Jason was the best officiant we could have asked for! He is very attentive, professional, well spoken, and kind. My fiancé left the marriage license at the hotel the day of the wedding and Jason made sure I didn’t worry about it. One of my bridesmaids missed the rehearsal and Jason took extra care to talk with her the day of to make sure she knew what to do. He was also great with the flower girls, he promised them each $1 after walking down the aisle and instead gave them $5 each! -

Jason was the best addition to our big day that we could’ve possibly asked for. He is incredibly personable, very well spoken, extremely professional, and delivered on all his promises plus more. I accidentally forgot our marriage license and he offered to drive over to our hotel the next morning and pick it up! Jason made our ceremony a life moment to remember and we can’t wait to include him in our visits to CT! -

Jason officiated our wedding in July and we cannot recommend him enough! He was so responsive after our first inquiry and showed his kindness and professionalism in our consult call.
Jason was communicative throughout the months leading up to our wedding and was flexible with our ideas for ceremony. He helped us draft our own vows and helped us with tips and tricks to feel at ease the day of!

Best wedding officiant ever!
I wish I could give Jason more than a 5 star review because he exceeding our expectations! We coincidentally booked him last year and found out my best friend had also booked him. Absolutely beautiful ceremony for her wedding and for ours, he truly put in the time and dedication. He went on a personal level to get to know me and my husband separately and wrote his own beautiful ceremony from the secrets we shared with him. With this, he is also the friendliest man to walk this earth and has an extremely positive energy about him. Jason was absolutely amazing. He did an unbelievable job and I will be recommending him to every couple. He is extremely calming and helps ground you when you feel like you’re starting to spin. He didn’t act as just a officiant, but also as a mentor and a friend. He was there for my wife, myself, my friends and my family if any of us needed anything. Highly recommend!
Jason was such a pleasure to work with! From our first interaction and conversation, I could already tell he was so passionate with what he does and truly makes an effort to better understand each couple on a personal level to create a tailored ceremony. During our wedding, we got SO many compliments on our ceremony, how it was the best one they've ever attended and so many high regards for the officiant! It was apparent how much love was in the air, from the couple and from Jason. He made the whole ceremony so special and personalized and something I will forever cherish. He was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond, and helped us along every step of the way. Our wedding was the first one my husband and I and many of the bridal and groom party's were in, and Jason was respectful and clear with all directions and guidance. Jason truly went above and beyond as our officiant! We had a lot of uncertainty about how to structure our ceremony and balance paying homage to our families while also being true to ourselves as a couple, and Jason was there to help us every step of the way - from being there to answer questions/bounce ideas off of, to providing examples of readings that might be a good fit, to patiently working with us to revise our ceremony script in the days leading up to the wedding until we were 110% satisfied with it. Jason was so kind, open, and professional throughout this whole process, and we can't imagine having worked with anyone else. Most importantly, on the day itself, Jason made sure our ceremony ran perfectly! We had so many people compliment us on how personalized and meaningful our ceremony was, which was in large part due to Jason's approach of incorporating pieces from our personal sentiments questionnaire and his flexibility in working with us to make sure our ceremony was everything we dreamed it would be. We can't recommend him highly enough!

