WE LOVE JARED!!! They are the epitome of quality. I love the store setup, every staff member is super friendly and their service plans are unbeatable. My husband and I go in to have our rings checked and cleaned often and we're always greeted with a smile. The prices were admirable and are of excellent quality! -

My engagement ring is from Jared and not only is it absolutely gorgeous, but the service at this location is great. Since my engagement I have been in several times to clean my ring and it is always done in a timely fashion. I would recommend this Jared location to anyone. -

Jared was the only place that had the ring that I envision. The staff was very friendly and never made me feel like I was being forced into a sale. I highly recommend this jewler. -

My ring is amazing! I have never seen anything like it and neither has anyone else. The setting that my husband found at Jared is absolutely gorgeous and more than I could have asked for. We live in Tampa now, and when I take it into the store here to have it cleaned or serviced, they always comment on how unique and beautiful my ring is. People have stopped me in the store to comment on my ring. I have even had men compliment on how gorgeous it is! I absoultely love it and can say that my husband did a good job! The people at Jared at the Towncenter (St. John's Towncenter in Jacksonville) were so helpful and caring. They remembered us when we brought in our rings right before the wedding. They even couldn't wait to see our pictures. They were the best! We both couldn't be happier. -

My husband got my engagement ring from Jared and we bought both of our wedding rings from them, as well. They were wonderful throughout the whole process - very, VERY helpful! We really like their "one year payment" plan, too. We pay no interest for one year on the rings, instead of putting several thousand dollars down at once. We are very happy with our rings!!! -

My sales rep was wonderful, we needed to find a band for my oddly shaped engagement ring and she was so helpful in suggesting all types of bands and we ended up finding the perfect one and they offered to clean my engagement ring and time I come in to have my band cleaned even though the e- ring is not from Jared. Wonderful customer service! -

Staff was very helpful and never rushed us even though they were closing. Customer service was great since the ring was too big when it arrived. They ordered a new one and it came quickly! I would definately purchase from them again! -

Any of the staff in the store will be able to help you. I don't remember who our sales rep was, but both the engagement ring and the wedding rings look absolutely fabulous! -

We were very pleased with our buying experience. They have the most to look at of any other jewelry store, so anyone should be able to find exactly what style of ring they want. Staff was very friendly and not too pushy. We found a beautiful setting and even had them custom make a unique head for it, which turned our beautiful. My wife gets stopped all the time! Also, the after the sale service has been excellent. My wife stops in all the time to get her ring not only cleaned, but relustered for free (something most other stores don't do, or you have to pay each time to do). -

My Fiance was particularly impressed with the quality of the loose stones available at this location of Jared's. He said he went to a lot of high end Jewelers and even boutique jewelers who didn't have the price to quality ratio like Jared's did. In addition, he worked with a young man named Aaron on the Jacksonville Town Center location that he was really happy with. He said Aaron didn't rush him and really helped him understand the differences in the diamonds and the options he had. The only thing he didn't like was this "time out" policy they had where if a customer is with a sales person too long someone else comes in. That sounded like someone was going to creep in on Aaron's commission (if they even do that) and so my fiance opted into going back another day to ensure that didn't happen. We're going back here to get our bands from him. -

Our wedding bands were very beautiful and high quality for the price.
Only complaint with this store is that they make you wait a long time (sometimes over an hour) for any services to your jewelry (such as cleaning or ring sizing) just to drop it off!! They seem to attend to people shopping first and then any after-sale customers go unnoticed :( -

He went to Jared. We buy all of our jewelry from Jared and I especially love the free cleanings! They even engraved my ring for free. We always reccomend them to friends and family. Great selections and great prices. -

we came into the store and was greeted immediately by the staff. We were offered coffee and then they let us have our own time to look around the different rings available.
When we were ready, a sales agent was there to attend to our questions.
Very happy and pleased to have found the wedding band that fit both our style.

My engagement ring and wedding band come in a package together. They are part of the neil lane collection. The ring is vintage style and absolutely beautiful. The set got purchased on April 10, 2012 and the wedding set for April 20 2013. I never wore my wedding band before the wedding and I took it in for all the inspections for the warranty. After the wedding ceremony I noticed that one of the diamonds was missing from the band. We took the band in and they said they would fix it and to come back in a few hours. We came back to pick up my ring and we noticed that the diamond was wedged in and the etching around the ring destroyed. In addition, there was a sharp piece of metal sticking out. The diamond they crammed into place was too big. I complained and they said they are sorry and they would fix it and to come back in two weeks. When I went back I saw a poor attempt on fixing it. The diamond was the right side but all the delicate etching work on the sides and top was completely destroyed. The lines were uneven and it looked horrible. I asked to speak to a manage and I was told he was busy and he would call me as soon as he was done assisting the customer. Two days later I went back in the store and spoke with the diamonds manager. She agreed that the ring was destroyed and she was willing to help get a replacement one if I would be patient. She is the only saving grace to this situation. She called a couple of days later and said that she would replace it at no cost to us. -

My fiance purchased my engagement ring at Jared last year without any problems. The ring has a unique shape and he didn't realize there wasn't a matching wedding band, so we had to get one custom made to fit. That is where the nightmare begins and is still going... First of all, the quality of the engagement ring is wonderful. The quality of the custom made wedding band is poor. It took them several times to come up with a product that didn't look like garbage. I was appalled by the poor quality of some of the bands they presented to me. This is a major quality assurance issue. Finally, after 6 months of back and forth, practically begging them to make me a quality wedding band before my fast approaching wedding date, I got one I could live with. Was it the ideal ring, no. It was the best I had been presented with thus far, and well, by this point with the wedding about a month away, I was worn down and emotionally exhausted. The second problem with Jared, is the customer service. The management of this store is horrible. There is a major lack of accountability and organization and this flows down to the salespeople. Fast forward to today, I've been married for almost 3 weeks, which means I've been wearing my wedding band for only 3 weeks. One of the smaller diamonds fell out last week. Not sure when or where, but it's gone. I am dreading going into the store (St John's Town Center) to deal with the employees and fix the situation. I would definitely NOT recommend this vendor for anything based on the lack of quality of their service first, followed closely by the lack of quality of their product. -
