First class and Gracious experience
We had our Wedding reception with JAM at Tyler Arboretum a month ago and cannot adequately express our sincere appreciation to them for making our day a stress-free, memorable and joyful celebration. Most of the credit, of course, goes to our Event Designer, Shai, who went above and beyond, to ensure that all went smoothly until the very end, especially catering to us throughout the evening. Her warmth and enthusiasm were evident from the first time we met her. She was always available to answer any questions and very accommodating in making changes throughout the process, from menu to timeline to last minute guest changes. Many of our guests also remarked to us how friendly and solicitous the JAM staff were to all of them. We received many compliments about the venue, as well, the beautiful grounds and charming barn were a perfect location for our reception.
Our guests appreciated the Refreshment Table that greeted them on that hot Saturday with cool, refreshing waters. They are still raving about the delicious hors d’oeuvres, the elaborate Harvest Table and, of course, the delectable entrees. Many shared that our wedding cake was the best that they’ve ever had because it tasted homemade. We already knew how delicious the food would be, since we had attended a private tasting, which we would highly recommend.
Definitely, we would 100% recommend JAM!

The minute you enter Waterloo Village you will realize this is "the one!". Waterloo Village was the first venue I visited for our wedding and I did not have to look further; it was absolutely perfect. There were multiple ceremony locations which was great for us due to our wedding taking place in October. Our ceremony took place in the Secret Garden and it was a dream. Our reception in The Meeting House was stunning and the perfect size for our intimate wedding. The food was incredible and guests that I spoke to say the same. The entire J.A.M staff made us feel like VIPs and the wedding process from first deposit until we left on wedding day, was perfectly executed. If you're looking for a scenic, budget friendly, great food wedding venue - Waterloo Village with J.A.M is your wedding dream location. I've already told my husband, God willing, we will renew our vows here -

Bellevue Hall wedding
My husband, Matthew, and I got married at Bellevue Hall in October 2025 and we had the most amazing experience! We got ready in the suite in the morning prior to our Church ceremony (it was a little chilly if you plan on getting ready up there). We had an intimate reception that was all in the mansion following the Mass. From our original tour with Madeline Sader to our planning process and wedding day with our planner, Jenna Greenlee, we have nothing but the best to say about the venue and their team. Jenna was a pleasure to work with as she was responsive and informative throughout the whole process! The food was spectacular at the tasting and at the actual event. The service was top notch and it was evident that they did everything in their power to make sure you had the best day! I highly recommend them! Bellevue Hall was such a beautiful venue! -

Our daughter’s wedding at the Lake House Inn was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by warmth, beauty, and genuine care. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking — every space felt magical, from the ceremony setting to the reception area. It was everything we hoped for and more.
What made the experience unforgettable was the incredible team behind it all. Holly Perry, Marina, and the entire staff were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. They treated our day as if it were their own, and that meant so much to us.
We cannot thank Jeffery Miller catering enough for the incredible food and service. Every dish was beautifully presented, absolutely delicious, and served with such care.
Our guests are still raving about the atmosphere, the food, and how seamless everything felt. But most importantly, we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment — something we’ll cherish forever.

We had the absolute best experience getting married at Tyler Arboretum! Our event designer, Sam, and the rest of the JAM staff at Tyler made our special day so flawless and perfect! The food was absolutely delicious, and the venue was so beautiful that our guests couldn't stop talking about it!
A special shoutout to Sam who was incredibly responsive and always there to help with anything we needed during the wedding planning process. He brought our vision to life and we can't thank him enough for it! On the wedding day, Sam handled every single task so efficiently, running around and managing everything despite the 90 degree heat. All our guests were raving about the service they received and that speaks to the effort that the JAM staff put into executing that day. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect and we so appreciate them for it!
The food was delicious, the venue was absolutely beautiful, and the JAM staff was phenomenal - it was quite possibly the best day of our lives! We are so incredibly grateful to Sam and the JAM staff for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. -

From start to finish, our experience with JAM was incredible. We were married at Aldie Mansion in October of 2024. Monika, Tammy, and all the day-of staff were very responsive, professional, and kind. As a couple, we did the group tasting at Aldie – it was great to sample how the food would taste when prepared for a large group. We also did the private tasting in Philly with family which was excellent and a fun experience for the group. The quality of the food, drink, and cake was outstanding – we still have guests rave to this day that our wedding cake was the best they've ever had. We also worked with Buttercup, the JAM-associated florist. Darlene translated my ideas into reality even better than I had envisioned; I loved working with her. From the rehearsal through the after party, we had the wedding of our dreams at Aldie. I highly recommend JAM to anyone seeking a streamlined, professionally-run wedding experience. -

