Outstanding Service... will definitely hire again!!

Jason and his team are truly amazing! We got so much more then we asked for. We got individuals who were caring and willing to help any way possible to make the day go smooth. Kate is like Mary Poppins... as a bride I forgot many things and was stressed but Kate was to the rescue with anything I needed. These guys sure know how to get the party going! The quality of work you receive is amazing. Hire these guys and trust me by the end of the night you will feel like you gained new family members!! We cant thank you enough for bringing that spark to our night and capturing all the moments we missed!

Helped save the reception when we had no power!

We used Jason Ward Events for photography, videography, and DJ at our wedding in June of 2019. Leading up to the day, Jason was helpful and gave great advice when it came to our special day (I was planning my wedding to be in Kentucky while I still lived in Pennsylvania). Jason and his staff were beyond professional and honestly just amazing. They were fun to be around and helped us through what could have been a very stressful day. The power went out at our reception venue due to weather the previous evening. I called Jason (completely stressed) the morning of our wedding and he assured me that he could make things work. At the reception, Jason took the battery out of his own vehicle to make sure we could have music on our special day. That is going above and beyond what is necessary of a professional. Jason and his staff were still able to get lovely photos and video at the reception even though there was no power. I would highly recommend Jason Ward Events for any type of occasion. We absolutely love all the videos and photos from our day. And because of Jason Ward Events, we were able to dance at our reception.

Jason Ward Events did an amazing job. We hired them for our wedding photography & DJ for our Nashville wedding. They were easy to work with & everything turned out how we wanted it to. The prices were also the best I found & the quality was great. I would recommend them highly.

I used Jason Ward Events for my dj, day of coordinator, and catering. They all did an amazing job! They were responsive, very reasonably priced and made sure I had what I needed. They all went above and beyond to help make my day the best day ever. Thank you guys soo much!!

I personally LOVED working with Jason Ward Events. I first met with them two years before my wedding and booked them on the spot. I got the The Presidential Package from them and I was able to edit it how ever I wanted or needed. They were fast to E-mail, Call or Text if I ever had a question. They were ALWAYS flexible with me and my busy schedule. I really had a Dream team. They made sure everything was done to perfection and you could tell they loved what they were doing! Overall they were incredible to work with and I'll recommend them to anybody!

I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Jason and his team! When I was searching for wedding vendors I was sick over the cost, then I found Jason Ward Events. The prices were unbeatable and something my family could actually afford so we knew immediately we were going to give him a shot. I used Jason for several of my wedding services; Photography, DJ (both ceremony and reception), Videography, and up-lighting. This team was incredible. From the start I knew it was going to be great because Jason was very quick to respond to every bit of correspondence. Jason had a website portal that allowed you to lay out the schedule of events for the entire day, choose when you wanted everything, what songs, etc. It helped my husband and I along the way so we knew what we needed to decide on and we felt confident their team had the information they needed to go into the big day. When Jason and Tory showed up on my wedding day I was instantly relieved. I had been sick to my stomach all morning worried if the weather was going to cooperate but the two of them eased my anxiety and made me feel all would be alright because I had an amazing team looking out for me. Jason was full of ideas on pictures so I didn’t have to worry about brining my own- though he always asked for our input or if there were any additional shots we wanted to make sure we had the opportunity to speak up. The DJ services were awesome- everyone had an incredible time and loved the personalities from the team. I felt like Jason coordinated the entire event for me and I didn’t have to worry about a thing all day. Our parents were so impressed with their services and beyond that I can’t count how many of our guests complimented on how much fun they had and how great the DJ/photographer team was! I had a sneak peek nearly a week later of at least 20 images which we loved and got so many compliments on and am looking forward to the rest of the photos and video. I know I made the right choice going

My daughter got married at Saddle Woods Farm on September 10, 2016. I hired Jason Ward Events for my DJ, Videography and photo booth. Jason was able to put together a bundle package for me and the price was very reasonable. Jason was very professional and fun. He stayed calm as we had to stop the ceremony during a thunderstorm and move it inside. I did not preselect songs for the reception thinking we would just request them that evening, but his song choices were so perfect that we didn't have to request a single song. The dance floor was packed the entire night from ages 5-70+. Thank you Jason Ward Events!

