    The cakes and cookies were amazing! Love the decorations and the rehearsal dinner cakes with Home & Snoopy were fantastic!

    We received so many compliments on our delicious wedding cake from Janet's Cakes! Their staff was wonderful with helping us decide how to design our cake and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Janet's for your wedding cake, or any of your bakery needs!

    Janet's Cakes was wonderful and the almond cake is to die for! They worked with us while we were still in Louisiana and met with us for the final touches the week prior to the wedding!

    The cake and cupcakes were beautiful!! I found a picture of what I wanted online and it looked identical to the picture when they delivered! I was extremely impressed with the cake and they were also delicious!! Great job to Janets I will definitely be going back for future cakes!!

    yummy cake - every layer was amazing and the best part - THEY DONT USE FONDANT!! Its expensive and yuck and their cake was commented on to be one of the most beautiful everyone had seen. Ordered a cake for 200 - had just under 100 at the wedding and very little cake left!! Cannot wait to go back to Bloomington and stop in for a cupcake! Thank you!

    They created the exact cake that I wanted! The cake was awesome and tasted great! Janet's makes the best cakes in town.

    This was magnificent! Their cake was delicious (as always!), with its wonderful almond flavoring and raspberry filling. I gave them a picture off of Pinterest to work with, and they ACED it. They even made me custom fondant flowers. I was so impressed, and it was so delicious. A wonderful value and a great hometown bakery. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

    We used Janet's cakes for our wedding cake, groom's cake, and a few other wedding-related events. Everything I've ever eaten from Janet's is absolutely delicious! Our wedding cake was decorated just as I described it to them, and it looked great! Even better, it tasted wonderful! We got to do a free cake tasting with our $20 deposit, and all of the cakes tasted great. They were professional, helpful, and on-time. And, the cost of the wedding cakes was extremely reasonable!

    We had a Butter Pecan Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and it was the most delicious wedding cake I've ever tasted :)

    Janet's did an amazing job creating the cake exactly like we wanted - they worked with us and even changed the design with us a few times to get it just right. Everyone loved the cake (moist, delicious, and beautiful!), and working with Janet's was stress free!

    I was stunned at the beauty and great taste of my cake! They went above and beyond to make the cake look like the photo that I brought in and put it on a gorgeous stand (!) and it tasted amazing (think raspberry filling on one layer and strawberry on another). It was also extremely affordable and completely professional. The process was very easy :) and stress free. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    If you want a beautiful wedding cake that also has a wonderful flavor, Janet's is the best place to go. When we did our budget, I was so afraid of the cost of everything (mostly because I was afraid of my dad's reactions). However, the price was exceptionally reasonable, and our cake turned out just beautiful. Plus, it was just delicious. We received many compliments and will only recommend Janet to other couples getting married.

    All I can say is YUM! We ordered a smaller decorative cake and had several sheet cakes to give our guests options and they ate it all!

    We ordered a variety of cupcakes and a 6" cutting cake for our wedding. They were easy going with our sample tasting, we called in the flavors we wanted to try, picked them up and took them home. Everything tasted great and the cupcakes were the perfect size -not too big and not too little. They were accommodating with our multiple flavor requests as well and took extra care to make a cute design on our cutting cake.

    We love Janet's Cakes, and we use them a lot. In fact, we used them even though our wedding was to be in Kansas and carted the cake the two states in our car!

    They have lots of varieties and frostings. The only thing I wish they would have done was provide samples at the time we made the decision about the wedding cake because it might have led us to be a little more adventurous than we ended up being.

    Janet's has the best cake in the Central Illinois area. The wedding cake was absolutely delicious, many people commented on it.

    I loved the cake! It was delicious and it looked beautiful. It would be nice if Janet's would accept credit cards, and I wish I could have gotten the cake delivered out of town, but other than that I thought they were great.

    What a great experience! We got our cake...the groom's cake...our cream cheese mints and punch all from Janet's. It was delicious and EXACTLY what we asked for. Trying the cake was probably the best part. They do such a great job at planning to make sure you're getting exactly what you've dreamed of. Delicious and worth the money!

    Janet's Cakes came highly recomended. The cake was delicious, delivered on time, and was reasonably priced. No worries. They even delivered out of town (30 miles).

    Janet's cakes are always delicious and I knew the taste of the cake wouldn't be an issue. The service provided was fine... they seemed kind of busy and just wanting to get my consultation over. The person was helpful enough, I suppose. Like I said, I knew it was going to taste great, but honestly, the quality of cake decorating these days at Janet's had me a little scared, but it turned out fine, I guess. They need to evaluate the talent of their decorators! The quality has gone down since Janet passed away. :(

    I had Janets do the cake for my wedding as really they have the best tasting wedding cakes in town and their prices are reasonable. They don't really have much in the way of someone who is there to help design your cake or give you ideas. They have a bunch of books that you can look through, or you can bring them a picture. Unfortunately, they didn't get a higher review from me as they were supposed to deliver my cake before noon on my wedding day as the florist would be there at 12:30 to put the flowers on the cake (my cake was pretty plain in design cause there was supposed to be a cascade of flowers coming down from top to bottom on one side). They said it wouldn't be a problem. Janet's didn't show up to the venue until 3pm. The florist had to leave by then and there was no one to put the flowers on the cake. I didn't see the cake until I got into the reception hall after the ceremony. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. The cake looked naked and plain. Very upsetting. Janet's verbally apologized when I went in to return the cake stand, but that was it. I'll recommend them, but be sure if you have special instructions the day of the wedding to call them and make sure your cake & whatever else arrives on time.

    Although our cake was beautiful and delicious, only 3/4 of our guests at the reception actually got to taste it! I had given Janet's a headcount of 140 (only 110 came to the reception) and was told that the cake would feed 158 without cutting the top layer...no such luck! We did not have enough cake for all of our guests. It was very upsetting.