Cannot stress enough how happy we are to have had our wedding through JAM! Between our wedding coordinator Michele, the incredible food, and the picture perfect venue, it really was a dream. Every one of my guests has said it's the best wedding food they've ever had. Michele went above and beyond to make sure that the details were executed perfectly, and made us both feel really confident and relaxed that the day would go off without a hitch. We had rain the whole day leading up to the ceremony, and when it stopped right before guests began arriving the team was able to pivot and reset everything for an outdoor ceremony. Also part of the reason we picked them was because of their extensive vegan food selections. If this is something you're looking for, definitely go with JAM. Only thing I was not happy with was going through their floral division (which is not required). We felt that communication was poor throughout the process, and while our florals turned out beautiful, they weren't what we asked for. The color palette wasn't what we had discussed, and there were a ton of one type of flower in all the bouquets that I personally really dislike. I ended up cutting a few out prior to the ceremony...again, they were still very pretty but not what we had discussed in the multiple conversations leading up to the big day, so I'm still unsure what got lost in translation. That aside, so so happy we went with JAM and would recommend them to anyone! -

Working with JAM for my wedding has been so amazing! Their food is so delicious, my fiancé and our parents could not stop raving about it. Everything we tried was so delicious, it was nearly impossible to decide wat to serve at our wedding.
Not only is the food great, but the service is also stellar. They have amazing planning packages and other amenities that make planning our special day so much less stressful. My fiancé and I could not be more grateful to JAM catering for all they have done to make our wedding amazing. -

JAM - A wonderful experience!
My fiancé and I had our group tasting at the end of December. Wow, what a fun experience! The tasting was held at one of JAM's beautiful venues, Aldie Mansion. You started by getting your welcome packet and were warmly greeted by multiple staff members. From there, you were free to mill about the "cocktail hour." There were multiples rooms of both food and drink. We were instructed to try anything we'd like! The cocktail hour included a pasta station, barbecue in a jar, a meat carving station, hanging pretzels, and a harvest table, just to name a few of the foods. Everything was extremely fresh and delicious. Pre-poured signature cocktails were available, and they were both visually beautiful and tasty. After cocktail hour, we made our way to our table with other JAM couples. It was fun to listen to everyone else's wedding plans and try all of the courses together. Salad, bread, chicken, meat, fish, vegetarian, and dessert. We were so excited to try our wedding menu, and we must say, it did not disappoint. The ingredients were so fresh, and while we didn't get to try every single dish on our specific menu, the options were plentiful. We were able to try 6 different cakes, yum! In addition, there were other dessert stations that could be added to your big day! As a sweet treat lover myself, I was in heaven. Throughout the whole process, JAM staff members were checking in and asking questions and made us all feel comfortable. The evening ended with a small JAM favor! We highly recommend booking Jeffrey A Miller catering and a JAM venue for your big day!

The wedding on the century!!
Our wedding at Cauffiel House was a dream come true and I couldn't be more appreciative of the JAM Catering team. Aside from their amazing food, they have an incredible ability to streamline the wedding process and make planning as easy as possible. Something I would recommend for anyone hiring JAM is to take advantage of their in-house vendors if it fits your vision/budget. We ended up using JAM's floral division, Buttercup, for our flowers and they really took my vision and went above and beyond. We also used the recommended DJ as well (Schaffer Sound) and they were amazing. Overall, everyone on the Jeffery Miller team worked together to create the best day possible for us and that alleviated so much of my stress since I didn't have to be the coordinator between all the vendors. Over 10 of our guests from ages 24-70 came up to me after our wedding and said this was by far the best wedding (and best wedding food) they'd ever experienced. I could go on forever about how grateful I am for them but Jeffrey Miller Catering is unlike any other wedding caterer/business in the area. Their motto "by hand, with heart" is really true and you could feel it in every part of business. I'm already looking for my next event to plan with them!! -

We had an overall fantastic experience with JAM! We got married at Bellevue Hall in Delaware and our day was absolutely phenomenal. Initially some of the communication with one of the coordinators was a bit slow, but we later learned we were switched to another coordinator and from there everything was smooth sailing. From the group tasting (delicious, amazing idea to have everyone in a group, even made some new friends!) to the day of, everything was exactly what we pictured. The food was delicious (even surprised my friend who’s a chef with how good it was), they were able to accommodate all dietary challenges of which our group had many, the cocktails were strong and very tasty, the cake was so yummy, and our wedding day ran so smoothly. Bartenders, servers, and all staff were friendly and welcoming; my mom is a caterer and notices all of those things and she was so impressed. Our coordinator was so helpful in assisting us with making decisions and making sure we were happy with each part of the day. Unlike what another review mentioned, I found them to be completely transparent about any and all upcharges; perhaps that’s because I have some familiarity with the wedding industry so I knew that almost every additional thing you want costs money, but I actually felt it was reasonable and our coordinator as well as the billing department communicated with us thoroughly. The only challenge we had was the day of our wedding we had to move to a rain plan, and our coordinator was a bit abrupt about our need to pick our new location; we were told we had until 2pm and at 1:15pm she told me we had to pick at that moment, and I was in the middle of getting my makeup done, so that did cause me a bit of anxiety. But aside from that, everything was fantastic. Can’t recommend JAM enough! -

