My husband and I were so grateful that we found Jen Bee! Her work is out of this world. She is so passionate about what she does, which is why she is so amazing! We are in love with our pictures. She captured so many memories that we will cherish forever. She had an awesome helper who was also a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working Jen Bee in the future! Jen and her second shooter Kelly were absolutely stellar. Having great photos came about 3rd on the list of things we wanted for the whole wedding, right behind getting married and actually enjoying the thing. Jen and Kelly nailed it and helped us achieve all three of those things!
Highlights:
1.We don't enjoy being the center of attention and we’re shy when it comes to PDA, so we were nervous we’d be uncomfortable during our whole wedding, especially for the photos. Jen and Kelly were fun, relaxed, and light-hearted the whole night. They're best friends, so they have an awesome dynamic between them. We wanted to be best friends with them too by the end of the night! They completely put us at ease.
2.We're also not huge planners and didn’t have a ‘vision’ for the wedding or the photos. We didn’t give Jen a lot to work with besides “we love the desert and we want great photos with cacti and our dog.” Jen took that tiny bit of direction and completely delivered. We ended up with the desert's ONE rainy day in spring, for our outdoor wedding, with no indoor backup plan. Whatever mental image we had for photos was out the window! But Jen gave us everything we wanted and more. We have stunning portraits next to gigantic cacti, close-ups of intricate succulents, a funny first-look with our dog, and sweet shots of our parents dancing under strung lights.
3.Jen and Kelly were savvy about dealing with the potential for family members to interject during the wedding photos. Everyone has a guest who try to get the photos they want regardless of whatever plan you have. Jen and Kelly were totally cool about this; firm when necessary but still completely positive and light-hearted, making sure to get the photos they needed without making anyone feel put out.
On top of all that, Jen took the time to meet with us when we were in town for the holidays. She delivered the photos in 4 weeks, half the time that was in the contract. I’m SO GLAD Jen and Kelly were our photographers!

I chose Jen because her portfolio showed she was able to capture personality, produce photos rich in color and diverse in type, and she offered several packages so I could pick what I wanted that matched my price range. When we first met she was patient and detailed how engagement/wedding photo timelines worked. I was very nervous before meeting up for the engagement photos! After a few minutes with Jen, I calmed down… she has the type of personality that lets you know she’s got things under control. She was AMAZING at telling us how to pose, because we were so clueless. “Tilt your head, stick your hips out, bend your knee, etc.” The engagement photos were perfect and she even edited out about a bajillion gnats and a butt crack that wanted to join the party! (It was a tight dress.. the sun highlighted a little too much.) Jen arrived on the wedding day in the middle of hair/make up and got started no questions asked. Took pictures of everything, even things I didn’t think about! For formal portraits you could tell that she was making up poses/locations up on the spot and that these photos were going to be truly unique to us. Jen is not only a professional and an artist, but also calming, meticulous, accommodating, kind, and funny. I felt so fortunate having her capture these important moments. I knew early on that she was going to be my lifetime photographer. Anyone who chooses her to capture your life’s big moments is not going to be disappointed!

We loved working with Jen! She was recommended by a friend in Tucson and it couldn't have worked out better. She was very prompt and professional via email, making it easy to figure out pricing and services we needed. We met her in person and she helped outline a plan for the actual day. She had never shot at our venue, but took the time to check it out beforehand. We were so happy to have her (and her counterpart) there. She made it a priority to get plenty of photos of truly everything. We had lots of classic poses/arrangements as well as unique ideas that captured a genuine vibe of our day. Jen was prompt in communication after the wedding, editing photos, sending us the link and then sending the USB by mail. We were so happy with the results! They captured every "big" moment of the night as well as beautiful ambient shots of all the details. There were many candids from the dance floor and nice moments with all of our guests. That night, Jen really was the perfect amount of present and invisible. Honestly, once the reception got going, I don't remember seeing them very often, but she managed to get everything we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

When I met Jen I knew instantly she would be the perfect wedding photographer. She instantly made me feel comfortable and like I had known her my whole life. She caught all sorts of special little moments on camera. She has a very mindful and thoughtful approach to her work, an eye for beauty and an appreciation for the quirky things that make us unique. She is a kind person with a zest for life and I can't explain it but it comes out in her photos. She really took some very stunning wedding photos and if I could give her six stars I would. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH MY WEDDING PHOTOS!