I had initially contacted another DJ company and they were booked and referred us to Jason Ward Events and I am so glad they did! Jason Ward Events even gave us a discount for being referred to them. Kelly Judd, one of the DJs with the company was super easy to work with and did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had and was accomodating when I needed to change the event timeline a few times. I loved that they use an online planning tool that allowed us to create a custom playlist of the songs we wanted played at our ceremony as well as during the reception broken down into a timeline format. They also provided pricing that cannot be beat! Because of the value of their DJ services, we were able to afford also renting a photo booth with them as well. I think that was the biggest hit of the wedding, and they provide a copy of the pics from the photo booth for the bride and groom to have after the event! Bonus was that the guests also got to keep a printed copy of their photo booth sessions so it make for a nice guest favor! The props they brought for the photo booth were fun as well! The music was the perfect level during the cocktail hour and dinner, and they got the energy going and people up on their feet dancing after dinner with lots of fun music! My husband's 80+ year old grandmother was even up on her feet dancing! As a nice surprise at the end of the night, Jason and Kelly let me know that they had taken some video footage throughout the event and were willing to put together a sample clip if I wanted to purchase the video later. I had not even thought of hiring a videographer. After I received the highlight clip that was set to music, I knew that I wanted to purchase that as well because it so perfectly captured the emotions and memories of our special day. I highly recommend Jason Ward Events! You will not be disappointed!!

Jason and his crew was awesome!! He had a GREAT price and included a lot in his services. They did everything we asked for and more. We had mostly an older crowd, yet they were entertained the entire time. The photobooth was so much fun as well. I would recommend him to anyone! Great team providing a great time at a great price!

Jason was the DJ for our wedding and he did a great job! He made it a very fun environment by interacting with our guests while on the dance floor. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and he went above and beyond for our wedding. His prices are very reasonable as well. I absolutely love the wedding video he made. It will be something that I will cherish for the rest of my life and show my children one day. I would highly recommend Jason as a DJ and a videographer.

I can not begin to describe how happy my husband and I are with Jason! I came across his website randomly through the help of a good friend! The second I saw his site and all the pictures on it I fell in love. I loved his documentary style of photography. It shows true emotions and gives a sense to realism that most photographs lack. This is what we wanted for our big day!

Getting in touch with Jason was very easy! He is great about responding to emails and setting up phone conversations/meetings. With our wedding being in Miami I was worried about the fact that he had to travel. Kyle assured us that he loves to travel, loves to be challenged with new scenary and enjoys meeting new people and cultures. These were exactly the points we wanted to hear and he followed through with all he said!

I highly recommend also using the photobooth! Jason is the only photographer that I have met/seen that uses this type of photobooth with high tech camera. It's a great addition to any party and really adds another set of pictures and life to the party you cant even imagine!!

Jason loved the mix of cultures and party atmosphere at our wedding and we enjoyed having his enthusiam. I recommend that any one in the Miami area look him up! We compared his prices and packages to many of the other Miami photographers and Jason's came out on top each time!!

Thanks again Jason for making our day so special, I hope one day in the future we can work together again : )

Hire him immediately. There are so many decisions to make when you are planning a wedding; choosing Jason as our photographer was the easiest and best decision we made. Jason is dedicated to his craft and you will not regret entrusting him to document your big day.

Although Jason's business keeps him on the go, it was easy to communicate with him. He is responsive and he engages in thoughtful discussion about your wedding. I can’t stress how rare that is in the industry. I felt like I had to chase other vendors down and then it was a real stretch for them to give a damn about my wedding. They had a very “been there, done that” attitude. Jason was the opposite. He was genuinely interested in our plans and in making the day a success. So much so, in fact, he actually rescued us from disaster.