I gave them 5 stars for all the categories. From the very beginning - from the scheduling of the tasting to the actual day of the wedding, JAM was the epitome of professionalism. The food at the tasting was incredible which made it difficult to choose exactly what we would want for the wedding - wanted everything! From the welcome time before the ceremony, through the cocktail hour, reception and after snacks, the food, service and drinks were exceptional. We received so many compliments on everything, especially the hors d'oeuvres - the quantity and selection. Any venue that uses JAM - it would be worth it to consider that venue!! Thank you JAM team! Our wedding at Curtis Arboretum was a dream! Throughout the entire process, the JAM team was professional, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. The entire team truly made it easy to just walk right into our wedding day. From the planning calls to walk through, beyond detail oriented. During our wedding day, our provided day of coordinator Katelyn and Michele were phenomenal. They made sure every single thing ran to plan and kept everyone on time. We couldn’t thank them enough! Our guests had an amazing time and we received numerous comments about the food, cake, venue, staff, and everything in between. The only negative is you can expect additional add on pricing for food items, drinks, glassware, extra tables, etc. Going through the wedding process, it seems that’s everywhere though -

Our wedding day at Aldie Mansion with JAM Catering was the perfect day and could not have gone any better. Our event planner Monika with JAM was so helpful from start to finish with keeping all of our details organized. We had a vision for the ballroom layout to have long tables, something that hadn't been done before at our venue, and she helped us ensure the layout would still work to bring our vision to life. She was especially helpful on the day of the wedding, coordinating with all our vendors and ensuring the timeline was kept and everything ran smoothly. There was rain in the forecast for our wedding day, but Monika made us feel so reassured that the rain would clear up and we would still do our ceremony and cocktail hour outside - which we did. Our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about all of the food- from cocktail hour stations to entrees to dessert/cake - everything was delicious and fresh, and so much better than what you typically expect at a wedding when cooking for so many guests. We would highly recommend choosing a JAM venue, specifically Aldie Mansion - it was truly the best day! -

We had a tremendous experience with JAM! Booking the venue and catering was easy and clearly laid out. Everyone at Tyler Arboretum was so friendly and knowledgeable. We went to the tasting and everything was fantastic from food to drinks to service. We even met Jeffrey Miller at the event and he was an utter delight to speak with, so kind and genuinely wanted to hear our input on the food (it is completely out of this world). Our planner Melissa Lis went above and beyond every step of the way. She was helpful and knowledgeable and made our big day flawless. Not a wrinkle to be seen from first look to ceremony to dancing. She guided us the whole way through and our day would NOT have been as seamless and wonderful without her. We even had guests comment on how amazing and kind she was. The whole team was so accommodating to any needs or inquiries we had. Lastly, HUGE shoutout to Donna our catering captain. All of our guests raved about the food and service.
We also used Buttercup Florals, JAMs own florist, for our arrangements and Marie really knocked it out of the park with our vision and color scheme. Dare we say, the bridal bouquet stole the show!
We have nothing but amazing things to say about JAM as a whole. Thank you, JAM, for making the biggest day of our lives the most beautiful and perfect day we could have ever imagined. -

Best choice to make!
JAM Catering has been wonderful to work with for our upcoming wedding. Our assigned wedding coordinator, Madeline has been responsive and helpful. The group tasting was fun, but we mainly got to taste extras cocktail hour foods rather than options included with our package, so we opted to do a personal tasting which was wonderful. The rillettes of duck and brie en brioche appetizers were delicious, and the Chicken Normandy was perfect for our fall wedding. JAM Catering's team has been professional and accommodating, making our planning process smooth and enjoyable. -

I am a September 2024 bride, of course my wedding has not even occured yet and I am so grateful I chose Jam Catering and Waterloo Village. The tastings blew my mind. I am a picky eater but tried everything at the tasting. To my shock even food I would otherwise not touch was all amazing!!!! There wasnt a single item I didnt love. Wedding food typically is sub par, even ones ive gone to that cost double mine does and the food at Jam is from a whole new bracket. I cant wait to have all my guests actually enjoy and love every food they offer. Words cannot describe the quality of food, staff and planning. I recommend Jam and Waterloo to any bride looking for a venue, nothing compares. -

