Easy and full of kind people that bring your dreams to life when planning an event

I had mrs Ann one of the coordinators there for my wedding she was absolutely amazing. So sweet and kind she understood we were a young couple in a specific budget and she made it beautiful she understood the vision I wanted and made sure it turned out amazing if your planning on doing your wedding here or even an event ask for Mrs Ann she works great with you and is very flexible as well.

The event coordinator Ann Erps is such a wonderful woman to work with!! Whatever you vision or want she does the best to make sure u have everything u need and want!! She is a pleasure to work with!!

Our first time at this venue. All aspects (and especially the helpful and friendly staff) were excellent. Will definitely return.

James Bruce Convention center met and exceeded our expectations for a Corporate meeting event! Catering was fantastic and venue was very well kept, decorated and extremely clean! Staff was excellent and friendly!

The staff are outstanding and meet my need for the party. I used this same venue for my wedding and it was beautiful. I have recommended them to my best friend and she will be having her wedding her also. They provided all the set up for my event, chair covers, flowers, table decoration, stage and guest of honor chair, food and even rooms set aside for the male and female parties to get dress. I will always have my event here.

JEBCC was outstanding from booking, to planning to week of event execution. The KRPS state conference was a huge success with 250 attendees continually remarking about the lovely convention center venue and helpful staff. The JEBCC also provided outstanding catering services throughout the 3-day conference.

Staff was very professional and took the wedding stress off my back. They were able to accommodate all my needs. The food was great and everyone had a blast. Thank you for making our wedding so memorable.

Everyone was very helpful and nice, I would recommend this venue to anyone. I loved how everything was done, Many of my friends and family said it was one of the best weddings they have been to thanks to the staff decorating and everything.

Petra was BEYOND wonderful coordinating our wedding reception! If I could do it all over again, I would choose JEB Convention center a second time! Wonderful service, food was impeccable, and the display was beautiful!

The staff at the Convention Center was extremely helpful and creative. They helped with every detail and put together a beautiful and fabulous wedding. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

The event coordinator and staff made my wedding so beautiful. They took the ideas and pictures that I sent to them and did exactly what I wanted and transformed it to the wedding of my dreams! They truly went above and beyond. The food was absolutely fabulous I am still getting compliments on the food and the wedding!

Highly Recommend

The Bruce was a beautiful venue with great people and amazing food! They hosted our wedding reception dinner. Ann was our event host and her and her team exceeded our expectation. I would highly recommend working with them!

Would recommend new projection system; our slide presentation was blurry and this is the second year I have indicated this element as unsatisfactory on my survey. Would also recommend a larger variety of dessert selections.

We hosted a high school prom at this location. Not only was the staff not helpful but some were extremely rude. The night of the event, they only had one maintenance man on duty after we had asked for addition staff to be available. Luckily, our prom was still a successful but it was not due to any help we received for the Bruce Convention Center staff. I was extremely disappointed with the service we received and I would not recommend this venue to anyone.
