I loved their services and James' photos! Our photos came out great! The pictures are trendy and got all the stuff that we wanted. He was very professional and got things done in a timely-fashion and fun to work with. I'm so thankful for him being at my wedding and his efforts. We were referred by a friend of ours while searching for a photographer and there were no regrets.

We couldn't have been happier with James and his whole crew on our wedding day. He and his crew were very professional and kept a witty sense of humor. The reactions we've been getting from family and friends has been beyond positive when we show them photos from our wedding day. They are absolutely stunning and look like they came from a magazine. James did an amazing job catching real life moments and I can't wait to see the rest of the photos. So far we've gotten a glimpse of 60 of them and couldn't be happier. I also hired James videographer who was a pure delight- very personable and made my now husband and me very comfortable, our concern was that we'd be in the spotlight under cameras and lights- this was so not the case, it was seamless and very natural.

From the get-go James was very responsive and accommodating- he showed up the hotel the morning of my wedding ahead of schedule and took part of the rest of our day discretely. They made use feel so comfortable that I forgot they were there and they got some really amazing shots. Again, no one can get over how amazing all the photos came out. Selecting 2be Photography was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. You won't be disappointed with this group!

To summarize, when you think about it, there's very little remaining of your wedding day when it's all said and done. The flowers have gone, the guests have all dispersed, and we're back to normal life. The only thing that remains is the photos. James and his team have helped us capture a magical day magnificently and we couldn't be happier.

It was a pleasure working with James and his crew as he was very familiar with the place and knew all the beautiful spots to take our wedding photos. It was quite nerve wrecking at first with all the wedding excitement. However, his calm presence led us to trust him more as he guided us throughout the busy day. He was patient with our party and guests which had them listening as he started directing during our family portraits. And I know firsthand, our family is one tough crowd to handle but he was able to fly by each shot effortlessly. He captured all the family and guests that we needed with some fun shots during the reception. We got our fun and creative shot with some romantic shots together. It was simply beautiful and works of art which we cannot fathom how each shot was made. We really appreciate each and every moment that they put into on our wedding day.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about James! From our very first communication, through to the last, they've been wonderful! The hospitality in their office is great, and we were able to see and feel their albums, and seeing the photography on their walls made us fall in love. Their packages are reasonably priced, and actually more affordable than we found elsewhere for similar quality and time. The photography package we chose included an hour long engagement photo shoot, He instantly started taking photos of different areas so he could prepare for certain shots on the big day, and it paid off tremendously. The day of, he was so into it, getting down on the ground, climbing rocks, and doing some unconventional things that made the photos just over-the-top amazing! Jeff was our second photographer, and he was just as creative as James, taking charge and positioning us for some magnificent angles. Trust me, this wasn't a "one photographer and one assistant" deal! Our videographer, Phillip, had perfect timing for everything! It was only after watching our final video that we realized he had 3 video cameras with him for the ceremony, and we never saw a thing! All three men were so polite and professional, they were never in the way, hidden unless they needed to be out, and they were able to capture every moment and make it special. When it came time to review the finished products, the studio was very accommodating with edits to photos, and turnaround time was super fast! Photos were ready within a month.

James did an absolutely incredible job on both our engagement shoot and our wedding shoot. I could go on forever about how amazing our engagement photos turned out, so I had pretty high expectations for how the wedding photos would be - and somehow he surpassed them! We have hundreds of high-quality, stunning photos from our wedding day, and it's going to be incredibly difficult to figure out which ones to frame or put in a wedding album! We hired a second shooter for the day of as well, and the prices were still extremely reasonable - much cheaper than other photographers we researched early on. On the day of, James was a constant presence, working nonstop throughout the day, and was very responsive when we asked for various types of photos on the day of. Our venue had a lot of gorgeous outdoor spaces for photos, and James truly works magic with his outdoor shooting skills. Highly recommend hiring James for your wedding!!

Several of my friends have used James as their wedding photographer so I got to know him through their weddings. I had so many things to worry about when I was planning my own wedding but I knew that a photographer was one thing that I did not have to worry about. James is a true professional and knows how to take great, classy wedding photos. He knows exactly what he is doing. He is highly artistic and knows how to direct people in an organized way without being too prominent. We also liked that he published several sneak peek pictures on his website right after the wedding when we were all still very high from the wedding. That was a treat for our family and friends. Just take a look at all his photos on his website - they speak for themselves. You won't regret hiring him as your wedding photographer!

