    Words can't even describe how great Kent Rathbun was to work with for our wedding ! The food was beyond delicious - I mean we are still getting texts about the food from our friends!

    From the first bite at the tasting to the last at the wedding, the food was exceptional! We wanted an array of vegetarian and meat options and Kent Rathbun delivered! Some of their dishes that typically have meat were made meatless and everything with meat was cooked to perfection! Additionally, we had a few people that missed the crab cakes during the happy hour, and during the dinner service the staff was able to bring around a few extra crabs cakes to people that didn't have a chance to try them! It was little touches like that, that made all the difference. We can't thank KR enough for making our wedding a day to remember! Thank you and can't wait to be back in for dinner soon!

    My (now) husband and I knew from day one that incredible food was a must have for our wedding. Kent Rathbun Catering was absolutely the best choice for us. The food was amazing, they were flexible with our needs, and the service far exceeded our expectations. We had passed appetizers (highly recommend the lobster shooters!!!) and a buffet dinner. I had so many positive comments from our guests and from our other vendors as well. They also provided all of our bar services. We kept it simple - local Texas beers, wines, and of course a margarita bar! The pomegranate margarita was a favorite. If memorable food and stellar service is on your wedding wish list, Ken Rathbun Catering is the vendor for you.

    The people at Kent Rathbun are fabulous. What amazing food!
    We gave Kent and his crew a challenge as we wanted a 100% Kosher event. This was his first. We worked diligently together to make this happen and what a success. Our wedding was at the Dallas Arboretum and KB Catering is on their preferred list.
    Salad that was out of this world and a dinner with Short ribs that fell apart in your mouth, just delicious.
    They are the best!

    Excellent Food

    Jasper's was presented to us as one of four caterer's contracted with our venue. We tried all four and Jasper's was hands down the best. At our tasting, we were presented with so many choices to try and the food was excellent. Unfortunately COVID hit and changed our wedding plans quite a bit so we were not able to have our wedding with Jasper's catering. With that being said, their understanding of the situation was incredible and so greatly appreciated in a already stressful time. Jasper's was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them.
