Simply the Best
I can’t emphasize how incredibly talented Javier and his partner are. I gave Javier minimal direction and trusted his creative process—he did not let me down. He knew exactly how to work with my face and hair and did an impeccable job—both for my rehearsal dinner and wedding. My makeup was flawless the whole night on both nights. My entire wedding party loved their makeup and hair. My 90 year old grandmother felt so incredible in her makeup—she did not want to wash it off—she arrived at brunch the next day with all her makeup still on!!! Also extremely professional and kind, do not hesitate to hire!!! -

Javier and his team are magical! He made me feel so glam and so gorgeous - inside and out - and was so accommodating to me and my bridesmaids. He welcomed me into his own home (which was so well kept, clean and cute!) to have my hair and makeup trail. I rocked that party pony look at my welcome party in Old San Juan a few days before our wedding (which I wore a classic low bun style). During the trial he also shared a cup of coffee + quesito (yum!) with my sister and me, which was honestly a favorite memory for us that weekend. He arrived on time to our hotel a few days later with some other artists to glam up my girls and me! I think 8 of us total and made our morning so light, breezy and fun. He made our natural beauty come out and gave us makeup tips along the way. My girlfriend bought the setting spray he used on us because our makeup lasted ALL NIGHT and well into the morning hours. Gracias Javier! Can’t wait to be back in PR and need some glam because I know who I’m calling -

Javier is well known in the wedding industry. I’ve been a bridesmaid in many weddings and I always knew I wanted Javier to do my wedding hair and makeup. He’s a busy guy so you need to book him ahead of time. On my wedding day him and Raul (equally as amazing) took care of us and treated us like queens. Their vibe is amazing and a breath of fresh air. All my friends loved their final result. Highly recommend them both. -

Amazing Top Notch Service
All I can say is wow! On your wedding day you can only dream to feel beautiful, Javier and Raul turned my wedding dreams into a reality. He transformed me from mom of an 8 year old to the Beyonce of my wedding. He was professional, understanding, patient and beyond creative and talented with my vision for not only me but also the wedding party. He and Raul provided and unforgettable experience for hair and make-up. We would definitely book them again for any event we might have in Puerto Rico and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel glamorous and embody their true beauty. -

I can't express how much I loved my hair and make up the day of my wedding. IT WAS PERFECT! Javier Moreno is the best, no doubt. Excellent personality and attitude, very charismatic and energetic. He also did the H&MU of my mother and sister, they were both stunningly beautiful as well.
He is just AMAZING. Superb hair and make up skills. -

Javier is simply amazing, he has a great personality and is incredibly talented. From the moment I first met him for my trial to my wedding day, I always felt comfortable and at ease with him. I felt like an old friend of mine was doing my hair and make-up, which help keep me very calms the day off. My hair and makeup lasted all night, throughout tears, laughs and plenty of dancing. You will be in great hands and will feel beautiful. He is truly the best. -

Hands down he is one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. Javier really studies your face and determines what type of make up will compliment you best.
Typically when I get my hair and make up done professionally I end up not liking it or having to make changes myself, but with Javier's touch I did not change a thing! He really makes everyone look beautiful in the most natural yet glamorous way. If you need hair and make up done for your wedding day or any other special event, Javier is the BEST choice for this! -

I met him the Thursday before my ceremony for a free test to see what exactly he was going to do. I gave him an idea and he just executed it to perfection the day of. I felt very comfortable with him. With an assistant, he was able to do the makeup and hair for 3 bridesmaids, my mother, mother-in-law and myself, within the time that he had. He absolutely transformed all of us accenting our beautiful features and made everyone of us feel special and beautiful. My husband's first words when he saw me was WOW! Javier took some extra time as well waiting for me to do a touch up between my First Look pictures and the ceremony. I'm so happy I chose him. -

Not only is he very well known around the beauty department but he is just a humble and sweet guy. Javier did my makeup for my engagement shoot and my wedding. I love how he takes his time and uses such great techniques that it makes your skin look so natural. On the day of my wedding he brought his co-worker, Raul to do a few of my bridesmaids. They were more than satisfied and recommend to everyone. If you are getting married in Puerto Rico I highly recommend Javier. When you say his name EVERYONE will know who he is. Thats how amazing and well known he is for his perfection in hair and makeup :) -

User1454876 Sent on 04/11/2014What a phenomenal person! Javier was an absolutely amazing hair and makeup artist. He was a little more expensive than others that I contacted, but he was worth every single penny! I planned a destination wedding from Orlando, FL and was a little concerned that I would be doing a trial just two days before the wedding. I was also a little hesitant to go to his apartment for the trial, but he lives in a nice apartment/condo with security and the most adorable little dog. Don't let this be the reason why you don't choose Javier to be your hair and makeup artist, you will be missing out!
He did the makeup and hair for 5 people total, including myself, with help from his partner who is equally talented. He was efficient, thorough, and very experienced. I could not have been more happy with my selection. I have never received so many compliments on how beautiful I looked. Granted, it was my wedding so everyone is nice to the bride, but I am sure that there was sincerity in complements to the work of Javier Moreno. I went from beautiful to bombshell, but only because of Javier Moreno! -

However, I was fortunate that since I made a trip to Puerto Rico months before the wedding that I got a chance to see Javier’s work . He did my hair and make up for my engagement pictures and I loved it. I loved it even more when I saw the pictures and saw how great they came out. Then for my wedding day he did another amazing job. I have long thick hair and I was worried that he would not be able to do anything with it and I was wrong. My recommendation to any bride is let your stylist work their magic. They know what they are doing and have a vision when they start. I probably was a bridezilla in other aspects of my wedding, but when it came to my hair and make-up, I let him do what he thought was best and I am so happy I did. -

My wife looked like she'd just walked right out of a magazine. No seriously, he's amazing. I didn't think my wife could get any more beautiful until I saw her after Javier worked his magic. If you're getting married in Old San Juan, you need to contract with Javier.

He was open to our likes and I was even able to complete a trial with him for my engagement pictures. He has great attention to detail and seems to be a perfectionist. Everyone in the wedding thought our hair and makeup was beautiful, and my husband thought I looked amazing! Couldn't ask for a better experience! -

Ashlee Sent on 02/07/2012i do not have the words to recommend Javier highly enough. he is simply amazing at what he does. without particularly clear direction from me, he was able to create the most amazing hair and make up for my wedding day. absolutely stunning. guests said i looked like a movie star -- and i can assure you the credit goes to Javier!
he was on time - and very nice to me, although i was about 30 minutes late for my trial!
on my wedding day he made my mom and i absolutely glow. our wedding was outdoors, dinner and dancing indoors for hours after that -- and all i ever did was add lip gloss after dinner. he is pure magic and a beautiful person! -

We hired Javier and his team (a YEAR BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE) to do the hair and make up for our destination wedding. As we know weddings are so stressful as it is. Two weeks before my wedding I got an email saying that he would not be able to do the make up for our wedding, we the whole bridal party was not vaccinated.
I communicated for a year with Javier and in my email i stated who was and wasn’t vaccinated and he backed out last minute, when we communicated even after I sent list of who was and wasn’t vaccinated.
Don’t get me wrong, his work is great. But the stress that put on me and my bridal party was insane. It was almost impossible trying to find someone.