We fell in love with Waterloo Village as our wedding venue and part of the reason we chose it was because of JAM catering. My fiancé and I are very big on sustainability and farm-to-table food, so JAM catering was the perfect choice for us! We brought our families to the open house and both sets of parents could not believe how incredible the food was! JAM catering does an amazing job of make fresh food that is sustainable and mostly grown by them (AMAZING)!
At our tasting, it was incredible how organized and friendly all of the staff were. Every single item we tried was delicious. I was extremely impressed by how consistent the freshness and quality was across all of their dishes, cocktail stations, and desserts! Melissa is INCREDIBLE!!! We felt so blessed to have been matched with her as our event coordinator. She is such a warm and bubbly person and made us feel so well taken care of. She was constantly checking in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy and all of our needs were met. I felt extremely confident and relaxed in her hands throughout the entire event. I can’t sing her praises enough.
JAM in general was wonderful to work with as well. Our guests were raving about the food and our cake was to die for! Really incredible experience all around. Having a lot of the details included with the catering package made things easier for me as well. -

JAM Catering was fantastic! We engaged them for a wedding at a family farm in Lancaster. The plan was a wedding for 150 guests, nine months away. Their coordinator, Toni, came to our farm, checked out our space and was extremely helpful with suggestions about how and where to set things up, how we could fit 150 guests, how the food would be served - many of the things a wedding planner would do. He listened to what we wanted and had excellent suggestions when we asked for them.
When we contacted Toni a couple of months into our planning and announced there had been an unforseeable change of plans - we now wanted a wedding in 5 weeks, with 20 guests, he said JAM would make it work. And they did. They put as much or more effort into our small wedding as they would have the larger one. When we asked if they could make some of our favorite (and not simple!) restaurant dishes, they practiced and perfected them. The meal was incredible! The service was great, and their price very reasonable. JAM was so accommodating and easy to work with, it allowed us to relax and enjoy our wedding despite the short planning time.

We had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey Miller Catering at both their Cauffiel and Bellevue venues -- and they were INCREDIBLE!!! Nicole was our on-site planner and she was phenomenal in handling all the details throughout the planning process and kept everything running smoothly! And the food was better than we could have ever hoped for! Every guest that we've spoken with has commented on how delicious the food was -- multiple family and friends have even asked for recipes and shared that their meals were some of the best food they've ever eaten!
We keep re-living our magical weekend looking through our photos and can't get over how perfect both the venues were for our wedding weekend! Truly the best weekend of our lives and we owe that to the team at Jeffrey Miller Catering!

Fresh, Fast and Delicious
JAM catered our wedding in July and everything came out amazing! We had a tasting where we rated the foods we liked or disliked so we could put together a menu that suited our tastes. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious! And our guests felt the same way. From the hors d'oeuvres to the dinner to dessert, everything was really wonderful. We would definitely recommend JAM! -

Wedding Food for a Foodie!
Let's Talk Food! I am pleased to be working with JAM Catering for our wedding! I am a foodie and the daughter of a cook; so, I was taught that food must be always be tasty and your pride is in your presentation, because if it doesn't look good first, no one wants to try it, LoL. Well, JAM catering is providing me with food for my wedding that is pleasantly both pretty and pleasing to my palette. My fiancé and I went on a lovely tasting for two at their private kitchen downtown which made for a lovely date night an helped us finalize our menu. We were both greeted and served by a very friendly and talented young woman, a cook who made our meals from appetizers of apples and brie to main courses of Chicken Normandy to Sea Bass and Pumpkin Croquettes. Everything was beautiful, well made and of good flavor and quality. We additionally, pridefully enjoyed building out 3 tier cake which is included for our special day There were various flavors to choose from and surprisingly we found we wanted to build out cake out of flavors either of us even knew existed like tea and others we never thought we would favor over chocolate. We have been please so far with our array of choices, our planner Jill and all of the staff we have interacted with so far. They have made planning this wedding not only a tasty experience but also a pleasant one, helping to keep me well organized and energized to get happily down the aisle. -

We attended a private tasting with JAM Catering prior to our wedding, and it was nothing short of impressive. We were welcomed by our friendly chef in an intimate setting for four in center city.
The food, however, was the real game-changer. Each dish we sampled was both aesthetically pleasing and taste-bud tantalizing. From a diverse range of appetizers to a beautifully executed main course (and can’t forget the best funfetti cake we’ve ever had), we savored a true gastronomic delight.
The versatility of the menu was evident, showcasing that JAM Catering is adept at crafting dishes to suit a variety of preferences and dietary needs. As a vegetarian, there were plenty of delicious options for me to sample & they were all top notch. My partner and I were blown away with J.A.M. from the start! As a lesbian couple, it was important for us to find an inclusive team to work with for our wedding. We automatically felt welcomed by all of the J.A.M. staff. They worked with us to create a menus full of vegetarian and vegan options and answered all of our endless questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
