We booked Jenn back in 2022 for our 2024 wedding, and it was the easiest decision by far. All it took was reading Jenn's website and bio to know that we would get along great! Her communication throughout the booking, planning, and post-wedding was immaculate. She also gave us some great input on other vendors we were planning to book. Turns out, just about all of our vendors had already worked together before, and it made for a very smooth sailing planning and day-of experience.
We were a little nervous leading up to our engagement session, but Jenn made us feel so comfortable and knew how to pull us out of the basic awkward posing and put us into real candid moments to capture our true selves. We walked through the cold ocean and the very muddy Lily Valley, but it was so much fun because we were all in it together and made the best out of each moment.
On our wedding day, the rain came pouring down and added some stress to our plans. However, Jenn had such high spirits and reminded me of how beautiful the photos would come out with the moody lighting (and OMG, they are all so gorgeous). She and her team were such troopers standing out in the rain to capture some beautiful shots. Thankfully, the sun came out just in time for us to have our ceremony outside, and Jenn and her team got to capture all the beautiful bright moments outside, and we were able to take our couple portraits out in the gardens.
With all that said, Jenn never once joined my freak-out stages and kept so calm when we were running behind schedule. She and her team were amazing to work with, and I hope that I have more opportunities in the future to work with her again.
If you're thinking about it, just do it already! You will not be disappointed. -

Are you tabulating the NUMBERS people are ASKING of you to do literally anything for your wedding? Are you asking if it’s worth getting Jenn out there for [any event] when you have talented family members and friends with iPhones and that might be more fun anyways? Are you nervous about the pressure that comes with having a Photo Grapher?
We did that too, at length. I came from the future to tell you in no uncertain terms: Book Jenn. Just do it. I’m so deadass. Book her, and if you’re still on the fence, read the rest of this and then book her.
Below I have tabulated Jenn’s achievements into an easily-parsable list for the undecided, in no particular order. Apologies in advance for subject-verb disagreement:
1. First of all she got me, unprompted, to take twenty minutes and vomit out an extremely long, glowing (tldr) review which i have never done ever in my life.
2. Made our photo-shy and awkward personalities feel absolutely comfortable to mug, to do silly Photo Things, to Emote, to look sexy and glamorous and dumb and affectionate and everything in between. I thought it’d be so much pressure to have this professional photographer (and associated entourage) come and Perceive us, but she and her team are so easy and full of personality that you feel totally at home being in yours.
3. Showed up in every interaction with the utmost authority, care, attention to detail, flexibility, and honesty. She (and her lovely team) set the bar extremely, extremely high in terms of communication and professionalism WHILE being so fun and comfortable to be around. We started wishing many of the Wedding People we encountered were more like her in some way.
4. Knows what you don’t know you want: as you’ve realized already, there are a million billion things to decide about your wedding and its adjacent Functions, and sometimes you want a certain thing and other times you’re like, “man, I don’t know, I guess it’d be nice to do before I die.” (We fell very much into this last category.) Jenn never leaves you hanging. If you don’t know what you want, she’s the eye of the storm, always ready with a Vision, a prompt, a suggestion, or her lovely creative eye. Every minute of our sessions with her felt directed and cared for.
5. Knows what you do want: At the same time, if you do have any input on creative direction—from full shoot concepts to the tiniest unformed inklings of what to photograph—all you have to do is mention it, and she throws her full self into making it happen for you. It’s like having a rocket engine strapped to you. It’s crazy. I fully had an out-of-body experience watching her spin our dreams to life.
6. She’s buff as hell.
7. CONSTANTLY STRAPPED TO THE GILLS with THINGS that you NEED and also an Uncrustable too, which a member of her team very kindly offered me at one point.
8. Made us feel beautiful??? In the year of our lord 2025, it’s a big ask to feel comfortable in your body or how you look on camera. But Jenn’s got this ability to capture every unprompted, fleeting, lovely moment where your face opens up and your body relaxes. Those photos are so priceless and she manages to capture a million of them every shoot; we’ll cherish every one forever. Every time she shows you what’s on her camera you want to vomit because of how unbelievably magical they are.
Anyways, been rambling. Jenn is incredible at what she does and is the best money I’ve ever spent in my life. I’m jealous of those of you who get to meet her for the first time. Book her. What are you doing still reading this? -

