    The easiest transportation option we could have asked for

    we had two separate drivers, for two portions of our wedding day. both were on time, professional, and very flexible. I HIGHLY recommend their services, as well as having a point person to contact the drivers throughout the night, because you will NOT have eyes on your phone! I recommend their services and price point 10 times over!

    Nice clean big bus

    With only a few weeks to the wedding someone made a comment to the fiancée that we needed a limo to take all of us to the reception hall after the wedding. I made a few calls and settled on JED Limos. The lady i talked to was very helpful seeing that i was in need of a limo only 2 weeks from the wedding. i told her how many people were in the wedding party and she made a suggestion for the size of vehicle we would need. Our driver was Al. He was accommodating with all of the plans that the photographer had for the wedding party before going to the reception hall. Al was sociable and professional the whole time.

    Great Vendor for many occasions

    We recently used Jed's Limo for our Wedding. Not only was the price better than almost all others, our driver went above and beyond to accommodate me (the bride), and all others. I liked them so much we used them for a work event last week!

    Wedding Party Photo Wheels

    While originally booking JED party bus limo for just the before the ceremony photos, the JED team shared the bus would be available for any other transportation needs we had within the four hour window. So took advantage of that to have members of bridal party picked up from various locations and delivered to wedding site which was very appreciated. The bus and driver were amazing and everyone from photographers, to couple, to bridal party had a fabulous time.

    Awesome Bus Service

    JED Transportation provided excellent service for our wedding party bus on the day of our wedding. Our driver, Derrick, showed up right on time, and was very professional. He accommodated all our requests, and promptly drove us to all of our photo stops. The bus itself was just as described. It was clean and comfortable, and had great air conditioning, which was a life saver with the warm May weather. We had no issue communicating with JED prior to our wedding day, either. They were always available by phone or email, and were well organized. I would highly recommend using JED transportation. Make sure you book early!

    From reservation to day of, one word - "Smooth Ride"

    JED was a pleasure working with. On "day one", we had an initial consultation where we discussed approximate costs and the associate I spoke with was very informative. Once that was reserved, we would later have some changes made to exact time, place, etc and the company made sure to both make those changes and send a follow up. The "day of" went very smooth and on schedule with no input needed from anyone in the wedding party. The driver and our photographer did a fantastic job coordinating everything so we could focus on enjoying ourselves. Thanks JED!

    JED was instrumental in our wedding weekend! They provided guest transportation to and from our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception. Our guests said they really enjoyed riding on the shuttle with the other guests and that it made getting to each of our events extremely easy. I'm so thankful we booked JED for the most important day of our lives. They are reliable, timely, and the chauffeurs are very friendly. Thanks again!

    I was very happy with our service from JED Limousine. They were prompt in their communication, arrived on time to the church and got us to our reception on time as well. They accommodated all our needs from multiple stops for pictures to allowing us to have food and drink on the bus. Our driver was so patient, even turning around several times without complaint in Tower Grove Park while we looking for our photographers who were meeting us there. I will gladly recommend them to anyone with transportation needs in the future.

    I highly recommend JED for wedding transportation! We booked a few shuttles to transport our guests from their hotels to our wedding venue and were so happy with the service. JED was by far the most affordable option we found in the St. Louis area but the level of quality was also fantastic. Pretty much every other transportation service we contacted required us to book the shuttles for one continuous block starting at the first pick up and ending at our last drop off - this would mean we would have to pay for 10 continuous hours of transportation even though we had a 3-4 hour chunk of time where we didn't need it. JED was the only company that made it possible to book shuttles for two separate time periods on the same day so we weren't needlessly spending money on a shuttle that wouldn't be in use. We also rented a few SUVs to transport the wedding party to the venue - again, JED was the only company that didn't try to charge us for a 3-4 hour minimum for a simple point to point transport. Not only that but the shuttles and SUVs we rented were great quality (they also had waters on the shuttles for our passengers) and the drivers were professional. We highly recommend JED!