James is an amazing photographer and did an excellent job on our wedding pictures. James already did my 4 sister's weddings and my dad and stepmom's wedding as well. so there's no need to say more words about him. You can tell that he really loves what he does and he is very enthusiastic. He really knows what pose and background will look good for the pictures. THE BEST! I am such a tough customer,

Ask for James, he is so talented. You cannot get a better photographer at any price and

James and his crews were the best deal i have made for my wedding.
we had photography as well as videography. i knew for sure photo was gonna be great, since i've seen his work on facebook. what i didn't know was the video was gonna be sooo awesome. it was edited so that it's not too long or boring, but has all the crucial moments, and it was HD Bluray DVD quality! i have no doubt that they are the best in tristate. the quality of the album is very luxurious. the cover is made of leather and every page is very thick and sturdy, i would say it would be pretty hard to destroy it. with each photo taken, either james or his crew coached us how to pose and what to do. we are no top models, but we look pretty amazing in all the photos. plus, love the Kodak moment photos, i don't know how they do it, we were suprised when we got all those photos that we were not aware of being taken.

simply said, "worth every penny spent on photos and video~!"

James is truly the best photographer we could've asked for and more. Not only did he go along with my last minute plea to have him an extra hour, but he showed up early and stayed later than the contract stated. He and his second photographer for my wedding were there for every moment, directed when they were needed, and weren't afraid to speak up to get the correct shot or keep the pictures flowing. Photography was the #1 most important part of the day for me and I have zero complaints about James and his beautiful work! My only mistake was getting my engagement photos done before I found him. I've received a few sneak peak photos that are the most stunning pictures I've ever seen and I cannot wait to see the rest! If you want to do one wedding thing correctly, choose James

We found James through a recommendation from a friend’s wedding photographer, and my husband and I could not be happier that we did. James was professional, fun, and an absolute joy to work with. When we first began the wedding planning process, my husband (Nick) was skeptical about hiring a photographer at all. However, I knew I wanted to, and booked an informational meeting with James. My then-fiancée came along grudgingly, and grumpily. However, throughout the course of our coffee meeting with James. Nick made a complete 180. As soon we walked out, Nick turned to me and said, without hesitation, “I like him lets book him.” The rest is history. I am, admittedly, a bit awkward in front of the camera. However, throughout the course of our engagement shoots James put us both at ease. His kind, funny, and relaxed attitude made our time spent together incredible fun. James took our unique personalities into account, and expertly captured our relationship. Initially, Nick and I were not sure that we needed engagement pictures, but I am so glad we did them. They allowed us to bond with James, and to understand what he needed from us to get beautiful pictures. On the wedding day, James and his team worked with professionalism and skill. They immediately connected with the Bridal party and our family. We received great reviews from all our friends and family. The photography team managed to capture the pure joy and fun that permeated every aspect of our ceremony and reception. James was recommended to me by a friend who was using them for her wedding in long island and I could not be happier with the quality of service that my husband and I received! The package that we had was an incredible deal and it included two photographers and a videographer. It was the best deal that we found and My engagement photoshoot was with James in the DUMBO area and he did a fantastic job James and his team did an INCREDIBLE job with our photos and video on wedding day. We are very, very happy with our choice to work with James, Jeff and Phillip. They are wonderful.
As a bride, I never felt rushed, posed or stressed. We cannot thank them enough for capturing the little moments that mean the most to us. Everyone tells you that your wedding day flies by in such a way that you may not even be able to remember it. We can take ourselves back to every minute and relive the most amazing day of our lives again and again.

Working with James far exceeded our expectations. His style manages to capture candid touching/funny/tender moments, and his posed shots were beautiful as well. We loved working with him as he was willing to work with our requests and yet still had fantastic judgment as to what shots would look the best. James and his staff were completely unobtrusive at our wedding. Taking pictures before and during the wedding was a pleasure; he was such a calm and relaxing presence. In summary, five stars without a doubt, if I could give him more than five stars I would! If their photojournalistic/artistic style if your cup of tea, contact them asap and you will not be disappointed.

Photography was the second vendor we booked after securing our venue and wedding date. So it was very important to us and we were willing to set aside a healthy budget for it. It is an "investment" ;) but Their pricing was amazing and below the majority of their competitors.

