JCT Kitchen was amazing- we had my son’s rehearsal diner there. The food was was delicious! Angela and her team were such a delight to work with! The drink prices were very reasonable. The bar staff was fun, attentive
and pleasant! A wonderful relaxed and fun environment to celebrate - just magical!!

JCT's team did an amazing job from the first meeting right though to the end of the night on our rehearsal dinner evening! We had a large bridal party and even with Covid restrictions they were able to make this event very memorable. The food was delicious, the drinks were great and the service was excellent.

I am writing this review to let anyone know, who is considering having their wedding or event at JCT kitchen, they definitely should. Angela and her team were extremely accommodating and responsive throughout our entire experience. Please also know this was a small wedding we had due to COVID and we all felt so comfortable and welcomed. My husband and I had been to JCT Kitchen prior to enjoy dinner and we thought this would be the perfect space for us to host a wedding. Angela and her team delivered on every account, and detail. I could tell everyone had a passion to please their guests. From the food to the service and the aesthetic of the place, it was an experience that our families will remember and cherish forever. Thank you so much JCT! We are also looking to host our baby shower there as well.

We chose JCT Kitchen for my son's Rehearsal Dinner in late October. Angela was amazing to work with and was always available to answer our questions. She had great suggestions and advice for food and beverage choices. The service, provided by Ashley, was above and beyond. The food and the venue were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend JCT for your Rehearsal or Reception - or any event.

We hosted a wedding weekend rehearsal dinner/welcome party at JCT Kitchen. It was initially planned as a sit down dinner and party for 150 guests, but due to Covid we had to scale it back to 50 guests. I worked with the event manager Angela to ensure we still hosted a memorable event. The JCT team was exceptionally flexible and accommodating in creating a beautiful and safe event. The food was exceptional with passed and stationed JCT signature favorites, deviled eggs, ham biscuits, etc. and we were even able to have a seafood bar offering. The service was superb and Angela was extremely accommodating in working with our decor vendor. I can’t recommend JCT highly enough for any wedding event.

JCT was the perfect venue for our wedding afterparty. The planning staff (Angela) was very helpful in telling us about the location, and the staff on the night of the party was attentive, friendly, and professional. We ended up booking the upstairs outdoor area which they roped off for our privacy. Couldn't have asked for a better venue or service for our event, would highly recommend them to anyone.

We already loved JCT Kitchen, but even if you don't know it you can't go wrong with this beautiful space for your event! The food was amazing, the scenery is absolutely beautiful in the West Side, and the service from coordination to night-of was amazing.

We hosted our ~50 person rehearsal dinner in late February and JCT was so accommodating for all of our asks. The forecast was predicting a very cold evening and JCT worked with us to create alternate plans to have everyone in our party inside if needed. We ended up being able to comfortably sit outside even with cooler temperatures due to the large amount of heaters offered! The food was delicious, service was great, and everyone is still talking about the fried chicken! We would highly recommend JCT and Angela to anyone looking to host a large or small dinner for an event.

JCT Kitchen was the perfect venue for my wedding. We chose it because we already loved the restaurant. The benefits of getting married in a restaurant you love are many: you already know the food will be great, and you are familiar with the decor and vibe. The space is gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly professional. Our first impression of the staff was at our tasting, which blew us away. The staff treated us so well, and we had such a hard time narrowing down our choices. The wine list has some pretty great depth, and the beer list featured a ton of local brews. I really appreciated the variety of packages and pricing options.

The day of went off just as smoothly as the tasting. The food was incredible; it is sophisticated, yet comforting. Our guests raved about all of the dishes, especially the grits! As a Southern expat currently living in Jersey City, I was thrilled to have both boiled peanuts and fried chicken at my wedding. The drinks were exceedingly popular too; the JC-tea was a favorite! Valerie and Miranda were both incredibly sweet and easy to work with. I honestly couldn't imagine a more perfect place for my wedding. I highly recommend JCT for any special event.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. Great food, service, atmosphere.... Love JCT Kitchen.