    JED Limousine provided our transportation between the ceremony and the reception. The driver was polite and prompt and the limousine itself (the 19 person shuttle) was very nice on the inside. There was ample space for our wedding party and coolers. The limousine provided two bottles of champagne, which made for a nice wedding-party toast.

    We really enjoyed working with JED.

    The company was very easy to work with. Arrangements were made about 5 weeks in advance and no other contact was made. The driver arrived on time and was professional and very polite. He was patient about waiting in a parking lot for someone to bring the flowers that were forgotten at the apartment. We would use them again.

    Ronnie was our driver! She did a great job! She even would help me (bride) get in and our of the vehicle. She knew exactly where she was going and even stopped so we could get something to eat.

    We rented the Green Machine (later dubbed the lime-o-sine by our guests) to shuttle guests from the hotel to the reception and back. They arrived early, and they were great getting everyone back later in the evening.

    Stew, who was the driver for our \"Party Bus\" was AMAZING, I have used other companies in the past, and was very disapointed. JED Had soda / water in a cooler avalible for us already cold! I do not often take the time to call and tell someone when I had a excellent time, but this time I did. Stew and the fine crew at JED Dazzled us with a fun night! If you are even remotely thinking about getting a Party Bus, or a limo for you next special event, give JED a call. Its nice to know that there are great people out there like JED that know that customer service is so important. I own Bachman Auto Glass, and this is a real review from a real customer.

    They did a great job. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne, customized the napkin color to go with our colors, and Matt was very friendly.

    Our ride was very clean and classy! Our driver was both friendly and professional. He arrived early, and had a great sense of humor that made us feel more comfortable. My husband and I were both very pleased with JED limousine.

    We decided that paying for a �party� bus was a bad idea. #1, the money and #2, our BP can get a little out of hand, so we didn�t need any excuses for them. Our driver arrived on time, the bus was clean and in excellent shape, and the driver was very nice. Not much else to say about them, really.

    Great vendor! We paid for everything months in advance so we didn't have to worry about payment near the wedding. The limo was awesome - everyone loved it. Our driver, Tony, was wonderful. They had it stocked with ice and soda and were quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this vendor!

    We originally booked �The Green Machine�- the lime green school bus (hilarious, inexpensive, and coincidentally, it matched our colors). Then, STL had a heat wave and I was terrified of being on a school bus with no AC on a 100 degree day. I was about to call them to see what we could do, but they proactively called me first. They offered us a shuttle with AC for the same price as the bus. Wonderful service! Nice driver! Definitely recommend them!

    I had several emailed questions for Jed Limo and they answered very quickly. The whole day went very smooth even with running all around town with everyone in different directions. We rented a limo bus and it was much nicer than several others that I saw and I'm so glad that I went with them every part of the process went great! I highly recommend them.

    JED provided us with three hours of service when all other company's in St. Louis required a minimum of four hours. We did not need four hours and would have wasted one hour. The driver was very professional and courtious even when when of our groomsmen attempted to kiss him on the cheek! JED's services included unlimited stops, pick up and drop off, no fuel surcharge and gratuity. They allowed us to bring a cooler with our own beverages. This saved us some additional cash for our honeymoon.

    The limo bus was great and our driver was professional and polite. Our bus was suppose to hold 30 people, but seem to only fit 25 as people were not all able to sit in seats. Overall the service was great, but I would double check the size of your rental. I would highly recommend JED for your special day.

    We rented a limo bus for our wedding. It was very comfortable and had lots of fun details. The driver made sure we knew how to work the radio and made a few special stops for drinks and bathroom breaks. When we got to our special photo location he warned us that a group of girls he dropped off for prom had gotten goose poo on their dresses and thank god he did because it was everywhere. My only gripe was that the AC was somewhat ineffective in the back of the bus however my bridesmaids and ushers at the front were quite comfortable.

    JED did a great job for our wedding. Our driver was very nice and professional. The only recommendation I have is bring your own music to listen to! Our choices weren't the best!

    We had a limo passenger bus for the bridal party throughout the day and later a private sedan for our departure from the ceremony. Great service, they were on time and the drivers were professional and very personable. Exactly what we were looking for!

