    One of the most important things I knew that I wanted for my wedding was a spectacular photographer. As a person with a background in the arts, I had an eye for good photography. I searched high and low for someone with a great portfolio, reasonable price and fun to work with. After meeting with Jim, my fiance and I looked no further. We knew Jim was our man.

    Jim was a pleasure to work with and although we have yet to see our photos from our wedding day, I have no doubt they will be nothing less than spectacular. I've already seen great work from our engagement session, which took place at Lincoln Financial Field. Jim has a great eye for composition and lighting. He makes ordinary people look like celebrities in his pictures. Jim was more than happy to accommodate the small list of photo requests that I had for our big day. The rest, I left up to him.

    James Michael Photography was the perfect choice for our wedding photographer and we couldn't have been happier!

    Loved everything about my wedding album and the experience. His quality of work is amazing. He was so pleasant to work with on my wedding day and had a fabulous way of showing me the pictures when I was available. Would highly recommend him!

    Wedding pictures and album were a big priority for my wife and I; therefore, we interviewed several photographersr to find the right one who could offer the type of quality and service for our rather modest budget. When we met with Jim, we knew very quickly that we had found our photographer.

    The James Michael "Fine Art Journalism" experience is just that - and amazing experience!! Jim has an unbelieveable amount of training, and prides himself in continual eduction of new concepts/techniques to keep evolving his craft. It's unbelievable the emotion he captures during the day.

    On top of the quality of his work - I really liked working with Jim. He's friendly, attentive, and loves what he does. He loves capturing moments and creating images that leave his clients in awe.....

    Now to the best part - Jim's photo albums are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The quality of his custom made albums are unbelievable -- there is nothing that even come close to comparison!!! In addition, his album designs consistenly win awards at tri-state competitions.

    All in all, this is an enthusiatic recommendation for James Michael Photography. I cannot wait to utilize Jim's services in the future!! Thanks for capturing our wedding day at Cairnwood in such style!!! :-)

    I love love LOVE my photographer! He is amazing! His work is like nothing you've ever seen. He uses a photojournalistic style which he calls "Fine Art Journalism". He has won many awards, not only for his photographs, but for the album design as well. We had an album made from our engagement session photos and it looks nothing like a photo album. It looks like a hardcover storybook about two lovers. Just beautiful! He has a natural talent for seeing beauty where others are blind to it. He just sees the world from a different perspective. You can't train that. Some of the most beautiful pictures he took were of us standing in front of a couple of dumpsters in a back alley. He is also an absolute pleasure to work with. His prices are higher than your typical wedding photographer, but I assure you he is anything but typical, and his prices are on par with other photojournalistic style photographers in this area. The pictures are what will make your wedding last a lifetime and then some. If you're willing to pay a little extra for something that will have everyone gasping in awe, give Jim a call.
