Working with Janette for the planning and day of our wedding was truly incredible. Her organization, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding, and it showed in every aspect of our wedding.
Every vendor she recommended was excellent professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. It made such a difference knowing we could trust her recommendations without hesitation. She truly went above and beyond at every step, always thinking ahead and making sure everything was perfectly in place so we could fully enjoy our day.
Despite last-minute changes due to the rain, Janette and her team handled everything seamlessly. What could have been stressful turned into a smooth and beautiful experience thanks to her quick thinking and calm presence. Her assistant was also incredibly attentive, kind, and charismatic, making sure we always felt taken care of.
Because of Janette, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment without worrying about anything. She managed the timeline flawlessly, coordinated every detail behind the scenes, and ensured everything flowed perfectly.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful, organized, and special everything felt. We received so many compliments. We are beyond grateful for her hard work, patience, and care in bringing our vision to life. She made our wedding day not only stress-free, but truly unforgettable. It was the best day of our lives. Nos acompañaste desde un año y medio antes del gran día, y desde el principio nos hiciste sentir tranquilos y en buenas manos, siempre atenta a cada detalle y resolviendo todo con tanta profesionalidad. Supiste saber calmar todas nuestras inquietudes y buscar soluciones viables ante cada duda.

Working with Janette in 2025 was the best decision we made for our January 2026 wedding. Since we were living in the U.S. and planning a wedding in Puerto Rico, we needed someone who could bridge the distance. As a local from the west side of the island, I wanted someone who understood the area, while my husband needed someone who could navigate the logistics of bringing guests in from out of town. Janette handled both perfectly.
From our very first virtual meeting, Janette made the process incredibly easy. She was proactive with vendor communication, provided us with excellent venue options, and personally accompanied us to tours to ensure we asked the right questions. Whether it was coordinating tastings or helping us find the right officiant, she held our hand through every single step. I knew nothing about the wedding world so it helped to have Janette confirm or question industry standards as I gasped at the industry at times.
By the time the wedding day arrived, I had so much confidence in Janette’s professionalism that I didn't feel the need to manage or question a single thing. In fact, the venue manager and photographer kept commenting on how relaxed I was! The truth is, I was only relaxed because I knew Janette 'had it.'
She and her assistants were flawlessly organized to the point were post wedding multiple family members and friends told us they noticed how incredibly she was. Janette ensured I had the quiet moments I needed, like the 10 minutes of solitude I requested to practice my vows before the ceremony, and coordinated a private moment for me and my husband to share a drink right after the 'I dos.' She never had to run to me with questions because we had planned so well together over the year (which she made sure via texts, calls and in person meetings). Because of Janette, I could be present for my wedding. I remember every moment and had the time of my life. If you want a coordinator who is professional, attentive, and allows you to actually enjoy your own wedding, Janette is the one! -

Janette Made Our Dream Wedding a Reality - Everything Was Perfect!
Janette was absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism and attention to detail made everything we envisioned for our wedding a reality. Not only did she guide us through choosing vendors, she also shared thoughtful recommendations and insights we hadn’t even considered. She was always available to answer questions and talk things through (even with the four-hour time difference since we live in California). Her responsiveness and support made the whole process feel much easier and gave us a lot of confidence along the way.
Leading up to the wedding we were a bit anxious, feeling like we should be doing something (but she was already taking care of everything). That gave us a lot of peace of mind.
On the wedding day, Janette and her team made everything run smoothly and executed every detail perfectly. Everything we hoped for came together exactly as we imagined (or better!).
We can’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Janette, for everything. -

The best coordinator in Puerto Rico
Janette was so helpful and took away all the stress away from us. She did everything that we didn’t even think to do. The day of the wedding she was more than a coordinator, she stepped in mom mode, helping me put on my dress and keeping me relaxed and I really appreciated that from her. The day of my wedding it rained and Janette moved quickly to put out plan B together and she did such an amazing job. Literally my wedding wouldn’t have been possible without her help. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator. -

Janette is amazing, she cares so much of all the aspects of the wedding and makes sure everything goes smoothly. I felt so happy and relaxed throughout the whole process. Janette was with us for a year and a half, helping us plan our dream wedding. We got to know each other extremely well during that time, and we could not have achieved our wedding without her. She listened to all of our ideas, hopes, and dreams and did everything she could to help us achieve them while also keeping us grounded. She respected our ideas and budget, which was extremely important to us, while also suggesting ideas that elevated our wedding. She answered every question with patience and excitement.
After that year and a half, our wedding day arrived, and Janette made sure everything went perfectly. If anything came up that needed to be taken care of, she handled it quickly without interrupting us or our day. We were truly carefree and enjoyed our wedding 100% because Janette ran everything behind the scenes flawlessly. Everyone has commented on how amazing our wedding was and how perfectly everything turned out. My husband and I could not be happier. She is excellent at her job, organized, knowledgeable about everything needed for wedding planning, well connected, and a genuine pleasure to work with.

Janette estuvo con nosotros durante un año y medio, ayudándonos a planificar la boda de nuestros sueños. Durante ese tiempo llegamos a conocernos muy bien y no habríamos podido lograr nuestra boda sin ella. Escuchó todas nuestras ideas, esperanzas y sueños, e hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos a hacerlos realidad mientras también nos mantenía con los pies en la tierra. Respetó nuestras ideas y nuestro presupuesto, lo cual era sumamente importante para nosotros, y al mismo tiempo sugirió ideas que elevaron nuestra boda. Respondió cada pregunta con paciencia y entusiasmo.
Después de ese año y medio, llegó el día de nuestra boda y Janette se aseguró de que todo saliera perfecto. Si surgía algo que necesitaba atención, lo resolvía rápidamente sin interrumpirnos ni afectar nuestro día. Pudimos disfrutar nuestra boda al 100% y sin preocupaciones porque Janette manejó todo de manera impecable. Todos han comentado lo increíble que fue nuestra boda y lo perfecta que fue. Mi esposo y yo no podríamos estar más felices. Es excelente en su trabajo, organizada, conoce todo lo necesario para la planificación de bodas, tiene excelentes conexiones en la industria y fue un placer trabajar con ella. -

We absolutely loved working with Janette. She made our planning process and wedding day as seamless as possible. My husband and I work pretty intense hours and Janette was always flexible to find time to meet with us over Zoom when we were available. She has excellent attention to detail, incredible organizational skills, and her years of experience shine through. Although she is born and raised in Puerto Rico, she is fully bilingual and thus an excellent choice for destination weddings in PR. She truly made us feel like her priority with every planning meeting and throughout our wedding. Additionally, her knowledge of local Rincón vendors was invaluable. Her thoughtfulness and kindness will absolutely never be forgotten. Our wedding day was unforgettable and we attribute those incredible memories to the hard work of our wedding planner. -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Janette Velázquez as our wedding planner for our special day at Villa Cofresí Hotel in Rincón, Puerto Rico, and we cannot recommend her enough!