We interviewed a few wedding officiant and we felt most comfortable with Jason. His calm demeanor and deep experience were evident from our first meeting and throughout the entire wedding. Jason guided us flawlessly through every part of the ceremony and took care of so many details we could not have foreseen. On wedding day, there were a few last minute changes and possible snafu, but Jason went out of his way to fix everything and reassured us he made all difficulties dissappear. The ceremony was everything we asked for; simple, heartfelt, and profound. Jason did a superb job. Jason was the officiant to my wedding on 10/19/2024, and from start to finish he made the process so wonderful. My husband and I were nervous going into the ceremony and being the center of attention, but Jason was the best at making us feel conformable and confident the day of. His communication was on point, always responsive to emails and checking in with us for every decision and detail. We could tell that he loves what he does, and so appreciated that he cared about making the ceremony unique to us as a couple and our needs. Once we had our first conversation with Jason I knew he had to be our officiant. He was so easy, professional, and kind to work with. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jason during the months leading up to our wedding, during our rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding day! He was so patient, easy to communicate with, extremely helpful, and highly professional. When you work with Jason, you see right away that he is very experienced and personable! During our rehearsal dinner, we had a lot of rambunctious personalities, and people of all ages that were included in our ceremony. He was really flexible and patient while taking us through everything, making sure we felt confident. II had some concerns about my nerves taking over, so he made sure that certain parts of the ceremony would fit my needs. It really put me at ease, and I knew everything was taken care of. Let's just start by saying, he is truly an amazing and flexible guy. He works with you along the way and is very responsive to any and all emails and other forms of contacting. He also listens to any concerns you may have and addresses them in a timely manner. He also shows his passion for what he does on his sleeve and strides to give you perfection. And we got perfection. He gives "homework" in form of a work sheet to get to know how you would like your ceremony to go by and incorporates that into his speech and ceremony preparations as if he knew the couple their whole life together. He takes the time to get to know both of you. He is wonderful. There is not time to say how perfect this man is to be your officiant and we would highly recommend him if you want that perfect ceremony. We would hire him day in and day out over anyone else again and would love to work with him again if the situation presented itself for us to do so again. His pricing is extremely fair and believe his time is worth every penny and would be willing to pay more if he was to do so down the road again. He is extremely flexible and his communication with us is above all expectations. He is open and honest. If there is something he would suggest to happen one way or another he will let you know with all the love behind it. Jason is truly THE BEST OFFICIANT you would ever want and could ask for. I know im missing something but I'd say again do not pass him up because he will give you tye best ceremony possible and more. Please give him a chance. You will not be let down and he will exceed all expectations and you will fall in love with him as much as we did. Wow, Jason was incredible to work with on our big day! He was extremely professional and responded very quickly to any questions. We knew we made the right choice by choosing Jason when everyone after the rehearsal kept commenting on how excellent of a job he did. Jason came highly recommended by our venue (the Lord Thompson Manor) and I can absolutely see why. My husband and I planned on “shopping around” for officiants, but immediately after our first Zoom call with Jason that plan went out the window and we knew he was the one.
When it comes to the logistics, Jason is everything you’d want in an officiant. He’s thorough, organized, punctual, and incredibly responsive (he literally responded to emails from my husband and me within minutes on multiple occasions). And his attention to detail didn’t end after the ceremony. Not only did he deliver our signed marriage license to the town hall the day after our wedding, he also delivered our personal vows we accidentally left behind to our home address that same day.
Jason tailors the wedding specifically for the couple, collecting personal sentiments from each person to make it completely customized. He did a fantastic job of taking everything we wrote about each other and turning it into a cohesive, beautifully written ceremony. We wanted our ceremony to show how much we mean to each other but we also wanted to keep it relatively light-hearted and Jason achieved this balance perfectly.
On a more personal note, Jason has such a kind spirit and calming demeanor. Wedding planning can be a stressful time and having someone who was such a champion for us meant the world. He validated so many of our feelings and concerns. Whenever my husband and I felt overwhelmed during the wedding planning process, we would repeat a sentiment Jason shared with us during our first chat with him: the bride and groom aren’t supposed to be experts on planning a wedding and it’s completely normal to feel nervous because if you’re nervous it means that you care. His perspective on life and love is so inspiring.
As an added bonus, Jason wasn’t initially going to be available during our rehearsal (which was completely fine) because he had another wedding that same evening. But to our pleasant surprise, Jason let us know that he could in fact make both work. Having him there the night before to work through some of the little nuances (what order I should hug both my parents, which hand my husband should take, how far my sister should step up to collect my bouquet, where exactly we should stand, etc.) was SO helpful and made the ceremony the next day a breeze. The fact that he was so eager to make it work and show up for us was incredible.
I seriously cannot thank Jason enough for making this the best day of both of our lives!