I had planned an outdoor wedding and nearly chewed my fingernails to nubs the week before as I watched the chances of rain increase from 30 to 100%. Jason came out the day before and we walked through settings I really wanted to use for portraits, ideas I had, and contingency plans. Even though he was nervous about the rain too, he was equally reassuring that it would all work out. The next day, he showed up before anyone else and he monitored satellite feeds while he took “getting ready” photos. He helped me decide whether to move the ceremony indoors or take a chance on a break in the rain. We took the risk and, even though we only had a short window, he got the most incredible pictures. The light was diffuse from the rain and perfect. He took advantage of that, put his considerable knowledge and skills to use, and got some truly beautiful shots. Later, when I got the proofs, I was touched to see that he went around and got pictures of things that I had told him were special to me. He didn’t forget a thing, even thought our time was cut short by the storm.

Jason was fantastic! He hit it off with everyone at the wedding from our families to our friends. Everyone was very impressed. I have to admit we were a bit nervous on how we were going to take the pictures but Jason had everything under control. He had every scenario processed out and took so much anxiety away from everyone. It made is so easy to relax, smile, laugh, and just get lost in the moment. I wouldn't have changed anything about the wedding except maybe a few dance moves on my part but thanks to Jason's sensational craftsmanship we are able to relive the wedding any time by his photography. I would highly recommend Jason Ward's services to anyone without hesitating.

I would highly recommend hiring Jason for your wedding! He is an amazing photographer - so much talent and the personality to go with it. He was able to capture so many moments to tell the story; some we did not even see! He was flexible, fun, and professional and certainly has the eye to see it all. He did my daughter's bridal portraits as well as their engagement photos and they were all fabulous. My only complaint is that all of the pictures are so over-the-top that I am having such a hard time picking the ones for my mother of the bride book because I want them all. What a glorious problem to have. Jason is a one of a kind photographer that will document perfectly all of your most cherished memories. I will hire him when my next daughter gets married!

J Thomas Ward did an outstanding job with our wedding!! Being a young couple, we were tight on money and his prices beat any and all competitors! We had a mixed variety of guests, yet he still seemed to keep them up and on their feet dancing! Any and all questions were answered on the spot, and his organization is on point! We also used Jason for videography of our wedding and the CD turned out great. Guest had a great time, stress was not an issue, and the pricing is affordable. Why look anywhere else? Jason was great!! We had him DJ, and video out wedding. He also provided a photo booth for our wedding. We had no complaints for Jason's serives. We got our video and watched it. It was awesome!! The photo booth props was a lot of fun. We had a mixed corpus of people at our wedding and he was able to play the right music for everyone to have a great time. I would definatly recommend him to anyone in need of the serives he provides.

Jason really knows what he is doing. He was very relaxing to be around and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. He answered every single one of my crazy questions quickly. He kept everyone happy and dancing, he got people out of their chairs (even ones I never thought would dance), he worked with my other vendors and my family to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was by far my favorite vendor! We absolutely enjoyed everything he did for us. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ. He is by far the absolute best and least expensive out there.

Jason Ward is AMAZING!!!! I LOVED having him as my DJ at my wedding! If you want a great deal and great services, then you should choose Jason. He was very nice and catered to a variety at my wedding. He played music appropriate for my family (children), as well as my husbands family (elderly). I hope you get a chance to work with him. Oh my gosh, Jason Ward... by far THE BEST vendor we chose for our wedding this past March. Jason has such a warm/fun personality and legitimately gives his absolute best to make your event special. We found Jason on WeddingWire and decided to book him based on his reviews and price. When we met Jason he said he wanted to keep his prices low because this was something he genuinely liked to do. We echo a lot of the people on here who have wrote reviews & said that Jason's prices aren't nearly high enough -- the quality of what you get from Jason is top tier. He's a complete professional, unbelievably talented (BOTH DJ'ing & videography services) and without a doubt, excellent at his craft.

Jason answered all my crazy emails very promptly, was well organized and the one vendor I had no doubt going into the day would come through. As a DJ, Jason is SO much fun. He had our entire crowd dancing the entire night (and then some... "one more song!!"), was engaged with our guests and played a great selection of music.

I'm especially glad we hired Jason for videography. I really wanted to get our ceremony and misc. parts of our day on video but we didn't have videography in the budget (since most vendors start in the thousands). Jason worked with our budget and I can't believe how our video(s) have turned out so far. His turnaround time with the video was so quick and the quality is absolutely beautiful.