One of the best parts of our wedding was getting to meet Jenn and have her and her wonderful team capture the day in the most SPECTACULAR way possible!! We are so lucky to call Jenn our wedding photographer!
Before our wedding, we had our engagement shoot with Jenn which we were initially nervous about since we aren’t usually comfortable around a camera. Even if you ‘don’t know how to pose’, Jenn is fantastic at getting you to feel natural and listens to how you’re feeling in the moment. We ended up having so much just running around the beach and forest, dancing, and popping champagne. After the shoot, we got our photos back so quickly and gasped the first time we saw them. We felt like our personalities came through in every photo. Getting to incorporate outfit changes and scenery changes into our engagement shoot gave us a beautiful variety of photos, with some being more formal and others being more fun and silly.
Our vision really came to life on the wedding day itself, which is especially due to Jenn and her team being so prepared the entire time. They were always aware of the timeline, in contact with our wedding coordinator, and good at communicating with family and friends about where they should be at what time, and how to pose. Before our wedding, we had long conversations over Zoom where we felt like Jenn worked hard to understand our hopes and desires for the day beforehand. Overall, Jenn and her team are very personable and fun to work with. We can promise that if you hire Jenn, you will have a great time!
And of course, the final product was more than we could have ever asked for. It would be impossible to pick a favorite photo because every photo is my favorite. We love that Jenn offers a ‘sneak peak’ pretty soon after your photoshoot before releasing the full amount of promised photos. We specifically love how Jenn captured the following: details through our flat lays, the emotions people were experiencing on the day, the relationships between us and our wedding party, and the scenery of the wedding venue.
We hope to get the privilege of working with Jenn again in the future! -

We highly recommend Jenn!
We are absolutely blown away by our photos from Jenn! Not only are they stunning, but Jenn’s guidance and calm direction throughout it made our elopement feel fun, natural, and stress-free.
A highlight was at the very end when we thought we had forgotten our champagne bottle. We found it as we were leaving, and Jenn went out of her way to make sure we got photos with it. She came up with such a creative and fun idea for the shots, and they turned out amazing!
Her assistant was also so kind and helpful, making the whole experience even smoother. Jenn took us to some amazing spots that made the background of our photos just absolutely incredible! These photos and memories are something we’ll treasure forever. We can’t recommend Jenn enough! -

Jenn is the best!
We had an engagement session with Jenn and loved the experience so much that we knew we had to have her shoot our wedding, too!
Before the engagement session, Jenn took the time to meet with my (now) husband to go over different places where he could do the proposal. She talked strategy and ideas from her many years of experience. She was really personable and professional. Before the wedding she strategized and helped organize and plan all the different couple photos as well as the family portraits. This helped him feel prepared for the big day.
During the engagement shoot, Jenn made everything feel easy. She was warm, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. She gave clear direction when needed but incorporated our personalities. She even asked for our ideas and was always open to any suggestions. Since we had our engagement shoot with her, we felt like we were in great hands during the wedding. You can tell she went above and beyond to capture special moments of us and our family at our wedding.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Jenn checked in with us consistently and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We always felt heard. She was really kind and super easy to talk to.
After both engagement and wedding shoots, Jenn sent us sneak peeks so quickly and then sent the full gallery in a timely matter. The final photos were so beautiful, high quality and they truly captured our personalities. They definitely weren’t your basic photos, but really captured us. We’ve received so many compliments on our photos, and it's clear that Jenn has a unique take.
Everything was presented in an organized user friendly way. We’re so happy we chose Jenn and that we these timeless memories we can look back on. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer for their special day! -

