The online images simply don't do justice to the timeless beauty of Waterloo Village—a true hidden gem nestled in Stanhope, NJ. Choosing a venue close to home was paramount for our families, and our excitement to host our wedding at Waterloo Village, with the culinary expertise of JAM Catering, worked out perfectly. Their farm-to-table menu offers exquisite flavors and quality ingredients. Booking Waterloo without prior experience of their catering proved to be a delightful surprise. Their extensive range of menu options, cake flavors, and hors d'oeuvres can cater to everyone's taste. We were so enamored by the cake flavors that deciding was a challenge, but Waterloo graciously allowed us to opt for cupcakes at no extra charge, ensuring our guests could savor every delightful option. And despite the common adage that couples don't have time to eat at their own wedding, we're confident we'll be indulging and enjoying midnight snacks from the care package provided post-celebration. From the rustic tables to the charming card box and ceremony chairs, every aspect creates a picturesque setting while making it less stressful to plan for an unforgettable celebration. From our initial inquiries to the tasting session, the professionalism and responsiveness of Jam Catering coordinators and staff have been exemplary. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor have instilled us with confidence that our special day is in the most capable hands. Waterloo Village embodies everything we envisioned for our wedding day: delectable cuisine, comprehensive amenities, unforgettable experiences, an picturesque surroundings. We fell in love with Waterloo Village as our wedding venue and part of the reason we chose it was because of JAM catering. My fiancé and I are very big on sustainability and farm-to-table food, so JAM catering was the perfect choice for us! We brought our families to the open house and both sets of parents could not believe how incredible the food was! JAM catering does an amazing job of make fresh food that is sustainable and mostly grown by them (AMAZING)!
At our tasting, it was incredible how organized and friendly all of the staff were. Every single item we tried was delicious. I was extremely impressed by how consistent the freshness and quality was across all of their dishes, cocktail stations, and desserts! We actually got to meet Jeffery himself at the tasting, he was super nice and loved talking to us about what our favorite dishes were. We cannot wait for our wedding at Waterloo Village! -

We recently attended a group tasting hosted by Jeffrey Miller Catering and it was delicious! Everything was fresh, farm-to-table and plentiful. The staff was on their game with such a large group of diners and they seemed to take dietary restrictions and allergens very seriously, which is always important. I have had nothing but great things to say about their team through the wedding planning process. -

10/10 would recommend!!
My wife and I just got married at the Lake House Inn and we had the most wonderful experience. Our wedding planner, Holly Perry, was the most amazing and helpful person. She made sure that all the decoration was set up prior to us arriving. She took care of everything and made sure the entire day ran smoothly. If we got married again, there is nothing we would have changed. It was a dream come true.

We are about 6 months out of our wedding planning process, and we couldn't have asked for a better catering experience. From the tasting to the menu selection, JAM has made it so easy and so personal. Always homemade, never frozen - cooked right there at the event and served from oven to table! JAM Catering was fantastic! We engaged them for a wedding at a family farm in Lancaster. The plan was a wedding for 150 guests, nine months away. Their coordinator, Toni, came to our farm, checked out our space and was extremely helpful with suggestions about how and where to set things up, how we could fit 150 guests, how the food would be served - many of the things a wedding planner would do. He listened to what we wanted and had excellent suggestions when we asked for them.
When we contacted Toni a couple of months into our planning and announced there had been an unforseeable change of plans - we now wanted a wedding in 5 weeks, with 20 guests, he said JAM would make it work. And they did. They put as much or more effort into our small wedding as they would have the larger one. When we asked if they could make some of our favorite (and not simple!) restaurant dishes, they practiced and perfected them. The meal was incredible! The service was great, and their price very reasonable. JAM was so accommodating and easy to work with, it allowed us to relax and enjoy our wedding despite the short planning time.

Jeffery A. Miller has been such a pleasure to work with as my fiance and I are planning our wedding at one of their partner venues, Bishop Farmstead! When choosing our venue we were attracted to the catering partnership and their focus on serving farm-to-table meals with fresh, local ingredients. They will be partnering with farms local to our venue to provide fresh and seasonal meal options which is so amazing! We had the opportunity to try some of these meal selections at our food tasting and they did not disappoint! We’re really looking forward to seeing it all come together in a few months! -

Jeffrey Miller Catering is 10/10 the way to go! My fiance and I attended a group tasting at our venue, John James Audubon Center, this January and were so impressed! The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was DELICIOUS! The tasting event was great and gave us, what we believe was, a strong indication of what the food would actually be like during our wedding since there were ~140 people in attendance. We tried many hors d'oeuvres, stations, salads, entrees, cakes and desserts - it was all delicious! I've been having dreams about the Salmon Cones and the Yuzu Chicken ever since. We are already so impressed with JAM and are really looking forward to their catering during our wedding this October! -

We had an absolutely perfect wedding day on 10/22/23 at Waterloo Village with JAM catering. They worked with our every need and request all the way through the process, including working with a bride's food allergy and requests for non-alcoholic cocktail and toast options. The food was delicious, the service was flawless, and the guests could not stop raving about it! Cannot emphasize enough how thrilled we are that we went with a JAM venue for our day.
