  Spectacular night shots photography with easygoing vibe

  We were first drawn to Jason Berry Photography from his portfolio of night shots. With our full wedding ceremony and reception to take place outdoors in the evening/night, we needed someone who was experienced in taking photos in low light conditions. Jason and his second photographer exceeded our expectations!
  
  My now-husband and I are more private folks, but Jason’s easy-going approach put us at ease in front of the camera.
  
  ** PREPARATION HIGHLIGHTS **
  — Where we lacked in vision, he came with clear direction. Jason had great ideas for shots in both our beachside engagement shoot and at our wedding. I had originally thought that I did not need too much time with “Detail” Shots nor “Getting Ready”— Jason assured us that we would want time dedicated to that part of the day, even if we were shyer folks. We are so glad that we did! Some of the best photos came from those parts of our day.
  — Jason captured a beautiful and impossible photo for our engagement shoot, involving both my now-husband and I, AND our (2) dogs, all looking at the camera. Enough said on this point. Haha :)
  — Jason uses a portal on Honeybook, which makes for easy correspondence and retrieving the contract and any open balances.
  
  ** DAY-OF HIGHLIGHTS **
  — Jason and his second photographer came very much well-prepared and on time. We did not have ring boxes prepared for the “Detail” shots, but they came with multiple colors for us to choose from for the shots. We were also lucky that Jason had prior experience of shooting at our venue before, so he already knew key locations for photos.
  — Wonderfully clear directions for photos. They made sure to look out for not just us as the couple (e.g. “bend your elbow to help make the pose more delicate”), but also for all our family and friends (e.g. “go ahead and place your hands in your pockets for the shot”)
  — They were incredibly efficient in taking all of our listed “must have” photos. This was not an easy feat as both sides of the wedding party had 6 people each, along with extended families that required group shots, as well. Formal table visits shots were also essential to us as part of our cultural practice, and Jason was able to squeeze every single one in.
  — Jason and his second photographer became more than just the photographers on our special day. They became my rescuers. When I realized my rookie mistake of not ensuring that my wedding dress enabled me to move as freely as I needed to for our first dance, Jason’s second photographer sprinted to her car for safety pins to adjust my off-the-shoulder dress sleeves. This adjustment stayed in place perfectly for the rest of the night. Crisis averted!
  
  ** FINAL THOUGHTS **
  Jason Berry Photography understands how meaningful the photos are and takes the time to get to know you as a couple. He aims for a generous lightning-fast turnaround, consistently delivering sneak peek shots within a few days (if not the next day), with final products for both our engagement shoot and wedding day ready within a few weeks. We are so grateful to both Jason and his second photographer for documenting our special day in such a beautiful way. Thank you, Jason!

  Jason and Hilary were amazing to work with! They did our engagement photos and photographed our wedding, and we are so happy we chose them. They were professional and prompt, but also fun and easy to work with. They gave direction and suggestions which were appreciated and they listened to our requests and were easy to communicate with. If you choose Jason Berry Photography, you can't go wrong!

  Phenomenal Photographer!

  My experience with Jason was phenomenal! He has great vision especially when it comes to lighting and posing. He arrived early to shoot the setup ahead of time and when it ran long he was very flexible and agreed to stay longer. He also recommended a great videographer friend of his who also did a terrific job. After the event, we had spoilers in less than 24 hours and the turnaround time for the rest of the photos was also very quick. You’re really getting the full package with Jason. The photos were amazing and you won’t be disappointed.

  Excellent service, worth every penny

  Jason was the perfect blend of professionalism, compassion, and "taking care of business" that ensured our day ran smoothly. He went the extra mile with preparation and scheduled calls with my wife and I before our wedding to ensure what we wanted for all of our photos. On the day of the wedding, he took our pictures in an efficient, organized, fun, and professional manner. The outcome of this service was excellent. The pictures looked amazing and were delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this hard-working potographer.