Flawless photos, Unmatched support, and Peace of mind
I couldn’t have chosen a better photographer to capture both our engagement session and wedding day. From start to finish, she made my husband and me feel completely at ease behind and in front of the camera, and we had an absolute blast!
As a type B bride, I approached the planning process a bit more relaxed than I probably should’ve. Thankfully, I chose a type A photographer who had my back every step of the way. She went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly and that all the little details I hadn’t even considered were fully taken care of. From helping us build out our timeline, to fixing wardrobe hiccups, to gently (but effectively) creating space for me to breathe during those pre-wedding jitter, she was truly invaluable.
For our engagement shoot in Maui, I sent her just a few inspo photos, not even knowing where on the island they were taken, and she *nailed* it. She scouted multiple locations in advance, showed up hours early to find the ideal lighting and angles, and made sure we made the most of every minute. She truly brought my vision to life.
She’s not just an incredibly talented photographer, she’s also the calm, capable, and fiercely protective presence every bride needs by her side. I felt completely seen, supported, and cared for through every moment of the process, and I genuinely can’t recommend her enough.

Ok hear me out. I knew I wanted Jenn as my wedding photographer before I was even engaged. I met Jenn where she was the photographer at my friend's wedding. I was in charge of decorating for the reception that took place on a boat. I didn’t learn until that day that I was prone to seasickness. Jenn and her team not only brought me water but Jenn even offered me dramamine she had brought with her. Jenn was not only kind but PREPARED and ready for anything!! I knew from that moment that was what I wanted from my future wedding photographer.
My (now) husband and I had our engagement shoot and our wedding celebration party photoshoot with Jenn, and it couldn’t have gone better! We were a little awkward at first because the two of us avoid PDA and the more “traditional” ways of showing affection for each other, but when we communicated this to Jenn, she was more than happy to match herself to our energy. She taught us how to pose and captured organic photos of us being our genuine silly selves. She allowed us to be unapologetically us while making us look so good.
Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Jenn was extremely communicative and did regular check-ins with us to make sure everything was going well. We were quite indecisive about a few things due to some family issues and Jenn was so accommodating and flexible to our unusual circumstances and we really appreciated her guidance and patience through it all.
Jenn is an amazing photographer, human and hype person. The wonderful photographers she works with match her energy! She and her team are so awesome at making you feel confident and look amazing! Thank you Jenn, Kylie, Leslie, and Gen for helping us make such beautiful memories :)

This review is long overdue! Suffice it to say that 6 months later, our guests are still raving about Jenn and her team. As “amateur” photographers ourselves, we were very particular about our photographer. Photos are a huge investment, and you only get to record that day once. After reviewing a lot of photographers’ websites, we decided to chat with Jenn based on the photos on her website. From the first Zoom meeting (we are not local to the Monterey area), she made us feel so comfortable. Jenn’s communication is quick and efficient, she is happy to answer any and all questions. We weren’t sure we wanted the engagement session, but after some discussion we understood the value and opted to jump in and get started.
Our engagement session had to be postponed due to illness (darn Covid) and Jenn was accommodating and helped us reschedule at another convenient time. The day was not ideal in terms of weather and the location had several others shooting photos—Jenn and her team adjusted easily and jumped in to get the best possible shots in multiple locations and outfit changes. Turnaround time for the finished photos was quick!
Fast forward to our wedding day. What a great day! Jenn collaborated with us on the timeline to ensure that we had plenty of time for all the photos we wanted to get. Jenn and her team are personable, fun, and easy to work with. and she captured the day perfectly. Once again, her turnaround time for the photo gallery was quick and the photos are beautiful. Photos are a look into emotions, feelings, relationships and people and it takes a lot of practice to bring all of those things together in gorgeous photographs. There are so many photographers out there, but you won’t be disappointed with Jenn and her team. Once you work with Jenn she becomes a friend. She is open and honest, kind, and genuine. Pick Jenn, you won’t be disappointed! -

