I thank my lucky stars that I found Jamie! Through a good amount of Instagram stalking and trying to find that perfect photographer of what I was envisioning, I initially reached out to Jamie because of her warm, romantic tones, and the true emotion she captures through photos.
From the first phone call, she was so genuine, kind, and very excited for us! She truly took the time to get to know all about us and made us feel so comfortable. I booked her right away!
A big hurdle I was nervous about was that we weren't local to the Virginia area- we live in Texas and were planning this wedding from afar, so when I was talking to her about engagement photo locations and a certain window we had to do them in, she was SO accommodating (we're talking the day before Thanksgiving accommodating..!!!) Together, we came up with this kind of crazy, yet amazing location for the photos and it couldn't have gone better! First time meeting at 6 AM for a sunrise shoot in Shenandoah Nat'l Park? In the freezing, cold rain?? Sure thing! No problem!!
She went above and beyond our expectations and was such a trooper. I may not have felt my fingers for about an hour afterward, but it was 1000% worth it and we now have those pictures of us on top of a mountain forever. From that point on, she was wonderful, communicative, and extremely flexible. She even allowed us to do a non-traditional payment plan, which really helped us.
When it came time for the wedding day, Jamie was hands-down, absolutely wonderful. She hadn't shot at our venue before but was able to use that photographer sixth-sense she has and scope out amazing spots for all for our photos and they turned out so well.
Our whole bridal party and family members were so impressed with her. She was warm, extremely professional, and friendly yet directive. She worked with us throughout the whole day and with 13867 other things going, I had total confidence in her that I knew she was doing a wonderful job capturing everything that we wanted.
The VERY next morning, she sent us 20-30 sneak peaks and I was floored. EVERY single one made us emotional and made us SO happy we had Jamie to capture our most important day.
If you want an adventurous, supportive, accommodating, communicative, and authentic photographer- I couldn't recommend Jamie enough!!!! -

Jamie was everything I dreamed of in a wedding photographer and more. I’ve only received the sneak peeks so far—which arrived incredibly fast—and I am already utterly obsessed. She perfectly captured our essence as a couple and nailed my 'dreamy-moody' aesthetic. Beyond her talent, Jamie was professional, kind, and highly responsive throughout the entire process. Her sweet and funny personality made the shoot feel effortless and natural. Highly recommend for your wedding or any reason! -

She has documented our engagement, our wedding, and our newborn. She is incredible. So kind, extremely talented. We cherish the photos from our wedding so much and have 3 of our couples portraits over our bed. She captured our aesthetics beautifully. -

I cannot recommend Jamie enough! From our wedding day to every major milestone since, she has been there to beautifully capture the love, joy, and emotion in every moment. Her professionalism, creativity, and genuine warmth make the entire experience effortless and enjoyable.
On our wedding day, she made us feel completely at ease, and the photos are nothing short of breathtaking. Every detail, every candid laugh, every heartfelt glance perfectly preserved. She also was so responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. I have also referred her to 3 of my friends and they have also used her as their wedding photographer, so I feel like that speaks for itself how great she is. Beyond the wedding, she’s continued to document our family’s journey with the same care and artistry, creating memories we will treasure forever. I will I have a forever photographer.

We hired Jamie for our wedding after hearing rave reviews from a few of our friends. We immediately felt at ease when we started talking to her. She is exceptionally kind, professional, and talented. My husband doesn't love having his photo taken, but Jamie managed him perfectly, and he loved working with her. She was a calming presence on our wedding day - it felt like having a close friend there to capture our day. Jamie sent us some sneak peeks within 48 hours of our event - we are absolutely blown away by her talent. She finds the best light, the best angles, and captures the little moments just as beautifully as she does the big ones. In short, she is pure magic and insanely talented - I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! :) -

Jamie and her assistant captured the Magick of our wedding day perfectly. My husband and I are so pleased with the pictures and we both loved working with them! The pictures came our perfectly and they made it so fun and gave great direction when we didn't know what we wanted. So helpful and attentive. -

Jamie is Fantastic to work with!
Jamie is Fantastic!! She had to travel a ways to our venue and didn't seem to mind :) She was prompt, professional, helpful, and so kind. She made the morning easy and fun. Our pictures are beautiful - she captured the natural light and moods of the moments perfectly. She was very communicative and kept me on track leading up to the big day. She really tries to make everything as stress free as possible. I'm so glad we found her and recommend her to anyone looking for a great photographer. -

Jamie did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding photos, I can’t recommend her enough! We have so many options to choose from and are hanging them all over our house. Not only are the photos amazing, but Jamie is so kind and makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera. -

I can’t say enough about Jamie! We don’t do photos and my, now husband really hates getting his picture taken. Jamie has this way of making you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Our engagement and wedding photos make us look like we are naturals. The movement that she incorporates in photos are amazing and that helps capture true candid pictures. During our wedding I didn’t even realize she was getting pictures of different moments throughout the day and I’m so thankful that she captured those sweet memories. When things didn’t go perfectly according to our timeline she rolled with it and we absolutely LOVE every picture that she took! We would, without hesitation recommend her to any of our friends and family.
