I was in love with this venue when we first booked. They made many updated changes to enhance the venue since that time (all positive additions!) It wasn’t until a month before my wedding that I became informed about all these additional policies that I was required to follow (signature drinks , tables needing to be covered). Two weeks before I was receiving email after emailing of MORE policies. They charged me for additional things (wine barrels, bartender, although wine server was included and it turned out to be the same person!) Our wedding turned out so beautiful with the sunset. We lost our deposit (that we over payed!) for a silly reason they came up with. The lack of transparency from the venue leaves me to not recommend this venue.

You are absolutely correct she had a beautiful day for a wedding and every one looked absolutely amazing! You are correct we have made several new additions to the venue I am glad you enjoyed the improvements.
I am sorry to hear that you felt our ABC policy was not clear. We are required to operate in conjunction with the ABC rules and regulations. Although we do allow you to bring in outside alcohol, we are required to follow the ABC rules and regulations. Unfortunately the ABC does not allow you to self serve beer or hard alcohol at events. You are absolutely correct we do provide a free bartender for any wine you purchase from the winery; however you are required to pay for a bartender to serve outside alcohol during your event.
Jen, I am sorry we were not able to refund your security deposit following your daughter's wedding. As you know the front door of the winery was damaged by your wedding photographer when he was taking a few photo's following the wedding. We were not able to secure the winery properly, the night of the wedding, as we were not able to lock the front door which caused an emergency repair. The repair fee actually exceeded your security deposit; however we opt'd not to charge you any additional fee's. We certainly know that no one meant to damage the front door to the winery and it was certainly an accident; however it was a costly expense for the winery.
We hope that we will have the opportunity to see you at the winery again in the future. We wish your daughter and your new son-in-law all the best.