As a planner, a major part of my job is to help my clients pick the right photographer for them and Jenn is always my go to gal! She is professional, friendly and a true master behind the camera. She is down to earth and funny which always makes my clients feel 100% comfortable in front of the camera. I honestly can not say enough amazing things about Jenn, and her team!
My husband and I booked Jenn for our 8 hour wedding and an engagment session was included. The engagement session was fun and made us feel comfortable with Jenn, and in front of the camera. This helped photos on the wedding day go much smoother. During the engagement session we were able to learn how to pose, and be relaxed and ourselves while taking nice photos!
Jenn is extremely organized and clear with her communication, it is amazing! One of the best things about working with Jenn is that she wants you to get what you want, she is there to make sure that you get the pictures that you want, in the locations that you want and in the poses that you want. Never be afraid to say you want to take a photo again, or try a different pose. She will ALWAYS hype you up, and make sure you feel your most confident self!
Our photos from both the engagement session and our wedding are amazing, we are so in love with them. She captured our day absolutely perfectly! I believe that your wedding day photographer is the most important decision, because these are the memories that you will have forever. Jenn was an easy choice for us, she is kind, supportive, a clear communicator, a hype woman, and she takes beautiful photos!

Jenn is amazing!!!
After we took our engagement photos with Jenn I knew it was a match made in heaven…. She was such a professional and made us both feel very at ease. We aren’t huge on posing for pictures for hours, but Jenn and her team made it super fun and relaxed! She gave us plenty of tips and direction on how to pose, but also allowed us to have some really genuine moments that were captured absolutely perfectly!! After working with her for our engagement session, I felt so at ease leading up to the wedding knowing she was going to capture everything I wanted (plus more!!). She truly made my wedding day run so smoothly, it wouldn’t have been nearly as relaxing and stress free if it weren’t for her. From helping with timelines, to making adjustments for a rainy morning…and stepping in literally wherever she was needed, I truly felt like she had my back! Jenn and her team (shout out JoJo and Leslie - y’all are the best!) are truly amazing and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! -

From the moment I met Jenn on Zoom I knew my fiance and I were in the right hands. We clicked instantly and I felt like we’d known each other for years! Jenn and her team did such an amazing job of making our engagement photo session fun and unique; we crawled through a secret cave, climbed on top of a giant rock on the beach and ran in the waves. The photos were stunningly gorgeous, the lighting and angles were perfect; Jenn captured our love for one another and our excitement to be married soon!
Throughout the whole process Jenn was so great at keeping in touch with me regarding updates and making sure she understood what we wanted on our big day. We filled out a very detailed questionnaire on types of photos we wanted, family members names, locations for photos, day of timeline, etc. Which proved to be a very helpful tool on the day of - her system for getting photos done in a short amount of time was seriously impressive.
Our wedding day was nothing short of PERFECT! Jenn and team showed up right on time and got to work - they knew our venue well which made me feel even better in my decision to work with her. She knew all the great spots, lighting, angles and timing to get every photo we asked for. Not only did my fiance and I love Jenn, but any guest I talked to commented on how fun and cool Jenn and team were that day/night. They made all the guests feel special by getting photos of them while we were off doing wedding party photos, which I appreciated very much because now I have photos of all my guests!
I would 100%, 5 stars, 15/10 recommend Jenn and her team to be your photographers! She truly gave us the greatest gift of capturing our love in ways that I don’t think someone else could. Every time I look at the photos I smile and tear up a bit at just how beautifully she captured all the emotions of our day. I didn’t think I would bond with our photographer so fast and easily, but Jenn made us feel like we were friends immediately. Not only is she clearly very talented, she’s got a sense of humor and a professional demeanor about her that’s hard to come by - she got sh*t done but had everyone laughing and enjoying every second of the photos the entire time we were together!
If I had to choose all over again, it would be a no brainer, JeLau Photography everytime! -

