  The best wedding photographer!

  I cannot begin to emphasize how much of a difference Jeremy made to our wedding day experience. Picking a photographer was one of the most important vendors to me and after speaking to so many and looking at everyone's portfolios, I knew that we had to pick Jeremy. His style of photography is so effortless, natural, and gorgeous. From our first experience meeting him at our engagement shoot, he made us feel so comfortable. He is the most calming presence and that truly made such a difference on our wedding day. We started the morning with a 100% forecast of rain for the entire day and when we had to take some morning pictures under unplanned areas with roofs, he took the most beautiful shots and constantly reassured me that no matter what the weather would be like, the pictures would look beautiful, even sneaking me some peeks at how the pictures were looking. When the rain magically disappeared for the remainder of the afternoon and evening, he captured the most beautiful pictures. Our bridal party constantly kept telling us what a calming presence he was. Thank you so much to Jeremy for capturing the best day of our lives and for making the experience so wonderful! We cannot wait to have our memories caught through such gorgeous photographs for the rest of our lives!

  Jeremy is the best!

  Jeremy did our engagement and wedding photos and we cannot recommend him enough! His style is the perfect photojournalistic, romantic, portrait mix and he is able to put you completely at ease during photoshoots. His direction along with the direction of his assistant made our photos effortless. Being in the moment with each other was the center of what they were capturing, making it even more special. Jeremy will do anything to get “the shot,” including laying on the ground at Monmouth University and running around our dance floor capturing whatever it was we were about to do next! He even ran back to the bridal suite for me to avoid me being seen by guests when I needed my veil and lipgloss in another location of the venue! We did not do a first look, and Jeremy made sure that our timing was on point in the morning, capturing portraits that we did not need each other for to save time. He also had us take some portraits during our reception, which gave us a few private moments with each other amongst all of the excitement. We cannot wait to see all of the proofs, but we have our sneak peek to hold us over which is INCREDIBLE and the turn around time was extremely fast! We cannot thank him and his team enough for all of the dedication they put into our day.

  An Absolute Dream

  My husband and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jeremy. From the very beginning, Jeremy was communicative, thoughtful, and professional in the best sense. We didn’t do a first look and were worried about how that would affect the timing and scheduling of pictures. Jeremy assured us that it would be no problem and sure enough, he was exactly right. On the day of the wedding, Jeremy provided such a calm presence and captured such wonderful moments to tell our story. So many friends and family members have made a point to tell us that they absolutely loved Jeremy and his assistant Stephanie and thought they were relaxed and fun to work with on our wedding day. We cannot wait to see the final photos! Jeremy is a rockstar and we would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

  Best Wedding Photographer!

  I can not say enough wonderful things about Jeremy AND his 2nd shooter Stephanie - both are extremely talented, have amazing eyes and are SO fun to have with you on your big day. I've now been a part of 3 weddings plus my own for a total of 4 with Jeremy and have never been anything more than wildly impressed by his work. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is captured and you look incredible - he even drove 1 hour+ two months before our wedding to meet us and scout out the location we wanted to do our first look in - talk about above and beyond!
  
  Everyone always says put your budget towards a photographer - well with Jeremy you don't have to, his pricing is shockingly reasonable for the expertise and treatment you get. Looking back I couldn't have imagined my day without Jeremy - he kept us calm and on schedule when things started to feel rushed and Stephanie made sure we were comfortable and casual in all our photos instead of looking stiff.
  
  I can not recommend a duo more - they were the first vendor we emailed when we got the date so don't wait reach out now they're booking up fast!

  We found Jeremy online very early in our wedding planning process. When arranging to meet for the first time, we realized he lived the next town over from us. We knew the day we met him that he was the photographer for us. He was excited about every vision we had for both our engagement photos and our wedding day.   I used JCWood Photography for my wedding in Oct 2017 and I couldn't have been happier with how our wedding photos turned out!! From day one Jeremy was super easy to work with. He was flexible on traveling to our engagement shoot location, made us feel comfortable immediately, and took a great mix of serious/fun pictures. Leading up to the wedding, he was very responsive to all my questions and we touched base over the phone a few times to talk through every single detail of our day from start to finish. He didn't miss a single detail!
  
  On our wedding day, he knew exactly where to be and what shots to get. He was easy going yet able to control our large and loud wedding party of 20. I was worried about running out of daylight during our photos since it was late October but Jeremy timed everything perfectly and managed to capture the most beautiful pictures, with little to no sunlight left! He works magic. During our reception, he snapped pictures of all the little details I had worked so hard on and got great shots of all the first dances/speeches. Jeremy truly captured all the love and emotion from our special day and I am forget grateful to have all his amazing photos to remember our wedding day! I would 100% recommend JC Wood Photography!!!

  If you want beautiful wedding or engagement photographs, look no further! Jeremy was amazing to work with. He did both our engagement and wedding pictures. It was so hard to choose which photographs we liked best to use for our save the dates. Every picture was better than the last. It's going to be very hard picking out pictures for the album. Everything came out beautifully. My husband isn't someone who likes taking pictures, but Jeremy made it feel very natural and comfortable for us. His second photographer, Drew is great too. They are very good at being discreet. They were obviously moving around during the wedding, but I didn't even realize where they were. I really hope I have a chance to use Jeremy again in the future.

I am a photographer myself, so one of my very top priorities for my wedding day was finding a great photographer. Jeremy is so talented and so easy to work with. His photos are gorgeous. I really can't recommend him more enthusiastically!