Long story short - we couldn't be happier we went with Jason and highly recommend his services for BOTH Dj'ing & videography. A pleasure to work with! :)

Jason had give me a quote to DJ AND video my wedding months before the date but me (being cheap) decided to just use him as a videographer and hire a seperate DJ (from this site) After all its just music right? lol boy was I wrong.
Flash forward to the date of my wedding - Jason arrived about an hour and a half early to set cameras up and get everything just right but the dj still hadnt arrived or called....
Me and my fiance go on with our pictures and everything... 30 mins before the ceremony is supposed to start - still no dj....
15 mins to go, no dj.... no word at all!

Jason got wind of what was going on and took over. Luckily he had one of his speakers and his laptop with him (just for these occasions he said)
lol I guess it happens more than youd think!

he rigged up a small system for my ceremony music and even set up for the reception so I could have my first dance and father daughter dance.

My day would have been ruined if not for Jason....
plus, the video we got back looks like somethin you would see on one of those chick flick movies! lol Me and my husband are so happy!

We used Jason for our wedding in October. It was a last minute decision for us to add a DJ and Videographer, but Jason went above and beyond everything we expected! He was very professional, communicated great, and really wanted to give us exactly what we wanted. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. His prices are unbeatable and you get what you would expect when paying $1000's! One thing you will be happy you did and will not regret!

Jason is amazing! He responded to all of my emails and even let us pay in installments (which helped a lot!). He plays until the party is over and was even our videographer for the ceremony and reception! So pleased with Jason and will refer him to anyone that asks.

Jason went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations! He even threw in a couple of surprises that really made our night even more special! The videos he made for us were awesome and Thanks to him we and our guests had so much fun and we didn't want the party to stop! He does an amazing job and his pricing is extremely reasonable. Lets just say dude is WAAAAY underpriced for all he does for you!
We just thought we were gonna get some background music and a cheezy video and boy were we suprised. (an im very hard to impress)

He got even our most conservative people up on the dance floor. Didnt talk too much and make the night about him (which some djs are bad for) and was very professional and helpful all the way thru the planning process!
By the end of the night Jason felt like a part of the family. We loved him, Our older crowd loved him, and the kids..... the kids were blown away!

We were on the verge of booking a huge entertainment company out of Nashville for over 2500 bucks when we came across one of his past customers who simply bugged us to death until we talked with Jason. Thanks Alesha! :) best choice we made on ANY VENDOR we picked.

We used Jason as the videographer for our wedding and couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Price was an issue for us in deciding if we could even afford a videographer but Jason customized us a plan based on our needs and met our price. We would recommend him to anybody in need of videography services and if we would have found him before already booking a DJ then we would have used him for that too. It was a great experience all around.

We used Jason Ward to DJ our 10 year class reunion. He exceeded our expectations! Jason is extremely easy to work with and really made our event fun. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would use again. Thanks again, Jason!

Jason was awesome ! Of all the stresses of my big day, worryin about my music was not one of them !! He was on cue and everything was laid out perfect !!!

I would recommend Jason Ward to EVERYONE looking for a DJ for any occasion. He know just the right songs to get the crowd moving! I used him for my wedding. I warned him that I didn't think anyone would be dancing I just wanted some music while everyone socialized. He turned it into a dance party and had us on the floor cuttin a rug!!! He respondes to email or text within the same day and behaves professionally at all times. His prices are very reasonable and along with music; he videos the wedding if you would like for him to. *********ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DJ USE JASON WARD*********

By far the best DJ we've ever had! We had him for a sweet 16 and he did everything we asked and it was an 80's party and he also dressed the part! We wouldn't hesitate to have him again or recommend him for any of your needs!

Words cannot describe how great of a dj this man is!! He kept the guest dancing for hours! I would recommend him to anyone. He made my big day so much better by listening and showing care an concern. There was no stress worry or concern when it came to him!

Jason did an amazing job! He was wonderful to work with and made everything so simple. He tailored our reception to whatever we wanted. Extremely reasonable price for excellent service. He was so good he even took some great pics and captured our only wedding video! Super glad we picked him.