Best Wedding Photographer in the Business
Short version:
If you are in the process of deciding on a wedding photographer or are on the fence, BOOK JELAU PHOTOGRAPHY!! My husband I got married in June 2023 and one of the BEST decisions we made was booking with Jenn. Not only is she an extremely talented artist and provided the most beautiful photos we could have asked for, but she went above and beyond for us in every way.
Long version:
We had an engagement session with Jenn and her team shot our wedding day. Even before we had officially booked, we felt so supported by her, and it was clear that she was an honest, open, and genuine professional (and person).
Communication was a breeze with Jenn. She is very transparent and has amazing expertise that we benefitted from a lot. I always felt like we were a priority and that her goal was to help us have the exact day and shots we wanted.
We were so happy to have the opportunity of having an engagement session with Jenn. Aside from the fact that we had a new batch of gorgeous photos from such an exciting time in our life, an unexpected perk was that we felt so comfortable with Jenn on our wedding day.
Jenn’s approach leading up to the wedding gives you a super easy and organized way of communicating your wants/needs of the day. I really appreciated that she wanted to understand what parts were most important to us so that she could make absolute sure they were captured.
On our wedding day, everyone was impressed. Of course my husband and I were so happy with her team (they checked in on us, were prepared for anything, were so amazing with our guests, etc.), but our family members were even coming up to us to give shoutouts on our photography team and letting us know how great they were. Jenn and her team communicated so clearly and truly cared about us soaking in the day. She and her team were there with us all day capturing the most amazing shots but also really contributing to the energy of the day. I am so grateful we had them there!
When we received our finished photos... I’ll repeat myself - BOOK JELAU PHOTOGRAPHY! Our photos are stunning and Jenn went above and beyond in getting exactly what we wanted and much more. The gallery is so comprehensive, I feel like I can look back and relive the day just from the photos. Accessing and downloading the photos is so easy and the gallery is so well organized. Jenn and the JeLau Photography team put so much effort into our day and our gallery. We couldn’t be happier! -

Our wedding coordinator recommended a few photographers to us so we got to work stalking some IG accounts. When we came across Jenn, we loved her style and could tell she was incredibly talented. We scheduled a meeting with her and not only were we blown away by her professionalism, she was FUN and COOL. I knew she would be a blast to work with.
We worked together for our maternity, engagement, and wedding photos. She is incredibly talented, highly efficient and provides invaluable information on how to prepare for your session. The sessions fly by thanks to Jenn’s positive energy, efficiency, and ability to make everything fun. Her humor put us at ease and made the awkward moments hilarious which produced some genuine laughter for our candid photos. I felt comfortable telling her my insecurities and she was the ultimate hype person. I can’t recommend Jenn enough and I hope to work together in the future. I miss her!

Jenn is absolutely amazing and her photography skills are out of this world! I did a boudoir photo shoot with her for my first time, she made me feel so comfortable with her and myself. We also hired Jenn as our engagement and wedding photographer, she made all the sessions so much fun and enjoyable, taking our ideas and making them a reality. We didn’t realize we could look so good, but she clearly did! Jenn has an amazing personality and fantastic team to support her. JeLau Photography is the BEST!
Jenn is quite possibly the very best in the business. She took both my engagement photos in 2021 and my wedding photos in 2022. The quality of her work is amazing!! She even traveled to meet us in Salt Lake City for our engagement photos so we wouldn't have to find another photographer. She is worth every penny and is easily the best investment I made in my wedding.
She was recommended by my venue and I couldn't be happier with the stunning photos we received. She had me at seeing the quality of her work, her focus on inclusive weddings, and SSDGM. She is SUPER easy to work with - really caring for us and our team to make sure the day was absolutely perfect. She replied to all my emails practically right away and walked me through all of my panic moments. Jenn helped everything go smoothly and even attended our rehearsal so she could help coach our wedding party to receive the best photos.
I wish I had more events for Jenn to shoot. Her humor, generosity, and energy is unmatched. She and her team (shout out to Leslie + our second photographer Nadeen) were an absolute dream. Jenn even surprised us with more photos than we ordered because she simply couldn't narrow it down.