    JED was very nice to work with. The driver showed up on time and the limo was clean and the driver very professional and friendly. My only small complaint is the AC worked but not very well and it was 93 degrees on our wedding day. This made cooling off in between photos difficult.

    We had some trouble with our party bus. The first bus had no a/c in 97 degree weather. The second bus they sent was just a regular handicap bus. It was not a party bus by any means and the a/c barely worked in it. Then, the second bus broke down while we were out in town. However, JED is refunding the majority of our money and giving us a free night in one of their vehicles. So, I would say they are a stand up business and our situation is not the norm. I would probably check on the vehicle you are going to use the day before just to prevent any such happenings.

    While Jed Limo provided great value and enabled us to get around town, they caused the major glitch in my wedding that apparently every wedding must have! They did arrive on time to pick up the wedding party, but because of photos in the hotel, we were running late so some of the stops that we had told Jed Limo about had to be crossed off the list. In other words, we didn't stick exactly to the route we had given them. The Limo driver dropped us off at the venue and was then supposed to go back to the hotel to pick up some guests but, apparently there was a miscommunication somewhere because he completely disregarded the pre-stated list of stops at that point and just headed back to the garage! Fortunately, someone at the hotel called to say that the van was not on time, and I called the driver, who was surprised that he had to head back to finish his job (we were dropped off at the venue a full 2 hours before the end of our paid contract time, so you would have thought he would know that there was more to be done!). In any event, he did turn around and return to the hotel, but our guests arrived at the venue 40 minutes late, making ceremony pictures difficult (it was getting dark) and the reception shortened and rushed. I guess worse things could happen, but this was quite the bummer. My advice: Clearly RESTATE the driver's responsibility when you first get on the van because what is listed in the contract is just a 'loose guideline' I guess.

    We were happy with the service JED Limousine provided. Tip was included in my payment and I was little annoyed because I had a miscommunication with my father and he tipped the driver again. I felt like the driver should have said something.

    The day of our wedding we used JED Limousine. I don't think our driver could have been worse. He turned on the wrong road to get to my parents house. Once he realize this, he called the groom to ask if he could pull into the yard a bit to turn around. In reality he cut through our entire yard to get to our driveway. My parents so happened to be selling their home during this time. The one stop we made to take pictures, the bus ended up dying. Luckily someone was around with jumper cables to jump the bus. We finished pictures early and asked the driver to drive around and kill time. He refused to go anywhere until someone gave him directions because he "didn't know the area". My husband has called the company, we have were refunded some money and was advised the driver was let go.

    First of all, JED requires full payment the week of the event, which includes an 18% tip for the driver and a gas surcharge regardless of the mileage. While it is convenient to not have to sign any paperwork at the end of the night, not all drivers deserve an 18%tip; especially ours.
    Our driver did show up on time and was waiting for the bridal party. However, the vehicle was not adequately cleaned. The door panels were covered in dirt. My dress was immediately dirty. Also, the bucket seats arm rest were held together by electrical tape. The overall condition of the ACE vehicle was extremely worn.

    Next, the driver refused to assist in putting coolers in the vehicle. My MOH had to do all of the work because the driver said he did know how to fold down the bucket seats. (Which is ironic since it was a 16-18 passenger vehicle in which there were two rows of rear bucket seats and the ones had to be folded down to even access the back row seats).

    Prior to our event, we provided JED with our itinerary for photos, in which the driver was not prepared or knowledgeable on any of the locations. (which were all located in a 10 mile radius from the pickup/drop off location). With a bridal party predominately from out town, I had to yell from the back of the limo to give the driver directions. Further, the driver was frequently slow at opening the door to get in/out of the limo. A wedding day is not a time to be lackadaisical; we were on a tight schedule.

    Lastly, JED scheduler/booker offered balloons and napkins in our wedding colors; nice touch to tie in the details of the event. However, the colors were incorrect and looked rather tacky instead of classy.
    Overall, we got from point A to point B, however, the quality of the service and the vehicle were poor.