  Excellent Experience

  Both Jason and Hilary were amazing to work with! They were very responsive to my questions and concerns prior to the day of. They were early and ready to go on the day of. They helped keep me (the bride) calm and on schedule. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable working with them taking photos and had fun with it. They were able to get all the romantic, classic photos we wanted but also some really fun candid ones. The photos turned out beautiful and everything I ever wanted. I highly recommend Jason and Hilary!

  Great guy, great photographer!

  Jason was fantastic & all of our photos turned out so awesome. He asked thoughtful questions over a Zoom meet & was almost as excited as us to travel up to Big Bear for a woody engagement shoot! Our Temecula wedding was shot absolutely beautifully. Exactly the vibe we were going for. Great guy, great photographer!

  Jason Is the Best!

  Jason is Amazing! His work is incredible and he is really easy to work with. During our search for our wedding photographer we were a bit nervous because we waited until only a few months before the wedding. If you are debating getting a wedding photographer....I’d strongly suggest to do it. We almost decided not to but ended up doing it last minute and we are so happy we did. It is soooo cool seeing Jason’s amazing photos of us and it really made the day feel like a “real wedding” when we were doing all the fun photos with family/friends and the wedding party! Jason was quick to respond and was very flexible with initial meeting times. He said we could all Skype or phone call and we decided a phone call was more than enough. Jason was very detailed and a true professional at his craft. We were planning everything ourselves so we were a bit overwhelmed but Jason took about 30 min explaining everything and helping me adjust our timeline to create a better flow for the day. The day of the wedding he was early to the venue and messaged both bride and groom to make sure we had everything set up and if there was any last minute changes. As the groom, it was my first time being professionally photographed so I had know idea what to expect or what I should be doing... I let Jason know and he totally took over and walked myself and my bride through everything. There was no hesitation from Jason, he knew exactly what photos he needed and when to take them. He had us do all kinds of creative poses and took us around the venue to multiple spots we would never of thought of to make sure we had the best results from all angles. He was fun and relaxed the entire time which helped everyone else get in the same mood. He made sure he captured all of the essential shots and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure everything was going smoothly and to check if we wanted to add any additional last minute photos. He made sure to check in before he left and even showed us and some of the wedding party some of the photos he had got which I thought was really cool. Thanks again for being so awesome Jason!

  We have booked Jason Berry Photography on two occasions. The first was for a family photo shoot last December and the other was for our son’s wedding in August 2018. On both occasions, we were extremely happy with his services. Jason is the best of the best! He is very professional and easy to work with and his pictures are absolutely stunning!!! We spent a lot of time researching and interviewing photographers for our son’s wedding and Jason was without question the right choice. He is extremely talented and a master at capturing the perfect light at sunset. He was always professional with his communication before, during, and after the photo shoot.
  We can’t thank Jason enough for perfectly capturing the beauty of the day and preserving these very important memories for our family.

  Jason is seriously an amazing photographer! He is beyond great at what he does, he captures the most perfect moments, he is kind, funny and even worked on the 4th of July just to take our engagement photos! Not to mention, he kept the whole thing a surprise for me as I didn't even know they were going to be engagement photos!! Thank you, Jason, for everything. :)

  When I was searching for a photographer, I was hoping to find someone who really cared about their artistry, who cared about their end product and could connect on a personal level with their client. Jason Berry was all of those and beyond. I believe that selecting your wedding photographer is of upmost importance. After all, what is left after a wedding besides your memories and captured moments in time? I had such a great experience from beginning to end with Jason. He was professional, responsive and really listened to what we wanted. Our engagement session was a great preview into what was to be expected for the wedding day itself and I could not be more excited! On the wedding day itself, Jason and his assistant Tony really took their time to make sure that all angles of the wedding were captured. The end product was even more beautiful than I imagined. Now I am left with beautiful photographs captured in time to remember what I consider to be one of the most important days of my life. Thank you Jason!!!

  I found Jason last minute for my wedding since our original photographer bailed. I’m glad it happened this way because Jason is an amazing photographer. All by himself, he captured the most amazing photos from all sorts of angles. My husband and I are shy and introverted so we don’t really like crazy poses, especially my husband who doesn’t like taking pictures at all. Instead, Jason captured great candid moments that we absolutely love! He listened to all of our needs and requests and honestly, I don’t think anyone could have done a better job. The quality of the pictures are perfect and Jason spent a lot of time with me to help create the perfect wedding album. I guarantee if you hire Jason, you will not be disappointed!