  I found Jeremy through a friend and I am so glad she connected us! Jeremy is a true professional and his attention to detail is a breath of fresh air. Working with him for our engagement shoot and the wedding was stress-free (well, I was stressed before the wedding but he did everything he could to keep me calm lol). Jeremy is creative, helpful, patient and extremely talented. He also posts select photos to his blog 1 - 2 weeks after the wedding! Crazy, right? It was such a nice surprise to get a few professional photos so soon after the big day.

  Jeremy & Drew were phenomenal!!! So many of our guests complimented how great the photographers were, they did not make us feel like we were posing, and they captured beautiful moments. They dealt with some of our crazy ideas, like playing football in suits & dresses - and it worked! With some scattered rain, they helped us embrace the weather with their photography skills. I am so happy I hired Jeremy, he really understood our style and what we wanted. Jeremy -- get ready to capture baby photo's in the upcoming years, because you are hired!!

  Jeremy and his partner were extremely professional and respectful on my wedding day. Prior to my wedding, Jeremy was in constant communication with me, to assure that the planning and timing of the pictures on my wedding day would go smoothly. Jeremy made me and my entire family feel very comfortable, on the day of the wedding. We barely noticed he was there, when he was taking candids, before the ceremony or during the reception. Jeremy knew the pictures/shots that were important to me and my husband and captured every moment of our day perfectly. His edits/enhancements of all of the photos were truly amazing. I have many friends who have used other photography companies and complain after they receive their prints, because not all of the pictures were edited. Jeremy makes already professional and stunning pictures, even more beautiful. Just a few days after the wedding, we were given a sneak peak at some of the best shots of the day that we could enjoy, as well as our family members. I've been in many weddings where the photographers are extremely pushy and demanding, making the entire experience, which can be long and drawn out (if you're not the bride/groom), stressful. Jeremy and his partner made everyone feel calm and relaxed, and was never rude, pushy or demanding to anyone in my family or in the bridal party. He honestly made, what could have been a stressful situation, completely relaxed. The wedding album we received, as part of the package, was unlike any wedding album I'd ever seen. My husband and I were able to choose which pictures we wanted to include, and we were able to choose the design of the cover. Jeremy's wife then arranged everything we chose in an absolutely beautiful way. If you're looking for beautiful, timeless, and classic photos for any special day, I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team.

  Jeremy is absolutely amazing to work with! His clarity, color definition, and picture quality are so vivid and beautiful! He captured every single moment of our wedding day perfectly, every time I look through the pictures I'm brought right back with a huge smile on my face. Not only are posed shots good, but the candid shots and moving shots are some of my favorite, they really capture the natural excitement throughout the day. One of my favorite things about him is his overall calmness and the fact that during the ceremony and reception you don't even notice that he's there, he's super stealth! I've been to other weddings where the photographers have been completely in the way and over-bearing and that is just not the case with Jeremy. I honestly could not recommend him highly enough, my bridal party and parents also commented on how wonderful he was to work with. You will not regret choosing him as your photographer at all!

  I'm in the wedding industry myself and actually found Jeremy through one of my clients who had stunning pictures. In my career, i have met tons of photographers and got many more recommendations from friends and family when they knew we were getting married. I was overwhelmed, but like any crazy bride planning her wedding, i looked at thousands of photographer sites comparing tons of aspects and still could not beat Jeremy's pictures. We absolutely love our wedding pictures. He even went above and beyond to have our first eshoot in frigid 30 degree weather because we needed a pic for our save the dates!! He is super easy to work with and will listen to every idea you have. We were super comfortable with him during our eshoots and wedding day. He also did another eshoot in better weather for us because i wanted my dog to be involved. i don't know any photographers that would go through as much as he did for us. The day of the wedding , he took charge when he needed to but other times we didnt even notice he was there but he was!! because we have the gorgeous candids to prove it! His assistant was also great to work with. He is great about getting the littlest details and we relive our wedding when we look at so many of these pictures. Any married could will tell you that their wedding took months to plan but the day is like a blink of an eye. we are so happy to have these pictures as memories of our day!!

  Jeremy is an excellent photographer. First and foremost, the quality of his work was more then we could have asked for. We have a lot of friends and family getting married right now and our pictures were the nicest. In terms of value, we definitely feel as if we got the best deal. The quality compared to the cost is a huge bargain for whoever hires Jeremy.
  
  Secondly, he had a very good demeanor about him. He slipped through the crowd very casually, snapping pictures and smiling along as if he were just a member of the bridal party. Fun guy but completely professional and focused. For days after the wedding, people kept talking to me about "how much they like that photographer guy!". Very easy to forget he's there and just have fun.
  
  Lastly, he gave us important directive about how the photos work and what to do. We were never left wondering "what now?". He had plenty of fun ideas for photos but was also open to all of our suggestions. He works with whatever you throw at him but also let's you know what he needs in order to do a good job. Our group would have ruined a bunch of formal shots without his good instruction.
  
  All in all, I couldn't give a higher recommendation. Jeremy and his team will do a great job and you will be happy.

We are still getting comments and calls regarding how amazing his work was/is, how well they captured every moment naturally and how professional, fun and down to earth they were. We have been to some weddings where the photographers were horrible and you knew it before you even saw their work.. Ruining moments by stopping, bargig through and making you pose for awkward pictures. Looking back through our album there are some shots that I don't even know how they got because we never felt cramped or taken away from te special moments of our day.. That says a lot about the amazing talent and work of JCWood Photography. I intend on using Jeremy for every other big life event (and maybe even some small ones!) in mine and my families life. We cannot thank him enough! Would and have recommended him to anyone!

He was able to capture the true essence of the day though his lens in a way no other photographer could have. Looking back on the pictures Jeremy took has allowed my wife and I to relive our wedding day over and over again. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!!!