    I was very unhappy with this service the driver Tony didn't comminicate with my photographer, he didn't go where we wanted to get pictures, he got lost mutiple times ( no GPS or CELL PHONE ) i assume. He made the bride and groom arrive late to the reception hall because he got lost even though he said he knew where he was going. I will never use this company again, for what they charged me and the service I recieved no way. Very disappointed.

    I searched a lot of different limo vendors and picked JED because they had a certain limo that I wanted. It was the Chrysler 300 limo with the wing doors known as the “007 Limo”. On the day of the big event and just hours before they limo was to arrive I received a call saying the Limo was in the shop and they offered to send just a regular Lincoln limo in its place. After talked to the manager they agreed to send the Hummer Limo which was suppose to be an upgrade. When the limo arrived it was so dirty on the inside. We even saw a beer bottle cap on the floor. It looked like a group of kids just partied in the limo and JED never cleaned it out. I keep my personal cars cleaner than this. The limo got us from point A to point B but very disappointed.

    Horrible experience for my wedding

    An hour before pickup (on my WEDDING DAY) I was told the Mercedes I ordered was in for service and to accept a Cadillac. I was offered the owner's Porsche instead. However the back seat was small and difficult to navigate with a wedding dress. Their rates are not cheap and supposedly have the reputation for being the best in St. Louis. NOT. A big fail. If the car was truly in service, that conversation should have happened well in advance, not the hour before pick-up. No bride appreciates a last minute snafu especially one that didn't have to happen in the first place.

    sneaky awful terrible

    I came here to leave negative five stars. I try my best to show grace and understanding but the series of events that led to this makes doing that very hard.

    10 days before my wedding I get a call from the sales rep.. He told me they have this "great new bus" that held 43 people and offered it as an "upgrade." Even though he was persistent in trying to sell me on it, I declined the offer. We had booked their 50-person ultimate limo party bus more than a year prior. We had 42 people planned to ride the bus, so we wanted to stick with the bigger bus we originally booked. This was for a wedding, we had 42 people, plus dresses, plus coolers - we needed all the room we could get. At the end of the conversation the man said to me, "well someone's getting switched" and "well this is the bus you would get if anything were to happen" - those phrases immediately made me nervous. I asked him if he expected anything to happen, he said, "oh no we never expect it" and then very hurriedly got off the phone.

    I told my fiancé about the conversation and how uneasy it made it me. So, he made a call to the sales rep and the sales rep "reassured" my fiancé that no changes were made, and we would still get our 50-person bus. But as he was explaining the conversation to my fiancé, he spoke as if I was crazy for feeling uneasy and how he didn't know why I would feel that way. Well sir - I felt that way because of the comments you made (see above) and because my wedding was 10 days away and he tried to sell me something as an "upgrade" when in fact it was smaller, not right or our situation, and didn't have limo/parameter style seating.

    Fast forward to 8 days later, the Thursday before my wedding and a few hours before my rehearsal dinner. I get a call from the same man, telling me the 50-person bus was not available because of "mechanical engine issues." He could not explain the issues, nor could he offer any other solution other than a charter bus. Through our conversation he switched his story. He first said he found out about the bus issue the week before and then when I questioned why I was finding out two days before my wedding when he knew about it the week before, he switched his story saying he was only made aware of it that day. So, did he find out about it the week before or that day? And either way, why were we not notified until TWO DAYS before our wedding. He could not answer our questions and kept on going around in circles not answering any of the questions we had. He was very unapologetic, condescending and rude. As if we were crazy for being upset that our bus was unavailable within less than two days' notice. He also made comments such as "you won't find another bus this big in the city" telling us we were essentially out of luck. Not only that, and call me CRAZY (he sure did) but how could those two events and phone calls not be related? There was a reason I felt SO uneasy on May 5, when he first called me. I knew in my gut something was going to happen and I told multiple people how uncomfortable I felt and how I was praying nothing happens because that first phone call put me on edge. But SURE ENOUGH, 8 days later something did happen. And I wasn't surprised. I was very disappointed, but I had a feeling something was going to go wrong. And I could speculate and say that they double booked us, or they knew something was wrong during very first phone call that they weren't coming forward with, or that they lied. Or maybe we did just have incredibly bad luck and none of this is related and it is just a series of unfortunate events.....