She was, in short, perfect. From her willingness to drive miles down a dirt road for a last-minute wedding on a holiday weekend, to her professional and considerate presence, and her gentle suggestions to create the perfect shot, we couldn't have had a more pleasant or accommodating photographer. She was sensitive to who we are as a couple, and her photographs demonstrate this- they are gorgeous, and they are real, they are "us." She captured the natural beauty of our venue with jaw-dropping sunset pictures; she definitely has a talent for nature as well as wedding photography. Many people have told me our photos were the most beautiful from any wedding they had ever seen, and I couldn't agree more.

Originally I was going to have my friend capture our wedding day but a month before the wedding he got an amazing job opportunity up in Seattle, Wa. I started to call many photographers but unfortunately they were already booked for that date being that it was only a month away. Then a friend of a friend recommended Jen Hoffman, so I called her and asked if she was available on that day and by golly the heavens opened up and she said I have that day open! I jumped with joy and said please be my photographer! She said yes and the rest was blissful history. We met up before the wedding at Coffee Exchange and went over the details. Jen's professionalism was top notch and her assistant was fantastic! My guest and family loved her and the photos she captured, let's just say they were the quality fit for a King and Queen! She will be and forever more my photographer for life! She is the best and we would get married a million times just to have her amazing photographic eye shine through our timeless, magical and unforgettable day. You will not regret your choice in choosing Jen Hoffman and her exquisite professional team. We love you Jen and we can't wait for those future baby photos to come!!!!

Jen was wonderful! I was hesitant at first because of the price tag, but it was totally worth every penny. She was friendly and I was comfortable with her through the entire process. Our pictures are beautiful, she captured every moment we wanted. I can't recommend her enough!

My husband and I cannot recommend Jen enough. She photographed our August wedding in Tucson. She was great to work with, always accessible when we needed to get in touch, and very clear about her plan and vision for the photos for our day. That aside, the finished photos alone were more than enough for us to enthusiastically recommend Jen. The pictures she captured of us with the sunset in the background literally look like they belong in a magazine. Additionally, she captured every special moment of our ceremony and reception perfectly. We will cherish our photos for a lifetime - thank you Jen!

Jennifer Hoffman and her team were amazing. From the very first meeting she was organized, professional and was always responsive. As the big day got closer she reminded me of things she would need to make her job easier (i.e. a list of family picture combinations...). Even if it took me a month to deliver... she was never pushy and she was very understanding of how busy we all were. The day of the event, Jen was on time and to be honest - she was basically invisible...of course in a good way for our big day. The quality of her work is proof perfect that she is an excellent photographer. I don't remember her being there for 75% of the pictures, yet she was able to capture every special moment my husband and I had on our wedding day. The other 25% of the time we put her to work and Jen had no problem going on to 2 different roofs in downtown Tucson as well as riding along in a carriage! Those pictures turned out better than I could have ever imagined.
Jen's picture options were flexible and diverse and she is very upfront about what to expect. I found her prices to be quite reasonable for the amazing quality and professionalism we received. My husband and I are very happy with her work and we look forward to utilizing Jen's services in the future as our family plans on growing. I would absolutely recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Jen knew what she was doing even when we had no idea what was going on. She is an artist and the pics definitely reflected that. The one thing I would put out there is to scout your own locations for photos at your venue, if we hadn't suggested moving to other areas, we would have only had courtyard pictures. So, just don't be afraid to make suggestions in that respect. Otherwise a great experience

Jen does amazing work! Along the way I was a clueless bride. Jen took care of both our engagement photos and wedding day. Her vision is beyond anything I could have asked for. Jenn was phenomenal and really flexible about staying later than originally planned. The pictures came out absolutely stunning and I'd definitely recommend her to anybody and would use her again in the future for any other events in which we may need a photographer.

