Killian Sent on 07/10/2017Jen was so wonderful the day of and provided us with over 8,000 pictures to look through before she even edited them. Professional throughout the experience but does take a minute to respond from time to time. When she doesn't meet her set expectations she is quick to provide compensation!Jen Clark Photography's reply:

User2967241 Sent on 02/05/2017Jen is an amazing photographer! We were impressed from the beginning with her as she was very organized and professional. She made us feel comfortable too and was willing to do creative things like helping us climb in a tree for some of our engagement photos! Jen helped us plan for what shots we wanted to be sure to get on our wedding day, but she and her assistant took so many photos that they captured so much more than we had even planned on which was great! When our timeline had to be shifted a little on our wedding day, Jen was able to go with the flow and really helped me not stress about it. She made sure we got our priority shots despite the timeline shift. Jen also allowed us to see all the photos and make choices which was challenging because there were so many to choose from but amazing because we were able to choose some photos that captured special moments that she may not have realized and chosen for us. The photos speak for themselves as she does an amazing job from the beginning and any edits just perfect her work. She has some really nice album options to choose from that are very customizable. We will definitely use Jen in the future for family photos and highly recommend her to others!Jen Clark Photography's reply:

User1787003 Sent on 08/30/2014Jen was very sweet. We booked her several months before the wedding. However, I didn't hear from her until about six days before the wedding when I contacted her. After the wedding, she decided to change her policy and have us pick out photos to edit versus her picking out photos or editing all of them. I told her that I didn't think I could pick the best (isn't that what's photographer is for) and she had promised to edit all of them, so instead, several months later, she sends me all of the photos with horrible editing. I could've pushed "auto edit" on any program and would've gotten as good of photos. Pick someone more creative. You won't be sorry.Jen Clark Photography's reply:
Melissa, I have emails from you back in 2009 after you received your wedding pictures stating how much you love your pictures. I'm not sure what has changed your mind since then. I still have your pictures on my website for anyone to see. I honestly was there with you all day and night (pictures prove) and I love the photography product you received and stand by my service. If you had come to me directly I would have tried very hard to make you happy and accommodate your personal needs now. I have never auto edited any pictures, and I never will. I want all finished pictures to be as perfect as I can get them and ready for clients to print. I love what I deliver to clients! If you are a potential client please look at other reviewers and my photography website to make your own decision. My business is constantly evolving as new technologies become available. I now provide USB flash drives with all photos to clients within days of the event. The process of clients being able to select their own pictures to be edited has been in place since 2008. I love that I can offer this! My clients know better than I do when it comes to selecting photos of loved ones. I can tell you what pictures are technically better (like sharpness), but clients being able to select their favorites is a huge benefit to them! Albums are similar in process, clients choose their own pictures and I make the page design. Clients get unlimited changes to my design so it is perfect for them. With each improvement of my business I always offer present clients the option of adopting the changes I have made, or keeping the system I have had in the past. I am very grateful to have clients that love my photography and I will continue to do my best for them. Every client has different needs, and I do my best to accommodate each and every one of you.