He photographed three of my good friends weddings last year and as soon as we needed a photographer- we booked James immediately! He is so professional, kind and calming during the most emotional day of your life! Not only did they capture every beautiful moment of our day, their incredible abilities turned it from simply 'wedding photos' to the beautiful art of photo journalism.

I don't even know where to start my review off, James was absolutely AMAZING!!!! First off I'm a military bride and I planned my wedding all the way from Florida, I found James off this website and saw her work and immediately fell in love with it!! His packages were in my price range which was even better. I didn't meet James until the day of my wedding and his personality but yet calm spirit made my day that much smoother. Upon arrival He immediately began working capturing all the small details. He was like a fly on the wall the entire time. Videographer was amazing as well. My family can be very hard to handle but he did so well with everyone. I've already seen a few sneak peaks of my wedding and they were beyond beautiful! Where do I begin ... James is one of a kind. He is incredibly talented in his craft and he really cannot be compared to any other. His photos are really art. I hired him for my engagement photos, wedding day photos and also my 3rd trimester pregnancy photos and I plan on hiring him for any other events that I have and family photos. You won't be disappointed. All my photos are worthy of being blown up and displayed and I'm not particularly photogenic but he captured many beautiful moments. Additionally, he is reliable, his staff at the wedding was also amicable and took great photos and some really great candids. You really want to trust that your photos are going to be handled well especially on a day that cannot be recreated and I knew from seeing his prior work and from meeting James that I wouldn't be disappointed. All my friends also were amazed at the photos and plan to hire him when the time is relevant. Also, taking photos could be an awkward experience unless you are a model and used to it but James really eases the photo taking experience and makes you feel comfortable which results in gorgeous photos. He is well experienced and you should have no doubt in choosing him for your special moments. For his cost, I feel like I got over 20x the value since his work is so phenomenal. You truly will not regret booking him! Thank you so much for all the great memories James!

Truly Amazing. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the phenomenal work James and his team provided for us. They were professional and fun to work with. James would also respond to my questions immediately, and as a meticulous bride, I had many. I worked with James and Joseph for my Engagement and Wedding Photography and Eric for Videography. The photos/video came out beautifully. I could tell that they really love what they do and are very good at it as well. I first took notice with his photos when a friend of mine had worked with James. Her photos were artistic and full of life, and that's exactly what I wanted. Another friend took notice of my own photos and decided to work with James as well.

After seeing my friends wedding photos, I had to find out who their photographer was. The minute we walked into their office and saw the photos displayed on the walls, we knew right then and there we made the right choice and was ready to sign the contract. James was helpful explaining step by step what happens on the day of the wedding. He seemed like a man of few words but that is only what you see on the surface. He is funny, witty and passionate of what he does.

The day of our wedding was humid and the sun was beaming but from the moment they arrived down to the last minute, they were calm and professional taking as many pictures as possible. James would make jokes to bring out smiles from everyone and believe me when I say that his jokes made EVERYONE smile!! They are dedicated, shows true passion on what they do and professional.

They followed us around during reception capturing every single moment all the while asking us if we wanted specific pictures and making sure they didn't miss anything. I couldn't be more grateful we found James to be our wedding photographer. He was totally flexible, working with us to figure out exactly what we wanted, and then determine what made sense for our particular wedding (both our style and budget.)
He made us feel relaxed and calm the entire time he was taking pictures. He even gave us some tips before the wedding, to make sure we had the best day. In the end, the pictures were absolutely amazing. He got the traditional and candid shots that ever bride/groom wants, but he also got a lot of great off-the-cuff shots of people having a great time at our wedding. The pictures are so memorable, and we've gotten a ton of compliments about them. I highly recommend him!

I cannot explain enough how satisfied we are with their services. We had one photographer and a videographer for our wedding. On the day of, James was very professional and did what he had to do; everything ran smoothly and on-time. We love the photos that we received, in a timely fashion and my family loves it as well. My friends already booked them and their services are highly recommended for any kind of event that you will have.

James was AMAZING! He is VERY EXPERIENCED and SKILLED photographer. I would recommend him without a second thought. The pictures he took captured the best moments of the wedding and more. He was a pleasure to work with. He sent me a preview of the wedding within 24 hours and rest of the photos in only a few weeks. I love his style and appreciate his professionalism. You will not regret choosing James as your photographer.