Simply put, Jen Hoffman is not only an extremely talented photographer, but is also a true professional! From the first conversation we had with her at the time we were considering hiring her to do our wedding photos, she was patient and thorough, and she under-promised and over-delivered on all that was promised to us! Our wedding photos are phenomenal...we couldn't be more pleased. Our family and friends who have seen our photos keep telling us they look like they should be published in a wedding magazine. Hands down, Jen deserves total credit for making us look so good! We highly recommend Jen to anyone...whether they are looking for a wedding photographer, a baby photographer, an event photographer, etc.

I highly recommend Jen Hoffman for photography for any occasion. I hired her for our wedding reception after seeing phenomenal newborn photographs that she had shot recently. I am thrilled with the job she did, from capturing all aspects of our event including the decor details and setting, formal photos of bride and groom and family, and fabulous candid shots of socializing, dining and dancing. The quality of the photos along with the artistic composition is most impressive. Also she is a very sweet and unobtrusive presence at an event, very much a pleasure to work with.

Finding the right photographer for your wedding is a challenging task. We wanted images that captured emotion and the feel of the day and to shoot entire day start to finish - and a nice person since you spend your entire day with your photographer! :) I found this all in Jen and more! The moment she and her awesome right hand woman Kelly arrived...I had that moment of OMG this is real..."we are getting married "...and boy did they get right to work photographing all of the small details we added to our wedding, awesome images of us girls getting married to the boys having their toasts before! Our ceremony images are beautiful, the couple portraits are ammaazziinngg and she captured the FUN of the night exactly how I remember it! I confidently recommend Jen with Five Stars to any bride! Jen is such a calming person! After our initial meeting, my fiancé and I felt strongly that she was the perfect photographer for us because she is easy going and super talented!! My husband and I didn't have a traditional wedding and we really needed a photographer to be flexible and willing to give us exactly what we wanted, and Jen was perfect for that! She communicated frequently with us up until the day of the wedding and had some great suggestions. On the day of the wedding, she was mindful of our space and allowed the process to happen without interruptions. She did a great job at capturing emotions and using her artistic abilities to create such beautiful images. I would highly recommend Jen, and we plan on using her for family photos in the future.

I absolutely love all of my wedding photos! Jen was great. She stayed with me all day long and took pictures from when I first started getting my makeup on until the end of the night. Her assistant photographer was also fantastic. We could not be more pleased.

Jen was absolutely wonderful. She worked within our budget and even traveled to Phoenix from Tucson for our big day. She met with my husband and I before the wedding to go over all the details. The day of the wedding she, her other shooter and another woman she was mentoring showed up right on time and got to work. They were all very polite and gave great direction. It was very exciting to see her set up shots. It was very obvious that she has a passion for photography and capturing moments. They spent all day taking photos and made sure we were always comfortable.I love her style of photography and capturing everything as it happens. I cannot wait to see the photos in a few weeks. I will be recommending her to all my friends! We will definitively be using her again to capture more special events.

Jen Hoffman is an AMAZING photgrapher - just check out the photos on her website and see for yourself! We decided to try Jen's services for our engagement photos and she did a great job. We loved more photos than we had space to frame. We even used one of them on our wedding invitations. Jen is extremely personable. It was so nice to spend time with her on our wedding day. She was so helpful and fit in really well. It seemed like she was part of the weding party. We even hopped in the photo booth her Jen and her team! We just received our wedding photos earlier than estimated and they were absolutely beautiful!! Jen is very gifted! The photos were so artistic and vibrant and we have received so many compliments!! We live in Virginia but would fly out to Arizona for another photo shoot if we need a photographer. Hands down, you will not regret the decision to hire Jen as your photographer!