My partner and I cannot more highly recommend Jenn as your photographer! Jenn was our photographer for our wedding and we also did an engagement shoot with her. Jenn is open, communicative, loving, detail-oriented, organized, and observant. She has a heart for others and embodies inclusivity in her everyday work. This was true from the first communication we had with her and was consistent and unwavering throughout the year+ we were working together. She is knowledgeable and kind in the way she supports you and is always available with helpful and timely information and suggestions. Jenn always had our back and was so supportive of every request and unconventional tradition that we wanted to include. She was so helpful in every detail including: helping us with our timeline, working well with other vendors and providing recommendations, helping us laugh and relax and be in the moment, wrangling family and friends and lifting them up so they felt confident and supported, making both my partner and I feel like the gorgeous humans we are inside and out and always being available with an affirmation, and sharing herself and her process. Jenn was also always on time, responded to emails and requests very quickly, and got our gallery back in record time for both our wedding and engagement shoot. She was always patient and honestly went above and beyond. All of this is more than enough reason to work with her, and then - THE PHOTOS LOOK AMAZING!!!!! Honestly there is not one that I was not really excited to share! We could not have been more happy with our engagement shoot and wedding photos. Jenn is great with coordinating outfits and posing, and also she has a really great eye. She is so creative and my favorite shots were ones where she said “I know this is weird but trust me” and we went for it! Our photo gallery for our wedding not only captured the depth and complexity of how we were feeling moment to moment, it also mapped out what our experience was like throughout the day. We chose not to have video for our wedding and honestly with the photos we received back, we didn’t need it. Jenn really listened and centered our hopes and concerns to create the best experience for us. She also has a talent for picking out lovely humans and her team of Leslie and Lela was incredible. We had so much fun with them and they were exceptional. Our experience with Jenn has set the bar so incredibly high for photography hopes - 5 stars, 10/10 INCREDIBLE. Jenn was amazing! We came from Sacramento and did our engagement shoot in Big Sur. Let me tell you, we’ve been planning this for MONTHS and Jenn was always responsive to my silly questions and have helpful advice regarding my concerns. Best vendor on my team!
I have worked with Jenn & JeLau Photography several times and I cannot recommend her enough!! I have had her for a solo shoot, engagement pictures and for my wedding. I have to say I love EACH session that she did for me and the pictures and moments that she captures are truly the most precious moments. In my solo session she made me feel confident, comfortable (as it was the first time we worked together) and like I was a model!! (Which I am not!) During our engagement session she made my now husband and I feel so excited for our wedding and this was the perfect chance for him to get to know Jenn and really enjoy our time together in front of the camera. She was able to capture all of our moments this day, the laughs, the tender moments of love, and the passion we have for one another. On our wedding day, she was my GO TO! We had a day of coordinator but I ended up always looking to Jenn for what shots we needed next or what we needed to focus on next. She AGAIN captured the entire range of emotions that day from tears to dance moves. I hold each of the sessions and the photos we have from them so close to my heart. She captured the most tender moments with my daughters in our ceremony that will still make us cry when we look at them. Her work is amazing. Not to mention how fast we got our sneak peek to post on social!! Shockingly fast! I have seen people in my life try to go the “cheap” route and when it comes to these moments, it is not worth it!! It is an investment is your day and making sure you get the absolute best and Jenn delivers!! I would hire her over and over again! Jenn of JeLau Photography and her team were a DREAM to work with for our 50 person wedding! I truly could not imagine that day without her insight, expertise and assistance! From the very beginning, when I was reaching out to photographers (most whom I had found through Instagram), Jenn was the first to get back to me and stood out among the rest of the photographers I reached out too. Her email was genuine and personalized, unlike the other “copy and paste” emails I had received. She mentioned she would love to meet us, and I told her I was actually available for a zoom that day. An hour later, we were chatting through zoom over coffee, and after an amazing first meeting, I told my fiancé we should meet her in person. She is an incredibly busy individual, and it meant a lot to both of us that she took time out of her day to drive and meet with us to discuss our wedding. She went above and beyond from the start, so booked our spot that day. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision!
Since we had a short engagement, my fiancé and I had discussed the option of forgoing an engagement session, in order to have an extra hour on the wedding day. Jenn did let us know the benefits of having an engagement session— we would get to know her style, we would have photos available to display at the wedding, and we could test out taking photos together before the big day. Those were all great benefits, and we are so glad we did the engagement session beforehand. We had such a fun time at the session, and we received our photos so quickly that we were able to make a photo guestbook in time for our wedding! They are stunning photos, and having them around the wedding added a romantic personalized touch.
Before the wedding, Jenn created a timeline based on the venue’s timeline, and met with us via zoom to ensure it coordinated well. That timeline was so helpful and kept us all on track for the big day! During the rehearsal, Jenn arrived and gave us tips on how to get the best photos during the ceremony. It was very thoughtful for her to show us that ahead of time, so we wouldn’t be stressing about the perfect angles and details on the day of.
The day of the wedding I arrived about 15 minutes early to the venue to see Jenn and her assistants already there and searching out the best shot locations. I was so grateful that they were there early and had settled in, so I headed up to the bridal suite. They got photos of me getting ready in the bridal suite, and Jenn was kind enough to help with buttoning my dress (that had tons of buttons). Her and her team also tied my husband’s tie, and attached all the boutonnières! Those details are so important, and it was so nice they could help, as it sped the process along!
Throughout the entire wedding, we just had the best time with Jenn and her team. They cracked us up during the bride and groom photos, which gave us genuine laughter and great pictures! Such a fun group to be around, they made us feel so natural and excited on our day! We were so grateful to have the team of four, as there were so many photos taken throughout the entire wedding. We cherished seeing the interactions of our friends and family, especially those ones out on the dance floor!
The day after the wedding, my husband and I were sitting with our newly blended family at brunch, when I got a text from Jenn. She had some “sneak peek” photos that were in the text. I was so excited, I started tearing up! It was such a special moment to relive the wedding through the beautiful pictures with our family by our side. I cannot express enough how grateful we are and how special that was—it was above and beyond generous to get us those photos so quickly. And we received the rest of the gallery in a timely manner that was very impressive! The pictures are so perfect and special, we now have them around our house and in a beautiful photo book. We are so incredibly grateful to have the talented team at JeLau photography capture our wedding, and we will cherish our photos forever. -

