiest and most pleasurable to work with. She's knowledgable, creative, and her extremely friendly attitude is a definate plus. The shots that she took, from the engagment photos to the wedding family photos, to the candids, and the detail photos, were much more than we could ever imagine. Her quality of work is amazing. Although it won't be soon, we've already decided when the time comes to expand our family, Jenn will definately be the one to take the baby photos, and our famiy photos for many years to come.

Jenn is an awesome photographer with a very creative eye. She was also very helpful with the timeline details, so that it was easy to organize the wedding party, and know what was when. Even though the day seemed to fly I never felt rushed, and most of the time I didn't even feel like I was under the camera's eye, that is how at ease she can make you feel. She was also very open to any suggestions or thoughts that I had.
Lets just face it I loved my photographer and can't wait to have her capture other important moments in our lives!!!!!

You did our engagement pictures and our wedding in Islamorada, Fl and I honestly could NOT have asked for a better photographer, better images, better shots, better ANYTHING!! Words CANNOT express how awesome your work really is. You were overly patient with my "crazy" wedding party and we really appreciated that. We know they weren't an easy bunch. Jenn is fantastic photographer- our wedding photos are amazing! On top of that, Jenn is a great person- really caring and funny and really determined to get you the photos you want. Jenn spent time with us to determine what kind of "feel" we were looking for in our photos so that she could make sure she got us just what we wanted. For our wedding, we wanted to have fewer formal photos and Jenn was great about getting those done, quickly moving through them without making anyone feel rushed, so we could all get to the reception and start the party!! I highly recommend Jenn to any bride...she is just plain awesome!!

Simply the best

Our experience with Jenn was a great one. We live in Pittsburgh and got married at the Omni in Amelia Island and Jenn was on their preferred vendor list and choosing her was a great decision. Her packages were reasonably priced, the pictures were amazing, and she is so sweet and kind! It was great to have a personable photographer to tell you where to stand and what to do, and especially when you're doing something where you look not so great. She'll let you know! She made us and our wedding party feel very comfortable all day long. Plus, her pictures were gorgeous and she sent so many!

Our wedding pictures are absolutely beautiful! Jenn did a great job and I am so happy I booked with her! Several things went wrong on the day of our wedding but our photography was beautiful and flawless!

Worst service experience ever

This has been the worst service I've ever experienced. Jenn's contract stated that she would do her best to return my wedding photos within 12 weeks, which is more than double the average time for a wedding photographer. I thought this must be an exaggeration in case she has delays. However, I reached out to her at the 12-week mark to find out that she was delaying by 2 more weeks. She told me they would be ready on the 18th at the latest. When I reached out on the 18th, she delayed by 10 more days. I've never heard of such unprofessional service in my life. It's clear that she put my wedding on the back burner and had no priority for my photos. She's shown that she has no concern with prioritizing your wedding album and getting something so meaningful back to you with timeliness and intentionality. On top of that, she gives no communication or consideration. She gave me no updates along the way and didn't tell me about her delays until I asked for my photos the evening of the latest dates she gave me. When I respond to her delays with any concern she doesn't even respond or show any expression of being sorry for her continuous delays and horrible service. With something so exciting and meaningful, I would not recommend her to anyone. I have never heard of a photographer taking more than 16 weeks to return photos nor have I ever heard of any professional being so inconsiderate.
