  James went above and beyond all my expectations! We had our first meeting over face time, and I knew right away he was the man for the job. He was organized, on time, and more than helpful (including catching my veil as it blew off my head straight for a puddle). I had so many friends and family ask if I had a cinematographer, because they never even noticed him around. Which is exactly what I wanted to hear! He was at every moment catching the most important aspects of the day. Not only did he capture the moments, but he put hem together in such a way it made my heart skip a beat. Thank you James and team!!! So forever grateful.

My wife and I both agree that having James Lee capture our wedding through cinematography was the best decision we made. James has a deep philosophy and clear purpose regarding wedding cinematography. His story-telling editing style has left us re-living our wedding day exactly as we experienced it.   Skills with the camera are to be expected as a given in this industry. What separates the good from the spectacular is, in actuality, people skills and that is an area where JLF shines brightly. They are not only professional, but personable; showing genuine interest in our story and willing to adjust their approach in ways that puts people at ease. The entire experience was both pleasant and fluid, and their passion for what they do is evident in both process and product.
  
  But more simply, my wife and I had a blast and we really enjoyed having JLF on board!

He is very engaging and personable while being professional at the same time. Also, James is very responsive and timely with his communication, which was important since we were on opposite coasts. On the wedding day, James and his team went above and beyond to capture our memories. He took what he knew about our story and created a trailer and wedding video that encompasses who we are as a couple. Our families and friends were impressed and loved his work. They can't stop talking about it! Thank you, James Lee Films for being part of our wedding day and for your wonderful art of storytelling through film.

  James Lee and his team were the perfect fit from day one. From the minute we Skype'd with him to learn more about his style and have him learn more about my husband and I, we knew he was going to do a great job. He was interested in learning about us and our relationship and ultimately that was captured in our final wedding film. We cry every time we watch out final wedding video because it was more then we could have asked for. It truly captured the essence of the day, the people we were surrounded by and the love we have for each other. As well, when we show our video to others, they are amazed at the quality and feel like they were there in attendance even if they are only watching on film. If you want quality, professionalism and and an amazing final video - James Lee Films is for you.

  James is fun to work with. He has done a wonderful job in our SDE. He and his crew was able to capture the best moments during our day. It's a pleasure to work with vendors like him.

  James Lee and the crew captured our interview of our love story and the wedding (including a same day edit). Their crew was professional and very easy to work with. Our videos were captured exactly how we wanted and even went beyond our expectation! The videos emotionally moved our wedding guests and allow us to revisit our wedding just as we remember it!

  If you're looking for an excellent and professional videographer, look no further!! I can't say enough about James Lee Films. I haven't even received my footage yet but I wanted to take the time to talk about how amazing he and his crew were the day of our wedding. They were so kind and warm. I was so happy we picked them!! When I tell guests from the wedding how excited I am to see the video they all have the same reaction: "Wait, did you even have a videographer? I never saw anyone!" They were awesome, so discrete!
  
  More updates to come once we receive the video. I know it will be beautiful judging from the current videos on their website.

  My husband and I are so happy that we choose James Lee Films as our cinematographer. It was the easiest and best decision that we made during our wedding planning. James Lee and his team captured the story of our wedding day perfectly. They were prompt and arrived 15 mins early to start their setup. We had a early day starting at 8am to film my getting ready process and the traditional Chinese Door Games & tea ceremony. During the wedding ceremony and reception, we didn't even notice that we were being filmed and were able to enjoy the day with our closest friends and family. They even caught my dad wiping a tear away during the wedding ceremony. James Lee really knows how to capture those emotional moments that make the day unforgettable. They worked seamlessly with our photographers. James was really responsive to all our questions & emails and delivered the films on time as promised. We would definitely recommend James Lee Films to all our friends.

  We hired James for my daughter's Sweet 16 bday party. He has done a marvelous job, and was very happy with this work. He's very professional, listens to your needs and suggestions. He's very creative and communicates with you every step of the way. I can honestly say he has done a fine job.