Jason did an awesome job! He did my daughter's birthday party and not only were we highly impressed, every single parent was as well. Of course, the kids loved him and he really kept the party going! I would recommend him to anyone, and plan on using him for any future events.

Jason gave us the best price we could find! He answered every one of my emails timely and very professionally. We requested a lot of old school songs, and he found every song we wanted. Our guests were raving about our DJ!!!!!!!

Jason performed DJ sevice at my 12yr old twins birthday party. He did a wonderful, very professional job. I did not have to worry about any entertainment for the kids. He took care of that for me. The kids loved the lighting, smoke, games and dancing. The value was excellent. His product was priced well below the competition. I would not hesitate to hire Jason Ward again, and would strongly recommend that you hire him for your event.

I found Jason Ward Events on wedding wire, and was pleased with his pricing. After talking with them, I could tell they were the perfect DJ for our event! Very quick to respond to any questions or comments, we even ended up booking videography with them as well. As of right now, I cannot speak on the videography yet until we get the footage back, but once we do..I will certainly update my review with that information as well!

But anyways, on to the wedding...they arrived on time and set up quickly. Although, we ended up adding on a few more things about 3-4 weeks before the wedding...and some wires got crossed, so a few things got mixed up...other than that, I have no complaints at all. They were great people, easygoing, and they certainly knew what they were doing. We really appreciate Jason Ward Events for their quality of work. It is nice to be able to work with someone with such ease. It was like we all knew each other forever even though we had just met a few hours before, lol. We could not have booked a better DJ, and we are so anxious to see our wedding video! Thank you again for helping make our wedding perfect!

We contacted Jason after our previous booked DJ had to cancel on us, we were a little stressed & unsure if we could find a good fit. All I can say is thank god the first DJ canceled on us because Jason Ward was an absolute top notch DJ. Since we were planning our Nashville wedding abroad it was critical that our DJ be responsive and flexible in our communications. We were able to Skype with Jason and knew immediately that he was a great fit with a laid back demeanor and good sense of humor. He was very knowledgeable in a wide variety of music and we thought this would fit our diverse guest list. We talked over our strategy for the wedding and he advised us on a few areas and let us know what would work and not from an audio perspective. We gave him broad guidance on what type of music we wanted and how we wanted the party to be like. His price was extremely fair and he even included a 10% discount for paying upfront which I appreciated.

The day of the ceremony Jason had everything planned out. He had two systems set up one for the ceremony music and one for the reception area (our wedding was all on one site but the reception area and ceremony area were about 150 yards apart). Sound systems were placed tactically providing excellent sound while not being too distracting or standing out in our pictures. We gave limited direction and Jason planned the rest, filling all the blank music space in just the right way. When the reception time came, Jason really made the party start playing music that even got my 95 year old grandpa out of his seat. He was very energetic & flexible, letting us karaoke some & even getting out on the dance floor while his partner was at the MC. Bottom line Jason is a great DJ with a down to earth personality who can truly party. On top of that prices were great- so great in fact, that we also had him do our video too(something we didn't even think we could afford). We couldn't be more thankful for him and his great work!

We met this vendor at a wedding show and the value for what they offer is relatively unheard of in the current wedding industry and we decided to go with them. We signed up for the full package of services. One of the services I was so grateful for was our wedding planner Kasey Hagood. There are no words to describe how much of a blessing it was to work with Kasey. She made our wedding day easy and seamless, she worked alongside our other vendors so well and came up with inventive ways to create a memorable day. Libby and Kelly took our engagement photos and wedding day photos, always so enthusiastic about our wedding day and just as excited as we were, it feels great to have other people so excited to share this special day with you. I have not received our photos from the wedding day or the video yet and cannot comment on that service but we are so excited to see the outcome!!

Horrible Experience

Extremely unprofessional. We payed extra for queso that was not served, which was stated in our planning form, even though he says it was not. Tried to drop off the food and not serve it when we paid $250 extra for it to be served. Person there was also wearing a sleeveless shirt and shorts to the wedding. They had little to no communication before event. Person also thought he was at a birthday party, not a wedding. Tried to get us to pay full balance weeks in advance when our contract stated to pay the day of. Never responded to any emails unless it involved payment of some sort.