Jenn was an amazing photographer for our October 2021 wedding! I connected with Jenn through some serendipitous Instagram stalking, and could not be happier that I did. She is AMAZING. To find a person who balances creativity, enthusiasm, and business so well is rare, and she has a natural talent for all three. We had a shorter engagement and being long distance, didn’t get a chance to personally meet her or her team until the day of the wedding. Amazing… just amazing in every way. An amazing photographer and amazing human. What started as an fun conversation with a potential wedding photographer nearly 2 years ago has grown into so much more. Jenn helped capture lasting memories for my husband and I’s engagement, wedding and maternity shoot.
It was my first time working with a photographer and I was so nervous about how to pose and if I would appear photogenic or not. Jenn walks you through all of it! She is so not judge mental at all and offers such great advice on posing to leave you feeling beautiful. She is such an effortless photographer and her photos… wow wow wow.

Jenn is amazing to work with before, during and after! This was the first time my fiance and I have ever had professional photos taken, so we didn't know what to expect, what to wear, how to act, etc.
Jenn was super responsive before, helping us pick out outfits, giving honest opinions and suggestions. During, we didn't know how to pose or how to even "act natural". She went out of her way to make sure we looked good and felt good throughout the session. After, she got pictures back to us super timely, and made sure we were happy with them!
Suggestion: trust the process!! If it feels weird or awkward, trust that it will come out well! Jenn knows what she is talking about :) -

Jenn has a gift!!!
Jenn is an amazing photographer. She even flew all the way to Alaska to capture our special moment!! I was an incredibly nervous bride and full of unexpected emotions and she was there to help me relax, do breathing exercises, helped me feel confident and even brought me food to make sure I ate. Most brides (including me) forget to do this. She went above and beyond the expectations of a photographer. She scopes out the locations before guests arrive to find the perfect photo opps. Jenn is a delight to work with. I tasked her with shooting me for a boudoir photoshoot, as I wanted to gift these special prints to my husband on our wedding day. I was also super nervous since this was the first time being in front of the camera so intimately, but Jenn quickly calmed my nerves and by the end I felt like a supermodel lol!