  BOOK JASON NOW FOR PHOTOGRAPHY! Seriously, now! Jason has a natural eye and ability to capture dramatic, fun, and creative photos. My husband and I booked Jason for our engagement and wedding photos and we are so happy with how EVERY picture turned out. From the beginning, Jason was very professional and prompt. My husband (who does not like being in front of a camera) really loved Jason. Jason made him feel comfortable with his down the earth attitude. Jason gives great suggestions for poses and where to stand and how to stand, he makes taking amazing pictures easy. After our engagement shoot, we felt like we had become friends with Jason and really looked forward to him capturing our wedding day. Between the engagement shoot and wedding day, Jason remained in full contact with us and answered any questions that arose during wedding planning. Come the day of the wedding, Jason was amazing and accommodating once again! Our pictures are AMAZING, they are something my husband and I will cherish our whole lives. A month later, I still cry when going through our wedding photos, because they tell OUR story. We have an amazing mixture of candid, romantic, dramatic, and fun pictures. Jason really knows how to capture the mood and personality of the bride and groom. Even after the wedding Jason made sure my husband and I were happy with every single photo and went above and beyond expectations. My husband and I decided that Jason will be our photographer for ANY life event in the future, he is great to work with and has a natural talent for what he does!

  From start to finish Jason Berry is the best photographer I have worked with!! I researched about 20 photographers and Jason was the one!! He is very professional and friendly. He is very diligent and prompt with his communication! He is very responsive!! Out of all of my vendors, he was the easiest to work with because he was on top of it and spent the time to make sure all was coordinated properly. Jason treated us like we were his most important client. His classic, artistic style is amazing!! Everyone loved our pictures!! My friends have been asking about my photographer so his pictures refer themselves. He was flexible with our schedule and we had the most detailed wedding as far as the itinerary. Jason was able to capture all the magic moments. Jason is worth every penny and more appreciation for his help in making our wedding awesome!!

  Jason was such a great find! He was so easy to work with and created a package that met our needs. On our big day Jason & his team jumped right in shooting all of our accessories and wedding details as soon as we arrived. He also helped organize and execute our first look off site at the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Jason was unobtrusive while still capturing every part of our wedding beautifully. We got a few teaser photos back almost immediately and all of our images very fast. Everything looked even better than I could have imagined!

  Jason and his team are absolutely outstanding! Their pricing is fair, their response times up until planning are excellent, they asked enough questions and looked at the timeline thoroughly but didn't have an overwhelming amount of "homework" for us to do. And, of course, the day of the wedding they were incredible! Just the few shots that I saw took my breath away! Everyone was also so easy to work with and so lovely, it made the day even better!

  My experience with Jason has been so beyond perfect. We purchased our wedding photography package from him and I haven't regretted it for a second. We wanted to do our engagement photos out in Yucaipa because it's lovely out there in the fall and he was more than happy to make the drive to make our session perfect for us. He arrived on time and we had tons of fun shooting! Usually I hate being the subject of photographs but he made me feel like we were just out having fun, it was the most willing I've ever been to have my photo taken. When we got the photos back we were blown away at how beautiful they were. He has also been wonderful about his timing when it comes to editing and answering any questions we have. I would fully recommend Jason to anyone looking for a great photographer! He's the best!

I was introduced via a mutual friend and being from Australia and getting married in Hawaii I wanted to be sure of my choice. Jason was very responsive and thoughtful throughout the whole experience.   Jason Berry is the best! Together with Tony and Doug, their work complement each other as evidenced by the excellent photos they create! Very easy going and flexible, i texted Jason a couple of hours before the ceremony to take pictures of the wedding gown, the groom's outfit, rings, invites etc which wasnt included in the contract and they were there and did beautiful pictures which just tied things together in my wedding! The best decision ever for my wedding...well, next to choosing my Man, of course! Lol!
