The online images simply don't do justice to the timeless beauty of Waterloo Village—a true hidden gem nestled in Stanhope, NJ. Choosing a venue close to home was paramount for our families, and our excitement to host our wedding at Waterloo Village, with the culinary expertise of JAM Catering, worked out perfectly. Their farm-to-table menu offers exquisite flavors and quality ingredients. Booking Waterloo without prior experience of their catering proved to be a delightful surprise. Their extensive range of menu options, cake flavors, and hors d'oeuvres can cater to everyone's taste. We were so enamored by the cake flavors that deciding was a challenge, but Waterloo graciously allowed us to opt for cupcakes at no extra charge, ensuring our guests could savor every delightful option. And despite the common adage that couples don't have time to eat at their own wedding, we're confident we'll be indulging and enjoying midnight snacks from the care package provided post-celebration. From the rustic tables to the charming card box and ceremony chairs, every aspect creates a picturesque setting while making it less stressful to plan for an unforgettable celebration. From our initial inquiries to the tasting session, the professionalism and responsiveness of Jam Catering coordinators and staff have been exemplary. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor have instilled us with confidence that our special day is in the most capable hands. We are so happy we are working with JAM Catering. They have made the process so easy and so enjoyable. They can customize your entire menu whether its allergies, dietary restrictions etc. The food is delicious and some options are customized to what is in season so you know it's super fresh and delicious. They have so many options to choose from, and their presentation is beautiful. We are so happy and so excited to spend our wedding day eating good food and making great memories! -

I gave them 5 stars for all the categories. From the very beginning - from the scheduling of the tasting to the actual day of the wedding, JAM was the epitome of professionalism. The food at the tasting was incredible which made it difficult to choose exactly what we would want for the wedding - wanted everything! From the welcome time before the ceremony, through the cocktail hour, reception and after snacks, the food, service and drinks were exceptional. We received so many compliments on everything, especially the hors d'oeuvres - the quantity and selection. Any venue that uses JAM - it would be worth it to consider that venue!! You will be assured that the food for your guests will be exceptional. -

Cant recommend Jeffery Miller catering enough. Our experience planning our wedding with them has been enjoyable and smooth. It was difficult to choose between the unique venues in their portfolio. Their staff are help and responsive, and their food is great! -

Thank you JAM team! Our wedding at Curtis Arboretum was a dream! Throughout the entire process, the JAM team was professional, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. The entire team truly made it easy to just walk right into our wedding day. From the planning calls to walk through, beyond detail oriented. During our wedding day, our provided day of coordinator Katelyn and Michele were phenomenal. They made sure every single thing ran to plan and kept everyone on time. We couldn’t thank them enough! Our guests had an amazing time and we received numerous comments about the food, cake, venue, staff, and everything in between. The only negative is you can expect additional add on pricing for food items, drinks, glassware, extra tables, etc. Going through the wedding process, it seems that’s everywhere though -

Our wedding day at Aldie Mansion with JAM Catering was the perfect day and could not have gone any better. Our event planner Monika with JAM was so helpful from start to finish with keeping all of our details organized. We had a vision for the ballroom layout to have long tables, something that hadn't been done before at our venue, and she helped us ensure the layout would still work to bring our vision to life. She was especially helpful on the day of the wedding, coordinating with all our vendors and ensuring the timeline was kept and everything ran smoothly. There was rain in the forecast for our wedding day, but Monika made us feel so reassured that the rain would clear up and we would still do our ceremony and cocktail hour outside - which we did. Our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about all of the food- from cocktail hour stations to entrees to dessert/cake - everything was delicious and fresh, and so much better than what you typically expect at a wedding when cooking for so many guests. We would highly recommend choosing a JAM venue, specifically Aldie Mansion - it was truly the best day! -

We had a tremendous experience with JAM! Booking the venue and catering was easy and clearly laid out. Everyone at Tyler Arboretum was so friendly and knowledgeable. We went to the tasting and everything was fantastic from food to drinks to service. We even met Jeffrey Miller at the event and he was an utter delight to speak with, so kind and genuinely wanted to hear our input on the food (it is completely out of this world). Our planner Melissa Lis went above and beyond every step of the way. She was helpful and knowledgeable and made our big day flawless. Not a wrinkle to be seen from first look to ceremony to dancing. She guided us the whole way through and our day would NOT have been as seamless and wonderful without her. We even had guests comment on how amazing and kind she was. The whole team was so accommodating to any needs or inquiries we had. Lastly, HUGE shoutout to Donna our catering captain. All of our guests raved about the food and service.
We also used Buttercup Florals, JAMs own florist, for our arrangements and Marie really knocked it out of the park with our vision and color scheme. Dare we say, the bridal bouquet stole the show!
We have nothing but amazing things to say about JAM as a whole. Thank you, JAM, for making the biggest day of our lives the most beautiful and perfect day we could have ever imagined. -