Jason Longo is a top notch officiant and wedding coach who we would greatly recommend for so many reasons. Jason not only took the time to talk to us over the phone in an initial meeting, but also met with us in person a few months prior to our wedding to get to know us better. He was able to seamlessly incorporate things he learned about our background, families, values, and preferences, etc., into the ceremony, and sent us preliminary copy with all the details, including a special unity ceremony for our blended family (which he suggested) and welcomed any changes or additions we wanted to make in order to make our wedding ceremony as perfect and as personal to us as possible. At our rehearsal, Jason patiently walked us through the entire process so we would be completely comfortable and at ease on our wedding day. All our guests commented on how elegant the ceremony was, and how professional and charismatic our officiant was, which we couldn’t have agreed with more. And shortly after our wedding day, Jason even sent us a copy of the script he wrote so we could save it with our other wedding mementos. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. We can only say wonderful things about him. What made me worrisome about hiring an officiant is not being able to connect with them and unable to convey our feelings, thoughts and our story meaningfully. But Jason was able to achieve that and more. I think my now husband and I can both agree that we are not good with speeches or able to convey or thoughts into words very well which is why we opted out of personal vows, but it doesn't make us any less. Jason's words were more than what we could have ever written on a piece of paper, he was eloquent and his words resonated throughout the room which deeply touched our hearts as well as our friends and family. He was able to tell our story and our emotions in a way that we could've never done. Even though my husband and I didn't want a religious ceremony, I did want to include a touch of it as to show a sign of respect to my family. Jason was able to do that flawlessly. Jason is such a professional! Not only is he a great communicator, but you can tell he genuinely cares about providing fantastic service to his clients. We got married on 9/29/2023 and Jason made our day so special. Right from the start he was awesome with communication and took the time to understand what we were looking for and how he could make our ceremony perfect. With each call that we had with Jason we became more confident in our decision and more excited for our special day. When it came to our rehearsal Jason was professional, organized and put everyone's mind at ease that it would be a seamless ceremony- which it was. The night of our rehearsal my Husband and I were super stressed at the weather forecast for the next day, Jason assured us that he would do everything and anything we asked of him to make sure we had the day we wanted. Hearing that made us feel so relaxed and was honestly one of the nicest things we heard throughout the whole planning process. Jason is selfless and cares about each and every one of his couples as if they are his family. I could not have agreed more with his presentation, he was spot on with our "non-religious" ceremony, keeping it deep and meaningful without any religious reference. He caters it to you! The kind words he had for both my husband and myself nearly brought me to tears!

Our wedding was not religious and we wanted to have an outside individual officiate for us. We looked on many websites and after interviewing several officiants for our wedding, Jason was the most relatable, personable, and well-spoken individual of the bunch. Not to mention, he has had extensive experience in front of an audience which was further reassuring for us. His calm, confident, and inviting presence made it easy for my husband and I to talk to him and he was extremely receptive to the kind of ceremony we were looking to have. He also offered a lot of support to both of us leading up to the wedding.
Jason learned my husband and I so well through long individual questionnaires and a few phone calls; his interpretation of our relationship during our ceremony was so beautiful you would have thought he had known us for years. He was articulate and well-paced - the entire ceremony was seamless, and we truly wouldn't have changed a single thing. Jason was the BEST!! I cannot rave enough about him. He was extremely professional, while also making us feel like we’ve known him our whole lives! He was extremely responsive and personable. Jason was more than just an officiant he came a major support system for our wedding. He is easy to work with, responds quickly, efficient and quick on his toes. We were both unsure about our vows. Jason performed our ceremony 10 days ago and it was magical. I called so many officiants and they were good but Jason was the only one who literally gave me goosebumps over the phone. He is calm, professional, fun, organized, and caring and made it so easy for us. We were worried that by hiring an officiant that we didn't know we would lose that personal touch but after meeting Jason and answering his questions and working with him, our ceremony sounded like it was done by someone who has known my husband and I our entire lives. Perfect in every way!