My husband & I recently got married this past June, and had the pleasure of working w/James Park from 2Be Photography & Design for both our wedding photography & our engagement photoshoot. We booked James as our main photographer after viewing samples of his amazing work online, & also received many positive recommendations from mutual friends who had worked w/him in the past.

From the start, James was always very professional & helpful, and surprisingly (being that nervous bride & groom), we found it extremely easy to trust him & his staff with ALL aspects of our wedding photography from the get-go. (Yes, they are THAT good!) During our engagement photoshoot, my husband & I had such a great time working w/James & our 2nd photographer, Gil Seo, that 3-4 hrs of taking pictures nearly flew by. To say that we were extremely satisfied w/the way our pictures came out would be a complete understatement! Our engagement photos looked SPECTACULAR, & all our family & friends kept asking us who our photographer was.

On our wedding day, both James & Gil did a phenomenal job. We also booked our videographer, Eric Cho through 2Be, who was excellent! They arrived at our site even earlier than expected, & ended up staying much later than planned bc our ceremony had started late (due to issues involving the venue). Again, we had such a wonderful time taking pictures & filming w/them (thank you!!!). Shortly after the wedding, James sent us a preview of our wedding photos, & my husband & I were blown away. The photos looked AMAZING & again we were reminded of how incredibly talented our photographers are!!!

Looking back at our entire wedding planning experience, I can honestly say that working w/James & the 2Be staff was by far the most POSITIVE experience we had throughout, & we are so glad that they were a huge part of our special day. I joke w/my husband that we are never planning another wedding again, but if we did, I'm sure we would book James again in a heartbeat! :)

We hired James as our photographer. we interviewed 15 other photographers before choosing to work with him.
and of course we had very hard time picking our favorites since there are so many great ones to choose from.
since my cousin is very famous photographers in CA (he couldn't attend our wedding).
we narrowed to 3 of them finally and tried to get help from my cousin to choose. after few days i got response from him
and said "this is the one"!! we really loved his past work and trusted opinion of my cousin.

And now,
We can’t say enough about James. he was amazing on our day.
We have received our photos, and they are even more amazing than we had hoped!
My husband and I are very impressed by James' ability to catch each and every important moment
highly recommend him.

James was very professional for what he was doing. Photoshooting can be exhausting but he made it very entertaining and his each shot was just a masterpiece.
I highly recommend James for your wedding photography.

We absolutely cannot say too many wonderful things about James!!! Working with him far exceeded our expectations. His style manages to capture candid touching/funny/tender moments, and his posed shots were beautiful as well. We loved working with him as he was willing to work with our requests and yet still had fantastic judgment as to what shots would look the best. James and his staff were completely unobtrusive at our wedding. Taking pictures before and during the wedding was a pleasure; he was such a calm and relaxing presence. During the wedding and reception, he never interrupted; instead he used his excellent judgment to take wonderful natural shots that were unposed and genuine: The photos are fantastic; we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! We would, and intend to, recommend James to all our friends without any reservations whatsoever.

Fantastic photography service

James is experienced, punctual, professional, and humourous. He knows how to get the photography work done. Our memorable photoshoot with him was wandering around Brooklyn for the engagement photoshoot. You will not be disappointed with him! ^.^

My husband and I got married on March 14, 2010. When we first met Mr. James Park, he was still a newbie in the business. What caught our attention was his extraordinary photography work in terms of color, background and the style used to capture each “special moment.” Also, Mr. James Park was easy going and a pleasure to work with from the moment we signed our contract to the end when we received our albums and pictures.
One of the most important aspects of engagement/wedding pictures is that the bride and groom must be comfortable with the photographer(s). Mr. James Park (and his side kick, Gil) had a lot of patience and were humorous so we were able to laugh naturally without posing much. We received many great feedbacks from friends and family how great our photos came out. Also, we loved our albums (highly recommend)!
I recently saw his current engagement/wedding pictures from Facebook updates and his work is like wine. It gets better with time! I highly recommend him as a photographer; why not choose the best as pictures will be the only thing you’ll cherish for years to come! Thank you Mr. Park!

The perfect photographer!