I have to say that having Jen photograph our wedding was by far the best vendor decision we made. During our wedding planning, my (now!) husband and I were simply baffled at the poor level of customer service provided by so many business. This was so not the case with Jen. From my first email she was super friendly, always quick to respond, professional, and flexible.
I was not a super organized bride with a "plan" for photos, and Jen was able to walk us through everything, create a timeline, and stick with it (even when I was an hour late getting to the venue, she still made it work!)
Jason and I are NOT picture people, but she was able to capture our personalities and the love between us and our friends and family...and make us all look damn good!
So to sum up, if you want a crazy talented wedding photographer who will create some amazing, creative and artistic shots, as well as some beautiful traditional portraits, Jen Hoffman is your girl.
Also, we got married on St. Patrick's Day, and Jen and her second shooter totally wore green. Because they are awesome.

Initially when my fiance (now husband) and I looked at her photo gallery we figured that she would be way out of our budget because we felt her pictures were so unique and beautiful, but we decided to ask for pricing anyhow. We were shocked and ecstatic to find out that she had a package offering exactly what we wanted at our exact budget. My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding photos. Jen and her assistant did an outstanding job. They were personable and made us feel very comfortable while taking photos. Jen did a great job of listening to our opinions ahead of time and making the wedding day run smoothly. She was professional, creative, fun and exactly what we wanted in a photographer. Without a question, we will use Jen for any other photos we decide to do in the future.

Jenn was amazing! I had a high expectation of the finished product and Jenn went above what I had expected. The creativity of the shots you don't see them take the day of come out in the photos. It's amazing how many amazing pictures we ended up with. From start to finish of the day they have the whole day in photos. I can relive that day in photos anytime I want she did not miss a detail of my day.
Jenn is very creative and a blast to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.

Jen is an amazing photographer. She went above and beyond and captured amazing moments with her photography skills. I wanted a more artistic look for my photos and she was able to listen to what I was looking for and provide exactly what I wanted. She was also just a joy to work with. Her personality makes taking photos fun. Even my husband who hates sitting still for photos loved her and she brought out our personalities on camera :) All I can say is you won't find a better photographer for your wedding. She is so flexible and goes above and beyond to capture every moment of your special day

Jen was amazing! The pictures she took were so beautiful and artistic. She made sure I didn't miss a great photo opportunity.
I have recommended her and will continue to recommend her to anyone that is looking for a photographer.
She did such an amazing job that I plan on using her again when we do our family pictures next year.

I was BEYOND pleased with Jen's services. She was easy to communicate with and made me feel like I was the only client she had. When taking pictures she was NON-invasive and when it was time for pictures with just my (now husband) and I she made us feel completely at ease. That comfort came through in our pictures and it made them that much more special. Russell and I are a silly couple by nature but she was still able to catch the intense love we have for eachother in the photos! For that I will be forever greatful... I would HIGHLY recomend her... you will NOT be disaopinted!

Jen is a fantastic photographer! Our pictures were beautiful, and she was ESPECIALLY helpful and responsive with creating guest galleries, organizing formal shots, and capturing candid moments. I highly recommend her for weddings, especially if you like the photojournalistic style of event photography, showing the day as it really happened. Added bonus: she's very friendly and open to ideas. :)

we have been absolutely thrilled with the way jen's photos turned out! they are very artistic without being too staged. she and her assistant were very easy to work with and the were't in the way at all. my only comment would be that while we got lots of pictures of our guests that were on the dance floor, it would have been nice to see some of the other faces that were there. also, she and her assistant spent most of the pre-cereomy prep time with me (the bride) and the bridesmaids, but it would have been nice to get some prep shots of the groom and the groomsmen, but i just wasn't thinking at the time otherwise i would have asked her to get some of those shots. but overall we were very happy with the way the pictures turned out- i highly recommend jen hoffman!

Our wedding pictures turned out great. We worked with Jen to do our engagement pictures (which also turned out really well) and when the wedding came she already had ideas of what she wanted to for poses and such. I left most of the picture ideas up to her and she did a great job. Our day was a bit chaotic, but Jen worked to get all the pictures we wanted of family and helped us to stay on time before the wedding. We got our edited pictures back in less than a month and she was very patient with any edits we wanted. In the future we plan to use her for any picture occasion we need.
