Jason was the perfect photographer for out 06/20/26 wedding at Garnet Hill.
From the first time we met him we could tell he had the right calmness, patience, creativity and excitement for our wedding. He is very clear when communicating what the day will look like and does many pre wedding phone calls/meetups to discuss ideas. He was very open to communicating with our Day of Coordinator.
On the day of he was all over the place, taking pictures everywhere. Making my wife and I feel like we were doing such a great job and that it was truly a perfect day. The shots that he took are absolutely amazing.
He got along with everyone at the wedding, essentially becoming a guest while working so hard.
All in all he is a great, great person who does an even better job photographing our special day.

Jason deserves more than five stars. He is truly amazing to work with and is the best wedding photographer in the Capital Region! He is incredibly talented and truly loves what he does.
Jason was so helpful throughout the planning process and was very thorough. For both our engagement shoot and wedding, he went above and beyond to capture our love. The morning after our wedding, Jason sent over a dozen beautiful photos from our day. Even my father-in-law (who is not a big fan of being photographed) was so impressed by Jason and his work ethic. We would recommend him to any bride or groom in a heartbeat. We can’t thank Jason enough for everything he did to make our day special. -

Best photographer
Jason was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We did our engagement photo shoot with him as well and could not have been more pleased. I would recommend him and will be using him in the future. All our guests loved him. -

Jason was fabulous for our special day and so easy to work with! From the second we met with him at our engagement shoot we were already comfortable. Our dog was a huge part of all of our photos during engagement shoot and our wedding day and Jason was so good with her. He is so compassionate about his work and everything he could do for us during our special day. He made sure we had exactly everything we wanted from photos and throughout the crazy process of photos on your wedding day. He was patient in the heat we were dealing with and the 10 minutes of rain we got. Constantly asking us if we were ok and seeing if there was anything he could do to keep our day perfect. The preview we received only a few hrs after Jason left the venue were absolutely stunning and we are so excited to get the rest back. -

Great photographer
Jason was absolutely wonderful to work with and made for a really relaxed, calming environment. He even drove us to our wedding when our limo got lost! We HIGHLY recommend doing an engagement shoot to get comfortable with being photographed on the big day. We wanted photos that looked very "real" and Jason made sure each moment was authentic and not staged. Highly recommend!!! -

Excellent Wedding Photographer
My husband and I were thrilled with the experience that we had with Jason as our wedding photographer. Neither of us are super comfortable in front of the camera, so we were a little nervous going into our engagement shoot, but Jason made us feel at ease and this really comes through in the photos. Leading up to the wedding day, communication was excellent, and Jason went above and beyond to provide recommendations for our timeline, photo locations, and more. Our day-of experience was incredible as well. Jason helped keep things on-schedule, even amid the chaos of shooting our large family with lots of young children. He is also a dog-lover, and happily incorporated our pup into many sweet shots. Additionally, he was such a pleasure to be around. He is a genuinely kind person who clearly has a passion for photography and this shines through in the quality of his work. Our wedding photos turned out absolutely incredible. The emotion in the photos is tangible, and this is due to Jason's keen eye and talent. We were thrilled with the variety of candid moments that he was able to capture. Our family and friends are constantly remarking on how beautiful the photos are. We are grateful to have found Jason to capture our special day and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a genuine, passionate, and talented wedding photographer. -

Jason is awesome! From our very first conversation, he was so friendly and excited to work with us. We had a few special requests for our engagement photos that Jason was more than happy to help with. In the days leading up the wedding, Jason was always available to answer any planning or day of questions that we had. Jason and Paul (his second photographer for the day) went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was captured in the way we wanted it to be. We had an amazing wedding and are so happy that our friends and family will have these beautiful photos. His knowledge of our venue, the Canfield Casino, allowed him to find the perfect spots for some great photos. Not only is Jason an amazing photographer, he truly is a good person. Wedding planning can be very stressful, but having a photographer like Jason there made things so much easier. We highly recommend Jason! -

Jason was perfect!
The absolute best person we could have hired for our wedding day!
Jason was responsive. He always called or wrote back quickly. We met with him prior to the wedding. He had great ideas, and helped us find some great spots near our wedding ceremony at the top of Gore Mtn. On the day of the wedding he was professional, patient, and full of such positive energy. A perfect photographer for our perfect day! He is a true artist, captured all of the special moments during the ceremony, all of the family and wedding party pictures, and then spent private time after the ceremony for couples shots. He always kept us laughing, helping to add to the charm of each photo. A one man band, he pulled off something incredible. He processed the photos and got them sent over to us quickly. We have hundreds of beautiful pictures to choose for albums and sharing with friends and family. We could not have picked a better photographer to work with. So grateful to have the chance to work with him!

Jason is everything you want in a wedding photographer. He was an absolute joy to work with on our wedding day and made everyone (including our very camera shy family) feel comfortable taking photos. Our entire family was so happy with him and he was never intrusive or in the way throughout the entire day. During the planning process Jason was extremely attentive, quick to respond, and would proactively reach out to make sure he had all of the information he might need to make sure everything would run smoothly on wedding day. And most importantly, our pictures turned out to be absolutely incredible. Jason captured moments we didn’t even remember happening and added so much value to our wedding experience. The memories he captured through his photos will be in our families forever. We are so grateful for his work and we really can’t recommend him enough! With all of the effort that goes into planning it is a relief to have a wedding vendor you know can absolutely count on. If Jason is still available for your date, hire him for your wedding. You will be happy you did! -

Jason shot our wedding at Garnet Hill in North River, NY and couldn't have been better! He was very responsive and easy to work with and you can tell he really loves what he does. He makes it a point to use his photos to tell a story, which was great for capturing a wedding. He worked hard to capture all aspects of the day and the pictures came out beautiful! He also did our engagement shoot at the end of winter when the scenery was less than ideal, but he still found a way to make the photos look amazing. -

We had a small wedding without a reception and I was very happy to find someone who could do an elopement package that was reasonably priced. Jason’s work was excellent. He stayed in touch, arrived early to help set up, checked in with me and helped plan my entrance given the venue and the weather (it was raining), managed the more challenging/bossy family members with utmost professionalism and tact, and sent both a link and a USB with our photos. Highly recommend him. -

Breathtaking pictures
My husband and I decided to elope, and make our day about us. Jason was there to capture every moment that we were able to share with our families after. He made us feel incredibly comfortable, took his time, and enjoyed a few laughs with us. Regardless of what type of event you are having, I highly recommend Jason as your photographer. I feel like he captured every little special moment that happened, things that I didn't even remember happened until I saw the photo. I would recommend him over and over again for your wedding. Jason truly loves what he does and it shows. His photos told the whole story of our wedding night. Thank you Jason!

We contacted Jason in January to book him and he was amazing at answering questions, giving suggestions for what times the lighting would be best with the lake and making sure everything was set for our big day. On the day of our elopement I could not have imagined having a better experience! Jason captured everything with such amazing detail and we have had so many compliments on our wedding photos!

My husband and I were eloping in the Adirondacks (July 2018) and wanted a photographer to capture the day so we could then share the occasion with our family and friends. He far exceeded our expectations and made our families feel like they didn’t miss a single moment of our marriage. We were crunched for time as we were having a reception back home for family less than 2 weeks after our ceremony. He had our images to us in plenty of time for us to play them during reception. We’d recommend Jason to anyone looking for a polite, responsive, professional and high quality photographer for their special day. We couldn’t be happier with our photos.