Fantastic!! We are so glad we picked James Park to be our wedding photographer! From start to finish, he did an amazing job. Before we met James, my wife & I had met with quite a few photographers and none were right for one reason or another. Then, we met James. Immediately after meeting him and viewing his photos we turned to each other and said “So he’s the one, right?” For two people who aren’t always at ease posing for photos, I have to say James made us feel completely comfortable the whole time. We had a lot of fun! Having an engagement shoot as part of the package was great too because it gave us a chance to see how he worked beforehand, so by the time the wedding came we felt completely comfortable posing for pictures. James is a true professional. His kindness, artistry, attention to detail, calm demeanor and quiet confidence, and his humor made the experience such a delight! And of course, the beautiful photographs! We could not be happier with the way they came out. He got all the most important shots, plus so many more amazing pics of us and our family and friends enjoying themselves on this special day. He was also so organized and on time that it made the day run smoothly which is really important. And, his partner Vince was fantastic! Such a pleasure to work with. He took great photos and, just like James, showed such professionalism and creativity that we were truly impressed. He too made us feel so calm the whole day, and made sure we had fun too! We are so grateful that we chose James Park to be our wedding photographer. He is a true artist, and he showed he really cared about capturing all our cherished memories of the day. James & his crew really know how to bring out the uniqueness of you as a couple in beautiful pictures.. each picture is a masterpiece to be treasured for life.. Taking engagement photos was one of the best experiences of wedding planning.

We had a fall wedding in NYC. With all the available wedding photography companies available in the city, choosing the right vendor can be overwhelming. We feel so lucky and grateful that many of our friends recommended James and his team of 2Be Photography to us. We could not have asked for better pictures and video of our special day.

For our engagement photo shoot in the Meatpacking District, James was professional. He knew where to go to capture the best pictures of us and the city. He put my camera-shy then fiance at ease. We got a framed copy of one of our favorite pictures to put up during the ceremony and is now hanging in our living room.

For the wedding day, James and his team were amazing- flexible, discreet, creative, professional. They arrived earlier than contracted time to start shooting pictures of us getting ready. Our wedding photos are of the highest quality. We also decided to get videography through 2Be as well, and we LOVE our video. You won't regret it!

After seeing my friends wedding photos, I had to find out who their photographer was. The minute we walked into their office and saw the photos displayed on the walls, we knew right then and there we made the right choice and was ready to sign the contract. James was helpful explaining step by step what happens on the day of the wedding. He seemed like a man of few words but that is only what you see on the surface. He is funny, witty and passionate of what he does.

The day of our wedding was humid and the sun was beaming but from the moment they arrived down to the last minute, they were calm and professional taking as many pictures as possible. James would make jokes to bring out smiles from everyone and believe me when I say that his jokes made EVERYONE smile!! They are dedicated, shows true passion on what they do and professional.

They followed us around during reception capturing every single moment all the while asking us if we wanted specific pictures and making sure they didn't miss anything. James and his staff are incredible and we cannot wait to see our wedding album!! We highly recommend him, I will continue to use their services for upcoming events!! I guarantee you will be 100% confident that you had the pleasure of working with them!!

One of my friend recommended this photographer for my wedding~I didn’t much expected about photo at first. But when I got the result, it was fantastic~Also they did a video for us. It was great too. They edited pretty well. They make that we looked way better than usual. Thanks James Park

I Didnt get my pictures from what James took. I only got pictures from what the second and third photographer. All the photos are staring to the left or the right. Clearly we are all staring at the main photographer which is where James was standing. Its been over 9 months since i got married and still have nothing from James. I got some photos from the second photographer and to make it up to 1500 pictures by Numbers, they made a duplicate of every photo in black and white..... I asked James over and over where are the pictures that HE took (i hired James and i know the quality of pictures bc it took me a long time to do the research and find him), he just said that its hard to determine the quality of photos to my liking...? I remember specifically where i was standing on some of the portrait photos and i have Zero photos of them. All of my family pictures are staring towards the left. I took one photo with my maid of honor towards the end in a secluded area and i dont see the picture either. I feel like i was scammed. I havent gotten a single photo of my engagement photos for over a year now. james wont return my money either for that. He wont return my phone calls, emails or texts. This is the worst thing that can happen to anyone who got married. I cant use any photos because we are not looking at the camera. I have no pictures of me walking down the aisle because thats where James was standing... I basically have no real wedding photos. I have no photos that James took.. Why did i pay a premium by hiring him? I cried so much for this. It was weird that after three months he didnt send our photos and then he barely responded to our emails and then 7 months later we get pictures that he didnt take.. Still no engagement pictures..... No refund.. He wont reply back or call me back.. Can you at least give me a refund back since it seems that you lost all my photos..... ????