    Take this story and do with it what you will and believe what you will, but if I could save any bride the stress of dealing with something like this 2 days before their wedding I will. We ended up switching bus companies and were very pleased with the other company.

    And one more note before I end my long rant - I had two friends who used Jed Transportation for their 21st birthdays and both times Jed sent them the wrong bus that they did not book, without any heads up or warning.

    We reserved a Sprinter limousine four months in advance, paying more than 50% for a deposit. After not hearing from them we contacted them the day before to solidify the pick up times, etc. Despite the fact that they received an email with details, including date, they reserved it for a month later. After discussions (oh we must have emailed you but you didn't get it - sure), they offered us an Escalade limo to replace it. This was satisfactory. They sent two emails stating that the SUV limo would arrive the next day at the appropriate time. Instead they sent an old limousine, scratched up and dented on the outside, so dusty inside that we could have written on the cup holders, and dirty floor mats. The next business day we called - they offered 1/3 off for giving us the worst service and all of their mistakes. Instead we canceled their final credit card charge (which they had put through immediately), and which was a tiny amount more than their offer. Please don't schedule this service for your special day (in our case the limo to hold our close family on our wedding date). We'd hate for anyone else to be disappointed as we were.

    Country Club and JED Limo service. THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY. We chose CC/JED to provide a bus for our wedding. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 3:15, but when we came out of the church there was no bus. I called CC/JED and asked where our bus was. The dispatcher explained the bus was still on the lot and recommended us to use our personal cars for pictures. We hired this company to provide that service and they didn’t come through. The dispatcher finally said another driver will be there in 30 min. This led to spending money in a few bars by the church while we waited for the bus. Our photographer was sitting there too. We also spent a lot of money on beer for the bus that we couldn’t drink. Finally, at 5pm the bus shows up 1 hour and 45 minutes late. The bus was supposed to be stocked with Champaign and water, but wasn’t. The air conditioner wasn’t working right and even the driver admitted to this. Due to this screw up, we weren’t able to get pictures at all the places we wanted and only had an hour and a half on the bus. Monday I called and talked to an owner, Erin and she offered me half of our money back. I told her I wanted a full refund and the other expenses we incurred while we waited. At this point she became very argumentative and rude. She said her driver had a heart attack and couldn’t believe I was calling upset. I told her it’s unfortunate about the driver, but it’s her employees’ responsibility to ensure that the bus is ready to go. Finally, she offered a full refund, but wouldn’t cover the other expenses. We did get the full refund a week later. My mother-in-law called a day later since we were on our honeymoon and had the pleasure of dealing with Erin. Once again she was very rude and argumentative. We relied on them for 1 day of our lives and they screwed up and their customer service was horrible. I recommend staying away from Country Club and JED. There’s no guarantee they won’t ruin your special day also.

    Party bus (like a greyhound bus) was horrible, windows were dirty and tint was peeling off, bathroom door kept swinging open so we had someone from the wedding party stand and hold the door shut the whole time, the a/c units in the roof were leaking water down on us dripping and we would have to walk over or aroung puddles in the bus. The driver was very nice bus the bus itself was horrible. I would never recommend this company to any body for any occassion.

    I would NOT recommend this company. I was supposed to be piced up from my parent's house before the wedding with by bridesmaids. After waiting past our pick up time, we decided to call. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, finally someone came to the phone and said that our ride was not coming because they were "re-routed." Luckily a friend showed up just in time for me to get to the ceremony site on time. The limo finally showed up after the ceremony to take us for pics and to the reception. I called the company the next week and spoke with a supervisor. After a couple of days, he returned my call and stated that he wanted to "meet" me and bring me flowers and apologize in person. I stated that I did not want to meet (it sounded a little creepy) and asked for a larger refund than the 20% that they were going to give. Basically, he would not do that and only offered me flowers. I would not recommend using this service unless you want to be completely stressed out right before you walk down the aisle.
